由于用户终端的访问事务会被透明緩存系统终结, 而无法到达 OTT服务 器, 因此, 导致 OTT服务提供方无法统计用户终端对媒体数据的访问状况, 例如: 访问次数和访问时间等; 此外, 由于用户终端的访问请求直接被透明緩 存系统应答, 相应访问请求将无法到达 OTT服务器, 致使 OTT服务提供方无 法对访问内容进行控制, 而透明緩存系统也存在被海量请求攻击的安全风险。 发明内容
本发明实施例提出一种基于 OTT的媒体数据传输方法、 装置及系统, 能 够提高 ΟΤΤ服务器对媒体数据请求及内容传输的可控性。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明实施例提供一种基于在 Internet上层 OTT的媒体数据传输方法,所 述方法包括:
OTT服务器接收用户终端发起的媒体数据请求, 所述 OTT服务器连接有 至少一个緩存服务器;
所述 OTT服务器根据所述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从所述至 少一个緩存服务器中确定一个緩存服务器;
所述 OTT服务器发送携带有会话信息的通知消息至所述用户终端及所确 定的緩存服务器;以便于所述确定的緩存服务器接收来自所述用户终端的携带 所述会话信息的媒体数据请求, 并向所述用户终端发送相应媒体数据。
一种 OTT服务器, 所述 OTT服务器与至少一个緩存服务器相连, 所述 OTT服务器包括:
第一端口, 用于接收用户终端的媒体数据请求;
确定单元, 用于根据所述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从所述至 少一个緩存服务器中确定一个緩存服务器;
第二端口,用于向所述确定的緩存服务器以及所述用户终端发送携带会话 信息的通知消息。
一种緩存服务器,所述緩存服务器和在 Internet上层 OTT服务器相连,所 述緩存服务器包括:
网络侧接口单元, 用于接收来自所述 OTT服务器的携带有会话信息的通 知消息;
第一用户侧接口单元,用于接收来自用户终端的携带有会话信息的媒体数 据请求;
控制单元, 用于将来自所述 OTT的会话信息与来自所述用户终端的会话 信息进行比较;

一种基于 OTT的媒体数据传输系统, 包括: 用户终端、 OTT服务器以及 至少一个緩存服务器; 其中,
所述 OTT服务器, 用于接收所述用户终端发起的媒体数据请求, 根据所 述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从所述至少一个緩存服务器中确定一 个緩存服务器,发送携带有会话信息的通知消息至所述用户终端及所述确定的 緩存服务器;
所述緩存服务器,用于接收来自所述用户终端的携带所述会话信息的媒体 数据请求, 并向所述用户终端发送相应媒体数据。
本发明实施例中, 由于将用户终端发起的媒体数据请求首先定位至 OTT 服务器, 使得 OTT服务器能够针对具体的用户选择相应的緩存服务器进行媒 体数据的推送; 然后,通过控制用户终端重新向緩存服务器发起携带特定会话 信息的媒体数据请求, 由緩存服务器根据该请求向用户终端推送媒体数据,从 而, OTT服务器可以监测到用户终端的每次媒体数据请求, 从而实现针对用 户终端的每次媒体数据请求进行控制, 提高对媒体数据传输的可控性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整的描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于 OTT的媒体数据传输方法, 如图 2所示, 所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 OTT服务器接收用户终端发起的媒体数据请求;
所述 OTT服务器连接緩存服务器, 緩存服务器内嵌緩存系统且存储相关 媒体数据, 该媒体数据可以由 OTT服务器发送而来。
通常,緩存服务器需要注册自己的位置和能力(如所覆盖的终端用户子网、 所支持的流化协议、 存储容量等)到 OTT服务器; 此外, 该注册业务也可以 先由 service POP上 >¾到运营商管理系统进行汇总, 再由该运营商管理系统告 知 OTT服务器。
