整鞋底调整垫如传统的整鞋底垫一样装配在鞋底即可,鞋后帮延伸调整垫是装配(固定) 在鞋后帮及延伸处上的, 用缝、 用胶都行, 或者是缝与胶混合使用; 或者用世界上公开 (公 众知道) 的, 任何可以装配 (固定) 的方法来装配 (固定); 单个整鞋底调整垫的厚度, 单 个鞋后帮延伸调整垫的厚度 (此垫有两个厚度), 以及它们的数量 (它们设计多少个) 要根 据生长期的孩子的脚的生长规律及脚长、 脚宽、 脚厚的生长速度的比例 (生长期孩子的脚, 脚长生长的快一些, 脚宽、 脚厚比脚长生长的慢一些, 以及各个时期的孩子的脚的生长速度 是不一样的) 与调整量的大小来定。 在鞋内增加整鞋底调整垫, 能使脚在鞋内的位置升高, 这就会使鞋帮覆盖鞋底形成的那个空间 (鞋底与覆盖脚背的鞋帮共同组成的空间) 减少, 也 就是使那个空间的肥, 减瘦一些, 从而达到了使鞋的肥瘦可调。 因为整个鞋帮是越往上越小, 也就是完整的鞋帮安装在鞋底上, 是呈下面大, 高一些就稍小一些, 再高一些又稍小一些的 形状 (下大上小); 所以在鞋底, 垫上整鞋底调整垫也能调整一定的鞋宽与鞋长, 但非常的 有限, 它的主要作用是调整鞋的肥瘦, 因为整鞋底调整垫的前半部 (包括前大半部、 前小半 部), 占用的鞋帮覆盖鞋底的那个空间 (也就是鞋内前半部, 或者是鞋内前大部分, 或者是 鞋内前小半部分) 还是比较大的, 所以能调整鞋的肥瘦。 鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 调整的是鞋的 长短、 宽窄。 鞋后帮延伸调整垫厚一些的部位是调整鞋长短的, 它垫在脚跟与鞋后帮的接触 处, 所以能调整鞋的长短; 其余的部分垫在鞋后帮的两侧及其延伸处, 所以能调整鞋后帮两 侧及其延伸处的宽窄, 也就是能调整鞋的宽窄。 如果单个整鞋底调整垫厚了, 或者是因为垫 在鞋内的整鞋底调整垫的数量多了,使鞋的鞋后帮的高度浅了,或者是说使鞋口的高度浅了, 影响了鞋的跟脚功能, 本人的设计是用半鞋底调整垫取代整鞋底调整垫, 半鞋底调整垫与整 鞋底调整垫的功能是一样的, 能调整鞋的肥瘦。 半鞋底垫是指将传^ &的整鞋底垫一分两半, 前面的那一半鞋底垫 (垫在鞋帮覆盖鞋底的这一截鞋底的上面, 就是垫在鞋的前半部); 半 鞋底调整垫的形状与半鞋底垫的形状基本相同, 与半鞋底垫一样, 也是垫在鞋前半部的, 但 是可以比半鞋底垫短一些, 也可以长一些, 当然也可以一样长, 根据需要来定长短 (总之, 比整鞋底调整垫短的, 没垫满鞋底的都称之为半鞋底调整垫); 半鞋底调整垫也可垫在鞋内 前大部分, 也可垫在鞋内前小部分。 设计了用半鞋底调整垫完全代替整鞋底调整垫。 当然, 前面所述的不取代, 也就是用整鞋底调整垫调整鞋, 也是本人的设计 (本专利的技术特征)。 还设计了半鞋底调整垫与整鞋底调整垫混合在一只鞋内调整鞋, 例如: 用一个半鞋底调整垫 与一个整鞋底调整垫, 在一只鞋内调整鞋; 用两个半鞋底调整垫与一个整鞋底调整垫, 在一 只鞋内调整鞋。 半鞋底调整垫可以垫在整鞋底调整垫的上面, 也可以垫在整鞋底调整垫的下 面。半鞋底调整垫有一个弱点,就是垫在鞋底比较容易移动,我的设计是用一点胶来固定(只 胶某一个部位), 不能胶的太紧, 要一撕就脱。 当然将半鞋底调整垫全部胶在鞋底也行, 标 准是不要胶的太紧, 要一撕就脱。 当然为了稳定, 装配整鞋底调整垫时, 涂一点胶也行。 当 然, 半鞋底调整垫、 整鞋底调整垫也可以用世界上公开 (公众知道) 的, 任何可以装配 (固 定) 的方法来装配 (固定)。 垫半鞋底调整垫不影响鞋口 (或者是鞋后帮) 的高度, 因此不 影响跟脚功能, 这是它的优点。 为了使本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋的调整量可大可小, 本人 的设计是: ①本发明的左鞋右鞋各设计一个整鞋底调整垫, 一个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 并且保 持左鞋右鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦是一致的; 本发明的左鞋右鞋各设计一个半鞋底调整垫, 一个鞋 后帮延伸调整垫, 并且保持左鞋右鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦是一致的。 ②本发明的左鞋右鞋各设计 两个整鞋底调整垫, 两个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 并且保持左鞋右鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦是一致的; 本发明的左鞋右鞋各设计两个半鞋底调整垫, 两个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 并且保持左鞋右鞋的 长短宽窄肥瘦是一致的。 ③本发明的左鞋右鞋各设计多个整鞋底调整垫, 多个鞋后帮延伸调 整垫, 并且保持左鞋右鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦是一致的; 本发明的左鞋右鞋各设计多个半鞋底调 整垫, 多个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 并且保持左鞋右鞋的长短宽窄肥痩是一致的。 ④设计整鞋底 调整垫和半鞋底调整垫混合在一只鞋内与鞋后帮延伸调整垫配合一起调整鞋; 整鞋底调整 垫、 半鞋底调整垫及鞋后帮延伸调整垫在一只鞋内的数量是每样各一个至每样各多个, 而且 在一只鞋内整鞋底调整垫、 半鞋底调整垫鞋、 鞋后帮延伸调整垫的数量可以不一样, 也可以 一样。 ⑤本发明单个的整鞋底调整垫, 单个的半鞋底调整垫, 单个的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 设 计的不厚, 这是为了细腻的调整鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦。 综上所述本发明的调整量可大可小, 并 且每次的调整量可以不大。 对数量的设计本人再用在一只鞋内的状况表述一下, 三种调整垫 在一只鞋内的数量设计是一个至多个, 可以两种调整垫组合, 也可以三种调整垫组合, 在一 只鞋内调整鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦。 本人还有一个设计, 就是将单个的整鞋底调整垫, 单个的半 鞋底调整垫, 单个的鞋后帮延伸调整垫设计的厚一些; 这个设计适合不能走路的婴儿, 因为 他们的脚生长的快且不用穿很合脚的鞋; 当然, 只要有需要, 可以将上面所述的三种调整垫 设计的厚。 还设计了一只鞋内的整鞋底调整垫的数量, 与鞋后帮延伸调整垫的数量可以不一 样, 也可以一样; 一只鞋内的半鞋底调整垫的数量, 与鞋后帮延伸调整垫的数量可以不一样, 也可以一样; 一只鞋内的整鞋底调整垫和半鞋底调整垫混合的总数量, 与鞋后帮延伸调整垫 的数量可以不一样, 也可以一样。 之所以有这些设计, 是因为生长期的孩子的脚长、 脚宽、 脚厚的生长速度是不一样。还有一个理由,就是将鞋的长短宽窄调整的合脚了,鞋前半部(或 者是鞋前大部分, 或者是鞋前小部分) 稍肥一点, 生长期的孩子穿上这样的鞋也不会摔跤, 也不会走路的姿势不正常, 也能让孩子健康成长, 也能给家长省钱, 也能节约资源 (也减少 了碳的排放); 还有一个原因, 就是调整量不止用各种调整垫的数量来调整, 各种单个调整 垫的厚度也能决定调整量。 还设计了, 如果在鞋内垫半鞋底调整垫 (包括一个至多个), 使 鞋前半部分高了 (或者是使鞋前大半部、 鞋前小半部高了), 可以设计将鞋的后半部分制作 的高一些, 并且是可以将鞋的后面的大半部分, 鞋的后半部, 鞋的后小半部制作的高一些, 也可以将鞋后跟制作的高一些。 本人的设计还有: 就是前面所述的长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋, 可 以由生产者将调整垫与鞋制作好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售, 也可以由生产者将调 整垫与鞋制作好, 但是不将调整垫装配入鞋内的状态下就销售, 亦可以将部分调整垫装配入 鞋内, 部分调整垫不装配入鞋内的情况下销售, 还可以将各种调整垫制作好就销售 (只卖前 面所述的各种调整垫)。 拆调整垫可以由穿鞋者、 或生长期的孩子的家长、 或者请别人 (包 括街上的修鞋匠) 来拆, 装配调整垫一般是由生产者或者是请街上的修鞋匠实施。 当然, 这 一条是不变的, 生产者可以将调整垫与鞋制作好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售。
