Abstract

[Problem] To make simple the structure of a paper holder device which is configured so that the forwarding of paper from a paper roll and the cutting of the paper are automatically performed by an electrical means, and to reduce the cost of the paper holder device. [Solution] A paper holder device comprises a paper support mechanism (5), a paper forwarding mechanism (6), a paper receiving section (3), and a paper cutting mechanism (7) for cutting paper (10a). The paper holder device is configured so that the paper forwarding mechanism (6) and the paper cutting mechanism (7) are selectively driven by a single drive gear mechanism (9). The paper holder device has a reduced number of motors installed therein, and as a result, the paper holder device is compact in shape and low cost in comparison to conventional paper holder devices provided with, for example, a two-motor type drive mechanism, and also as a result, the paper holder device of the present invention has a drive mechanism which is simpler than that of the conventional paper holder devices.

Description

Paper holder device
The present invention is a paper which holds a paper roll obtained by winding toilet paper into a roll shape, and can automatically feed, fold and cut the paper from the paper roll according to a user's request. The present invention relates to a holder device.
Various technologies for assisting and supporting daily activities of elderly people have been proposed against the backdrop of rising welfare awareness accompanying the arrival of an aging society, and one of them is the paper holder device for toilet paper. A technique for facilitating the removal of paper has been proposed (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
A paper holder device shown in Patent Document 1 is a cutter that is arranged between a folded portion and the above-mentioned pressure-carrying portion while pulling out paper from a roll paper supported by a core rod while being pinched by a pair of feed rollers and sequentially folding the paper. In this configuration, the paper is cut. In this case, a motor for driving the feed roller and a motor for driving the cutter are separately provided as drive sources (two-motor system). The cutter is composed of a fixed-side cutter that is fixedly arranged and a movable-side cutter that is reciprocated in the horizontal direction by a crank mechanism, and the swinging mechanism of the movable-side cutter is complicated. .
Similarly to Patent Document 1, the paper holder device disclosed in Patent Document 2 is sequentially pulled out from the roll paper supported by the roll shaft while being pinched by a pair of feed rollers, and is folded in order. The paper is cut with a cutter disposed in the middle of the pressure portion. As a drive source, a motor for driving the feed roller and a motor for driving the cutter are provided separately (two-motor system). The cutter is composed of a fixed blade and a movable blade that swings so as to be in contact with and away from the fixed blade, and the swing mechanism of the movable blade is complicated.

In each of the paper holder devices shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, a series of operations of automatically pulling out the paper from the roll paper, folding it, and cutting the folded paper to separate it from the roll paper is automatically performed. For example, the paper is taken out from the roll paper by hand and folded, and the paper is taken out as compared with a conventional paper holder device configured to use the folded paper by tearing it from the roll paper. Is easy, and is particularly preferable for elderly people.
However, on the other hand, the paper holder devices shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2 each have a two-motor configuration in which a paper feeding motor and a paper cutting motor are individually provided as drive sources. Therefore, the arrangement space of each motor is large and its drive mechanism is complicated, and it cannot be said that it is suitable as a paper holder device that requires compactness due to the installation location, and the cost is high due to the large number of motors installed. There was also a problem of being up.
Accordingly, the present invention mainly aims to realize simplification of structure and cost reduction in a paper holder device that automatically feeds paper from a paper roll and cuts the fed paper electrically. Therefore, in the state where the opening / closing cover 4 is opened, the paper 10 a drawn out from the paper roll 10 supported by the support rolls 11, 11 of the paper support mechanism 5 is lowered through the outside of the drive roller 51 and the driven roll 52. The paper 10 a is placed between the driving roller 51 and the pressing roll 53 by pulling out (see FIGS. 2 and 4), and closing the opening / closing cover 4 in this state and bringing the pressing roll 53 into pressing contact with the driving roller 51. (The set state of the paper 10a). When the driving roller 51 is rotated from this set state, the paper 10 a is sequentially sent downward by the driving roller 51 and the presser roll 53. The follower roll 52 suppresses the shaking of the paper 10 a sent out by the drive roller 51 and the presser roll 53.
"Paper folding mechanism 8"
The paper folding mechanism 8 is attached to the lower end side of the holder main body 2 and is used by alternately folding the paper 10a fed from the paper feeding mechanism 6 in its thickness direction, As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a flat bottom wall 31 that inclines downward from the near side to the back side, and surrounds the periphery of the bottom wall 31 and has a predetermined width on the front side from the upper end to the bottom wall 31. The paper receiving unit 3 is provided with a cut-out extraction unit 34.
