Adhering after covering the side, sealing the peripheral portions of the back side outer packaging material and the front side outer packaging material, and sealing a plurality of plate-like pieces individually wrapped inside, Packaging method.
The invention according to claim 7 is a packaging method for packaging a long plate-shaped small piece of food, comprising preparing individual wrapping paper for wrapping the plate-shaped small piece one by one, and the individual wrapping paper Is processed so as to be separable into one end-side wrapping paper portion and the other end-side wrapping paper portion as viewed in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like small piece in a state including the plate-like small piece. Are individually packaged by the individual wrapping paper, arranged in a laterally aligned state on the backside outer wrapping material, and aligned with the front side outer wrapping material in a shape that makes a pair with the backside outer wrapping material. Covering the upper surface side of a plurality of individual wrapping plate-like pieces, sealing the peripheral portions of the backside outer wrapping material and the front side outer wrapping material, and sealing the plurality of plate-like pieces individually wrapped inside It is the packaging method characterized by this.
The invention according to claim 8 is for fixing the other end side wrapping paper portion of each individual wrapping paper of the plurality of individual wrapping plate-like pieces arranged on the back side outer wrapping material to the back side outer wrapping material in advance. The packaging method according to claim 7, further comprising a step of providing an adhesive layer.
The invention according to claim 9 is for fixing the other end side wrapping paper portion of each of the individual wrapping plate-like pieces arranged in advance to the front side outer wrapping material on the front side outer wrapping material. The packaging method according to claim 7, further comprising a step of providing an adhesive layer.
According to the inventions described in claims 1, 5 and 6, the individual wrapping paper for individually wrapping the plate-like pieces of food is, as viewed in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like pieces, the one end side wrapping paper portion and the other end side wrapping paper portion. Can be separated. And on the backside outer packaging material, a plurality of individually packaged plate-like pieces are arranged in an aligned state in the horizontal direction, and the front side outer packaging material is folded along one edge of the backside outer packaging material and aligned. The upper surface side of a plurality of individually packaged plate-like pieces is covered. Then, when the peripheral portions of the backside outer packaging material and the frontside outer packaging material are sealed with a seal portion, a packaging container (outer bag) is completed by the combined backside outer packaging material and frontside outer packaging material, and a plurality of individually packaged The plate-shaped small piece is sealed in the packaging container.
Here, the other end side wrapping paper part of each individual wrapping paper of a plurality of individually packaged plate-like pieces is fixed to at least one of the back side outer wrapping material and the front side outer wrapping material by an adhesive member (adhesive layer). . Therefore, even if the packaging container is opened, the position of the plate-shaped small pieces in the packaging container is not shifted, and these plate-shaped small pieces are not scattered and spilled out of the packaging container. Thereby, it is convenient when the packaging container (outer bag) is opened and thereafter.
Moreover, when taking out the individually packaged plate-shaped piece from the opened packaging container, the plate-shaped piece is picked through the one end side wrapping paper part. In this state, when the plate-like piece is pulled out from the packaging container, the other-end side wrapping paper portion fixed to the packaging container side by the adhesive member (adhesive layer) and the one-end side wrapping paper portion are separated, so the plate-like piece Is taken out from the packaging container with the other end side portion that has been covered by the other end side wrapping paper portion exposed. Therefore, it is possible to expose the other end portion of the plate-shaped piece without eating the individual wrapping paper by hand, and eat the plate-shaped piece from the other end portion. Thus, since it is not necessary to touch a plate-shaped piece directly between taking out a plate-shaped piece from a packaging container and eating it, the food (plate-shaped piece) accommodated in the packaging container can be eaten hygienically. .
And since the back side outer packaging material and the front side outer packaging material are integrally formed by being connected at the one edge, the back side outer packaging material and the front side outer packaging material are folded and sealed, and the peripheral portions of the packaging materials are respectively sealed. By sealing with a part, a packaging container can be formed easily. In this case, it is only necessary to seal the three sides of each packaging material (it is not necessary to seal all four sides), so that the process related to sealing can be simplified. Moreover, if the adhesive layer is provided on the front outer packaging material instead of the back outer packaging material on which the individual packaging plate-like pieces are arranged as in the invention described in claim 6, the degree of freedom in the process of providing the adhesive layer is increased. Since it spreads, various manufacturing apparatuses can be used accordingly.