下面分六个部分来表述
1.本人的设计还有: 设计只在鞋内用鞋后帮延伸调整垫调整鞋的长短宽窄, 不管鞋的肥瘦。 为什么有这个设计呢? 因为用鞋后帮延伸调整垫将鞋调整的长短宽窄合脚了, 覆盖脚背的鞋 帮与鞋底构成的那个空间的肥痩, 稍肥一点对孩子行走没有什么影响, 这是其一。 其二是, 有些生长期的孩子脚的前半部比较肥, 所穿的鞋的肥瘦不用调整, 调整鞋的长短宽窄就合脚 了。 这个设计的优点是简单、 方便。 本人还有一个设计, 只在鞋内用鞋后帮延伸调整垫调整 鞋的长短宽窄, 鞋后帮延伸调整垫的数量是, 一只鞋内设计一个至多个。 综上所述, 只调整 鞋的长短宽窄,不管鞋的肥瘦。将鞋的长短宽窄调整的合脚了, 生长期的孩子穿上这样的鞋, 也不会摔跤, 不会走路的姿势不正常, 也能让孩子健康成长, 也能让家长省钱, 也能节约资 源 (也减少了碳排放)。 本人还有设计: 就是前面所述的长短宽窄可调鞋, 可以由生产者将 调整垫与鞋制作好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售, 也可以由生产者将调整垫与鞋制作 好, 但是不将调整垫装配入鞋内的状态下就销售, 亦可以将部分调整垫装配入鞋内, 部分调 整垫不装配入鞋内的情况下销售, 还可以将各种调整垫制作好就销售 (只卖前面所述的调整 垫)。 拆调整垫可以由穿鞋者、 或者生长期孩子的家长、 或者请别人 (包括街上的修鞋匠) 来拆, 装配调整垫一般是是请街上的修鞋匠实施; 当然, 这一条是不变的, 生产者可以将调 整垫与鞋制作好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售。
2.本人的设计还有: 就是设计将鞋后帮延伸调整垫厚出来的部分 (凸出来的部分) 可以单独 拆下来, 我形象的说一下——就是将鞋后帮延伸调整垫加厚的部分不用加厚, 制作成只有一 种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫 (它可以说是完整的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 只是加厚的那一部分没 有加厚); 再单独制作厚出来的那一部分 (凸出来的部分) 鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 此垫在鞋内 的形状是一面与鞋后包跟对应, 另一面与脚跟对应, 这一部分是调整鞋长短的。 然后将此垫 或缝或胶、 或者是用世界上公开(公众知道) 的任何可以固定(装配) 的方法来固定(装配) 在只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫中间那一部分的上面, 缝好或胶好, 也就是固定好后的 形状与鞋后帮延伸调整垫 (有两种厚度) 的形状一样; 这一调整鞋长短的部分, 本人称之为 长短调整垫。 特别说明一下, 这样设计 (或制作) 的鞋后帮延伸调整垫在本专利文件中称之 为, 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫; 有两种厚度, 凸出来的那部分不能单独拆下来的鞋后帮延伸 调整垫, 在本专利文件就称之为, 鞋后帮延伸调整垫; 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫可以取代鞋 后帮延伸调整垫, 当然, 也可以不取代, 也就是鞋后帮延伸调整垫也是本人的设计 (是本专 利的技术特征)。 还设计了, 在一只鞋内设计一个至多个组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫。 还设计 了, 两个长短调整垫叠在一起、 多个长短调整垫叠在一起, 与只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调 整垫组合在一起使用, 也就是将前面所述的组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 不止加一个长短调整 垫, 而是加两个长短调整垫, 加多个长短调整垫。 本人还有设计: 就是将组合式鞋后帮延伸 调整垫的长短调整垫, 不设计在原来的位置, 而是设计在它原来位置的反面, 此垫在鞋内的 状况是, 它的长短调整垫与鞋后包跟接触, 而组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫在鞋内的状况是, 它 的长短调整垫与脚接触。 这种调整垫本人称之为反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 并且设计了此 调整垫在一只鞋内的数量是一个至多个, 而且在一个反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫上面的长短 调整垫的数量是一个至多个。 本人的设计还有, 设计了正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫 ~一就 是在只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫的正面、 反面可以装配长短调整垫的中间部分 (装配 了长短调整垫可以调整鞋长短的位置) 各设计一个长短调整垫, 我形象的说一下, 它的形状 就是将组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫与反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫叠起来 (它们接触的两个面, 或者是说叠合的两个面是没有凸出部分的两个面) 的形状基本相同; 不同的是叠起来的有两 个, 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 而正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫只有一个, 只有一 种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫。 声明一下, 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫也是本人设计的 调整鞋的一种调整垫, 本人对此垫在一只鞋内数量的设计是一个至多个, 此垫也可与其它的 调整垫配合共同调整鞋。 本人还设计了, 鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 组合式鞋后帮调整垫、 反组合 式鞋后帮调整垫、 正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 长短 调整垫, 它们可以单独一种或混合 (例如: 两种混合, 三种混合; 总之, 根据需要混合, 以 及不是一定要在一只鞋内所有的调整垫都设计, 或者是说都混合) 在一只鞋内调整鞋, 并且 这六种调整垫在一只鞋内的数量的设计是一个至多个 (当然, 具体的数量是根据需要来定, 以及不是六种调整垫都必须装配在一只鞋内)。 上面所述的六种调整垫, 它们可以单独一种 或混合 (例如: 两种混合, 三种混合; 总之, 根据需要混合, 以及不是一定要在一只鞋内所 有的调整垫都设计, 或者是说都混合), 与整鞋底调整垫配合在一只鞋内调整鞋, 与半鞋底 调整垫配合在一只鞋内调整鞋, 与整鞋底调整垫、 半鞋底调整垫的混合组合配合在一只鞋内 调整鞋。 