2.强力磁体用高性能的稀土永磁钕铁硼制造， 形状为圆台体， 表面场 250mT , 在磁体后面贴厚 2mm的铁片， 以集中磁力线。针头部分用 60度的倒角。 通过这几项技术使表面场由 250mT提高到 300mT， 这样磁力线的穿透力更强， 穿透深度也有很大提高， 可达 6cm。 人体穴位一般在皮肤下 3_5cm。 磁体 N极向外的一支磁吸炙疗五行针和磁体 S极向外的一支磁吸炙疗五行 针组成一组， 在同一穴位上使用。 磁场在人体穴位上形成磁回路， 具有最佳治 疗效果。 磁场直接作用于穴位， 使人体的十二条经络更加畅通。 人体血液中红血球 带负电荷， 血液在磁场中运动， 受到罗仑兹力的作用， 使红血球更容易从微动 脉向微静脉流动， 从而促进了血液循环， 使全身血液更畅通， 各器官能量均衡 分配， 达到治病和保健的功能。
3.用加热实现灸疗。 此加热器为低压直流供电发热体， 性能稳定， 升温迅 速， 受电源电压波动影响小， 自动恒温， 安全性高， 耗电低， 节能环保， 无电 磁辐射。 用此发热体进行炙疗时， 温度控制智能化， 可高可低， 加热时间可预置设 定， 热量通过皮肤进入身体， 调动身体内在的功能， 调整到良好的状态， 协调 阴阳， 扶正祛邪， 达到治病、 保健、 养生美容之功效。 炙疗具有热、 药、 炙、 人体自身经络调节四效合一：
①热： 针尖温度控制在 30 - 80 °C， 加热直流电压 3V-24V连续可调以人体 舒适为宜。 适合不同人群。 皮肤受热后， 毛孔扩张， 细胞温度每升高一度其利 用氧气的氧化率提高 2. 5倍。 灸疗可提高细胞吸收营养的能力和速度。 气血有 "遇温则行， 遇寒则凝" 的特点。 运用以火攻邪， 具有祛风寒、 消炎止痛、 促 进细胞生长， 达到保健、 养生、 美容之功效。 ②药： 治疗时在治疗点上涂抹五行膏（卫生许可证号：浙卫消证字 [2005]第 066号）， 在热力和灸力作用下， 通经活络， 活化细胞， 五行膏药物迅速深透到 达病灶部位， 起到治病效果。
③灸： 刺激经络穴位， 打通经络， 激发人的免疫系统， 促进新陈代谢， 强 内通外。
④人体经络腧穴有自我双向调节作用。 达到预防疾病、 保健强生的效果， 如常灸足三里、 关元等穴位， 能激发人体正气， 提高抗病能力。
灸疗是绿色医疗， 可打通经络， 补充真气， 增强耐力， 抗疲劳， 延年益寿， 对抗亚健康。 它可广泛用于内、 夕卜、 妇、 五官、 皮肤等疾病， 对急性病、 慢性 病、 常见病、 疑难病均可施治， 灸疗有治病防病、 保健、 美容之功效。
4.采用纳米复合远红外材料制作的壳体， 实现红外线理疗。 红外理疗能激 活人体细胞大分子的活性， 促进和改善人体的血液循环， 增强新陈代谢， 提高 人体免疫功能。 以此起到活血化瘀、 驱寒等疗效。 尤其对软组织损伤、 伤口愈 合有很好疗效。
5.为了保护皮肤减轻疼痛感， 本发明在接触皮肤的壳体端面加了一防护胶 圈， 更适合女性和儿童使用。
使用本发明的磁吸灸疗五行针， 实现了真正的针疗、 灸疗和磁疗、 药疗及 红外理疗， 进一步提高了疗效和使用范围。

