A spring (10) that constantly biases the arm sections to the "open" state is contained within the strut member, and a push button (22) that can go in and out and that is combined with a pawl (21) is provided biased in the perpendicular direction. A finger-application section (4a) is provided to the boundary of the strut member and the hook section. When the strut member is pincered by two opposing fingers, of which one finger operates the push button, the pawl is put in an "engaged" state of not being affixed to the strut member, and when the finger-application section is subjected to a downward operation by a third finger, the pawl is put in a "closed" state. Also, the arm sections become in an "open" state by means of spring force by putting the pawl in the "closed" state into the "engaged" state with respect to the strut member by operating the push button. As a result, it is possible to easily perform a suspending operation with one hand.

Description

Folding hanger
The present invention relates to a hanger, and more particularly to a folding hanger whose arm part is foldable.
To hang clothes of the type that cannot be opened and closed on the front or rear side, such as clothing that has an opening that penetrates the head, such as a t-shirt, conventionally, one of the arm parts is near the hook part. And then the other arm was passed through the opening.
For this reason, both hands must be used for this suspension operation, and it was impossible to work with one hand while holding a large number of clothes for display.
Also, as described above, this suspension operation is a complicated operation and cannot be performed quickly.
Furthermore, when an unaccustomed person works, the shape of the opening of the clothes such as a shirt may be damaged. In such a case, the commercial value of the clothes is impaired.
In the case of the conventional foldable hanger, as a result of expanding one by one, for example, when the positions of the left and right arm parts are not in the best position of the ideal state, the force when opening and closing is applied to the arm parts. For this reason, there exists a possibility that an arm part may be expanded left-right asymmetrically, or one arm part may not open. In such a case, the former induces deformation and loss of shape of the clothes being suspended, and in the latter, the arms must be expanded using both hands. In any case, the hanging work could not be continuously performed by a uniform operation of one hand.

The opening / closing operation of the arm portion 11 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2A and 2B. First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the arm portion 11 is inserted into the clothing 30 in a “closed” state. At this time, the spring 10 is in an extended state. In the case of the one-touch type, holding the grip portion 25 with the thumb and middle finger of one hand and pressing the push button 22 with one index finger releases the locking between the claw portion 21 and the locking hole 23, so that the spring 10 Due to this force, the arm portion 11 is expanded as shown in FIG. 2B. During the expanding operation, it is not necessary to change to the other hand B. In the case of the one-touch type, in order to be in the “closed” state, the grip part 25 is held by the thumb and middle finger of one hand, and when the index finger is hung on the finger hook part 4 and moved downward against the force of the spring 10, The claw portion 21 descends the support member 7 and enters the “out” state from the locking hole 23. Thereby, the “closed” state of the arm portion 11 is fixed.
Here, the extension of the pair of arm portions 11 will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a slide rail 13a is provided at a position opposed to the outer peripheral side surface of the structural member 13, and a rail receiver 15a provided at a position opposed to the bottom surface of the slide arm 15. Are slidably engaged with each other. As a result, the slide arm 15 can extend steplessly to the structural member 13 and is slid according to the shoulder width of the clothes. As shown in FIGS. 6B (D) and (E), the slide arm 15 is provided with a collision piece 15b, and another collision piece 13b provided on the structural member 13 collides with the collision piece 15b. The slide arm 15 is prevented from falling off.
As shown in FIGS. 6B (D) and 6 (E), the slide arm 15 is formed so as to expand in the width direction, and a radius is formed at the end. A plurality (five in the illustrated embodiment) of notches 29 are provided on the upper surface of the slide arm 15, thereby reducing the frictional resistance with the structural member 13 during sliding. As shown in FIG. 6B (C), the bottom surface of the structural member 13 is provided with a groove 14 in which the link plate 17a is accommodated in the “closed” state.
In the present embodiment, as shown in more detail in FIG. 7, in order to suspend a large weight of clothes, the expanded state of the expanded arm portion 11 is firmly fixed to the support member 7. A locking device 24 is provided. The locking device 24 includes a fixing bar 24b provided in a case 24a provided outside the outer cylinder 9 so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the outer cylinder 9, while the inner cylinder 8 and the outer cylinder 9 are provided. Is provided with a locking hole (not shown) into which the fixing bar 24b is inserted. Reference numeral 24 c (shown in FIG. 3) denotes a locking hole provided in the inner cylinder 8.
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, the arm portion 11 is placed in the “closed” state and inserted into the clothing 30, and the push button 22 is pressed while the hook portion 3 is protruding from the opening 31. Then, since the locking between the claw portion 21 and the locking hole 23 is released, the arm portion 11 is expanded as shown in FIG. 2B by the force of the spring 10, whereby the clothing 30 is folded into the hanger 1. Can be hung.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2A, one hand (one hand) A holding the hanger 1 with three-point support in the “closed” state of the arm portion 11 is outside the clothes. On the other hand, the other hand B has a neck portion of the clothes. Then, the arm portion 11 of the hanger 1 in one hand A is inserted from the opening 31 of the clothing 30 to the vicinity of the hook portion 3. In this state, when the operation of one hand A (removal of the finger in the case of the manual type described later, pressing of the push button 22 in the case of the one-touch type) is performed, the arm portion 11 is expanded, so that the clothes 30 are hooked on the hanger 1. It is. That is, according to the present invention, the hanger can be operated with one hand outside the clothing.