还设计了, 长短调整垫与整鞋底调整垫, 或与半鞋底调整垫, 或与整鞋底调整垫和 半鞋底调整垫的混合组合, 在一只鞋内配合调整鞋; 它的优点是简单、 方便、 实用。 因为将 鞋的长短肥瘦调整的合脚了, 生长期的孩子穿上这样的鞋, 也不会摔跤、 不会走路姿势不正 常, 也能让孩子健康成长, 也能让家长省钱, 也能节约资源 (也减少了碳排放)。 还设计了, 在鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 正反组合式 鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 这五种调整垫可以装配长短调整垫 的位置 (已装配了长短调整垫的位置, 以及能够装配长短调整垫的位置。 此位置就是装配了 长短调整垫能够调整鞋长短的位置, 包括在正面、 反面都设计长短调整垫, 只在正面设计长 短调整垫, 只在反面设计长短调整垫, 正面就是与脚接触的那一面, 反面就是与鞋接触的那 一面) 设计一个至多个长短调整垫。 新设计的这五种调整垫, 可以单独一种或混合 (并且还 可以与新设计的基础, 也就是原来设计的那五种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫混合。 混合, 当然 是根据需要来混合)在一只鞋内调整鞋;新设计的这五种调整垫,还可以单独一种或混合(并 且还可以与新设计的基础, 也就是原来设计的那五种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫混合。 混合, 当然是根据需要来混合), 与整鞋底调整垫配合在一只鞋内调整鞋, 与半鞋底调整垫配合在 一只鞋内调整鞋, 与整鞋底调整垫和半鞋底调整垫的混合组合配合在一只鞋内调整鞋。 上述 设计的优点是可以根据不同的脚, 不同的需要来调整鞋。 还可以调整鞋符合畸形脚 (例如, 一只脚大, 一只脚小) 的需要, 本发明还可以用于成年人, 成年人的脚是畸形、 成年人买鞋 买的稍大了, 成年人穿鞋, 穿着穿着就大了的情况, 都是需要调整鞋的。 市场上的各式各样 的鞋是按照大多数人的脚型为标准制作的, 所以有少部分人的脚虽然不是畸形, 但是因为不 同于大部分人, 所以买合脚的鞋比较难, 本发明可以调整鞋, 使这少部分人因为本发明可以 穿到合脚的鞋。 当然, 这少部分人包括生长期的孩子和成年人。 还有一个设计, 就是组合式 鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 它们可以 完全制作好 (指将长短调整垫在只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫上装配好), 再装配到鞋 内; 也可以在将调整垫装配在鞋内时, 在鞋内才将长短调整垫装配在只有一种厚度的鞋后帮 延伸调整垫的上面, 或者是将只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫装配在长短调整垫的上面, 也就是在鞋内再组装好上面所述的三种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫; 在鞋内再组装的这三种调 整垫的新设计 (在这三种调整垫可以装配、 装配了长短调整垫就可以调整鞋长短的位置, 在 正面、 反面, 只在正面, 只在反面, 加一个至多个长短调整垫), 也可以在鞋内再装配长短 调整垫, 当然装配好后, 再装配入鞋内也行; 那五种调整垫长短宽窄的调整垫的新设计 (在 正面、 反面, 只在正面, 只在反面, 加一个至多个长短调整垫), 可以在鞋内装配长短调整 垫, 当然也可以装配好长短调整垫后再装配入鞋内。 我再总结与补充一下: 前面所述的所有 的长短调整垫可以单独拆下来的调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫, 它们的长短调整垫可以在没有装 配入鞋内时全部组装好再装配入鞋内, 也可以将长短调整垫与它依附的调整垫在鞋内组装, 还可以在没装配入鞋内时, 组装好部分长短调整垫 (包括一个长短调整垫), 然后到鞋内再 组装完毕。 本人对上面所述的各种调整垫在一只鞋内的数量设计的是一个至多个 (具体的数 量根据需要而定, 可以单独一种调整垫, 或两种调整垫在一只鞋内调整鞋, 以及不是一定在 一只鞋内各种调整垫都设计)。 本人还有设计: 就是前面所述的可调鞋, 可以由生产者将调 整垫与鞋制作好,并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售,也可以由生产者将调整垫与鞋制作好, 但是不将调整垫装配入鞋内的状态下就销售, 亦可以将部分调整垫装配入鞋内, 部分调整垫 不装配入鞋内的情况下销售, 还可以将各种调整垫制作好就销售 (只卖前面所述的各种调整 垫)。 拆调整垫可以由穿鞋者、 或者生长期孩子的家长、 或者请别人 (包括街上的修鞋匠) 来拆, 装配调整垫一般都是请街上的修鞋匠实施; 当然, 这一点是不变的, 生产者可以将调 整垫与鞋制作好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售。

(公众知道) 的可以装配(固定) 的任何方法装配(固定)在鞋后帮及其延伸处; 其优点是, 因为两个调整垫连接在一起, 所以半鞋底调整垫不会移动位置。 总之, 连接的优点是可以使 结构紧凑, 可以使半鞋底调整垫不移位。本人还有设计, 就是上面所述的连接起来的调整垫, 可以单独一种 (单独一种, 但是可以在一只鞋内设计一个至多个), 在一只鞋内调整鞋; 也 可以混合 (例如: 在一只鞋内用两种连接起来的调整垫调整鞋, 在一只鞋内用三种连接起来 的调整垫调整鞋; 当然数量是根据需要来定, 以及不是要在一只鞋内各种连接起来的调整垫 都设计), 在一只鞋内调整鞋; 它们还可以与本专利文件所表述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫

5.本发明通过装调整垫使鞋变小, 通过拆调整垫使鞋变大; 低帮鞋、 中帮鞋、 高帮鞋、 高筒 鞋, 它们都可以制作为本发明提供的可调鞋; 鞋后帮延伸调整垫、组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调 整垫, 以及它们的新设计 (在正面、 在反面, 只在正面, 只在反面, 设计加一个至多个长短 调整垫), 这十种调整垫它们的长 (长的方向的两端) 本人的设计是, 设计到约鞋长的二分 之一 (一半) 的位置, 设计到约鞋长的三分之二的位置, 设计到约鞋长的三分之一的位置, 设计到约与鞋后帮一样长 (这种调整垫没有延伸, 甚至比鞋后帮要短, 为了叙述方便, 我就 不另起名字了, 只是在这里说明一下), 设计到约与鞋长一样长, 设计到长的方向的两端在 鞋头 (顶部) 接触 (也就是调整垫的长与鞋的周长是一样的, 处在鞋顶这部分的调整垫, 可 以调整鞋的长短, 处在鞋顶这部分的调整垫与长短调整垫的作用是一样的, 与鞋周长一样长 的调整垫在本专利文件中也称之为, 调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫); 还设计了, 调整垫与调整垫连接后 (连接后的调整垫), 又 沿覆盖的鞋帮连接的调整垫们, 不固定在鞋内, 而是像传统的整鞋底垫一样直接装入鞋内即 可; (例如, 与鞋周长一样长的鞋后帮延伸调整垫与整鞋底调整垫全部连接后, 又沿覆盖的 鞋帮全部连接起来, 然后将这个如同薄底鞋的调整垫, 像装传统的整鞋底垫一样装入鞋内, 脚穿入鞋内后系紧鞋带就行了, 没设计鞋带的不用系鞋带也行) 并且它们的内表面、 外表面 还可以与本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫配合调整鞋; 例 3, 鞋里面都是毛绒的鞋, 这些毛绒可以制作成活 动的、 可以拆下来的一" "将毛绒固定在布上, 布装配在鞋内, 将布拆下来毛绒也拆下来了; 鞋里面都是毛绒的鞋, 再在里面设计一个可以拆下来的毛绒的薄底鞋也行, 