Further, on the back side of the paper receiving portion 3, a regulation plate 35 that defines the folding width of the paper 10a is disposed. The regulation plate 35 is selectively fitted into any one of the plurality of fitting grooves 37 of the adjusting portion 36 provided on the peripheral wall 33 side, so that the folding width of the paper 10a can be increased or decreased. ing.
"Paper cutting mechanism 7"
As shown in FIG. 4, the paper cutting mechanism 7 includes a rotary blade unit 7A and a fixed blade unit 7B.
"Rotating blade unit 7A"
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 9, the rotary blade unit 7A is configured by assembling a rotating portion 69 to a support bracket 70.
The support bracket 70 includes a horizontally long curved plate 16 having a substantially S-shaped curved cross-sectional shape, and an extending portion 72 that extends to the convex surface side of the curved plate 16 at the left and right ends of the middle of the curved plate 16 in the bending direction. It is configured with. Further, the upper end portion 16a of the curved plate member 16 is bent toward the extending side of the extended portion 72 so as to be opposed to the extended portion 72 in the vertical direction. Therefore, a required space is formed in the support bracket 70 between the extended portion 72 and the upper end portion 16 a of the curved plate member 16. In addition, a later-described rotating portion 69 is accommodated in the space portion.
Further, the pair of left and right extending portions 72, 72 are formed with protrusions 73 each having a wedge-like shape protruding upward. In addition, receiving grooves 79 extending in the vertical direction are formed at the left and right ends of the upper end portion 16a of the curved plate member 16. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, a stopper 78 constituted by a surface that is inclined downward toward the front side is provided on the side portion of the one extending portion 72.
The rotating portion 69 is a deformed rod body in which a part of the outer peripheral surface of the round rod body is cut into a substantially L shape over the entire length in the axial direction (see FIG. 14), and both ends thereof are axially outside. The blade holder 74 is provided with a support shaft 75 extending in the direction. In the portion having the arc-shaped outer peripheral surface of the blade holder 74 (that is, the non-cut-off portion), the belt-like rotary blade 71 has a predetermined shear angle as the rotating portion 69 rotates. In this state, a predetermined rotational phase is secured between the one end side and the other end side. Needless to say, the mounting state of the rotary blade 71 is set so that the rotation locus circle of the blade edge 71a coincides at any position in the axial direction of the rotary blade 71.
Further, a circular ring-shaped guide ring 77 is coaxially attached to the blade holder 74 at one end side of the blade holder 74. The outer peripheral surface of the guide wheel 77 is set so as to coincide with the rotation locus circle of the cutting edge 71 a of the rotary blade 71.
Furthermore, a protector 76 having a substantially T-shaped cross-sectional shape is attached to a portion of the substantially L-shaped cut surface of the blade holder 74, and the rotary blade 71 sandwiches the axial center position of the blade holder 74. It is located on the opposite side of the protector 76. Therefore, when viewed from the protector 76 side, the rotary blade 71 is always located on the back side of the protector 76, and as shown in FIG. 6, the protector 76 is in the rotated position where the protector 76 faces the front surface. It will be in the state where it was covered with and exposure to the outside was blocked.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the rotating portion 69 rotates in the direction in which the rotating blade 71 moves from the upper side of the rotating portion 69 to the lower side through the near side (arrow r direction). Is set to The rotating portion 69 is driven to rotate one rotation at a time by a driving mechanism (not shown). The rotation start position (ie, stop position) is determined by the protector 76 as shown in FIG. The rotary blade 71 is set to a position extending rearward on the back side of the protector 76. The rotating portion 69 starts rotating from the stop position, and as shown in FIG. 8, the rotary blade 71 moves downward on the near side of the support bracket 70 until it reaches the stop position shown in FIG. 6 again. Driven by one rotation. Therefore, the rotary blade 71 is prevented from being exposed to the outside by the protector 76 at the stop position.
The rotational drive of the rotating unit 69 is started when the feeding operation of the paper feeding mechanism 6 is stopped or at a time earlier by a predetermined time than the stopping time, but is interlocked with the operation of the paper feeding mechanism 6. The rotation control of the rotating unit 69 is automatically performed by control means (not shown) of the drive gear mechanism 9 described later.
"Fixed blade unit 7B"
The fixed blade unit 7B is disposed on the open / close cover 4 side, and cooperates with the rotary blade 71 of the rotary blade unit 7A when the open / close cover 4 is closed, that is, when the paper holder device 1 is in use. It cuts the paper 10a by working, and is configured by attaching a fixed blade 83 to a support bracket 80 as shown in FIGS.