However, the back side outer packaging material and the front side outer packaging material may be separate bodies as in the inventions of claims 2 and 7. If the other end side wrapping paper part of each individual wrapping paper is fixed to the backside outer wrapping material as in the invention described in claim 8, the upper surface side of the plurality of aligned individual wrapping plate-like pieces is outside the front side. It is preferable to provide an adhesive layer on the backside outer packaging material in advance before covering with the packaging material. If the other end side wrapping paper part of each individual wrapping paper is fixed to the front side outer wrapping material as in the invention described in claim 9, the upper surface side of the plurality of aligned individual wrapping plate-like pieces is outside the front side. Before covering with a packaging material, it is preferable to provide an adhesive layer on the front outer packaging material in advance.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the opening guide guide cut formed in the seal portion can smoothly tear the back side outer packaging material and the front side outer packaging material to open the packaging container, which is convenient.
According to invention of Claim 4, it is preferable that the back side outer packaging material and the front side outer packaging material are substantially rectangular shapes in a plan view and are formed of a flexible soft packaging material.

Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
A packaging container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is for containing (packaging) a plurality of small pieces of gum, which are foods, in a bundle. Prior to the description of the packaging container 100, the gum 1 which is a plate-shaped piece will be described first.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining a procedure for forming a food unit 3 by wrapping a gum 1 (a plate-shaped piece) that is a food product with individual wrapping paper 2.
With reference to Fig.1 (a), the gum 1 is the thin block shape (longitudinal plate shape) which makes a vertically long rectangular parallelepiped shape.
The gum 1 is wrapped in individual wrapping paper 2. The gum 1 and the individual wrapping paper 2 in a state of wrapping the gum 1 constitute a food unit 3.
The individual wrapping paper 2 is so-called silver paper, wax paper, or a film, and in a developed state, the individual wrapping paper 2 has a rectangular shape having a size for wrapping the entire gum 1. In the individual wrapping paper 2, a perforation 4 extending across the individual wrapping paper 2 along the short direction of the individual wrapping paper 2 is formed at a position biased in either direction in the longitudinal direction.
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), one gum 1 is placed on the center of one individual wrapping paper 2 so that the respective longitudinal directions coincide. And the part which protruded from the gum 1 in the individual wrapping paper 2 is folded, and the gum 1 is wrapped with the individual wrapping paper 2 as shown in FIG. In this way, the food unit 3 is one in which the gums 1 are individually wrapped (individually wrapped) with the individual wrapping paper 2. The food unit 3 has a vertically long block shape that is slightly larger than the gum 1 by the thickness of the individual wrapping paper 2. When the food unit 3 is erected, the perforation 4 of the individual wrapping paper 2 is located at a position biased toward the lower end side in the longitudinal direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the food unit 3. The gum 1 extends around in the short direction (lateral direction). On the basis of the state where the food unit 3 is erected, the perforation 4 is the upper side of the perforation 4 when the individual wrapping paper 2 in the state of wrapping the gum 1 is viewed in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction, vertical direction) of the gum 1 2A (one end side wrapping paper part) and a fixing part 2B (the other end side wrapping paper part) below the perforation 4. The individual wrapping paper 2 is separable into a separation part 2A and a fixing part 2B in a state where the gum 1 is wrapped. The individual wrapping paper 2 may be regarded as a part of the packaging container 100. In addition, if the individual wrapping paper 2 can be separated into the separating portion 2A and the fixing portion 2B, the individual wrapping paper 2 at the position of the perforation 4 is about half of the case in addition to providing the perforation 4 in the individual wrapping paper 2. You may cut | disconnect (half cut).
Then, a predetermined plurality of gums 1 (here, six per one packaging container 100) are prepared, each gum 1 is individually wrapped with individual wrapping paper 2, and a plurality of (6) food units 3 are prepared. prepare. In addition, the perforation 4 does not need to be formed in the position which is deviated in the longitudinal direction in the individual wrapping paper 2, and may be formed in the longitudinal center position, for example. In addition, the individual wrapping paper 2 is configured by overlapping a part of two sheets of paper that become the separation part 2A or the fixing part 2B, and has a structure in which one side paper is picked and pulled out (separated). There may be.
Next, the packaging container 100 will be described.
FIG. 2 is a development view of the packaging container 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 shows the packaging container 100 in a completed state, FIG. 3 (a) is a plan view of the packaging container 100, and FIG. 3 (b) is a view taken along arrows AA in FIG. 3 (a). It is sectional drawing. 3A is an imaginary straight line that extends along the short direction of the packaging container 100 and cuts the packaging container 100 and the food unit 3 in the packaging container 100.