也就是本人设计 的, 整鞋底调整垫与长的方向的两端到鞋头接触的, 只有一只厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫全部 连接, 再沿覆盖的鞋帮全部或大部分连接的调整垫; 例 4, 棉鞋也象例 3—样设计, 只不过 材料是棉与它的包裹物) 鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延 伸调整垫、 正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 以及这五种 调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫的新设计 (在正面、 反面, 只在正面, 只在反面, 设计加一个至多 个调整垫), 用于低帮鞋时, 它们的高要与低帮鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的高保持一致, 用于中 帮鞋时, 它们的高要与中帮鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的高, 保持一致, 这是因为低帮鞋、 中帮鞋 的鞋后帮及延伸处有斜度 (或者说是弧度), 并以此来保证鞋后帮的跟脚功能; 当然, 外侧 宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫也要与它们对应 (所依附) 的那部分鞋后帮及其延伸处的高保 持一致; 长短调整垫要它相对应 (所依附) 的鞋后包跟的高保持一致。 原理与上面所述的一 样, 就是要保持低帮鞋、 中帮鞋的跟脚功能。补充一点: 为保持低帮鞋、 中帮鞋的跟脚功能, 上面所述的十种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫无论是在一只鞋内设计一个还是两个还是多个, 它 们的高都要与低帮鞋、 中帮鞋的鞋后帮及其延伸处(包括鞋后包跟)的高保持一致。低帮鞋、 中帮鞋的鞋后帮 (包括鞋后包跟) 及其延伸处的斜度的大小是根据脚型 (脚的样子) 来设计 的, 既要跟脚又要穿着舒适, 斜度太大了穿着不舒适, 太小了不跟脚。 惯常的做法是既要跟 脚又要穿着舒适。所以本人的设计是那十种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫, 以及外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫, 它们的高要与鞋后帮及其延伸的高保持一致; 长短调整垫的高要与鞋后包 跟的高保持一致。 一些鞋由于设计的错误 (或者设计者的失误), 或者是因为设计的不准确, 或者是其它的原因, 将鞋后帮及延伸处的斜度设计的过大, 以及只是将鞋后包跟的斜度设计 的过大, 在这些情况下在鞋内设计那十种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫, 在鞋内设计外侧宽窄调 整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫、 长短调整垫, 在保证鞋的跟脚功能不丧失的情况下, 这些调整垫的 高可以设计的比鞋后帮及延伸处的高 (上面所述的那十三种调整垫在鞋内所依附的部位的 高), 矮一些。 当然, 只矮一些是不会怎么影响跟脚功能的, 所以, 本人还设计了, 上面所 述的那十三种调整垫的高, 在保证鞋不丧失跟脚功能的情况下, 可以设计的比它们所依附的 鞋后帮及延伸处矮一些。 鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延 伸调整垫、 正组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 这五种调整垫 及它们的新设计 (在正面、 在反面, 只在正面, 只在反面, 设计加一个至多个调整垫), 它 们设计 (或装配) 于低帮鞋中时, 它们的高要与低帮鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的高保持一致, 它 们的高也可以比低帮鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的高, 矮一些, 保持一致的与矮一些的调整垫, 可 以在一只鞋内混合使用, 如果这十种调整垫装在鞋内, 有一部分调整垫 (两端) 不在鞋口的 两侧, 而是在鞋帮覆盖鞋底的那个空间内的两侧, 那么这一部分调整垫 (两端) 设计的标准 是, 既能调整鞋的宽窄, 又要穿着舒适, 又要那个空间能容纳 (宽, 也就是高可以随着鞋内 的空间的变化而变化); 当然, 上面所述的十种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫, 它们的高可以是 一致的, 也就是说它们在鞋口的这一部分, 与在鞋帮覆盖的那个空间里的那一部分, 这两部 分的高可以是一致的; 补充一下, 一般情况都是两端都在鞋帮覆盖鞋底的那个空间里, 有些 情况是一端在那个空间里 (另一端在鞋口的范围内), 当然, 无论是两端在那个空间里, 还 是一端在那个空间里, 它们的设计都是一样的; 外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫的不在鞋 口两侧而是鞋帮覆盖鞋底的那个空间的那一部分调整垫, 与上面所述的设计是一样的—— 宽, 也就是高可以随着鞋内的变化而变化, 设计的标准是既能调整鞋的宽窄, 又穿着舒适, 又荽那个空间能容纳; 外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫、 没有被鞋帮覆盖的部分, 它们的 高可以与它们所依附 (装配在上) 的鞋帮的高保持一致, 也可以矮一些, 还可以部分保持一 致, 部分矮一些; 当然, 外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫, 它们的高也可以是一致的, 也 就是说它们在鞋口的这一部分, 与在鞋帮覆盖的那个空间的那一部分, 这两部分的高可以是 一致的; 长短调整垫与其它调整垫配合调整鞋时, 它的高与鞋后包跟的高可以保持一致, 也 可以矮一些, 保持一致的与矮一些的长短调整垫可以在一只鞋内调整鞋; 保持一致的、 矮一 些的上面所述的十三种调整垫, 它们的高还可以部分保持一致, 部分矮一些; 也就是上面所 述的十三种调整垫, 它们的高可以部分与鞋后帮及延伸处 (当然长短调整垫的高是相对鞋后 帮的高来设计; 不要相对延伸处的高来设计) 的高一致, 部分不一致; (例如: 将调整垫设 计成不规则的锯齿状, 锯齿的最高点与鞋后帮一样高) 还设计了, 上面所述的十三种调整垫 ~ "保持一致的调整垫, 矮一些的调整垫, 以及部分保持一致、 部分矮一些的调整垫, 它们 可以混合 (两种混合, 三种混合, 混合的数量根据需要而定) 在一只鞋内调整鞋; 上面所述 设计是以低帮鞋为例, 对于中帮鞋、 高帮鞋的设计也是一样, 以上是本人对低帮鞋、 中帮鞋、 高帮鞋共同的设计, 对于高帮鞋本人还有其它的设计——低于高帮鞋鞋后帮及延伸处的上面 所述的用于低帮鞋的那十三调整垫, 可用于高帮鞋; 低于高帮鞋鞋后帮及延伸处的用于中帮 鞋的那十三种调整垫, 可用于高帮鞋; 用于高帮鞋时, 这些用于低帮鞋, 用于中帮鞋的调整 垫可以全部往上延伸, 还可以部分往上延伸 (例如: 调整长短的部分往上延伸, 以及锯齿状 向上延伸); 也可以全部往上延伸后不到最高点, 再部分往上延伸; 上面所述的所有的对高 帮鞋的设计, 也是对高筒鞋的设计; 特别说明一下; 高帮鞋、 高筒鞋 (又有高帮又有高筒), 因为高帮、 高筒的原因跟脚功能比中帮鞋、 低帮鞋要好一些, 但是除了高帮, 高筒部分的高 帮鞋、 高筒鞋, 它们的形状与低帮鞋、 中帮鞋的形状基本相同, 它们的跟脚功能也主要在靠 鞋后帮及延伸处的斜度来保证, 所以用于高帮鞋、 高筒鞋的本人设计的上面所述的那十三种 调整垫的高度要保持一定的高度, 以不破坏鞋的跟脚功能为标准。 