The support bracket 80 is formed of a horizontally long curved plate and a curved plate portion 81a provided with a horizontally long opening 93 at the center of the curved direction, and a flat guide plate portion 81b rising upward from the upper end of the curved plate portion 81a. The main body portion 81 and vertical wall portions 82 and 82 extending to the near side at the left and right end portions of the curved plate portion 81a are configured. A concave portion 95 that is recessed from the lower end position of the guide plate portion 81b toward the back side is formed in the upper portion of the inner surface of the curved plate portion 81a.
Further, fitting grooves 90 that are cut upward are formed on the bottom surfaces of the vertical wall portions 82 and 82 of the support bracket 80, respectively, and downward on the upper end portions of the vertical wall portions 82. Each of the wedge-shaped guide projections 89 is provided.
The fixed blade 83 is integrally formed of a strip material having a predetermined length, and a blade edge 83a is provided at one ridge line portion. Support shafts 84 are provided at both ends in the length direction of the fixed blade 83 so as to protrude outward in the axial direction. The fixed blade 83 connects the support shafts 80 to the vertical walls of the support bracket 80. It is attached to the support bracket 80 side by being pivotally supported by the portions 82 and 82.
Also, a swing lever 88 is rotatably attached to one support shaft 84 of the fixed blade 83. The fixed blade 83 is attached so that the side surface of the fixed blade 83 on the blade tip 83a side abuts on the stopper 91 provided on the swing lever 88 by the urging force of the spring 85 attached to the support shaft 84. By being biased, the maximum rotation position with respect to the swing lever 88 in the direction in which the blade edge 83a protrudes from the concave portion 95 side toward the near side is defined. In the state where the maximum rotation position of the fixed blade 83 is regulated by the contact with the stopper 91, for example, when an external force is applied to the blade edge 83a of the fixed blade 83 to push it to the back side. The fixed blade 83 is rotated toward the concave portion 95 against the urging force of the spring 85.
On the other hand, the swing lever 88 accommodates the fixed blade 83 in the recess 95 of the support bracket 80 by the biasing force of a spring 87 attached to a support shaft 86 provided at a position appropriately separated from the pivot point. It is oscillated and biased in the direction of movement. Further, the tip of the swing lever 88 engages with the stopper 78 on the rotary blade unit 7A side in the closed state of the opening / closing cover 4, and receives an external force in the pushing direction from the stopper 78 side. It has become.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, the external force is not applied to the distal end side of the swing lever 88, that is, the open / close cover 4 is open, and the distal end side of the swing lever 88 is the free end. In this state, the swing lever 88 is urged to rotate in the direction of arrow b about the support shaft 84 by the spring 85, and the fixed blade 83 connected to the swing lever 88 moves in the direction of arrow d. It rotates and is stored in the concave portion 95 side of the main body portion 81, and the cutting edge 83 a is substantially flush with the mouth edge of the concave portion 95.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 13, when the opening / closing cover 4 is in the closed state and the tip of the swing lever 88 is engaged with the stopper 78 on the rotary blade unit 7A side, the swing is performed. The lever 88 is pushed by the stopper 78 and rotates in the direction of arrow a. As the swing lever 88 rotates, the fixed blade 83 rotates about the support shaft 84 in the direction of arrow c, and from the recess 95. It protrudes to the near side, and the cutting edge 83a is brought into a state where it can contact the cutting edge 71a of the rotary blade 71 on the rotary blade unit 7A side (see FIG. 14).
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the fixed blade unit 7 </ b> B configured as described above has an attachment boss 92 projecting on the back side of the support bracket 80 as an attachment portion 41 of the opening / closing cover 4. It is attached to the opening / closing cover 4 side by being fixed with a screw 43. In this case, a spring 42 is interposed between the mounting boss 92 and the mounting portion 41, and this spring 42 is adapted to elastic deformation. The fixed blade unit 7B is movable relative to the opening / closing cover 4 in the contact / separation direction.
“Positioning of rotary blade unit 7A and fixed blade unit 7B”
The relative positioning of the rotary blade unit 7A and the fixed blade unit 7B is as shown in FIG. That is, the rotary blade unit 7A is fixed to the holder main body 2 side, and the mounting position on the holder main body 2 is fixedly set in advance. On the other hand, the fixed blade unit 7B is mounted on the opening / closing cover 4 side, and the mounting position on the opening / closing cover 4 side can be displaced within the range of elastic deformation of the spring 42, and is fixed. It is not set. Therefore, when the opening / closing cover 4 is closed, the rotary blade unit 7A and the fixed blade unit 7B are in an appropriate relative positional relationship and must be maintained.