本发明的磁吸灸疗五行针的最佳实施例之一如图 1所述， 其包括壳体 1、 针头 2、 磁体 3、 铁片 4、 套筒 5、 正温度系数 （PTC ) 加热器 6、 插头 7、 盖子 8、 气囊 9、 护圈 10和衬块 11。 其中， 壳体 1用塑料制作， 为包含一空腔的半球形， 且壳体 1内表面喷涂 有纳米复合远红外材料， 所述纳米复合远红外材料可以是纳米陶瓷粉。 壳体 1 的外形尺寸可以是 Φ 10-Φ 80 , 用于大、 中、 小等不同规格磁吸灸疗五行针。气 囊 9用硅橡胶或塑胶等弹性物制作，套在壳体 1上部。气囊 9的上部为半球形， 中下部为圆锥球形。壳体 1的空腔中固定有套筒 5， 套筒 5用塑料制作。套筒 5 内依次装有针头 2、 磁体 3、 铁片 4和加热器 6。 其中， 针头 2用 A3钢制作， 头部呈 60度的圆锥体， 利于磁力线集中， 表面镀银或其它金属， 起到避免氧化 和消毒作用。 针头 2置于套筒前端且从套筒 5内伸出， 并且其针尖高出壳体 1 的空腔表面， 当治疗时， 针尖紧压皮肤， 而不刺入皮肤。
磁体 3用稀土永磁制作， 形状为圆台体或多边形柱体， 吸附在针头上且 N 极或 S极正对针头， 磁场强度> 25011^。 铁片 4用 A3钢制作， 表面镀镍， 贴于 磁体背面， 以集中磁场。
PTC 加热器 6 可以是碳纤维、 陶瓷、 陶瓷复合材料中的一种或几种。 PTC 加热器 6上还固定有金属插头 7， 用于连接直流低压加热电源。 PTC加热器 6 用低压直流供电发热体制作， 加热电压为直流 3V-24V, 表面温度为 30-80°C。 衬块 1 1用 A3钢制作， 和盖子 8—起将加热器 6固定在套筒 5内。 盖子 8用塑 料制作。 套筒 5上还设有连通气囊 9内和壳体 1空腔内空气的排气槽 （图 1中虚线 部分）。 当挤压气囊 9时， 气囊 9里的空气沿套筒 5上的排气槽， 将红外腔中的 空气挤出腔外， 使气囊 9、 壳体 1的空腔内的气压小于外部大气压， 形成负压。 负压越大则真空度大， 磁疗灸疗五行针对人的皮肤吸附力越大， 使新型磁疗灸 疗五行针牢牢地吸附在人的穴位上， 进行治疗。
壳体 1在与人体皮肤接触一端沿其外表面设有护圈 10， 护圈 10用硅橡胶 等弹性物制作， 保护皮肤， 减轻疼痛感。
在本发明的另一实施例中， 磁吸炙疗五行针还包括对 PTC的加热温度进行 控制的温度控制系统， 如图 2所示。该温度控制系统包括单片机、温度传感器、 控制量执行器和存储器。
其中， 温度传感器可以选用 DS18B20 , 其可以安装在磁吸炙疗五行针上的 任意部位， 或者安装在 PTC加热器上， 用于采集所述五行针或 PTC加热器的温 度信号。 单片机可以选用单片机 AT89C51或 AT89C4051 , 其和温度传感器连接， 用于接收所述温度信号并根据设定的程序进行计算后发送脉冲信号。 控制量执 行器和所述单片机连接， 用于根据所述脉冲信号接通或断开所述 PTC加热器的 电源。
温度控制系统工作时， 五行针的温度由温度传感器 DS18B20采样， 得到的 是单片机能接受的数字信号， 此信号经单片机计算与温度给定值比较得到温度 偏差， 再根据此偏差量计算得出 PTC加热器的控制量， 即加热时间长短。 单片 机根据此控制量， 对控制量执行器发出脉冲信号， 并通过该控制量执行器来控 制 PTC加热器供电电源的通和断。 和单片机连接的存储器可以包括程序存储器 27256和数据存储器 62256， 也可以将程序存储器和数据存储器合为一个存储器。 DS18B20 为单总线数字温 度传感器， 可用根 I/O数据线既供电又传输数据， 不需外电路， 体积小， 分辨 率高， 可与单片机 AT89C51通讯。 单片机上还可以连接输入和输出设备， 例如 键盘和显示器。 输入设备可以接收用户输入的设定温度或其他指令， 输出设备 可以显示加热温度和加热时间等信息。 本实施例采用按键 182557 和显示器 MAX7219 来作为输入和输出设备。 系统可方便地实现温度的实时测量、 显示与 控制， 使测量和控制智能化。
控制量执行器可以是继电器或者可控硅二极管， 控制 PTC加热器的加热电 压高低或加热时间长短， 达到温度控制的目的。