步骤 202、 OTT服务器确定向所述用户终端发送相关媒体数据的緩存服务 器, 并发送携带有会话信息的通知消息至所述用户终端及确定的緩存服务器; 本发明实施例中, 当 OTT服务器接收到用户终端发起的媒体数据请求之 后, 如果该用户终端的媒体数据请求被接纳, 则 OTT服务器确定向该用户终 端发送相关媒体数据的緩存服务器, 具体实施过程中,緩存服务器的选择基准 可以是: 根据緩存服务器的接入位置, 就近选择; 或是根据緩存服务器提供数 据服务的能力, 选择合适的服务器进行媒体数据的发放。
为了提高 OTT服务器对媒体数据请求及内容传输的可控性, OTT服务器 根据当前用户终端发起的媒体数据请求, 生成相应的会话信息,根据实际的应 用场景, 该会话信息具体可以包括: 描述用户有效性的用户标识、 描述计费有 效性的会话标识、描述版权许可有效性的内容标识、描述版权控制方式的版权 信息、 描述计费模式的计费信息、 描述媒体数据服务结束后的反馈信息需求、 描述用户请求被许可访问的状态持续时间和并发连接数目等信息中的一个或 多个的组合。
生成会话信息之后, OTT服务器发送携带上述信息的会话信息的通知消 息至用户终端和所确定的緩存服务器,以通知用户终端需要向该緩存服务器重 新发起携带所述会话信息的媒体数据请求,并且告知该緩存服务器任何向其发 起媒体数据请求的用户终端都必须携带上述会话信息。
步骤 203、 所述用户终端向所述确定的緩存服务器发送携带所述会话信息 的媒体数据请求, 接收由所述确定的緩存服务器返回的媒体数据。
用户终端接收到通知消息之后,重新向确定的緩存服务器发起携带所述会 话信息的媒体数据请求, 而緩存服务器则根据这一媒体数据请求, 向该用户终 端发送相关媒体数据。
本发明实施例中, 由于将用户终端发起的媒体数据请求首先定位至 OTT 服务器, 使得 OTT服务器能够针对具体的用户选择相应的緩存服务器进行媒 体数据的推送; 然后,通过控制用户终端重新向緩存服务器发起携带特定会话 信息的媒体数据请求, 由緩存服务器根据该请求向用户终端推送媒体数据,从 而, OTT服务器可以监测到用户终端的每次媒体数据请求, 从而实现针对用 户终端的每次媒体数据请求进行控制, 提高对媒体数据传输的可控性。
在实际应用场景中, OTT服务器可以通过单播的方式, 将相关媒体数据 推送至某一緩存服务器。 当与 OTT服务器连接的緩存服务器有多个时, OTT 服务器可以通过组播的方式, 将相关媒体数据推送至每一个緩存服务器。
需要说明的是, 通常, OTT服务器接收到用户终端发起的媒体数据请求 之后, 需要对该用户终端进行鉴权认证, 以确定该用户终端发起的媒体数据请 求是否可以被接纳。相应的鉴权认证方式可以包括: 防火墙过滤等防攻击过滤 安全处理、 用户身份认证、 节目选择与授权、 计费等处理, 当相关的鉴权认证 通过之后, OTT服务器可以确定该媒体数据请求为合法请求, 则开始进行后 续会话信息的确认。
另外, 在緩存服务器一侧, 当緩存服务器接收到 OTT服务器发送的携带 会话信息的通知消息之后,对此会话信息进行存储, 当接收到用户终端发起的 携带相应会话信息的媒体数据请求之后,仍需要对该用户终端进行认证。此时 的认证方式可以为:将用户终端的媒体数据请求中携带的会话信息与来自 OTT 服务器的通知消息中携带的会话消息进行比较,如果二者内容匹配, 则认为用 户是在许可的访问时间内、对许可的内容源的许可连接数目范围内发起的访问 请求, 则可以确定该用户终端为合法用户, 且被许可向其提供媒体数据服务, 则根据该用户终端的请求, 向其发送相应的媒体数据。 为了进一步加强 0TT服务器对媒体数据请求及内容传输的可控性, 可在 用户终端停止获取相应媒体数据之后, 由所述緩存服务器向所述 OTT服务器 上报当前媒体数据传输的相关统计信息, 如访问时长、 访问频度、 平均带宽、 流量统计和质量统计等。这里, 当緩存服务器向该用户终端传送媒体数据服务 结束时, 该用户终端停止获取相应媒体数据; 此外, 也可能是由于网络故障等 原因,导致该用户终端断开与緩存服务器的网络连接,使得该用户终端停止获 取相应媒体数据。本发明实施例中, 可以在用户终端停止获取相应媒体数据的 时候由所述緩存服务器向所述 OTT服务器上报当前媒体数据传输的相关统计 信息; 也可以在用户终端停止获取相应媒体数据之后, 定时由所述緩存服务器 向所述 OTT服务器上报当前媒体数据传输的相关统计信息, 本发明实施例不 做任何限定, 具体可以根据实际应用场景进行设置。
为了便于对本发明实施例技术方案的充分理解,下面将结合本发明实施例 中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整的描述。
