Description

Insertion type clasp
The present invention relates to a clasp, and more particularly to a clasp applied to various accessories such as a necklace and a bracelet.
FIG. 5 shows an example of a conventional clasp (refer to Patent Document 1 for details).
When the main body 510 of the clasp 500 and the spring member 520 are connected to each other, it is necessary for the user to search or align both the positions with the naked eye, and then insert the spring member 520 into the insertion port 530 of the main body 510. is there. However, it is difficult to perform alignment by groping, and alignment by visual observation is also difficult when the user is blind due to presbyopia or obstacles. In addition, when this clasp is applied to a bracelet, the user needs to wear this clasp with one hand, which is similarly difficult to connect. Furthermore, in order for the user to properly grasp and align the clasp, the clasp needs to have a considerable size, which is a restriction for reducing the clasp.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned disadvantages, and an object of the present invention is to provide a clasp that is applied to an accessory and that facilitates the mounting of the accessory. Another object of the present invention is to provide a clasp that can be easily connected with one hand. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a clasp that can be miniaturized.
The clasp of the present invention, which was created to solve the above problems, includes a first magnetic induction member provided at an end of the decorative chain member and a second magnetic induction member provided inside the housing. In a clasp that is attracted and locked to each other by magnetic force, (1) a casing that includes a first frame and a second frame, and is formed with a hollow and an opening at one end by the first frame and the second frame. And (2) a first magnetic induction member holder that holds the first magnetic induction member and has a cross section larger than the size of the opening of the case, and (3) a second magnetic member provided in the hollow of the case. A second magnetic induction member holder having an insertion space for holding the induction member and having the first magnetic induction member holder inserted when the first magnetic induction member and the second magnetic induction member are attracted to each other. Prepare.
The housing includes a support shaft that connects the first frame and the second frame, and an urging means that rotates the first frame and the second frame around the support shaft to widen the opening. The locking state is maintained by housing the locking state in which the first magnetic induction member and the second magnetic induction member are attracted to each other by magnetic force in the hollow of the housing.
Here, when the first magnetic induction member holder is inserted into the insertion space of the second magnetic induction member holder, the end surface near the opening of the first magnetic induction member holder and the opening of the second magnetic induction member holder are close to each other. It is preferable that the 2nd magnetic induction member holder is provided in the hollow of a housing | casing so that a gap may be formed between an end surface near an opening among opening surfaces.
According to the clasp of the present invention, the casing and the magnetic induction member holder (insertion portion to the casing) constituting the clasp have magnetic induction members that attract each other by magnetic force. Then, the first frame and the second frame constituting the casing are pivoted with respect to the support shaft to widen the opening, and the user grasps the magnetic induction member holder and the casing, and both of them are predetermined. The magnetic induction member holder is automatically guided into the housing by the magnetic force. Therefore, when the clasp is connected, the user does not need to visually align the magnetic induction member holder (the insertion portion and the housing. That is, even a person who is blind because of presbyopia or obstacles can easily connect this clasp. As a result, since the housing and the magnetic induction member holder (insertion portion) can be connected without problems even if they are small, the clasp of the present invention can be miniaturized.
Further, according to the clasp of the present invention, when the first magnetic induction member and the second magnetic induction member are adsorbed, the first and second magnetic induction member holders in the adsorbed state and the opening of the housing A gap is formed between them. This gap is for preventing the first magnetic induction member holder from being pulled out of the housing when the first magnetic induction member holder is pulled from the outside and is not attracted to the second magnetic induction member. If it is pulled from the outside in the absence of a gap, there is a high possibility that the opening of the housing will spread and the first magnetic induction member holder will fall out of the housing.
Furthermore, according to the clasp of the present invention, the first magnetic induction member holder is inserted into the insertion space of the second magnetic induction member holder. Thereby, when the first magnetic induction member (insertion portion) is pulled out from the inside of the housing in order to release the clasp connection, the insertion portion is guided by the inner wall portion of the opening of the second magnetic induction means holder, As a result, the insertion portion moves while being held on the central axis of the housing. Therefore, the insertion portion can be stably pulled out from the housing without causing inconvenience such as being caught around the opening of the housing.