Referring to FIG. 2, the packaging container 100 is a sheet 50 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view in the unfolded state. The sheet 50 is roughly divided into two parts, one is called a back side outer packaging material 51 and the other is called a front side outer packaging material 52. In FIG. 2, the upper half of the sheet 50 is the backside outer packaging material 51, and the lower half of the sheet 50 is the front side outer packaging material 52. One edge (lower end edge in FIG. 2) 53 of the back side outer packaging material 51 is a boundary line between the back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side outer packaging material 52 and extends linearly in the lateral direction. The one edge 53 is also one edge (the upper edge in FIG. 2) of the front outer packaging material 52. The front outer packaging material 52 extends from one edge 53 of the back outer packaging material 51.
The back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side outer packaging material 52 are integrally formed of a flexible soft packaging material. The back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side outer packaging material 52 have a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the horizontal direction and having the same size in plan view. That is, the back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side outer packaging material 52 have a paired shape. The size of each of the back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side outer packaging material 52 is such that six food units 3 (gum 1) that are long along the short direction of each packaging material are aligned without gaps in the lateral direction. In such a case, the six food units 3 are set so as to be placed with a margin.
Then, the six food units 3 are aligned in the lateral direction without gaps in a posture that is long along the short direction of each of the back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side outer packaging material 52.
Next, these aligned food units 3 are arranged on the backside outer packaging material 51 in the sheet 50. In other words, the backside outer packaging material 51 receives these food units 3. These food units 3 are arranged at a position biased toward one edge 53 on the center side of the backside outer packaging material 51 so as to fit inside the outer peripheral edge of the backside outer packaging material 51 in plan view. In the individual wrapping paper 2 of each food unit 3, the fixing portion 2B is located closer to the one edge 53 side than the separating portion 2A.
When the food unit 3 is arranged in this way, in the backside outer packaging material 51, around the group of six food units 3, a substantially U-shape (inverted U-shape in FIG. 2) surrounds these food units 3. ). In this margin, a back side seal portion 5 is provided. The back side seal part 5 is an adhesive that exhibits an adhesive force by heat sealing or cold sealing.
The back side seal portion 5 borders the periphery of three sides other than the one edge 53 in the back side outer packaging material 51. Further, in the front side outer packaging material 52, a front side seal portion 6 is provided in a portion that is symmetrical to the back side seal portion 5 with respect to one edge 53. The front side seal portion 6 is the same adhesive as the back side seal portion 5, and has a substantially U shape that borders the peripheral edges of three sides other than the one edge 53 in the front side outer packaging material 52. The back side seal part 5 and the front side seal part 6 are connected, and these constitute the seal part 7 in a collective state. The seal portion 7 is a hatched portion extending to the lower right in FIG. 2, and has a substantially rectangular frame shape that borders the entire outer peripheral edge of the sheet 50. One of the back side seal part 5 and the front side seal part 6 constituting the seal part 7 may be an adhesive and the other may not be an adhesive. In this case, the other is the peripheral edge of the sheet 50 itself.
Here, on the surface on which the food unit 3 is placed in the backside outer packaging material 51, an adhesive member 8 (adhesive layer) having a strip shape extending in the lateral direction is provided in advance. The adhesive member 8 may be an adhesive or an adhesive tape. The adhesive member 8 is included in the packaging container 100. The adhesive member 8 is a hatched portion extending to the upper right in FIG. 2, and is provided in the vicinity of the edge 53 in the backside outer packaging material 51. Therefore, when the six food units 3 aligned as described above are arranged on the backside outer packaging material 51, the adhesive member 8 is used to fix the fixed portion 2 </ b> B of the individual wrapping paper 2 and the backside outer packaging material in all six food units 3. 51 (see FIG. 3B) and crosses the fixing portions 2B of all the food units 3 in plan view. The adhesive member 8 fixes the fixing portions 2 </ b> B of all the food units 3 to the backside outer packaging material 51. Thereby, all the food units 3 are fixed so as not to move relative to the backside outer packaging material 51. In addition, the adhesive member 8 may not be a strip shape as long as it can adhere to the fixing portions 2B of all the food units 3, and in this case, the adhesive member 8 may be a broken line that is interrupted in the middle.
After all the food units 3 are fixed to the backside outer packaging material 51 in this way, the front side outside packaging material 52 is moved along the edge 53 of the backside outside packaging material 51 to the food unit 3 on the backside outside packaging material 51. Wrap to the side. Then, the front side outer packaging material 52 completely overlaps the back side outer packaging material 51. Therefore, the back side seal portion 5 on the three sides other than the one edge 53 in the back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side seal portion 6 on the three sides other than the one edge 53 in the front side outer packaging material 52 completely overlap. This state is shown in FIG.