图 3以用户终端访问网站的应用场景为例, 来说明上述基于 OTT的媒体 数据传输过程。
图 3 中, OTT服务器是网站服务提供商提供视频服务的服务器(包括: 主页框架服务器、 节目管理服务器、 用户认准服务器、 计费服务器、 内容存储 服务器、 广告决策服务器和广告存储服务器等), 该 OTT服务器连接有中间网 络设备 (service POP) , 即緩存服务器, 该网络设备内嵌緩存系统。
网站的 ΟΤΤ服务器根据用户发起的媒体数据请求向其进行数据传输的具 体过程参见图 4所示, 具体包括以下步骤:
S401、 緩存服务器 service POP注册自己的位置和能力 (如所覆盖的终端 用户子网、 所支持的流化协议、 存储容量等)到 OTT服务器, 使得 OTT服务 器获知緩存服务器的各项参数信息;
当然, 该注册也可以先由 service POP上>¾到运营商管理系统汇总, 然后 由运营商管理系统告知网站服务提供商提供的 OTT服务器;
此外, 通常, OTT服务器可以同时连接多个 service POP;
S402、 OTT服务器将相应媒体数据通过组播或单播方式推送到 service
POP; 5403、 用户终端 (end user)向 OTT服务器发起媒体数据请求, 该请求被直 接定向至 OTT服务器;
5404、 OTT服务器接收到 end user发起的媒体数据请求后, 进行防火墙过 滤防攻击过滤等安全处理、 用户认证、 节目选择与授权、 计费等处理, 对当前 end user进行鉴权认证;
如果当前 end user发起的媒体数据请求被 OTT服务器接纳, 则 OTT服务 器基于 service POP的接入位置或提供数据服务的能力, 为 end user选择相应 提供媒体数据内容的 service POP;
OTT服务器根据当前用户终端发起的媒体数据请求, 生成相应的会话信 息, 该会话信息具体可以包括: 描述用户有效性的用户标识、 描述计费有效性 的会话标识、描述版权许可有效性的内容标识、描述版权控制方式的版权信息、 描述计费模式的计费信息、描述媒体数据服务结束后的反馈信息需求、描述用 户请求被许可访问的状态持续时间和并发连接数目中的一个或多个的组合; 具体实施时, 上述会话信息可以采用明文描述或采用约定格式使用安全、 唯一的标识加密后进行传送;
5405、 OTT服务器发送携带上述会话信息的通知消息至 service POP, 以 告知该 service POP: 在该会话信息指定的用户许可访问状态持续时间内的用 户请求是时间上有效的;携带该会话信息指定的用户标识的用户请求在用户身 份上是有效的;携带该会话信息指定的会话标识的用户请求在计费信息上是有 效的;携带该会话信息指定的内容标识的用户请求在内容版权访问上是有效的: 只有当这些有效性均被确认, 该终端用户的访问请求才能被 service POP接纳 并提供服务;
5406、 OTT服务器发送携带上述会话信息的通知消息至 end user, 以通知 end user需要向对应的 service POP重新发起携带上述会话信息的媒体数据请 求, 将 end user重定向到 service POP获取媒体内容;
会话信息中携带有对应的 service POP 的 IP 地址和 /或 URI(Uniform Resource Identifier, 通用资源标识符), end user 收到会话信息后,可以根据携带 的对应的 service POP的 IP地址和 /或 URI定位到对应的 service POP。
5407、 end user向 OTT服务器发起携带上述会话信息的媒体数据请求; 5408、 service POP根据步骤 S405中来自 OTT服务器的会话信息和 end use 发起的媒体数据请求中携带的会话信息进行比较, 如果两者匹配, 即验证 end user是 OTT服务器认可的合法用户且被许可提供指定的内容;
5409、 end user请求的媒体数据内容从 service POP传输到 end user, service POP按照 OTT服务器提供的策略进行相应计费和访问信息统计;
5410、 当 end user终止获取相应媒体数据 (如内容传送结束或 end user和 service POP之间网络连接断开)之后, service POP终止计费并上报计费信息 和 end user访问的统计信息, 例如: 访问时长、 访问频度、 平均带宽、 流量统 计和质量统计等。
