Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés permettant de déterminer si un sujet présente un phénotype tolérant une greffe. Par la mise en œuvre des procédés de l'invention, le niveau d'expression d'un ou plusieurs gènes dans un échantillon provenant du sujet, par exemple, un échantillon sanguin, est dosé pour obtenir un résultat d'expression génique, le résultat d'expression génique comprenant un résultat pour un biomarqueur de tolérance de greffe.
