Shoe with a shoe sock for adaptation of volume according to invention is manufactured out of two or more pre-made component part's, namely the upper. part (1) of the shoe with a margin (2) of the sole and heel (3), and shoe socks (4) of different widths and thicknesses, which are placed into the sole of the upper part (1), in order to adopt the width and ' the volume -of the- front part of the shoe..
Description
A SHOE WITH AN OUTERSOLE INPUT FOR ADJUSTMENT OF THE
VOLUME OF THE SHOE
Subject of an invention is a constructive solution for a shoe with a shoe sock for adaptation of volume, which enables an adaptation of the shoe to different forms and sizes of human feet. With a shoe sock that can have different widths and thicknesses, which can be chosen directly at the point of sale, we enable an adaptation of size - width and size in the front part of footwear -in the store itself, and on the basis of prefabricated composite parts we can manufacture or, as the case may be, finalize the shoe in the store. The invention is classified in the class A43B23/04 of International Patent Classification. The technical problem which is successfully solved by the proposed construction of the shoe, is the manufacture of a shoe of certain type, which will adapt as largely as possible to the foot of a client, not only to length, but also to width and extent of the front part of the foot. The problem that can normally be solved only by custom made shoes is successfully solved with the proposed construction of the shoe with a shoe sock for adaptation of volume according to invention.
Human feet are of different shapes and sizes. Therefore problems appear when choosing footwear, when the client cannot purchase a
wanted fashionable piece of footwear in the desired accommodation to their feet. Throughout history, footwear industry have created many systems of marking shoe sizes according to length as well as width, and manufactured footwear in accordance with experiences. Due to rationalization of production and warehousing problems as well as stock problems on the market there aren't many models, that would be manufactured in more widths with the same length.
Shoe with a shoe sock for adaptation of volume according to invention is manufactured out of two main pre-made component parts: from upper part of the shoe with the edge of the sole and heal, and from shoe socks of different widths and thicknesses, which are placed into the sole of the upper part and using their geometry they adapt the width and the volume of the shoe's front part..
The solution will be explained in details by mode of practicing the invention and the pictures that show:
Picture 1 shoe with a shoe sock for adaptation of volume according to invention in flow chart; Picture 2 shoe socks of different widths for adaptation of volume according to invention in flow chart;
Picture 3 flow chart from above onto the placement of shoe sock into the upper part of the shoe according to invention; Picture 4 flow chart from below onto the placement of shoe sock into the upper part of the shoe according to invention; Picture 5 flow chart of placement of shoe sock and additional part in to the upper shoe part according to invention;
Construction plan of shoe sock for adaptation of volume according to invention, of which both composing parts are represented on the Picture 1 , enables a favorable solution of the proposed technical problem. Upper part 1 of the shoe, together with the adhesive margin 2 of the sole and the heal 3 is constructed in a way, that the material of the adhesive margin 2 is elastic enough, to adopt to different widths of shoe sock 4. The shoe sock 4, which has an implemented sole part 5 on the bottom side and joining part 6, is made of less elastic material and ensures the stability of the shoe. At the assembly of the shoe sock 4 into the upper part of the shoe 1 the shoe sock 4 ensures the correct width of the footwear and is constructed in a way to also ensure the correct length of the joining part 6 in the sole.
Next to different widths, the pre-made shoe sock 4 with its thickness enables also adaptation or correction of the footwear's volume. It is also
possible to attach an additional part 7, which especially separately adapts the volume of the shoe to the foot of the customer.
In the manufacture process in the store, the salesperson inserts the correctly adapting shoe sock 4 into the upper part 1 of the shoe from the inner side in a way that the joining part 6 of the shoe sock 4 bottom side nicely fits with adhesive margin 2 of the upper part 1 of the shoe, and sticks is together with glue or in some other way attaches it into the sole of the shoe. With help of a handy device, the salesperson presses the joining part 6 of the shoe sock 4 together with the joining part 2 of upper part 1 and by this assures a quality junction. If the correction of volume is still needed, the additional part 7 can be glued or in some other way attached to the inner side of shoe sock 4.
The described solution enables a composition of the final volume - width and extent - of the front part of the shoe directly in the shoe shop, with the use of pre-manufactured composing parts and only one technological operation.