通过上述实施例可见, 由于将用户终端发起的媒体数据请求首先定位至
OTT服务器, 使得 OTT服务器能够针对具体的用户选择相应的緩存服务器进 行媒体数据的推送; 然后,通过控制用户终端重新向緩存服务器发起携带特定 会话信息的媒体数据请求, 由緩存服务器根据该请求向用户终端推送媒体数 据, 从而, OTT服务器可以监测到用户终端的每次媒体数据请求, 从而实现 针对用户终端的每次媒体数据请求进行控制, 提高对媒体数据传输的可控性。
本发明实施例中, 由于 OTT服务器先对用户进行诸如安全过滤、 签权认 证处理等内容访问控制工作, 緩存服务器仅需比较用户携带的会话信息是否 与来自 OTT服务器的会话信息匹配即可完成内容访问控制, 从而解决了緩存 服务器被海量请求攻击的安全风险;
此外, 由于所有的用户访问请求都会到达 OTT服务器以及所有的会话统 计信息如访问时长、 访问频度、 平均带宽、 流量统计和质量统计等都会由緩存 服务器通告给 OTT服务器, 因此, 该技术方案能够解决 OTT服务提供商在透
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供了一种基于 OTT的媒体数据传输系统, 如 图 5所示, 该系统具体可以包括: 用户终端 501、 OTT服务器 502以及至少一 个緩存服务器 503 , 緩存服务器 503与 OTT服务器 502相连, 且内嵌有緩存 系统以及存储有媒体数据; 其中,
所述 OTT服务器 502用于接收所述用户终端 501发起的媒体数据请求; 根据所述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从至少一个緩存服务器中确定 向所述用户终端 501发送相关媒体数据的緩存服务器 503 , 并发送携带有会话 信息的通知消息至所述用户终端 501及相应緩存服务器 503;
所述緩存服务器 503用于接收来自所述用户终端 501的携带所述会话信息 的媒体数据请求, 并向所述用户终端 501发送相应媒体数据。
通常,緩存服务器需要注册自己的位置和能力(如所覆盖的终端用户子网、 所支持的流化协议、 存储容量等)到 OTT服务器。
当 OTT服务器接收到用户终端发起的媒体数据请求之后, 如果该用户终 端的媒体数据请求被接纳, 则 OTT服务器确定向该用户终端发生相关媒体数 据的緩存服务器, 具体实施过程中, 緩存服务器的选择基准可以是: 根据緩存 服务器的接入位置, 就近选择; 或是根据緩存服务器提供数据服务的能力, 选 择合适的服务器进行媒体数据的发放。
为了提高 OTT服务器对媒体数据请求及内容传输的可控性, OTT服务器 根据当前用户终端发起的媒体数据请求, 生成相应的会话信息,根据实际的应 用场景, 该会话信息具体可以包括: 描述用户有效性的用户标识、 描述计费有 效性的会话标识、描述版权许可有效性的内容标识、描述版权控制方式的版权 信息、 描述计费模式的计费信息、 描述媒体数据服务结束后的反馈信息需求、 描述用户请求被许可访问的状态持续时间和并发连接数目中的一个或多个的 组合。
生成会话信息之后, OTT服务器发送携带上述信息的会话信息的通知消 息至用户终端和所确定的緩存服务器,以通知用户终端需要向该緩存服务器重 新发起携带所述会话信息的媒体数据请求,并且告知该緩存服务器任何向其发 起媒体数据请求的用户终端都必须携带上述会话信息。该用户终端接收到这一 通知消息之后, 重新向该緩存服务器发起携带所述会话信息的媒体数据请求, 而緩存服务器则根据这一媒体数据请求, 向该用户终端发送相关媒体数据。
可见, 本发明实施例系统中, 由于将用户终端发起的媒体数据请求首先定 位至 OTT服务器,使得 OTT服务器能够针对具体的用户选择相应的緩存服务 器进行媒体数据的推送; 然后,通过控制用户终端重新向緩存服务器发起携带 特定会话信息的媒体数据请求,由緩存服务器根据该请求向用户终端推送媒体 数据, 从而, OTT服务器可以监测到用户终端的每次媒体数据请求, 从而实 现针对用户终端的每次媒体数据请求进行控制, 提高对媒体数据传输的可控 性。
在实际应用场景中, ΟΤΤ服务器可以通过单播的方式, 将相关媒体数据 推送至某一緩存服务器。 当与 ΟΤΤ服务器连接的緩存服务器有多个时, ΟΤΤ 服务器可以通过组播的方式, 将相关媒体数据推送至每一个緩存服务器。
此外, ΟΤΤ服务器接收到用户终端发起的媒体数据请求之后, 需要对该 用户终端进行鉴权认证,以确定该用户终端发起的媒体数据请求是否可以被接 纳。
