図6に示すように、本実施の形態に係る通信制御システム1Aは、図1に示した基地局10A及び移動局20Aに加えて、基地局10Bと、交換局30とを含む。この内、基地局10Bは、基地局10Aに隣接して設置される基地局であり、例えばLTEシステムにおけるeNBに相当する。基地局10A及び10Bは、X2伝送路を介して接続される。一方、交換局30は、例えばLTEシステムにおけるMME(Mobility Management Entity)に相当する。交換局30は、S1伝送路を介して各基地局10A及び10Bへ接続される。なお、S1は、eNBとMMEの間のインタフェースを意味する。
図9に示すように、本実施の形態に係る通信制御システム1Bは、図6に示した通信制御システム1Aと同様に構成できる。また、各基地局10A及び10Bは、図7と同様に構成できる。但し、図9の例では、基地局10Aが、PCC 100a及び100b、並びに一部のSCC 101a及び101bを使用し、基地局10Bが残りのSCC 102a及び102bを使用する場合を扱っている。なお、各基地局10A及び10Bと移動局20の間で送受信されるSCCは複数存在しても良い。この場合も、以降の説明は同様に適用される。

前記制御部は、前記第1の通信部に、第1の副キャリアでの通信用の第1の制御情報と、前記第1の制御情報及び他の副キャリア各々での通信用の第2の制御情報との間の第1の差分情報を、前記主キャリアを介して前記移動局へ通知させる、
