In this detailed description, preferred embodiments of the electronic measuring and recording device (A) according to the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject - matter and not to constitute any limiting effect.
In Figure 1 , a representative view of the operation of the electronic pressure measuring device (A) according to the invention within the system is given. The said electronic pressure measuring device (A) is used to measure and record pressure shifting the system. Pressure shift originates from transportation of the pressurised fluid within the system. As seen in Figure 3, said pressure measuring and recording device (A) comprises information screen (2) on which values received from the electronic data collection device (1 ) (Figure 2) that collects and records pressure shift due to movement of this pressurised fluid in the system and the instantaneous values occurring in the system are displayed. The digital display, hydraulic system information screen (2) displays, according to the values measured by the sensors mounted on the system, under how much pressure the system has operated, how many times it has exceeded the designated pressure threshold value, in which time intervals it has operated and the temperature, level and pollution of the hydraulic oil found within the oil tank. Pressure measuring and recording device (A) is comprised of a pressure transmitter measuring the pressure and an electronic card, specially designed for this system, capable of reading and recording the pressure value measured by the transmitter, the sensors capable of measuring device the pressure and temperature of the oil available in the oil tank of the system. The transmitter is integrated with the electronic card and can be fitted to the inlet of the telescopic cylinder (4) in the system by means of a connector. Pressure forming in the system is read by the pressure transmitter as 4-20 miliampere. These values are converted into pressure data in bar by specially designed electronic card and these data in the system are recorded to the memory of the card by means of the electronic card. The fluid being hydraulic oil is preserved in a tank (6). This fluid is supplied to the system by means of a pump (6). The pump (6) dispatches the hydraulic oil taken from the tank (7) to the telescopic cylinder (3) by means of the drive of the engine (5). As a result of this, the load on the telescopic cylinder (3) starts to be pushed. Thus, different driving forces and therefore different pressures form in the system. When these activities are going on in the system, pressure shifts forming in the system are collected and recorded on the electronic data collection device (1 ). These recorded data are processed, analysed by means of software.
Hydraulic oil leading to pressure shift within the system is sent back to the tank (7) by means of a directional control valve (4) when it is not going to be used in the telescopic cylinder (3). In hydraulic systems, energy transmission between the pump (6) and the users such as telescopic cylinder (3) that uses hydraulic fluid is provided over the connections and lines arranged in line with the purpose. Here, valves (4) are placed as energy control member on the lines for acquisition of the magnitudes such as force, torque, speed or number of cycles and direction of movement expected from the telescopic cylinder (3) which is the user element and for protection of theirs in line with the system requirements. These valves (4) provide control or regulation of pressure and volumetric flow rate. Each valve (4) available in the system forms a resistance against passage of the fluid.

The directional control valves (4) are used to control flow of the fluid in hydraulic lines and to change the direction of movement, to start up or to stop hydraulic cylinders (3) and engines (5). Within the system, the said directional control valve (4) is the member that directs the fluid force forming in the pump (6), to the tank (7) or to the telescopic cylinder (3).
The electronic pressure measuring device (1) according to the invention is good for recording the pressure shifts occurring in the telescopic cylinder (3). The telescopic cylinder (3) is used in locations entailing high stroke and is comprised of the embedded pistons of different diameters. It is used on earth movers and dumper trucks. After the pressure measurements with regard to the telescopic cylinder (3) are processed following computerisation of theirs by means of a program, it is determined under what pressure, how many times and when the telescopic cylinder (3) has operated.
