步骤 S 104,获得搜索结果，其中搜索结果是根据状态描述信息在地址信息对应的 应用集合中搜索当前状态对应的应用后产生的， 其中， 搜索结果可以为如下之一： 搜 索到对应于当前状态的一个或多个应用、 未搜索到对应于当前状态的应用。
步骤 S105 , 在终端中呈现关于搜索结果的提示消息。
例如， 当终端弹出的提示信息为文档格式无法处理时， 可以在终端的存储单元中 搜索与该文档格式相关的应用， 如果能够搜索到相关应用， 可以在终端中向用户呈现 该文件格式的后缀（例如， 对于文本文档， 其后缀可以是 ".txt，，、 ".doc" , 或 ".docx" 等）； 同样地， 也可以在与终端连接的服务器中搜索与该文档格式相关的应用， 如果 能够搜索到相关的应用， 可以在终端中向用户呈现该文件格式的后缀。 如果终端弹出 的提示信息为显示内容语言与系统配置语言不一致时， 可以在终端的存储单元中搜索 与该显示内容语言相关的应用， 如果能够搜索到相关的语言应用， 可以在终端中向用 户呈现该显示内容的语言种类标识（例如， 对于英语可以釆用 "EN"作为该语言的语 言种类标识， 对于汉语可以釆用 "CN" 作为语言种类标识）； 同样地， 也可以在与终 端连接的服务器中搜索与该显示内容语言相关的应用， 如果能够搜索到相关的语言应 用， 可以在终端中向用户呈现该显示内容的语言种类标识。
由于应用集合中的应用一般会包括标签和 /或关键词和 /或描述信息， 根据状态描 述信息在地址信息对应的应用集合中搜索当前状态对应的应用时， 可以以状态描述信 息为关键词对应用进行搜索， 或者， 也可以从状态描述信息中进一步提取出关键字， 以该关键词对应用进行搜索。
在终端中呈现关于搜索结果的提示消息时， 如果搜索结果为搜索到对应于当前状 态的一个或多个应用， 则可以在终端中显示应用集合中包括当前状态对应的应用的提 示信息， 用户点击该提示信息， 就会显示搜索结果， 例如搜索到的应用的链接。 如果 搜索结果为未搜索到对应的应用， 则可以在终端中显示应用集合中不包括当前状态对 应的应用的提示信息， 例如， 在终端中显示 "未查到对应的应用"。
另外， 在终端中显示搜索结果时， 如果搜索结果为 "少量" 本地应用 （即应用集 合设置在终端的存储单元中）， 可以在终端中直接显示应用程序入口或显示快捷方式， 用户可以通过触发应用程序入口或显示快捷方式， 来启动相应的应用； 如果搜索结果 为 "少量" 服务器应用 （即应用集合设置在与终端连接的服务器中）， 可以在终端中 显示程序筒介和下载提示符 （例如有下载提示符的按钮 ), 用户可以通过触发下载提 示符， 下载并安装对应的应用。 如果搜索结果为 "大量" 应用 （无论本地应用还是服 务器应用）， 可以按照预定策略， 在终端中显示其中的部分应用， 其中， 预定策略可 以基于以下之一： 该应用的评价得分， 该应用的下载次数， 该应用的推荐次数， 是否 为免费应用等等。 例如， 如果搜索结果为 10个应用， 对这 10个应用的下载次数按照 由多到少的顺序进行排序，在终端中显示应用时，可以将前 5个应用首先显示给用户。
此外， 如果应用集合来自于与终端连接的应用商店， 终端可以利用预存储用户名 和密码， 登录应用商店， 以获取应用； 或者， 如果用户已经在应用商店上登录， 并一 直处于登录状态， 则可以直接获取应用。 终端的后台程序实时对终端状态进行检测， 被检测的状态可以包括： 在操作中弹出警告： 例如， 网站不能访问、 内容需要特定的 语言包或插件支持、 存储 /緩存/ ROM/RAM等空间不足、 电量不足、 密码输入错误、 当前版本不支持此功能等等； 应用程序或内容自身的状态： 检测到新版本， 内容需要 更新， 试用期已到等等； 浏览器浏览状态： 当前浏览网站， 跳转网站， 常用网站等等； 输入关键词： 例如搜索关键词， 常用 tag等； 接收到来自专用 API的其它状态检测相 关命令。