For this reason, the paper holder apparatus 1 of this embodiment employs the following two positioning methods.
First Positioning Method While the protrusions 73 are formed on the pair of left and right extending portions 72, 72 of the support bracket 70 of the rotary blade unit 7A, the lower ends of the pair of left and right vertical wall portions 82 of the fixed blade unit 7B A fitting groove 90 that cuts upward is formed, and when the opening / closing cover 4 is closed from the open state, the fitting grooves 90 on the fixed blade unit 7B side are formed on the protrusions 73 and 73 on the rotary blade unit 7A side. By fitting 90, the rotary blade unit 7A and the fixed blade unit 7B are positioned in the vertical direction and the front-rear direction.
Second positioning method The receiving grooves 79 are provided at both left and right ends of the support bracket 70 of the rotary blade unit 7A, respectively, while the guide protrusions 89 are provided at both left and right ends of the support bracket 80 of the fixed blade unit 7B. When the opening / closing cover 4 is closed from the open state, the guide blades 89 on the fixed blade unit 7B side are fitted into the receiving grooves 79 on the rotary blade unit 7A side so that the rotary blade unit is engaged. 7A and the fixed blade unit 7B are positioned in the left-right direction (lateral width direction).
When the opening / closing cover 4 is closed by positioning by these two methods, that is, when the paper holder device 1 is in use, the cutting edge 83a of the fixed blade 83 protrudes forward as shown in FIG. The blade edge 83a contacts the outer peripheral surface of the guide wheel 77 on the rotary blade unit 7A side, and the relative position of the blade edge 71a of the rotary blade 71 and the blade edge 83a of the fixed blade 83 is set appropriately.
"Drive gear mechanism 9"
The drive gear mechanism 9 selectively drives the paper feed mechanism 6 and the paper cutting mechanism 7 and is arranged on the outer surface side of one side wall 21 of the holder body 2 as shown in FIG. Is done.
As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the drive gear mechanism 9 coaxially connects a reversible rotation type motor 61 having a worm gear 62 on the side wall 21 and a large gear 63A and a small gear 63B meshing with the worm gear 62. A worm wheel 63 that is integrally formed with the driving gear 64 that engages with the small gear 63B is attached to the swing arm 67, and is attached to the shaft end of the driving roller 51 of the paper feed mechanism 6. A feed gear unit 68 comprising an idle gear 68B meshed with the feed gear 68A and the drive gear 64 and meshed with the feed gear 68A, and attached to a support shaft 75 of the rotary blade unit 7A and driven by the drive The cutting drive gears 59 that can be engaged with the gears 64 are arranged and configured.
The swing arm 67 is rotatably attached to a gear shaft 65 that supports the worm wheel 63. The drive gear 64 is supported by a gear shaft 66 attached to the end of the swing arm 67.
Therefore, in the drive gear mechanism 9, when the motor 61 rotates in the forward direction, the rotational force of the motor 61 is transmitted from the worm gear 62 to the worm wheel 63 as shown in FIG. Is transmitted to the drive gear 64, and the drive gear 64 is driven to rotate in the arrow R direction. At this time, since the rotational force about the support shaft 65 acts on the drive gear 64, the drive gear 64 rotates integrally with the swing arm 67 in the arrow N direction, and the idle gear It meshes with the gear 68B. Therefore, when the feed gear 68A is rotationally driven by the motor 62, the paper feed mechanism 6 is operated and the paper 10a is fed. Hereinafter, the position of the drive gear 64 at this time is referred to as a “first position”.
Conversely, when the motor 62 rotates in reverse, the rotational force of the motor 61 is transmitted from the worm gear 62 to the worm wheel 63 as shown in FIG. 19, and the rotation (in the direction of arrow R) of the worm wheel 63 further occurs. This is transmitted to the drive gear 64, and the drive gear 64 is rotationally driven in the direction of arrow L. At this time, a rotational force about the support shaft 65 acts on the drive gear 64, so that the drive gear 64 rotates integrally with the swing arm 67 in the direction of the arrow M, and the cutting is performed. It meshes with the drive gear 59. Therefore, when the cutting drive gear 59 is rotationally driven by the motor 61, the paper cutting mechanism 7 is operated and the paper 10a is cut. The position of the drive gear 64 at this time is referred to as a “second position”.
"Operation of paper holder device 1"
As shown in FIG. 20, the paper holder device 1 includes a first sensor 101, a second sensor 102, and a controller 100. The first sensor 101 approaches the hand when the user puts his hand toward the paper receiving unit 3 in order to take out the folded paper 10a held in the paper receiving unit 3 in a folded state. Is detected. The second sensor 102 detects whether or not the folded paper 10a is present in the paper receiving unit 3.