And it is not necessary to switch to the other hand B during the above-mentioned expanding operation. Therefore, the hanger-hanging operation according to the present invention is a uniform operation, so that it is possible to perform a continuous operation and to improve the efficiency.
Since the finger hook portion 4 is provided at the boundary between the column member 7 and the hook portion 3, when the finger hook portion 4 is pushed down to bring the arm portion 11 into the “closed” state, the finger hook portion 4 is opened to the clothing 30. Since it always goes out from 31, it does not interfere with the clothes 30. Therefore, in combination with the above, in the hanger hanging work, continuous work is possible, and there is an advantageous effect that efficiency is improved.
Moreover, since there is no possibility of damaging the shape of the opening 31 of the clothes 30 during the hanging work, the risk associated with the hanging work such as impairing the commercial value of the clothes 30 can be reduced.
As described above, according to the above-described embodiment, the suspending operation of the clothes 30 can be made an uncomplicated and uniform operation, so that the suspending operation of the clothes 30 can be performed easily, quickly, continuously, and efficiently. Can do.
Further, when the arm part 11 is expanded, the outer cylinder 9 is gripped with one hand. The arm part 11 is shown in FIGS. 1B (D) and 1C (F), as shown in FIGS. Since it is provided outside on the back surface, the arm portion 11 is prevented from colliding with the operating hand during the expansion operation. Therefore, the expansion operation of the arm part 11 can be performed smoothly.
Furthermore, according to the above-described embodiment, the link mechanism is pivotally attached to the common rotation shaft 17c and formed in a V shape, so that the number of parts is reduced. For this reason, the contact site | part between connection members decreases, and wear of a rotation site | part can be decreased at the time of the expansion / folding of the arm part 11. FIG. Therefore, since there are few failures, the suspension work is also efficient in this respect.
Also, since the link mechanism is formed in a V-shape and the number of parts is small, process management becomes easy and the level of processing precision becomes small. For this reason, since manufacturing management becomes easy, it contributes to cost reduction. Since this kind of hanger has a large demand for cost reduction, the above effect is effective.
Furthermore, since the number of parts is reduced, the structure is simplified and the assembly becomes easy, so the defect rate is reduced. This also contributes to cost reduction.
Since the structure of the hanger is simplified, it can be developed in various designs.
Next, according to the above embodiment, since the link mechanism is pivotally attached to the common rotating shaft 17c and formed in a V shape, the angle of the arm portion 11 is difficult to be unbalanced. It prevents the clothes 30 from being caught in the possible rotation part of the arm part.
Also, since the spring 10 is built in the inner cylinder 8, the opening and closing of the arm portion is smoothly performed in a symmetric state. Even in the case of locking, locking during expansion is performed by the locking device 24 which is a separate member, so that the locking is stabilized.
Here, the relationship between the one-handed operation and the link mechanism 17 will be described in detail. As described above, in the case of the one-touch type or the manual type described later, the arm part 11 when the clothes 30 are suspended is expanded with the thumb and middle finger of one hand in the state where the hook part 3 is extended. It is only operated with the index finger. During this time, there is no need to switch to the other hand. Therefore, the clothes hanging operation can be replaced with a simple and uniform operation with three fingers, whereby the hanging operation can be performed continuously and efficiently.
Further, since the link member 17 is pivotally attached to the common rotating shaft 17c and the link mechanism is formed in a V shape, the movable range of the link plate 17a is inward. For this reason, by pressing and rotating the left and right arm portions 11 respectively, the space between the two can be made narrower, and even if the opening 31 of the clothing 30 is smaller, the clothing opening It can be hung without deformation or loss of shape.
Further, since the lower end of the link member 17 is pivotally attached to the common rotating shaft 17c, the force for opening and closing is equally applied to the left and right, so that the expansion of the arm portion 11 is symmetrical. As a result, since the weight of the clothes 30 is not unevenly distributed with respect to the clothes 30 to be suspended, deformation and deformation of the clothes being suspended are prevented. In this regard, if the force for opening and closing is not evenly applied to the left and right, there is a possibility that the arm portion expands asymmetrically or one arm portion does not open. In such a case, the former induces deformation and loss of shape of the clothes being suspended, and in the latter, the arms must be expanded using both hands. In any case, the suspension work cannot be continuously performed by a uniform operation.
The folding hanger according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the opening / closing mechanism of the arm unit 11 can be a manual type shown in FIGS. 8A to 8D. In this case, the upper and lower locking holes 23 for locking the push button 22 and the claw portion 21 interlocking with the push button 22 are not necessary.
