本发明涉及一种眼镜镜腿,更具体地说,涉及一种 k 金眼镜镜腿。
背景技术
在现有珠宝或贵金属产品市场中,很难有以眼镜为主题的产品。原因是一般 k 金、铂金等贵金属重量较重,超过了佩带眼镜可接受的程度。另外普通眼镜镜框支架或镜腿镶嵌钻石后,重量增加较多,也不适合佩戴,并且在普通镜腿上镶嵌钻石,不能达到美观及方便使用状态。再者镶嵌钻石的难度较大,现有技术中,对于一般镶嵌有钻石的贵金属镜腿而言,钻石是镶嵌在镜腿的表面,这种镶嵌方式未能达到紧固镶嵌钻石的要求,并且很容易破坏镜腿的表面,影响到眼镜的美观和产品销售。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中 K 金镜腿较重、普通树脂或普通金属镜腿不适合镶嵌钻石、贵金属眼镜镜腿镶嵌钻石容易破坏镜腿表面的缺陷,提供一种重量轻、美观、能镶嵌钻石的 K 金眼镜镜腿。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种 k 金眼镜镜腿,由 k 金制成镜腿,所述镜腿上设有中空内腔,所述中空内腔沿镜腿纵向设置,且所述镜腿至少在上部或 / 和外侧开有与中空内腔联通的通孔。
所述通孔设置多个,多个通孔在镜腿上排布形成网状结构或形成图案。
所述通孔为多边形孔、壁面平滑过渡的无尖锐角的孔或不规则形状孔。
所述通孔内镶嵌有装饰物。
所述镜腿外径不超于 5mm ,所述通孔内径为 0.2-0.5 mm 。
所述镜腿为一端大一端小的棒状。
所述镜腿横截面为圆形、弧形、长方形或椭圆形。
本发明采用 K 金制成的眼镜镜腿, 镜腿上设有中空内腔,所述内腔沿镜腿纵向设置,且所述镜腿至少在上部或 / 和外侧开有与内腔联通的通孔。中空构造减轻了镜腿重量,也就相应减轻了整个眼镜的重量,使其符合佩戴要求。镜腿上的通孔一方面进一步减轻重量,另一方面能对镜腿起到装饰作用,使得眼镜佩戴时较为美观,更重要的是这些通孔还可以用于固定钻石等装饰物,并能获得较好的镶嵌效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种k金眼镜镜腿,由k金制成镜腿1,所述镜腿1上设有中空内腔2,所述中空内腔2沿镜腿1纵向设置,中空内腔2可以贯穿整个镜腿1,也可以设置在镜腿1的局部,在镜腿1直径不同的情况下,将中空内腔2设置在直径较大的地方,以保持镜腿1整个强度。所述镜腿1至少在上部或/和外侧开有与中空内腔2联通的通孔3。由于通孔3设置目的是为了形成美观图案和镶嵌装饰物,因此设置通孔3的位置主要是在能够被看到的位置,例如镜腿1上部、外侧,但也可以在整个镜腿1上都设置有通孔3,所述通孔3设置多个,多个通孔3在镜腿1上排布形成网状结构,并形成图案,美化了镜腿1。所述通孔3为多边形孔、壁面平滑过渡的无尖锐角的孔或不规则形状孔。第一种实施方式如图1所示:镜腿只设置通孔3,镜腿上排布大量的各种形状通孔3,以组成美观的图案。第二种实施方式如图2所示:在所述通孔3内镶嵌有装饰物5,这些装饰物5可以是钻石、水晶、玉石等。镶嵌装饰物5的通孔3可以如图2所示的一部分,也可以是全部都镶嵌。为了使得整个镜腿1看起来精致小巧,一般镜腿1外径不超于 5mm,所述通孔3内径为0.2-0.5 mm,上述通孔3内径范围一方面可以不破坏镜腿1强度,又能形成一定图案,美化镜腿1。所述镜腿1为一端大一端小的棒状,符合作为镜腿1的要求。所述镜腿1横截面为圆形、弧形、长方形或椭圆形等各种结构,也可以是其他形状,只要是符合佩戴舒适的要求就可以。如图3、4所示,本实施例中选择了半圆形、带倒角的长方形,这两种形状中它们平面部分贴近脸部,使得佩戴舒适。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种k金眼镜镜腿,由k金制成镜腿,其特征在于,所述镜腿上设有中空内腔,所述中空内腔沿镜腿纵向设置,且所述镜腿至少在上部或/和外侧开有与中空内腔联通的通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的k金眼镜镜腿,其特征在于,所述通孔设置多个,多个通孔在镜腿上排布形成网状结构或形成图案。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的k金眼镜镜腿,其特征在于,所述通孔为多边形孔、壁面平滑过渡的无尖锐角的孔或不规则形状孔。
  4. 据权利要求1所述的k金眼镜镜腿,其特征在于,所述通孔内镶嵌有装饰物。
  5. 据权利要求1所述的k金眼镜镜腿,其特征在于,所述镜腿外径不超于 5mm,所述通孔内径为0.2-0.5 mm。
  6. 据权利要求1所述的k金眼镜镜腿,其特征在于,所述镜腿为一端大一端小的棒状。
  7. 据权利要求1所述的k金眼镜镜腿,其特征在于,所述镜腿横截面为圆形、弧形、长方形或椭圆形。