上述温度控制系统以单片机为控制核心， 外加硬件电路， 将温度显示和 数字控制集合于一体， 实现温度智能控制， 并采用软件程序实现升温的调节， 能对磁吸灸疗五行针的升温和保温时间严格控制。 单片机对温度进行控制， 不仅控制方便、 简单、 灵活， 而且可以大大提高温控精度。
温度控制电路采用可控硅调节， 只要在规定周期内改变可控硅开关的接通 时间就能改变加热功率， 实现温度调节。 单片机输出能控制可控硅通断时间的 脉冲信号就可以实现温度控制。
在通电正常使用时， 治疗时间和温度可预设记忆， 电路每按一次功能键时 间会以 10分钟递增（开机起始时间记忆在 30分钟）至 60分钟后， 循环增减温 度记忆在 35 ° C。 当针灸温度低于设置温度 2 ° C时， 单片机程序自动开启加热 器件进行升温。先进的程序设计技术， 实现开机、 关机、 功能设置和预置时间、

权利要求
1.一种磁吸炙疗五行针， 包括针头、 壳体和气囊， 所述气囊和壳体相连， 所述壳体包含一空腔， 所述针头固定在所述壳体的空腔内， 其特征在于， 还包 括套筒和磁体， 所述套筒固定在所述壳体的空腔内， 且套筒上设有连通气囊内 和空腔内空气的排气槽； 所述针头置于套筒内且针头前端伸出； 所述磁体置于 套筒内且吸附在针头上。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 还包括正温度系数 加热器， 所述正温度系数加热器置于所述套筒内， 并且与低压直流电源连接。
3.如权利要求 2 所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 所述正温度系数加 热器选自碳纤维、 陶瓷、 陶瓷复合材料中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求 2 所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 还包括温度控制系 统， 所述温度控制系统包括：
温度传感器， 安装在所述五行针上， 用于采集所述五行针的温度信号； 单片机， 和所述温度传感器连接， 用于接收所述温度信号并根据设定的程 序进行计算后发送脉冲信号；
控制量执行器， 和所述单片机连接， 用于根据所述脉冲信号接通或断开所 述正温度系数加热器的电源，所示控制量执行器是固体继电器或可控硅二极管； 存储器， 和所述单片机连接。
5.如权利要求 4所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 所述控制系统还包 括输入和输出设备， 所述输入设备包括键盘， 所述输出设备包括显示器。
6.如权利要求 1 所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 所述壳体内表面喷 涂有一层纳米复合远红外材料， 所述纳米复合远红外材料为纳米陶瓷粉。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 所述气囊的形状为 顶部呈半球形， 中下部呈圆锥球形。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 所述磁体为稀土永 磁， 磁场强度 >250mT。
9.如权利要求 1所述的磁吸炙疗五行针，其特征在于，所述气囊为硅橡胶或 塑胶制成。
10.如权利要求 1所述的磁吸炙疗五行针， 其特征在于， 所述壳体在与人体 皮肤接触一端沿其外表面设有护圈， 所述护圈采用硅橡胶或塑胶制作。
