     前記顧客から抽出した生体情報と、当該顧客を特定するための顧客情報とを関連付けて記憶する生体情報記憶手段と、
     前記顧客から抽出される生体情報が、当該顧客と一致するか否かの判断を受け取り、当該顧客を確認する顧客確認手段と、
     前記顧客確認手段により前記顧客が確認されると、当該顧客から抽出した生体情報と、対応する顧客の顧客情報とを関連付けて前記生体情報記憶手段に記憶させる生体情報登録手段と、
     前記生体情報登録手段が登録した顧客の顧客情報を通知する通信手段とを備えたことを特徴とする業務支援装置。