可选地，使得终端的当前状态满足预定条件的情况可以有很多种，终端操作系统、 终端上的应用程序、 终端所使用的网络、 以及用户的操作等因素都可能使得当前状态 满足预定条件， 例如， 在用户的操作过程中弹出警告（网站不能访问、 网站内容需要 特定的语言包或插件支持、 终端的存储 /緩存/ ROM/RAM 空间不足、 终端电量不足、 用户输入的密码错误、 终端上某个应用的当前版本不支持某个功能、 目前已经推出程 序的新版本、终端上的某项内容需要更新、程序的试用期已到等、浏览器浏览状态（当 前浏览网站， 跳转网站， 常用网站等等）、 用户输入关键词 （例如， 用户输入了搜索 关键词 ,常用 tag等）、终端接收到来自专用 API的其它状态检测相关命令等多种情况， 都可能触发上述步骤 S102的处理。
并且， 虽然终端的操作系统、 网络、 应用程序、 用户的操作、 以及外界指令均可 能使得上述状态出现、 并被后台检测到， 但是实际上， 由于网络原因产生的状态可能 会通过操作系统体现出来， 同样， 由于程序和用户操作产生的状态也可能会通过操作 系统体现出来， 由于而操作系统产生的状态可能会通过应用程序体现出来，也就是说， 对于状态的产生， 终端的操作系统、 网络、 应用程序、 用户的操作、 以及外界指令等 条件可以互为因果， 本文不对各种情况进行——举例说明。 接， 制作一个状态解决方案库， 动态更新和调整每个状态对应的库中的 app列表和排 序。 具体地， 状态和应用的对应关系可以基于以下中的一个或多个建立： app原有的 大致分类、 其他用户添加的分类和 tag、 其他用户推荐的相关应用、 服务器端添加的 tag和分类、 通过 API提供给 app开发者的细化分类和 tag。
在终端中， 呈现给用户的应用商店的链接可以为以下之一： Banner, 对话框、 通 过专有提示按钮跳转的界面、 在系统信息提示栏呈现的信息、 其它可能的专有界面。
根据本发明实施例， 由终端操作系统自动捕获用户操作场景和使用状态， 根据场 景需求在应用商店的分类中自动推荐和当前使用场景相关的应用作为解决方案， 以便 用户直接获取该应用， 从而能让用户更迅速地对可能精确满足自己需求的软件进行接 入； 有助于用户对应用商店中的海量软件进行快速准确的探索， 避免用户需要手动进 行软件搜索， 搜索占用的时间较长， 且用户不能够获知搜索的软件是否能够解决终端 使用中出现的问题的缺陷。
下面结合具体实例对本发明实施例进行说明。
实例 1
监测终端的当前系统状态， 当用户打开一 pdf文件时， 如果终端中暂无支持的软 件， 操作系统会弹出暂时无法打开的提示消息， 操作系统截获该提示消息， 获得当前 状态是 pdf无法打开的状态； 获得关键词 "pdf 和 "显示"， 获得当前用户针对应用 商店的用户名和密码， 并登录应用商店， 以 "pdf+显示" 为关键词， 搜索应用， 获得 XXX软件， 并维持应用商店的登录状态。应当注意， 本文虽然描述了在登录应用商店 以及进行搜索的处理过程， 但是， 在实际应用中， 用户既可以在登录之后进行搜索， 也可以在完成搜索之后进行登录并下载。
接着， 系统弹出上述 pdf无法打开的提示， 然后终端弹出应用商店中有软件可以 打开 pdf软件的提示消息。 另外， 系统也可以拦截上述 pdf无法打开的提示消息， 并 修改该提示消息， 从而使得系统直接显示该提示消息并同时显示搜索结果。
用户查看上述提示消息， 可以直接进入应用商店的 XXX软件页面， 由于已经在 应用商店登录， 用户这时可以下载并安装 XXX软件。