At this time, it is preferable that the insertion space of the second magnetic induction member holder has a size to accommodate all the first magnetic induction member holders.
The first magnetic induction member and the second magnetic induction member of the clasp of the present invention may be magnets having different surface magnetic poles, and one of the first magnetic induction member and the second induction member is It may be a magnet and the other may be a ferromagnetic material. Thereby, it can mount with a simple and cheap material by the combination of a magnet and a ferromagnetic.
Further, the clasp of the present invention uses two first magnetic induction member holders, and uses two first magnetic induction member holders to insert the two first magnetic induction member holders inside the casing. Can be provided. The clasp having this configuration is preferably applied to the pendant head.
The first frame and the second frame of the clasp of the present invention may have substantially the same outer shape, or may have different shapes. Thereby, a clasp is not limited to a specific external shape, Clasps of various shapes can be provided.
Also, the clasp of the present invention having the above-described configuration can be applied to a series or multiple type accessory.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a clasp that can be easily attached with an accessory, can be easily connected even with one hand, and can be downsized. In addition, it is possible to provide a clasp in which the connection state of the clasp does not easily come off even when force is applied from the outside.

A clasp structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings of FIGS.
[First Embodiment]
1st Embodiment shows the example at the time of applying the clasp of this invention to a series of accessory fasteners. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a clasp according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the clasp 1 of FIG. 1, and (a) to (d) show the clasp connection procedure.
1, the clasp 1 includes a housing 2 attached to one end of an accessory gem 4 and an insertion portion 3 attached to the other end of the gem 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the insertion portion 3 includes a columnar magnet holder 31 that holds a magnet 32 therein, a connection portion 33 that is formed at the end of the holder 31 and has a hole, and a hole in the connection portion. And an annulus 34 that penetrates and connects to the accessory gem 4.
The housing 2 is formed in a hollow box shape, is formed at one end of the first frame 20 and the second frame 21 having substantially the same outer shape, and the first and second frames, and is substantially circular. An opening 23 defining a space region, a slit 24 formed on the other end side, a connecting part 28 extending from the inside of the slit part 24 to the outside, and a ring part connected to the hole of the connecting part 28 29 and a support shaft 22 that connects the first and second frames 20 and 21 to each other so that the first frame 20 and the second frame 21 can pivot about the support shaft 22. It has a simple structure. Here, the diameter of the opening 23 is formed smaller than the diameter of the magnet holder 31.
Referring to FIG. 2, the internal structure of clasp 1 will be described. A magnet 32 is embedded in the magnet holder 31 of the insertion portion 3. A magnet holder 26 connected to the support shaft 22 is disposed inside the housing 2. The magnet holder 26 has a magnet insertion portion 26a, which is a cylindrical space having a predetermined length in which a magnet 27 is embedded. The magnet 27 is positioned so as to face the outside through the opening 23. The polarities of the opposing surfaces of the magnet 27 of the magnet holder 26 and the magnet 32 of the insertion portion 3 are opposite to each other, that is, are attracted to each other.
The magnet insertion portion 26a of the magnet holder 26 is formed such that the magnet holder 31 is inserted and the magnet 27 and the magnet 32 are attracted by magnetic force, and has a predetermined diameter and length.
A spring 25 is arranged inside the housing 2. 2A, the first frame 20 is biased clockwise with respect to the support shaft 22, and the second frame 21 is biased counterclockwise with respect to the support shaft 22. In FIG. Therefore, if no force is applied from the outside, the spatial regions defined by the slit portion 24 and the opening portion 23 of the housing 2 are maintained.
The above is the structure of the casing 2 and the insertion portion 3 that constitute the clasp 1. Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the connection procedure of the housing | casing 2 and the insertion part 3 is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 2A, first, the user brings the insertion portion 3 and the housing 2 close to each other by a predetermined distance. Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, when a force is applied to the upper and lower portions of the slit portion 24 of the housing 2 (the location and direction of the arrow in FIG. 2B), the first frame of the housing 2 20 and the second frame 21 pivot about the support shaft 22 in a direction against the urging force of the spring 25. And the space which the slit part 24 demarcates is closed, the opening part 23 isolate | separates up and down, and the space area | region demarcated between them is expanded.