本人对高筒鞋还有设计, 高筒鞋的高筒部分还可以设计的小一些; 上面所述的十三种调整垫, 无论是与其它的调整垫 连接 (或者是一同制作出来), 还是沿覆盖的鞋帮 (鞋面的里面) 连接 (或者是一同制作出 来), 还是既与其它的调整垫连接, 又沿覆盖的鞋帮 (鞋面的里面) 连接, 它们的高的设计 与上面所述对十三种调整垫的高的设计是一样的; (长短调整垫只能与其它的调整垫连接, 不能沿鞋帮连接, 特此说明) 还设计了, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的斜度加大, 将 有鞋后帮的鞋的鞋后帮的斜度加大, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的外侧 (外侧宽窄调整垫依附的位置) 与内侧 (内侧宽窄调整垫依附的位置) 的斜度加大, 只将有鞋后帮的鞋的外侧 (外侧宽窄调 整垫依附的位置) 的斜度加大, 只将有鞋后帮的鞋的内侧 (内侧宽窄调整垫依附的位置) 的 斜度加大, 加大斜度的这些设计不仅可用于低帮鞋、 中帮鞋, 也可用于高帮鞋、 高筒鞋, 用 于高帮鞋、 高筒鞋的加大斜度的设计是为了让那十三种调整垫的高设计的比高帮鞋、 高筒鞋 的鞋后帮及延伸处的高, 矮到一定的程度, 鞋也不丧失跟脚功能; 总之, 为了保持跟脚功能, 本发明的可调鞋只要需要都可以用加大斜度的设计。 还设计了, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的鞋口 (或 者是将鞋后帮及延伸处) 的深度加深 (加高), 之所以有这个设计, 是因为在鞋底如果调整 垫垫厚了 (例如, 在鞋内垫了两个整鞋底调整垫, 使鞋口浅了; 当然包括只垫一个调整垫就 厚了, 以及调整垫因为数量多而厚了), 鞋的跟脚功能就会受到影响, 所以有这个设计。 鞋 口, 就是人们将脚穿进鞋内的那个口子, 也就是鞋帮装配在鞋底上, 鞋帮没有覆盖的那一部 分的鞋底的上面的空间。 拆整鞋底垫调整垫、 半鞋底调整垫的方法很简单, 拆下来就行, 上 了胶就撕下来就行, 需要拆一个就拆一个, 需要多拆就多拆 (有这种情况, 鞋搁久了、 很长 时间没穿了, 太痩了), 鞋后帮延伸调整垫在使用时是装配(包括固定)在鞋内的, 装配(包 括固定) 的方法一种是缝, 一种是用胶; 或者是缝与胶两种方法混合使用, 或者用世界上公 开 (公众知道) 的任何可以装配 (包括固定) 的其它方法来装配 (包括固定), 包括不将鞋 后帮延伸调整垫固定在鞋内, 而是将它像用传统的方法装传统的整鞋底垫一样装入鞋内即 可。 只在一只鞋内设计一个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 将此垫装配 (包括固定) 在鞋内, 并且保证 它能拆下来就行了; 在一只鞋内设计了两个或两个以上的鞋后帮延伸调整垫的, 将它们装配
(包括固定) 在鞋内, 并且保证鞋后帮延伸调整垫能逐个的拆下来就行; 当然, 如果鞋搁久 了, 很长时间没穿, 也可以根据需要一次拆两个或拆多个。 用胶来固定鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 它的标准是, 既能固定鞋后帮延伸调整垫但又不要胶得太牢。 必须将鞋后帮延伸调整垫固定 在鞋内这是前提, 不要胶太牢是因为调整鞋时要将鞋后帮延伸调整垫撕 (拆) 下来。 最好是 留一个小口子 (小部分不胶上), 有这个小口子撕 (拆) 鞋后帮延伸调整垫就会很方便。 组 合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 只有一个厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫、 长短调整垫、 以及那五种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫的新 设计的装配 (包括固定) 与拆的方法, 与上面所述的一样。
本发明是通过装调整垫使鞋变小, 通过拆调整垫使鞋变大; 达到让鞋合脚、 让孩子健 康成长、 为家长省钱、 节约资源 (减少碳排放) 的目的。 各种调整垫的厚薄、 加多少个调整 垫、 各种调整垫的大小、 各种调整垫如何配套 (配合、 混合)、 用几种调整垫来调整一只鞋、 同一种、 或同一类 (作用基础相同的) 的调整垫们在一只鞋内大大小小的搭配, 这些具体的 操作要制鞋者根据孩子及成人的需要, 市场的需要来定。 本专利文件所表述的, 本人设计的 各种单个调整垫, 可以根据需要设计的厚, 也可根据需要设计的薄。 (厚、 薄都是本人的设 计)本人还设计了, 各种长短不一的半鞋底调整垫, 可以根据需要混合在一只鞋内调整鞋; 本专利文件中所述的半鞋底调整垫包括各种长短不一的半鞋底调整垫。 本文件中很多地方用
"在一只鞋内 "来表述, 这是为了表述的方便, 本人声明一下, 一只鞋是指一双鞋里的一只 鞋, 另一只鞋的设计也是一样的, 这样构成一双鞋。 还有一个问题要说明一下, 本专利文件 中的配合与混合的含义是一样的。 本发明的各种调整垫, 为了穿着的舒适, 在不影响鞋的跟 脚功能的情况下, 能倒角就倒角。 一般情况无论鞋内的调整垫的种类、 调整垫是多厚多薄, 数量是多少, 都要保持在使用是左鞋右鞋容纳脚的空间是一致的。 例如: 左鞋右鞋各设计了 两个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, ①四个鞋后帮延伸调整垫的厚度是一样的, 将它们分两组分别装配 在左鞋右鞋内,这样没拆调整垫时左鞋右鞋是一致的,各拆一个调整垫左鞋右鞋保持了一致, 再各拆一个调整垫左鞋右鞋还是一致的。 ②四个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 两个厚度是一致的 (厚 一些), 另两个厚度是一致的 (薄一些), 将左鞋右鞋各装配一个厚一些的调整垫, 再各装配 一个薄一些的调整垫, 这样没拆调整垫时, 左鞋右鞋是一致的, 各拆一个调整垫时左鞋右鞋 是一致的, 再各拆一个调整垫左鞋右鞋还是一致的。 当然, 畸形脚、左脚右脚大小不一致的、 不是畸形但是与大众的脚略有不同的脚可根据情况来调整。 补充一点: 本专利文件所述的长 短调整垫在鞋内可以比鞋后包跟大一些,可以与鞋后包跟一样大,也可以比鞋后包跟小一些。 本专利文件中所有的调整垫中任一种同样式的调整垫在一只鞋内可以一样大, 也可以大小不 一, 还可以有些是一样大, 有些大小不一; (例如, 一只鞋内设计了四个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 它们可以一样大, 也可以大小不一, 也可以两个一样大, 两个大小不一, 总之, 可以根据需 要来搭配; 同一样式的调整垫就是同一种调整垫) 不同样式 (同类但不是同一样式, 例如, 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫与反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 就是同类不同样式的) 的调整垫, 亦是如此; 总之, 如何搭配是根据需要来定的。 还设计了, 本专利文件表述的, 本人设计的 所有的调整垫都可以用镂花(空)或者是掏空(花)的手段来制作, 还可以用世界上公开(公 众知道) 的制作鞋垫, 以及制作鞋帮的技术手段制作; 当然, 本专利文件表述过的, 本人设 计的所有的调整垫也可以不用镂花 (空) 或者是掏空 (花) 的手段来制作。 