Abstract

본 발명은 옥살릴 클로라이드 (oxalyl chloride), 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 (1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol) 및 피페라진디에탄올 (piperazinediethanol)을 이용하여 PAOX (poly(amino oxalate)를 제조하고 이를 미립구로 제조하여 약물전달체로 활용하는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 PAOX는 생분해성, 생체적합성, 양이온성 등 세 가지 특성을 동시에 지니고 있는 고분자로서 적절한 소수성을 지니고 있는바, 약물의 빠른 방출을 유도하는 미립구로 제조될 수 있다. 또한 상기 미립구는 약물의 세포 내 전달효율을 향상시킴으로써, 급성 간부전, 급성 폐렴 등 급성 염증성 질환을 치료하는 데 있어 약물전달체로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