When the space area of the opening 23 is enlarged, as shown in FIG. 2C, the insertion portion 3 is caused by the magnetic force action between the magnet 27 provided inside the housing 2 and the magnet 32 of the insertion portion 3. Is inserted into the magnet insertion portion 26a of the magnet holder 26 provided inside the housing 2, and the magnet 27 and the magnet 32 are attracted and locked.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2D, when the force applied to the housing 2 is released, the opening 23 returns to its original size, and the magnet holder 31 is accommodated inside the housing 2, and the clasp 1 Connection is complete.
As shown in FIG. 2D, a gap G (gap) is formed between the magnet holder 31 in a state where the connection of the clasp 1 is completed and the opening 23 of the housing 2. This is to prevent the magnet holder 31 from dropping from the opening 23 even when the insertion portion 3 is pulled from the outside and the engagement with the magnet 27 is released. If there is no gap, when the insertion portion 3 is pulled from the outside in a state where the magnets 27 and 32 are attracted to each other, the opening portion 23 may be enlarged and fall off.
Therefore, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the state in which the magnet 32 is locked to the magnet 27 is accommodated in the housing 2, and even if the insertion portion 3 is pulled from the outside, the housing The clasp locking state is maintained without the magnet holder 31 falling off the body 2. When the external tension is released, the magnet 27 is again attracted and locked by the magnetic force of the magnet 32. That is, according to the clasp 1 of the present embodiment, when the clasp is connected, the clasp may unexpectedly come off due to the double locking of the magnets inside the casing and the locking by the casing. And a stable locking state can be maintained.
The above is the connection procedure between the housing 2 and the insertion portion 3. In addition, in the state of Fig.2 (a), the user does not necessarily need to hold | grip the insertion part 3, and may hold | maintain the gem part connected with the insertion part 3 instead. Since the gem 4 is larger than the insertion portion 3, it is easy to grip. Furthermore, the user does not need to hold the insertion part 3 in the state of FIG. Thereafter, the insertion portion 3 is automatically guided to the magnet insertion portion 26a by the magnetic force of the magnet 27.
When releasing the connection of the clasp 1, a force is applied to the upper and lower portions of the slit portion 24 of the housing 2 (the location and direction of the arrow in FIG. 2 (c)) (state of FIG. 2 (C)), and the insertion portion 3 is moved. Just pull it out.
When pulling out, the insertion portion 3 is guided by the inner wall portion of the magnet insertion portion 26 a of the second magnet holder 26, and as a result, the insertion portion 3 moves while being held on the central axis of the housing 2. Accordingly, the insertion portion 3 can be stably pulled out from the housing 2 without causing inconvenience such as being caught around the opening 23 of the housing 2.
In the present embodiment, the length of the magnet holder 31 in the longitudinal direction (the distance indicated by the arrow “a” in FIG. 2A) and the inner diameter of the magnet insertion portion 26a of the magnet holder 26 (FIG. 2A). And the distance indicated by the arrow “b” in FIG. Due to this relationship, the insertion portion 3 can be pulled out from the housing 2 better.
[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of the clasp 5 according to the second embodiment. This embodiment is an example in which the clasp of the present invention is applied to an accessory pendant head. Unlike the clasp of the first embodiment described above, the clasp 5 of the present embodiment is configured such that the two insertion portions 3 a and 3 b are inserted into the housing 6. The two insertion portions 3a and 3b are used by being connected to one end and the other end of a decorative chain member.
The two insertion portions 3a and 3b of the present embodiment have the same structure, and are formed at the ends of the cylindrical magnet holders 31a and 31b holding the magnets 32a and 32b, respectively, and the holders 31a and 31b. , And connecting portions 33a and 33b having holes, and ring portions 34a and 34b that pass through the holes of the connecting portions 33a and 33b and are connected to the accessory gem 4.