为了使在鞋内设 计了半鞋底调整垫的可调鞋, 不鞋前半部高, 鞋后半部低, 本人设计了, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的 后半部制作的高一些, 并且是可以将鞋后面的大半部、 鞋的后半部、 鞋的后小半部制作的高 一些, 也可以将鞋后跟制作的高一些; 还设计了, 本专利文件所表述的、 本人设计的各种调 整垫, 能够连接的都可以根据需要连接 (包括一同制作出来, 包括全部连接, 大部分连接, 一半连接, 小部分连接, 分成两个至多个小部分再将这些小部分连接, 总之, 可以根据需要 任意连接), 以及, 也可以根据需要不连接的在鞋内调整鞋, 还可以在鞋内连接 (或者说是 配合, 例如, 将半鞋底调整垫涂一点胶粘在鞋内, 再将组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫能接触半鞋 底调整垫的部位与半鞋底调整垫接触, 再将组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫缝在鞋后帮及延伸处, 当然, 这两个调整垫没有连为一体, 有些情况连接体就是连接体调整垫, 有些情况它们是有 区别的); 本专利文件所表述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫, 能够沿覆盖的鞋帮连接的, 都可 以根据需要沿覆盖的鞋帮连接 (包括一同制作出来, 可以沿鞋帮全部连接, 可以沿鞋帮大部 分连接、 可以沿鞋帮一半连接、 可以沿鞋小部分连接、 可以分成两个至多个小部分再将这些 小部分连接, 总之, 可以根据需要任意连接), 以及, 也可以根据需要不沿覆盖的鞋帮将调 整垫连接, 还可以在鞋内沿覆盖的鞋帮连接 (例如; 沿着鞋帮连接的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 它 的连接体可以直接缝在鞋上, 但鞋后帮延伸调整垫与连接体能够接触的地方都接触, 只是不 连为一体, 有些情况连接体就是连接体调整垫, 有些情况它们是有区别的)。 还设计了, 本 专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫可以根据需要用上面所述的那两种连接方法连接 (两种方法都用), 以及, 也可以根据需要不用上面所述的那两种方法连接 (两种方法都不 用); 上面所述的两种连接, 连接的方法包括缝、 胶, 或缝与胶都用, 或用世界上公开 (公 众知道) 的可以连接的任何方法来连接; 还设计了, 本专利文件所表述的, 本人设计的各种 调整垫 (包括所有的调整垫, 以及连接起来的调整垫, 沿鞋帮连接起来的调整垫, 用了这两 种连接方法, 连接起来的调整垫), 在一只鞋内的数量以及是否在同一只鞋内使用, 根据需 要而定, 并且需要混合 (包括配合) 使用的都可以混合 (包括配合) 使用, 以及, 也可以不 混合 (包括配合) 使用 (也就是在一只鞋内单独用一种调整垫调整鞋, 但在一只鞋内的数量 是一个至多个); 还设计了, 本专利文件表述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫, 可以在没装配入 鞋内时全部制作好, 也可以在装配入鞋内时, 在鞋内再将它们全部制作好; 还设计了, 本专 利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫都可以根据需要分成一个至多个调整垫; (例如, 前 面所述的将鞋后帮延伸调整垫分为三个调整垫) 还设计了, 用本专利文件所述的, 本人设计 的调整垫,将一对左鞋右鞋调整的不一致;之所以有这个设计是因为有些人的脚是畸形的(左 脚右脚是不一致的), 这些人也需要穿合适脚的鞋。 当然, 本人设计的可调鞋绝大部分是左 鞋右鞋是一致的。 还设计了, 本专利文件所表述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫, 可以用缝、 胶、 或缝与胶都用, 或用世界上公开 (公众知道) 的其它 (任何可以装配及固定) 方法装配 (包 括固定) 在鞋内; (例如, 将整鞋底调整垫胶在鞋底也可, 象传统的方法装配传统的整鞋底 垫一样装配在鞋底也可) 还设计了, 本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫在鞋内时, 它们全部固定在鞋内 (例如, 将组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫装入鞋内后, 将它全部缝在鞋后帮 及延伸处), 大部分固定在鞋内, 一半固定在鞋内, 小部分固定在鞋内, 分成两个至多个小 部分再将这些小部分固定, 总之, 可以根据需要任意固定在鞋内; 以及, 还可以不固定在鞋 内 (例 1, 与鞋周长一样长的鞋后帮延伸调整垫与整鞋底调整垫连接后, 又沿覆盖的鞋帮全 部连接起来, 然后将这个如同薄鞋底的调整垫, 像装传统的整鞋底垫一样装入鞋内, 然后脚 穿入鞋内系紧鞋带就行了, 没设计鞋带的鞋不用系鞋带也行; 例 2, 将组合式鞋后帮延伸调 整垫如传统的方法装传统的整鞋底垫一样装入鞋内即可, 当然, 当脚穿入鞋之前, 穿入之后 都可以整理此垫); 还设计了, 本专利文件所述的本人设计的各种调整垫在一只鞋内数量的 设计是一个至多个, 无论是单独一种调整垫在一只鞋内调整鞋, 还是作用基本相同的调整垫 混合在一起 (例如, 一个组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫与一个反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫混合), 在一只鞋内调整鞋, 还是单独一种调整垫与其它的调整垫配合 (例如, 一个组合式鞋后帮延 伸调整垫与一个整鞋底调整垫配合在一只鞋内调整鞋), 还是作用基本相同的调整垫混合的 与其它的调整垫配合 (例如, 一个组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫与一个反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整 垫混合后, 再与一个整鞋底调整垫配合) 在一只鞋内调整鞋, 总之, 各种调整垫在一只鞋内 数量的设计是一个至多个 (无论调整垫是单独一种, 还是它们混合、 还是它们配合、 还是它 们又混合又配合, 它们在一只鞋内的数量是一个至多个, 当然具体数量是根据需要来定, 以 及不是一定要在一只鞋内各种调整垫都设计)。 还设计了, 可以由生产者将调整垫与鞋制作 好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售, 也可以由生产者将调整垫与鞋制作好, 但是不将调 整垫装配入鞋内的状态下就销售, 亦可以将部分调整垫装配入鞋内, 部分调整垫不装配入鞋 内的情况销售, 还可以将各种调整垫制作好就销售 (只卖前面所述的各种调整垫)。 特别声 明一下, 不管是调整垫与调整垫连接, 还是调整垫沿覆盖的鞋帮连接, 还是调整垫们用了这 两种方法连接, 连接后的调整垫也可以称为一个调整垫; 以及, 一个调整垫也可以称为部分 调整垫; 以及, 本专利文件表述过的所有的调整垫, 就是本人设计的各种调整垫 (包括长短 调整垫), 也就是本人设计的所有的调整垫; 还设计了, 用将来世界上公开 (公众知道) 的 能装配 (包括固定) 本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫的方法, 装配 (包括固定) 本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫; 以及用将来世界上公开 (公众知道) 的制作鞋 垫, 制作鞋帮的技术手段, 制作本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫; 以及用将来世 界上公开 (公众知道) 的各种形状的可以用来连接的料子, 沿覆盖鞋帮连接, 本专利文件所 述的, 本人设计的各种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫, 各种长度不同的外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽 窄调整垫; 以及用将来世界上公开 (公众知道) 的连接方法来连接 (包括调整垫与调整垫连 接、 沿覆盖的鞋帮连接调整垫), 本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫。