In the paper holder device 1 according to this embodiment, the operation of the motor 61 is controlled based on the detection signals of the first sensor 101 and the second sensor 102, so that the paper 10a is folded from the delivery of the paper 10a. A series of operations up to the cutting of the folded paper 10a is automatically performed. This will be specifically described below.
As shown in FIG. 20, the detection signals of the sensors 101 and 102 are input to the controller 100, respectively. In the controller 100, based on the detection signals of the sensors 101 and 102, a control signal is sent to the motor 61 so as to execute “paper feeding operation” and “paper cutting operation” under a preset control mode. Is output to control its operation.
Here, the basic idea about the control mode will be described.
(A) The operation of the paper holder device 1 (that is, the paper feeding operation by the normal rotation start of the motor 61) is started by the first sensor 101 detecting the approach of a human hand. This is for eliminating the direct switch operation by a person and ensuring convenience and ease of use.
However, it is a condition that the second sensor 102 detects that the folded paper 10a does not exist in the paper receiving unit 3. This is for avoiding the start of the operation of the paper holder device 1 based on an unnecessary movement of a person.
(B) After receiving the detection signals of the first sensor 101 and the second sensor 102 and starting the feeding operation of the paper 10a by the forward rotation of the motor 61, until the operation of (e) below is completed. Even if a detection signal is output from the first sensor 101, this control signal is ignored for control. This is to prevent the operation of the paper holder device 1 from being confused by the human operation after the operation of the paper holder device 1 and to smoothly perform a series of operations of the paper holder device 1.
(C) The feeding length (that is, the folding length) of the paper 10 a is adjusted by setting the driving time of the paper feeding mechanism 6 by the motor 61. In this embodiment, the drive time is set by software in the controller 100, but in other embodiments, it can also be set by manually setting a timer.
(D) The paper cutting operation after the completion of the feeding of the paper 10 a is performed by the reverse rotation of the motor 61. This is because the “feeding” and “cutting” of the paper 10a are not performed at the same time, but are always performed alternatively. Therefore, the motor 61 is operated in both “feeding driving” and “cutting driving”. It is used for.
(E) After cutting the paper 10a in the paper cutting mechanism 7, the motor 61 is driven to rotate forward to feed the paper 10a by a predetermined amount. This is because if the cutting edge of the paper 10a is stopped at the paper cutting mechanism 7 portion, the cutting edge may be caught on the paper cutting mechanism 7 portion at the next feeding, and the proper feeding may be hindered. The purpose is to send the edge forward from the paper cutting mechanism 7 portion. This feed amount (that is, the pre-feed amount) is adjusted by setting the driving time of the paper cutting mechanism 7 by the motor 61. In this embodiment, the drive time is set by software in the controller 100, but in other embodiments, it can also be set by manually setting a timer.
Here, the actual operation of the paper holder device 1 will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.
Prior to use of the paper holder device 1, the opening / closing cover 4 is opened and the paper roll 10 is set on the paper support mechanism 5 side, and the paper 10 a is pulled out from the paper roll 10, and the drive roller 51 Is further pulled down to the lower side through the space between the rotary blade unit 7A and the fixed blade unit 7B of the paper cutting mechanism 7. Thereafter, the opening / closing cover 4 is closed. With the lid of the opening / closing cover 4, the presser roll 53 comes into contact with the drive roller 51 with the paper 10a being sandwiched. The paper holder device 1 is now ready for use.
On the other hand, the control of the motor 61 accompanying the use of the paper holder device 1 is as follows.
As shown in FIG. 21, first, the control is started on the condition that the first sensor 101 outputs the first detection signal in step S1 and the detection signal is not output from the second sensor 102 in step S2. The
When the above conditions are satisfied, the motor 61 is started to rotate forward in response to this. When the motor 61 starts to rotate forward, the drive gear 64 swings in the direction of arrow N in FIG. 18 to be set at the “first position” and meshes with the idle gear 68B. Accordingly, the drive roller 51 is rotationally driven through the feed gear 68A meshing with the idle gear 68B, and the paper 10a is fed out from the paper roll 10.
The delivery of the paper 10a is continued for a preset time “Ta” corresponding to the required delivery amount (step S4). As the set time “Ta” elapses, the rotation of the motor 61 is stopped (step S5), but this stopped state is continued for a preset time “Tb”. This is to ensure proper start of the reverse rotation driving of the motor 61 to be performed next in consideration of the inertia rotation of the motor 61 or the driving roller 51.