The casing 6 of this embodiment has a symmetrical shape with respect to the support shaft 62 (see FIG. 3A). In addition, two slit structure openings 63 a and 63 b are provided on both end faces of the housing 6. Inside, a magnet holder 66 on which two magnets 67a and 67b are mounted is fixed to the support shaft 62 so as to be pivotable. The magnet holder 66 holds magnets 67a and 67b inside, and magnet insertion portions 66a and 66b, which are cylindrical spaces having a predetermined length, are provided so as to face the openings 63a and 63b, respectively. . That is, the magnets 67a and 67b are provided so as to face the outside from the openings 63a and 63b, respectively. Further, two torsion springs 68 and 69 are installed on the support shaft 62.
Next, the clasp 5 connection method will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (d). First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the user brings the insertion portion 3a close to the housing 6 by a predetermined distance. Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, a force is applied to the top and bottom of the housing 6 close to the opening 63b (the direction and location of the arrow in FIG. 3B). Accordingly, the space area defined by the opening 63a is enlarged, and the area defined by the opening 63b is reduced. As a result, the magnet holder 31 a is inserted into the magnet insertion portion 66 a of the magnet holder 66 inside the housing 6 by the magnetic force action between the magnet 32 a of the insertion portion 3 a and the magnet 67 a of the housing 6. Thereafter, the force applied to the housing 6 is released.
Then, as shown in FIG. 3C, a force is applied to the top and bottom of the housing 6 close to the opening 63a (in the direction and location of the arrow in FIG. 3C). Accordingly, the spatial region defined by the opening 63b is enlarged, and the defined region of the opening 63a is reduced. As a result, the magnet holder 31 b is inserted into the magnet insertion portion 66 b of the magnet holder 66 inside the housing 5 by the magnetic action between the magnet 32 b of the insertion portion 3 b and the magnet 67 b of the housing 6.
When both of the magnet holders 31a and 31b are respectively inserted into the magnet insertion portions 66a and 66b of the magnet holder 66 inside the casing 6, the user releases the force applied to the casing 6 as shown in FIG. As shown, the magnet holders 31a and 31b are accommodated in the housing 6 and the connection of the clasp 5 is completed.
As in the first embodiment, gaps G (gap) are formed between the magnet holder 66 in the state in which the connection of the clasp 5 is completed and the openings 63a and 63b of the housing 2. This is because the magnet holders 31a and 31b fall off from the openings 63a and 63b even if the insertion portions 3a and 3b are pulled from the outside and the engagement between the magnets 32a and 67a or the magnet 32b and the magnet 67b is released. It is for preventing.
The clasp 5 of the second embodiment is assumed to be used as an accessory pendant head as described above. Therefore, the clasp 5 may have various sizes, shapes, patterns, colors, and the like. The user can enjoy various variations of accessories by preparing a plurality of these clasps and combining desired ones with the accessory body.
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment will be described. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the clasp 10 according to the third embodiment. This embodiment is an example in which the clasp of the present invention is applied to a double type accessory.
The clasp 10 of this embodiment includes a housing 11 and an insertion portion 12. The insertion part 12 is connected to one end of a double-type accessory body 13 via a ring part 130, and has a magnet holder 121 and a connection part 123. The shape of the cross section of the magnet holder 121 and the magnet is formed in a rectangle.
The housing 11 is connected to the other end of the dual-type accessory body 13, and, like the first embodiment, the inside is formed hollow by the first frame 110 and the second frame 111, and is opened at one end. A portion 113 is formed. The opening 113 has a rectangular shape that matches the shape of the cross section of the insertion portion 12 and is formed to be smaller than the size of the cross section of the insertion portion 12.
The structure of the clasp 10 of the third embodiment is such that the magnet holder 121 and the magnet held therein are rectangular, the opening 113 is rectangular, and the magnet provided inside the housing 11. Since the holder and the magnet are the same as those in the first embodiment except that the holder and the magnet are rectangular, the description of the configuration and operation is omitted.
Although the clasp 10 of the third embodiment of the present invention is applied to a double-type accessory, the scope of application of the present invention is not limited to a double-type accessory. It may be applied to other accessories.
Although the clasp structure and connection form according to the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
For example, in the embodiment, the magnetic induction member disposed in the insertion portion and the housing includes magnets having different surface magnetic poles, but the present invention is not limited to this structure. Alternatively, only one of the magnetic induction members arranged in the insertion portion and the housing may have a magnet material, and the other may have a member made of a ferromagnetic material such as iron instead of the magnet.