而在緩存服务器一侧, 当緩存服务器接收到 ΟΤΤ服务器发送的携带会话 信息的通知消息之后,对此会话信息进行存储, 当接收到用户终端发起的携带 相应会话信息的媒体数据请求之后,仍需要对该用户终端进行认证。将接收到 的该用户终端发起的媒体数据请求中携带的会话信息与自身接收到的通知消 息中携带的会话消息进行比较,如果二者内容匹配, 即用户是在许可的访问时 间内对许可的内容源的许可连接数目范围内的访问请求,则可以确定该用户终 端为合法用户, 且被许可向其提供媒体数据服务, 则根据该用户终端的请求, 向其发送相应的媒体数据。
最后,为了进一步加强 ΟΤΤ服务器对媒体数据请求及内容传输的可控性, 可在用户终端停止获取相应媒体数据之后, 由所述緩存服务器向所述 ΟΤΤ服 务器上报当前媒体数据传输的相关统计信息。 相应地, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 ΟΤΤ服务器, 如图 6所示, 该服务 器具体可以包括:
第一端口 601 , 用于接收用户终端的媒体数据请求;
确定单元 602,用于根据所述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从所述 至少一个緩存服务器中确定一个緩存服务器;
第二端口 603, 用于向所述确定的緩存服务器以及所述用户终端发送携带 会话信息的通知消息。
如图 7所示, 本实施例提供的 ΟΤΤ服务器还可以包括计费单元 604, 第 一端口 601还用于接收来自緩存服务器的统计信息,计费单元 604用于根据该 统计信息对用户终端进行计费。 相应上述 OTT服务器, 本发明实施例还提供了一种緩存服务器, 所述緩 存服务器和 OTT服务器相连, 如图 8所示, 所述緩存服务器包括:
网络侧接口单元 801 , 用于接收来自所述 OTT服务器的携带有会话信息 的通知消息;
第一用户侧接口单元 802, 用于接收来自用户终端的携带有会话信息的媒 体数据请求;
控制单元 803 , 用于将来自所述 OTT的会话信息与来自所述用户终端的 会话信息进行比较;

所述 OTT服务器根据所述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从所述至 少一个緩存服务器中确定一个緩存服务器;
所述 OTT服务器发送携带有会话信息的通知消息至所述用户终端及所确 定的緩存服务器;以便于所述确定的緩存服务器接收来自所述用户终端的携带 所述会话信息的媒体数据请求, 并向所述用户终端发送相应媒体数据。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于 OTT的媒体数据传输方法, 其特征在于, 所述 OTT服务器通过组播或单播的方式, 将相关媒体数据推送至所述确定的 緩存服务器。

9、 一种基于 OTT的媒体数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户终端、 OTT服务器以及至少一个緩存服务器; 其中,
所述 OTT服务器, 用于接收所述用户终端发起的媒体数据请求, 根据所 述至少一个緩存服务器的位置和 /或能力从所述至少一个緩存服务器中确定一 个緩存服务器,发送携带有会话信息的通知消息至所述用户终端及所述确定的 緩存服务器;
所述緩存服务器,用于接收来自所述用户终端的携带所述会话信息的媒体 数据请求, 并向所述用户终端发送相应媒体数据。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的基于 OTT的媒体数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述 OTT服务器还用于, 在接收用户终端发起的媒体数据请求之后, 对所述 用户终端进行鉴权认证。
11、根据权利要求 9所述的基于 OTT的媒体数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述相应緩存服务器还用于,将接收到的媒体数据请求中携带的会话信息与所 述通知消息中携带的会话消息进行比较, 对所述用户终端进行认证。
12、根据权利要求 9所述的基于 OTT的媒体数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述相应緩存服务器还用于, 当所述用户终端终止获取媒体数据时, 向所述 OTT服务器上报当前媒体数据传输的相关统计信息。