In FIG. 3, the front outer packaging material 52 is the upper surface side of all food units 3 (gum 1) aligned on the back outer packaging material 51 (the front side in FIG. 3 (a), FIG. 3 (b) The left side).
The back side seal portion 5 of the back side outer packaging material 51 and the front side seal portion 6 of the front side outer packaging material 52 are bonded to each other by heat sealing or cold sealing. Thereby, peripheral parts other than the one edge 53 of the front side outer packaging material 52 and the back side outer packaging material 51 are sealed by the back side seal part 5 and the front side seal part 6 (seal part 7). As a result, the front-side outer packaging material 52 and the back-side outer packaging material 51 overlap each other to form a bag-shaped packaging container 100 that is rectangular in the lateral direction. In the packaging container 100, six food units 3 fixed to the backside outer packaging material 51 are accommodated. That is, the packaging container 100 is an outer bag for the food unit 3 inside. The peripheral portions other than one edge 53 of the front side outer packaging material 52 and the back side outer packaging material 51 are sealed by the seal portion 7, and the front side outer packaging material 52 and the back side outer packaging material 51 are connected by the one edge 53. Therefore, the six food units 3 in the packaging container 100 are sealed.
Thus, the packaging container 100 can be easily formed by folding the integrally formed back-side outer packaging material 51 and front-side outer packaging material 52 and sealing the peripheral edges of the packaging material with the seal portion 7. In this case, it is only necessary to seal the three sides of each packaging material (it is not necessary to seal all four sides), so that the process related to sealing can be simplified.
Here, an opening guide cut 9 is formed at a position biased to the opposite side to the one edge 53 in the seal portion 7 at both lateral edges of the completed packaging container 100. The opening guide cut 9 may have a triangular shape that narrows toward the inside of the packaging container 100 as shown in FIG. 3A, or may have a home base shape that sharpens toward the inside of the packaging container 100. It may be a straight line extending in the lateral direction.
FIG. 4 is a plan view of the packaging container 100 and shows a state in which a part thereof is broken. FIG. 5 is a view for explaining a state in which the gum 1 is taken out from the partially broken packaging container 100, FIG. 5 (a) is a plan view of the packaging container 100, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. FIG. 6 is a view for explaining how the packaging container 100 is folded after one gum 1 is taken out. 5A is a virtual straight line extending along the short direction of the packaging container 100 and cutting the packaging container 100 and the food unit 3 taken out from the packaging container 100.
Referring to FIG. 4, in the packaging container 100, at the end opposite to the one edge 53, the vicinity of either of the left and right opening guide cuts 9 is grasped and pulled. Then, with the opening guide cut 9 as a starting point (trigger), the front outer packaging material 52 and the back outer packaging material 51 are torn from the seal portion 7 where the opening guide cut 9 is formed, and the packaging container 100 is opened. . Here, since the backside outer packaging material 51 and the frontside outer packaging material 52 can be smoothly torn by the opening guide cut 9 and the packaging container 100 can be opened, it is easy to use.
As described above, in the packaging container 100, the fixing portion 2B of the individual wrapping paper 2 of each food unit 3 is fixed to the backside outer packaging material 51 by the adhesive member 8 (see FIG. 3B). Therefore, even if the packaging container 100 is opened, the positions of the gums 1 in the packaging container 100 are not shifted, and these gums 1 are not scattered and spilled out of the packaging container 100. Thereby, it is convenient when the packaging container 100 (outer bag) is opened and thereafter.
From the opened (torn) portion (opening opening X) of the packaging container 100, the tip of the separating portion 2A of the individual wrapping paper 2 in the food unit 3 in the packaging container 100 is exposed.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the separation part 2A of the food unit 3 exposed from the opening X is picked by the fingertip 80, and the food unit 3 is pulled upward from the opening X as indicated by a thick arrow.
Then, in the picked food unit 3, since the fixing part 2B of the individual wrapping paper 2 is fixed to the packaging container 100 side by the adhesive member 8, the individual wrapping paper 2 is separated into the separation part 2A and the fixing part 2B. To do. Thereby, in the picked food unit 3, the separation part 2A and the gum 1 wrapped in the food unit 3 are picked out from the packaging container 100 in an integrated state. Since the remaining food units 3 are fixed to the packaging container 100 side by the adhesive member 8, the positions of these food units 3 do not shift in the packaging container 100.
The gum 1 can be eaten by adding the part exposed from the separation part 2A in the extracted gum 1 of the food unit 3.
In the same procedure, the remaining food units 3 in the packaging container 100 can be extracted and the gum 1 of each food unit 3 can be eaten.
