Abstract

La présente invention concerne une fraise dentaire destinée à soulever rapidement et en toute sécurité le sinus sans endommager la muqueuse dans celui-ci lors de l'opération sur le sinus. La fraise dentaire selon la présente invention comporte une partie de liaison formée à l'extrémité supérieure d'un corps de façon à être liée à un dispositif d'entraînement, et une partie de coupe formée à l'extrémité inférieure du corps, dotée de lames de coupe servant au fraisage, la partie de coupe comportant une pluralité de lames de coupe disposées en cercle de façon à présenter une forme cylindrique avec un creux évidé à l'intérieur pour permettre le recueil d'un disque principal, et les lames de coupe étant dotées d'une extrémité à surface incurvée à leur extrémité, celle-ci étant arrondie, de façon à pouvoir éviter des dommages à la muqueuse même lorsque le bord circonférentiel extérieur de l'extrémité de la partie de coupe entre en contact direct avec la muqueuse lors du fraisage.