Note that while the paper feeding mechanism 6 is feeding the paper 10a, the paper folding mechanism 8 sequentially folds the paper 10a fed in a hanging state from above.
As the predetermined time “Tb” elapses, the motor 61 is driven in reverse (step S7), and the drive gear 64 of the drive gear mechanism 9 swings in the direction of arrow M in FIG. Position "and meshes with the cutting drive gear 59. Accordingly, the paper cutting mechanism 7 attached to the cutting drive gear 59 is operated to cut the paper 10a.
The cutting operation of the paper 10a is continued for the set time “Tc” (step S8), and is terminated when the rotation of the motor 61 stops (step S9) as the set time “Tc” elapses.
The stopped state of the motor 61 is continued for a preset time “Td” (step S10), which is performed next in consideration of the inertia rotation of the motor 61 or the driving roller 51. This is to ensure proper start of forward rotation of the motor 61.
With the lapse of the set time “Td”, the forward drive of the motor 61 is started (step S11), the drive roller 51 is again driven to rotate, and the “pre-feed” of the paper 10a is set to the set time “Te”. The cutting edge of the paper 10a cut by the paper cutting mechanism 7 is fed for a predetermined length downward from the paper cutting mechanism 7.
As the set time “Te” elapses, the rotation of the motor 61 is stopped (step S13), thereby completing a series of operations of the paper holder device 1, and the paper holder device 1 is ready for the next use. It will be in a standby state.
As described above, the paper holder device 1 starts operating by positioning the hand toward the paper receiving unit 3 side in hope of using the folded paper 10a, and automatically after a predetermined time. In addition, since the paper 10a folded on the paper receiving portion 3 is formed, almost no human movement or operation is required to obtain the paper 10a, and the effect is extremely useful especially for elderly people. It will be something.
“II: Second Embodiment”
22 to 24 show a paper holder device 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The paper holder device 1 is slightly different in appearance from the paper holder device according to the first embodiment (for example, the shape of the paper receiving portion 3), but the basic configuration is the paper according to the first embodiment. The holder device is the same as the holder device. The holder main body 2, the paper receiving part 3 disposed at the lower part of the holder main body 2, and the part extending from one side to the upper surface of the holder main body 2 are opened and closed as necessary. A paper support mechanism 5, a paper feed mechanism 6, a paper cutting mechanism 7, and a paper folding mechanism 8 are disposed in the inner chamber 20 of the holder main body 2.
It should be noted that the construction, operation, and effects of the paper support mechanism 5, the paper feed mechanism 6, the paper cutting mechanism 7, and the paper folding mechanism 8 that are substantial components are the same as those in the first embodiment. Since there is, the corresponding description of 1st Embodiment is used and description here is abbreviate | omitted.
The difference between the paper holder device 1 according to the second embodiment and the paper holder device 1 according to the first embodiment is that the paper holder device 1 is attached to the vertical wall surface W and the paper. The structure of the receiving part 3 and the position where the paper outlet 34 provided in the paper receiving part 3 is formed.
First, a structure for attaching the paper holder device 1 to the vertical wall surface W will be described. In the paper holder device 1 according to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, only the back wall 23 of the holder body 2 is used as a mounting surface to the vertical wall W. In the second embodiment, the left side cover 22 and the back wall 23 toward the holder body 2 can be selectively used as attachment surfaces to the vertical wall surface W.
22 and 23 show a first mounting structure example in which the left side cover 22 portion toward the holder body 2 is a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W. FIG. In the case of this first mounting structure example, the drive gear mechanism 9 is housed and disposed in the right side cover 22 toward the holder main body 2, but in the left side cover 22 toward the left side cover 22. Since such a mechanism is not arranged, the thickness dimension can be set thinner than the right side cover 22. Therefore, by making the side cover 22 on the left side facing this toward the mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W, it is possible to reduce the extension dimension of the paper holder device 1 from the vertical wall surface W, and to limit the space. The degree of freedom in designing the layout of the toilet space is improved.
FIG. 24 shows a second mounting structure example in which the back wall 23 of the holder main body 2 is a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W. This second mounting structure example is the same as the mounting structure in the first embodiment.
Next, the structure of the paper receiving part 3 and the formation position of the outlet 34 provided in the paper receiving part 3 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 22, the paper receiving portion 3 has a rectangular dish shape as a whole, and the interval between the front wall 33a and the back wall 33b of the peripheral wall 33 is fixed. Therefore, the folding width of the folded paper 10a that is folded in the paper receiving portion 3 and placed on the bottom wall 31 is constant, and this point is the same as that of the paper receiving portion 3 in the first embodiment. This is different from that in which a regulation plate 35 (see FIG. 4) capable of adjusting the position in the direction is provided so that the folding width of the folding paper 10a can be variably adjusted.