In this way, when the individually packaged gum 1 is taken out from the opened packaging container 100, the gum 1 is picked through the separation part 2A. When the gum 1 is pulled out from the packaging container 100 in this state, the fixing portion 2B and the separating portion 2A are separated, so that the gum 1 is exposed in the state where the portion previously covered by the fixing portion 2B is exposed. 100 is taken out. Therefore, even if the individual wrapping paper 2 is not peeled off by hand, a part of the gum 1 can be exposed and the gum 1 can be eaten from this part. That is, it is not necessary to directly touch the gum 1 until the gum 1 is taken out from the packaging container 100 and eaten, so that the food (gum 1) contained in the packaging container 100 can be eaten hygienically.
In addition, when all the gum 1 has not been eaten, as shown in FIG. 6, the food unit 3 for the uneaten gum 1 remains in the packaging container 100 and is already extracted in the packaging container 100. The one portion 100A where the food unit 3 was present may be folded to the other portion 100B side. If it does so, while being able to seal the packaging container 100 easily again, the packaging container 100 becomes small. The one portion 100A may be cut off and removed.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
For example, referring to FIG. 2, the adhesive member 8 is provided not on the back side outer packaging material 51 but on a portion of the front side outer packaging material 52 that covers the fixing portion 2B of the individual wrapping paper 2 of each food unit 3. Alternatively, it may be provided on both the front outer packaging material 52 and the back outer packaging material 51. When the adhesive member 8 is provided only on the front outer packaging material 52, when the front outer packaging material 52 is folded back toward the back outer packaging material 51, the adhesive member 8 becomes the individual wrapping paper 2 in all six food units 3. All the food units 3 are fixed to the front outer packaging material 52 so as not to move relative to each other by the adhesive member 8. When the adhesive member 8 is provided on both the front outer packaging material 52 and the back outer packaging material 51, the adhesive member 8 includes the fixing portion 2 </ b> B of the individual wrapping paper 2 and the front outer packaging material in all six food units 3. 52, and between the fixing portion 2 </ b> B and the backside outer packaging material 51, all the food units 3 are attached to both the backside outer packaging material 51 and the frontside outer packaging material 52 by the adhesive member 8. It is fixed so that relative movement is impossible.
Here, if the adhesive member 8 is provided on the front side outer packaging material 52 instead of the back side outer packaging material 51 on which the food units 3 are arranged, the degree of freedom in the process of providing the adhesive member 8 is widened. The packaging container 100 can be manufactured using a simple manufacturing apparatus.
Moreover, although the six food units 3 are accommodated side by side in the packaging container 100, the number of the food units 3 accommodated can be changed suitably.
Moreover, although the front side outer packaging material 52 and the back side outer packaging material 51 were integrally formed, you may form these separately. In that case, when assembling the packaging container 100, the four sides of the front-side outer packaging material 52 and the back-side outer packaging material 51 are sealed by the seal portion 7.
Referring to FIG. 5, in each food unit 3, the individual wrapping paper 2 is separated into the separating portion 2 </ b> A and the fixing portion 2 </ b> B when it is taken out from the packaging container 100, but the individual wrapping paper 2 is separated. It does not have to be. In that case, it is not necessary to provide the perforation 4 (see FIG. 1) in the individual wrapping paper 2, and the food unit 3 is taken out from the packaging container 100 without the individual wrapping paper 2 being separated. It is preferable that the food unit 3 is fixed to the packaging container 100 by the adhesive member 8 so as to be temporarily fixed (weakly) so that the food unit 3 can be easily taken out from the packaging container 100 without breaking the individual wrapping paper 2. .
Moreover, in this Example, although the plate-shaped small piece accommodated in the packaging container 100 was made into gum, even if it is chocolate and a candy of a plate-shaped small piece, it can package similarly.
Moreover, although the seal | sticker part 7 was comprised with the adhesive agent, you may comprise with an adhesive tape.
Further, the packaging container 100 is opened by breaking a part of the packaging container 100, but the packaging container 100 may be opened by separating the seal portions between the front outer packaging material 52 and the back outer packaging material 51.
Alternatively, a bundle of food units 3 may be set in the packaging container 100 after bundling the required number of food units 3 with a collection paper (not shown). In this case, the bundle of food units 3 is fixed to at least one of the backside outer packaging material 51 and the frontside outer packaging material 52 (see FIG. 2) before assembling the packaging container 100 by the adhesive member 8. When assembled, it is in a state of being accommodated in the packaging container 100 (see FIG. 3).
