  • Suitable pigments include organic pigments and metal complexes. Pigments derived from cadmium, carbon, chromium, cobalt, copper, iron, lead, titanium, and zinc may be used. Copper phthalocyanine pigments are preferred. Thus, the colouring agent preferably comprises copper phthalocyanine. However, a skilled person will appreciate that other pigments may be used.
  • the colouring agent may be in the form of a pigment dispersion, preferably an aqueous pigment dispersion.
  • a pigment dispersion is intended to mean a two phase system where one phase comprises finely divided particles, and the other phase comprises a bulk substance through which the finely divided particles are distributed.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un substrat de capture de colorant comprenant un substrat absorbant, comprenant : (A) un composé de capture de colorant choisi parmi les composés suivants : (i) un composé d'ammonium-2-hydroxy-3-halogénopropyle N-trisubstitué ayant la formule générale (I), dans laquelle R3, R4, R5 sont chacun indépendamment méthyle, éthyle, butyle ou benzyle ou un dérivé substitué par hydroxyle de ceux-ci, X est un atome d'halogène, et Y est chlorure, bromure, sulfate ou sulfonate ; et (ii) un sel d'époxypropylammonium ayant la formule générale (II), dans laquelle R6, R7, R8 et Y' ont la même définition que R3, R4, R5 et Y, respectivement, tels que définis ci-dessus ; ou une combinaison de ceux-ci ; et (B) un inhibiteur de transfert de colorant. Le substrat de capture de colorant comprend facultativement en outre un agent colorant.