However, diversification of the formation positions of the outlets 34 in the paper receiving part 3 is realized by forming the paper receiving part 3 in a rectangular dish shape without providing such a regulation plate 35. . That is, in this embodiment, the outlet 34 is formed not on the front wall 33a of the paper receiving portion 3 but on the right side wall surface 33c.
Such setting of the formation position of the outlet 34 facilitates the operation of taking out the folded paper 10a from the outlet 34. That is, in the case of the first mounting structure example, the left side cover 22 is set as the mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W toward the holder main body 2 as described above. 3, when the outlet 34 is formed in the front wall 33 a corresponding to the opening / closing cover 4, the outlet 34 and the vertical wall surface W come close to each other and the folding from the outlet 34 is performed. Although there is a concern that the removal of the tatami paper 10a may be hindered, since the outlet 34 is formed in the right side wall surface 33c toward the side as described above, a large operation space is provided on the front side of the outlet 34. As a result, the operation of taking out the folded paper 10a from the outlet 34 is facilitated.
In this case, a cutout opening 110 that opens downward is formed in the side cover 22 that is located on the left side of the holder main body 2 so as to correspond to the outlet 34 of the paper receiving portion 3. The folded paper 10 a placed in a folded state on the bottom wall 31 of the paper receiving unit 3 can be taken out from the outlet 34 through the notch opening 110.
On the other hand, in the case of the second mounting structure example shown in FIG. 24, the back wall 23 of the holder main body 2 is used as the mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W as described above. Even if it is formed on the right side wall surface 33c of the peripheral wall 33 of the receiving portion 3, a relatively large space can be secured outside the take-out port 34, so that the folded paper 10a can be taken out from the take-out port 34. Easy to operate.
In connection with the mounting structure of the holder main body 2 to the vertical wall surface W, the user can fold the paper receiver 3 on the right side cover 22 toward the holder main body 2. The first sensor 101 (see FIG. 20) that detects the approach of the hand when the hand is pushed out toward the paper receiving unit 3 with the intention of taking out the folded folding paper 10a, and the paper receiving unit 3 A sensor device 111 incorporating the second sensor 102 (see FIG. 20) for detecting whether or not the folding paper 10a is present, and an alarm lamp for indicating that the paper holder device 1 is in operation. 112 is arranged.
The paper roll 10 can be attached / detached by opening the opening / closing cover 4 with a sufficient working space on the front side in the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing cover 4 in both the first mounting structure example and the second mounting structure example. Is secured, so there is no problem.
“III: Third Embodiment”
25 to 28 show a paper holder device 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Similar to the paper holder device 1 according to the second embodiment, the paper holder device 1 is slightly different in appearance from the paper holder device according to the first embodiment. It is the same as that of the paper holder device according to the embodiment, and includes a holder main body portion 2, a paper receiving portion 3 disposed at a lower portion of the holder main body portion 2, and a portion extending from one side surface to the upper surface of the holder main body portion 2. An opening / closing cover 4 that opens and closes as necessary is provided, and a paper support mechanism 5, a paper feed mechanism 6, a paper cutting mechanism 7, and a paper folding mechanism 8 are disposed in the inner chamber 20 of the holder main body 2. .
The difference between the paper holder device 1 according to the third embodiment and the paper holder device 1 according to the first embodiment is that the paper holder device 1 is attached to the vertical wall surface W and the paper. This is the position at which the outlet 34 provided in the receiving portion 3 is formed.
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 25 and FIG. 26, a first mounting structure example in which the side cover 22 on the left side toward the holder main body 2 is a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W, 27, a second mounting structure example in which the rear wall 23 of the holder main body 2 is an attachment surface to the vertical wall W, and the holder main body 2 as shown in FIG. Thus, a third mounting structure example in which the right side cover 22 is a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W can be arbitrarily selected.
Next, the formation position of the outlet 34 in the paper receiver 3 will be described. In the case of the first mounting structure example shown in FIG. 25, since the left side cover 22 is the mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W toward the holder body 2 as described above, Although it can be said that it is difficult to take out the folded paper 10a from the take-out port 34, the present mounting structure is more likely to extend from the vertical wall surface W of the paper holder device 1 than to take out the folded paper 10a. The dimensions can be reduced, and it is positioned as an emphasis on layout in toilet spaces with limited space.
