Abstract
본 발명은 스텐트가 병변부위로부터 이탈되는 것이 방지되며, 약물이 병변부위에 국소적으로 집중되어 전달될 수 있도록 구조가 개선된 약물 용출형 스텐트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 약물 용출형 스텐트는 혈관에 삽입되어 혈관을 확장시키는 약물 용출형 스텐트에 있어서, 상기 스텐트에는 생체적합성 및 생분해성 고분자 물질로 이루어지며, 상기 스텐트의 확장시 혈관벽으로 삽입되는 돌기부가 형성되어 있다.