Since the basic operation is the same when using the manual method, the opening / closing operation of the arm unit 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A and 2B. When the index finger indicated by the alternate long and short dash line is separated from the finger hooking portion 4, the arm portion 11 is in an “open” state by the biasing force of the spring 10 (see FIG. 2B). If the thumb and middle finger of the one hand A indicated by the alternate long and short dash line has the grip portion 25 and the index finger indicated by the alternate long and short dash line is hooked on the finger hooking portion 4 and moves downward against the force of the spring 10, the arm portion 11 Is in the “closed” state. In the above-described one-touch type, if the push button 22 is not used, it can be used as a manual type.
8A to 8D, one hand (one hand) A holding the hanger 1 with three-point support in the “closed” state of the arm portion 11 is outside the clothing 30. On the other hand, the other hand B has a neck portion of the clothes 30. And the arm part 11 of the hanger 1 in one hand A is inserted to the vicinity of the hook part 3 from the opening 31 of the clothes 30 (see FIG. 2A). In this state, when the operation of one hand A (the removal of the index finger from the finger hooking portion 4) is performed, the arm portion 11 is expanded and the clothes 30 are hooked on the hanger (see FIG. 2B). Hanger operation with one hand is possible outside. Therefore, as with the one-touch type, the clothes can be suspended continuously by a uniform operation of one hand, so that the clothes 30 can be suspended easily, continuously, and efficiently. The same effects as described in the one-touch type can be achieved.
Furthermore, when the arm portion 11 is manually expanded, the speed of expansion can be freely controlled, so that it is possible to prevent an accident that the fingers or clothes are caught due to the expansion.
9A (A) (B) and FIG. 9 B (C) show an improvement of the first embodiment. This is a case where the push button 22 which can freely enter and exit also serves as a claw portion. The push button 22 is urged outward by a linear moving spring 22a formed in an inverted U shape. The grip portion 25 is provided around the upper portion of the outer cylinder 9, that is, between the upper locking hole 23a and the lower locking hole 23b. The rest of the configuration is the same as in the first embodiment.
Since the basic operation is the same in this case, the opening / closing operation of the arm unit 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A and 2B. In the “closed” state of the arm portion 11, one hand (one hand) A holding the hanger 1 is outside the clothing 30. On the other hand, the other hand B has a neck portion of the clothes 30. And the arm part 11 of the hanger 1 in one hand A is inserted to the vicinity of the hook part 3 from the opening 31 of the clothes 30 (see FIG. 2A). When the push button 22 in the lower locking hole 23b is pressed with the thumb of one hand A in this state, the locking between the push button 22, that is, the claw portion and the lower locking hole 23b is released. The arm portion 11 is expanded by the force (see FIG. 2B). Accordingly, since the clothes 30 are hooked on the hanger 1, the hanger 1 can be operated with the one hand A outside the clothes 30. In this case, in order to place the arm portion 11 in the “closed” state, when the push button 22 is pushed with the thumb of one hand A and the support member 7 is pinched with the middle finger, the push button 22, that is, the claw portion is locked upward. From the hole 23 a, the column member 7 is in an “in” state that is not fixed. Next, the index finger is placed on the finger hooking portion 4a and moved downward against the force of the spring 10 to bring the push button 22, that is, the claw portion, into the column member 7 from the upper locking hole 23b. Thereby, the “closed” state of the arm portion 11 is fixed.
Therefore, as with the first embodiment, the clothes 30 can be continuously suspended by the uniform operation of the one hand A. Therefore, the clothes 30 can be easily and quickly suspended continuously. An effect similar to that described in the one-touch type can be achieved, for example, it can be performed efficiently. In this embodiment, the same member can be used for both right-handed use and left-handed use, so that the number of parts is reduced. More specifically, the hanger 1 shown in FIGS. 9A (A), 9 (B) and 9B (C) is set for right-handed use, but in the case of left-handed use, the support member 7 is rotated 180 °. Just assemble in the state.
9A (A) (B) and FIG. 9 B (C) also show a case where the finger hook portion is improved. In this case, the finger hooking portion 4 a is projected in a bowl shape on the top of the inner cylinder 8. The finger hook portion 4a is formed to have a large strength by enlarging the base end portion 4d fixed to the inner cylinder 8 so as to obtain a stress when pressed.
9A (A) (B) and FIG. 9B (C), if the lower locking hole 23b is not provided, the claw portion cannot be locked in the lower locking hole. it can. 9A (A), (B) and FIG. 9B (C) show both the push button 22 which also serves as the nail part and the improvement of the finger hook part 4a, but these may be implemented separately. . For example, it is good also as an aspect which provides a finger hook part in the lower end part of the tongue-like member 5 as shown to FIG. 1A (A).
FIG. 10 shows still another embodiment in which the finger hook portion is improved. In this case, the finger hook portion 4 b is formed at the top of the support member 7, specifically, the inner cylinder 8. In this case, the finger hook portion 4b can be formed in a flat shape as shown in (A), (B), or (C). The hook portion 3 is provided eccentrically at the top of the inner cylinder 8 as shown in FIGS. FIG. 10B shows a case where the eccentric part 3a is formed enormously and the top of the inner cylinder 8 is formed in a stepped shape.