In the case of the second mounting structure example shown in FIG. 27, the peripheral wall 33 of the paper receiving unit 3 is obtained by using the back wall 23 of the holder main body 2 as the mounting surface to the vertical wall W as described above. In the outlet 34 provided on the front surface 33a, a sufficient operation space is secured on the front side, and the folding paper 10a can be easily taken out from the outlet 34.
In the case of the third mounting structure example shown in FIG. 28, the right side cover 22 is the mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W toward the holder main body 2, and the outlet 34 is the vertical wall surface W. Since the opening is in a direction parallel to the surface direction, a large operating space is secured on the front side of the outlet 34, which is the same as in the case of the first mounting structure example.
In connection with the mounting structure of the holder main body 2 to the vertical wall surface W, the sensor device 111 is provided on the opening / closing cover 4 and on the front side of the right side cover 22 toward the holder main body 2. The alarm lamp 112 is arranged.
“IV: Fourth Embodiment”
29 to 31 show a paper holder device 1 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
The paper holder device 1 is positioned as a combined proposal of the paper holder device 1 according to the second embodiment and the paper holder device 1 according to the third embodiment.
That is, as a structure for attaching the paper holder device 1 to the vertical wall surface W, as shown in FIG. 29, the left side cover 22 toward the holder main body 2 is attached to the vertical wall surface W. 31 and a second mounting structure example in which the back wall 23 of the holder body 2 is a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W as shown in FIG. ing.
On the other hand, as to the formation position of the outlet 34 in the paper receiving portion 3, as shown in FIG. 29, the front wall 33a and the back wall 33b of the peripheral wall 33 of the paper receiving portion 3 are respectively open over the bottom wall 31. A groove-shaped outlet 34 is formed in the right side wall 33c of the peripheral wall 33, which opens to the upper end of the right side wall 33c and cuts from here to the bottom wall 31.
In the holder main body 2, a cutout opening 110 is provided at the lower end of the right side cover 22 so as to correspond to the outlet 34 provided on the right side wall of the paper receiving portion 3. .
In the first mounting structure example shown in FIGS. 29 and 30, the left side cover 22 is used as a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W toward the holder body 2, and thus the paper holder device 1. Is attached to the vertical wall surface W, all the three outlets 34 provided in the paper receiver 3 are exposed to the outside, and the folded paper 10a can be taken out from any of these outlets 34. it can.
On the other hand, in the second mounting structure example shown in FIG. 31, the back wall 2d of the holder body 2 is used as a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W, so that the paper holder device 1 is mounted on the vertical wall surface W. In the attached state, the outlet 34 provided on the back wall 33b of the peripheral wall of the paper receiving portion 3 faces the vertical wall W and cannot be used, but the other two outlets 34 are both The folded paper 10a can be taken out from any of the outlets 34 exposed to the outside.
“V: Fifth Embodiment”
32 and 33 show a paper holder device 1 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
The paper holder device 1 is positioned as a modification of the paper holder device 1 according to the fourth embodiment.
That is, the paper holder device 1 according to the fourth embodiment has a structure in which the paper holder device 1 is attached to the vertical wall surface W. A first mounting structure example that is a mounting surface to the head and a second mounting structure example in which the rear wall 23 of the holder main body 2 is a mounting surface to the vertical wall surface W can be arbitrarily selected. The formation position of the outlet 34 in the paper receiver 3 is set at three positions of the front wall 33a, the rear wall 33b, and the right wall 33c of the peripheral wall 33 of the paper receiver 3.
However, according to such a configuration, the outlet 34 provided on the back wall 33b of the peripheral wall 33 of the paper receiving portion 3 cannot be used in the second mounting structure example.
Therefore, in the paper holder device 1 according to the fifth embodiment, the attachment structure of the paper holder device 1 to the vertical wall surface W is as shown in FIGS. 32, the mounting position of the take-out port 34 in the paper receiving part 3 is defined as the front surface of the peripheral wall 33 of the paper receiving part 3 as shown in FIG. The three positions of the wall 33a, the right side wall 33c and the left side wall 33d are set so that these three outlets 34 can always be selectively used.
In addition, since the paper receiving part 3 in this embodiment does not need to provide the outlet 34 in the part (part of the back wall 33b in the said 4th Embodiment) facing the front wall 33a of the said surrounding wall 33, The right side wall 33c and the left side wall 33d are respectively provided so that the portion facing the front wall 33a is opened and the regulation plate 35 (see FIG. 4) is provided so that the folding width of the folding paper 10a can be variably adjusted. A preparation unit 36 is provided.