6.现有技术有鞋后帮的鞋是不能调整鞋长短宽窄肥瘦的, 对身体处在生长期的孩子来说是不 完善的, 因为有些家长在给孩子买鞋时, 会因经济问题买比孩子的脚大两、 三码的鞋, 孩子 穿着比自己的脚大两、 三码的鞋行走时容易摔跤, 走路的姿势也不正常, 要改变家长们的经 济状况是很难的; 一些家长会买比孩子的脚大一码的鞋, 这是对的, 因为孩子的脚在生长, 但孩子穿着大一码的鞋在较长的时间里是不合脚的, 等到脚长大了合脚了, 也穿不了多长时 间了 (因为孩子的脚在生长, 合脚后不久鞋子就会小了)。 处在生长期的孩子们穿着不合脚, 比脚大的鞋不仅容易摔跤, 而且走路的姿势也不正常 (这就会导致发育不正常 该发育 的肌肉、 骨骼发育不好, 不该发育的肌肉、 骨骼发育起来了), 这样就会影响孩子的健康成 长。 本发明能调整鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦。 让鞋合脚, 能弥补现有的有鞋后帮的鞋不能调整长短 宽窄肥瘦的不足, 处在生长期的孩子穿上本发明, 就不会因为鞋比脚大而摔跤; 能避免因为 鞋比脚大的原因使走路的姿势不正常而导致的发育不正常。 所以本发明有能使孩子们健康成 长的效果。 当然, 家长可以给孩子买刚好合脚的鞋, 这样也可以解决孩子因鞋比脚大的原因 摔跤、 发育不正常的问题。 但是孩子的脚在生长, 刚合的鞋是穿不了多长时间的, 很多家长 的经济状况是不能承受得, 即使能承受, 家长们也不愿承受, 从现在家长们都购买比脚大的 鞋的习惯就可以看出来, 当然不否认极小部分家长可能会给买刚合脚的鞋; 而本发明长短宽 窄肥瘦可调鞋能从根本上解决这个问题。 本发明因为能调整鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦, 让鞋合脚, 所以家长们在购买孩子的鞋时可以购买大一些的鞋, 以前家长购买的是比孩子的脚大一码的 鞋, 有了本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋就可以买比脚大一码更大一些的本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可 调鞋: 以前家长们给孩子买比孩子的脚大二、 三码的鞋, 有了本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋就 可以买更大一些的本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋, 这就可以给家长省钱, 还可以节约资源, 如 果处在生长期的孩子从需要穿鞋起就穿本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋至长大成人, 保守估计, 每个孩子可以少消耗十双现有的有鞋后帮的鞋, 这样每个孩子可以给家长省十双鞋的钱。 还 有一笔帐就是, 如果大部分处在生长期的孩子穿本发明长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋长大成人, 那么 节约的资源是巨大的! 当然家长与孩子必须接受本发明, 因为本发明可以调整鞋的长短宽窄 肥瘦, 让鞋合脚, 所以能让孩子不会因鞋比脚大而摔跤, 能避免孩子因为鞋比脚大的原因使 走路的姿势不正常而导致的发育不正常, 能给家长省钱。再制作的结实耐用, 谁都能估计到, 家长与孩子都会接受本发明的! 再制作漂亮一点孩子们会更喜^:。 还有一点本人特别说明一 下, 本发明属于低碳产品! 我们想一下, 少制作那么多处在生长期的孩子们所穿的现有的有 鞋后帮的鞋, 当然可以省下许多动物皮, 这样就可以少养许多动物, 这些动物就不会呼出二 氧化碳了, 这就减少了碳排放, 毕竟我们养动物不只是要它们的皮, 还要吃它们的肉, 能少 养许多动物这一点本人可能说错了, 算本人说错了。 但是将制鞋的原料制作成制鞋的材料, 这是需要排放碳的, 再将这些材料制作成鞋也是需要排放碳的,本发明因为可以调整鞋的长 短宽窄肥瘦能弥补现有的有鞋后帮的鞋不能调整长短宽窄肥瘦的不足, 孩子们当然就不要消 耗那么多鞋 (保守的估计每个孩子从需要穿鞋至长大成人的这一段时间, 可少消耗十双现有 的有鞋后帮的鞋), 这就减少了许多的碳排放, 所以说本发明是低碳产品。 补充一下: 前面 所述的鞋都是有鞋后帮的鞋。 本发明附属权利要求所述的绝大部分可调鞋也有上面说的优 点, 只是技术特征有些不同; 以及本发明可以应用于成年人, 例如, 有些成年人天气冷时与 天气热时都是穿同一双有鞋后帮的鞋, 天冷穿厚袜子时把鞋挤大了, 天热穿丝袜子再穿这双 鞋时脚会感觉到明显的宽松, 不合脚了, 这种情况是需要调整的。 有时候穿着穿着就会变形 (例如: 变长) 这时候鞋是需要调整的。 还有一些内容要说明: "位置在鞋后包跟的那一部 分 (与脚跟接触的那一部分) 的鞋后帮延伸调整垫厚一些,"是指这一截鞋后帮延伸调整垫 厚一些, 包括只是鞋后包跟的这一面厚一些、 只是脚跟的这一面厚一些、 这两面都厚一些, 以及, 本专利申请文件是以一面厚一些的鞋后帮延伸调整垫为基础, 对组合式鞋后帮延伸调 整垫、 反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫的设计进行表述的。 再, 本专利申请文件中的多个, 包括 三个、 四个、 五个、 六个、 七个、 八个、 九个、 十个、 十多个, 以及更多。 再, 本专利申请 文件表述的各种 (全部) 调整垫都可以配合 (包括混合) 在一只鞋内调整鞋 (或者是说, 各 种调整垫都可以根据需要配合在一只鞋内调整鞋。 根据需要即可以任意选择几种调整垫配合 在一只鞋内调整鞋, 也就是调整垫们是根据需要来搭配的), 它们: ①可以固定在鞋内。 ②可 以不固定在鞋内。 ③可以有些固定在鞋内, 有些不固定在鞋内。 ④不固定在鞋内的调整垫, 以及有些不固定在鞋内的调整垫, 调整垫们可以固定在一起, 也可以不固定在一起; 还可以 有些固定在一起,有些不固定在一起。上面四点所述的状况,本专利申请文件表述的各种(全 部) 调整垫可以根据需要配合 (包括混合。 根据需要即可以任意选择几种调整垫配合在一只 鞋内调整鞋, 也就是调整垫们是根据需要来搭配的), 在一只鞋内调整鞋, 以及配合在一起 的调整垫们可以根据需要在一只鞋内设计一个至多个。

Claims

1.一种长短宽窄肥瘦可调鞋,包括有鞋后帮的鞋,其特征是:在鞋底设计整鞋底调整垫,该整鞋底 调整垫的形状与传统的整鞋底垫 (将鞋内的鞋底都垫满的鞋底垫) 基本相同, 在鞋后帮及延 伸处 (鞋后帮长的方向的两端, 都延伸至约鞋长的二分之一的位置) 的内表面设计鞋后帮延 伸调整垫,该鞋后帮延伸调整垫的形状与鞋后帮及它长的方向的两端都延伸至约鞋长的二分 之一 (一半) 的位置,所呈现的形状基本相同,位置在鞋后包跟的那一部分 (与脚跟接触的那 一部分) 的鞋后帮延伸调整垫厚一些, 整鞋底调整垫与鞋后帮延伸调整垫共同调整鞋的长短 宽窄肥瘦; 还设计了用半鞋底调整垫 (是垫在鞋前半部的, 也可以垫在鞋前大半部分, 鞋前 小半部分, 一般情况它的长度约是整鞋底调整垫的一半长, 可以长一些, 也可以短一些, 长 度根据需要而定; 总之, 比整鞋底调整垫短的, 没垫满鞋底的都称之为半鞋底调整垫) 取代 整鞋底调整垫, 当然, 前面所述的不取代, 也就是用整鞋底调整垫调整鞋, 也是本人的设计 (本专利的技术特征); 它们的数量是左鞋右鞋各设计一个至多个整鞋底调整垫, 左鞋右鞋 各设计一个至多个半鞋底调整垫, 左鞋右鞋各设计一个至多个鞋后帮延伸调整垫 (三种调整 垫在一只鞋内的数量设计是一个至多个, 可以两种调整垫组合, 也可以三种调整垫组合, 在 一只鞋内调整鞋的长短宽窄肥瘦); 设计了整鞋底调整垫和半鞋底调整垫混合在一只鞋内与 鞋后帮延伸调整垫配合一起调整鞋, 它们(三种调整垫)各自的数量是每样一个至每样多个, 而且它们 (三种调整垫) 的数量可以不一样, 也可以一样; 还设计了一只鞋内整鞋底调整垫 的数量 (或者是半鞋底调整垫的数量, 或者是整鞋底调整垫和半鞋底调整垫混合在一起的总 数量), 与鞋后帮延伸调整垫的数量可以不一样, 也可以一样; 还设计了前面所述的长短宽 窄肥瘦可调鞋可以由生产者将调整垫与鞋制作好, 并且将调整垫在鞋内装配好再销售, 也可 以将调整垫与鞋制作好, 但是不将调整垫装配入鞋内的状态下销售, 亦可以将部分调整垫装 配入鞋内, 部分调整垫不装配入鞋内的情况下销售, 还可以将各种调整垫制作好就销售 (只 卖前面所述的各种调整垫)。

(包括连接后的一个调整垫的范围, 连接后的两个调整垫的范围, 连接后的三个调整垫的范 围, 这三种范围的全部固定、 大部分固定、 一半固定、 小部分固定, 分成两个至多个小部分 再将这些小部分固定, 以及根据需要任意固定) 当然, 不固定在鞋内也是本人的设计 (本专 利的技术特征); 还设计了, 鞋顶长短调整垫, 此垫一面与鞋内的鞋顶对应, 另一面与脚指 头对应, 可以只设计在鞋帮上, 也可以既设计在鞋帮上又设计在鞋底上, 并且本人对鞋顶长 短调整垫在一只鞋内的数量的设计是一个至多个, 此垫可以单独 (一种调整垫但是数量是一 个至多个) 在鞋内调整鞋, 还可以与本专利文件所述的, 本人设计的各种调整垫配合 (包括 是混合) 调整鞋; 还设计了本专利文件所述, 本人设计的各种调整垫可以用世界上任何可以 制作调整垫的材料制作;(例 1,鞋里面有毛绒的鞋,与它配套的各种调整垫可以用毛绒制作, 当然也可以用其它的材料制作; 例 2与棉鞋配套的各种调整垫, 可以用布包裹棉制作出来, 当然也可以用其它的材料制作; 例 3鞋里面都是毛绒的鞋, 这些毛绒可以制作成活动的、 可 以拆下来的——将毛绒固定在布上, 布装配在鞋内, 将布拆下来, 毛绒也拆下来了; 鞋里面 都是毛绒的鞋, 再在里面设计一个可以拆下来的毛绒的薄底鞋也行, 也就是本人设计的整鞋 底调整垫与长的方向的两端到鞋头接触的, 只有一只厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫全部连接, 再 沿覆盖的鞋帮全部或大部分连接的调整垫; 例 4, 棉鞋也象例 3—样设计, 只不过材料是棉 与它的包裹物)鞋后帮延伸调整垫、组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 正反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫、 只有一种厚度的鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 这五种调整鞋长短宽窄 的调整垫及它们的新设计 (在正面、 在反面, 只在正面, 只在反面, 设计加一个至多个调整 垫), 它们设计 (或装配) 于低帮鞋中时, 它们的高要与低帮鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的高保持 一致, 它们的高也可以比低帮鞋的鞋后帮及延伸处的高, 矮一些, 保持一致的与矮一些的调 整垫, 可以在一只鞋内混合 (例如, 两种混合; 但可以多个高、 矮不同的调整垫混在一起) 使用; 如果这十种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整垫装在鞋内, 有一部分调整垫 (两端) 不在鞋口的 两侧, 而是在鞋帮覆盖鞋底形成的那个空间 (容纳脚前部分的空间) 的两侧, 那么这一部分 调整垫(两端)设计的标准是,既能调整鞋的宽窄,又要穿着舒适,又要那个空间能容纳(宽, 也就是高可以随着鞋内空间的变化而变化); 当然, 上面所述的十种调整鞋长短宽窄的调整 垫, 它们的高可以是一致的, 也就是说它们在鞋口的这一部分, 与在鞋帮覆盖的那个空间里 的那一部分, 这两部分的高可以是一致的; 补充一下, 一般情况都是两端都在鞋帮覆盖鞋底 的那个空间里, 有些情况是一端在那个空间里; 当然, 无论是两端在那个空间里, 还是一端 在那个空间里, 它们的设计都是一样的; 外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫的不在鞋口两侧 而是鞋帮覆盖鞋底的那个空间的那一部分, 与上面的设计是一样的——宽, 也就是高可以随 着鞋内的变化而变化, 设计的标准是既能调整鞋的宽窄, 又穿着舒适, 又要那个空间能容纳; 外侧宽窄调整垫、内侧宽窄调整垫,没有被鞋帮覆盖的部分,它们的高可以与它们所依附(装 配在上) 的鞋帮的高保持一致, 也可以矮一些, 还可以部分保持一致, 部分矮一些; 当然, 外侧宽窄调整垫、 内侧宽窄调整垫, 它们的高可以是一致的, 也就是说它们在鞋口的这一部 分, 与在鞋帮覆盖的那个空间的那一部分, 这两部分的高可以是一致的; 长短调整垫与其它 调整垫配合调整鞋时, 它的高与鞋后包跟的高可以保持一致, 也可以矮一些, 保持一致的与 矮一些的长短调整垫可以在一只鞋内配合 (混合) 调整鞋, 保持一致的、 矮一些的上面所述 的十三种调整垫, 它们的高还可以部分保持一致, 部分矮一些; 也就是, 上面所述的十三种 调整垫, 它们的高可以部分与鞋后帮及延伸处的高 (当然长短调整垫的高是相对鞋后帮的高 来设计, 不要相对延伸处的高来设计) 一致, 部分不一致; (例如, 将调整垫设计成不规则 的锯齿状, 锯齿的最高点与鞋后帮一样高) 还设计了, 上面所述的十三种调整垫——保持一 致的调整垫, 矮一些的调整垫, 以及部分保持一致、部分矮一些的调整垫,它们可以混合(两 种混合, 三种混合, 混合的数量根据需要而定) 在一只鞋内调整鞋; 上面所述的设计是以低 帮鞋为例的, 对于中帮鞋、 高帮鞋的设计也是一样, 以上是本人对低帮鞋、 中帮鞋、 高帮鞋 共同的设计; 对于高帮鞋本人还有其它的设计 ^ ί氏于高帮鞋鞋后帮的上面所述的用于低帮 鞋的那十三种调整垫, 可用于高帮鞋; 低于高帮鞋鞋后帮的用于中帮鞋的那十三种调整垫, 可用于高帮鞋;.用于高帮鞋时, 这些用于低帮鞋, 用于中帮鞋的调整垫可以全部往上延伸, 还可以部分往上延伸 (例如: 调整长短的部分往上延伸), 还可以全部往上延伸后不到最高 点, 再部分往上延伸; 上面所述的对高帮鞋的设计, 也是对高筒鞋的设计, 只是本人对高筒 鞋还有设计, 高筒鞋的高筒部分还可以设计的小一些; 当然, 上面所述的十三种调整垫, 无 论是与其它的调整垫连接 (或者是一同制作出来), 还是沿覆盖的鞋帮 (鞋面的里面) 连接
(或者是一同制作出来), 还是既与其它的调整垫连接, 又沿覆盖的鞋帮 (鞋面的里面) 连 接, 它们的高的设计与上面所述的对那十三种调整垫的高的设计是一样的; (长短调整垫只 能与其它的调整垫连接, 不能沿鞋帮连接, 特此说明) 还设计了, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的鞋后帮 及延伸处的斜度加大, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的鞋后帮的斜度加大, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的外侧 (外侧 宽窄调整垫依附的位置) 与内侧 (内侧宽窄调整垫依附的位置) 的斜度加大, 只将有鞋后帮 的鞋的外侧 (外侧宽窄调整垫依附的位置) 的斜度加大, 只将有鞋后帮的鞋的内侧 (内侧宽 窄调整垫依附的位置) 的斜度加大; 还设计了, 将有鞋后帮的鞋的鞋口 (或者是将鞋后帮及 延伸处) 的深度加深 (加高); 本专利文件中所有的调整垫中任一种同样式的调整垫在一只 鞋内可以一样大, 也可以大小不一, 还可以有些是一样大, 有些大小不一; (例如, 一只鞋 内设计了四个鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 它们可以一样大, 也可以大小不一, 也可以两个一样大, 两个大小不一; 同样式的调整垫就是同一种调整垫)不同样式(同类但不是同一样式, 例如, 组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫与反组合式鞋后帮延伸调整垫, 就是同类不同样式的) 的调整垫, 亦是如此, 当然, 它们如何搭配是根据需要来定的; 还设计了, 本专利文件表述的, 本人设 计的所有的调整垫都可以用镂花 (空) 或者掏空 (花) 的手段来制作, 还可以用世界上公开