另外， 如果用户不查看应用商店的 XXX软件页面， 可从应用商店中注销。
实例 2
监测终端的当前应用状态， 当用户查看 pdf文件时， 试图对 pdf文件进行编辑， 但当前的 XXX软件无法支持， XXX软件弹出无法编辑的提示消息， 系统（例如， 可 以是系统中的后台程序， 也可以是独立于系统的其他程序）会截获该提示消息， 获得 当前状态是 pdf无法编辑的状态； 获得关键词 "pdf 和 "编辑"， 获得当前用户针对 应用商店的用户名和密码， 并登录应用商店， 以 "pdf+编辑" 为关键词， 搜索应用， 获得 YYY软件 , 并维持应用商店的登录状态。
此时， 系统弹出的无法编辑的提示消息， 并进一步弹出应用商店中有软件可以编 辑 pdf软件的提示消息。
用户查看上述提示消息， 可以直接进入应用商店的 YYY软件页面， 由于已经在 应用商店登录， 用户这时可以下载并安装 YYY软件。
另外， 如果用户不查看应用商店的 YYY软件页面， 可从应用商店中注销。
实例 3
监测终端的当前应用状态， 用户通过浏览器访问法文网页时， 系统获得当前用户 配置语言为中文， 访问网页为法文， 系统可以不弹出网页无法翻译的提示消息（也就 是说， 出现无提示符的可检测的状态变化）， 而是系统会自动进行截获， 并获得当前 状态是网页无法翻译的状态； 获得关键词 "中文"、 "法文" 和 "翻译"， 获得当前用 户针对应用商店的用户名和密码， 并登录应用商店， 以 "中文 +法文 +翻译"为关键词， 搜索应用， 获得翻译软件， 并维持应用商店的登录状态。
此时， 系统弹出无法翻译的提示消息， 并进一步弹出应用商店中有翻译软件可以 翻译网页的提示消息。 用户查看上述提示消息， 可以直接进入应用商店的翻译软件页面， 由于已经在应 用商店登录， 用户这时可以下载并安装翻译软件。
另外， 如果用户不查看应用商店的翻译软件页面， 可从应用商店中注销。
图 2是才 居本发明实施例的终端的结构框图， 如图 2所示， 该终端包括： 监测模块 21 , 用于监测终端的当前状态；
第一获取模块 22, 用于当当前状态满足预定条件时， 获得当前状态对应的状态描 述信息；
第二获取模块 23 , 用于获得应用集合的地址信息；
第三获取模块 24, 用于获得搜索结果， 其中搜索结果是根据状态描述信息在地址 信息对应的应用集合中搜索当前状态对应的应用后产生的；
提示模块 25 , 用于在终端中呈现关于搜索结果的提示消息。
进一步地， 上述终端还可以包括存储模块（图中未示出）， 用于存储应用集合， 其中， 该存储模块可以与第二获取模块 23相连接。
进一步地， 上述终端还可以包括搜索模块（图中未示出）， 该搜索模块可以与存 储模块和第三获取模块 24相连接， 用于根据状态描述信息在存储模块的应用集合中 搜索当前状态对应的应用， 确定搜索结果。
进一步地， 上述终端还可以包括通信模块（图中未示出）， 用于向与终端连接的 服务器发送状态描述信息， 并从服务器接收搜索结果， 其中， 服务器中存储了应用集 合， 服务器根据接收到的状态描述信息， 在应用集合中搜索当前状态对应的应用， 并 将搜索到的结果返回给终端。
其中， 当前状态可以包括以下之一： 终端的操作系统的当前运行状态、 终端中已 经运行的应用的当前状态。
其中，满足预定条件可以是指以下至少之一：操作系统出现有提示符的状态变化、 操作系统出现无提示符的可检测的状态变化、 终端的应用运行程序出现有提示符的状 态变化、 终端的应用运行程序出现可检测的状态变化。
图 3是根据本发明实施例的服务器的结构框图，终端可访问该服务器如图 3所示， 该服务器包括：
接收模块 31 , 用于从终端接收状态描述信息， 其中， 状态描述信息为监测终端的 当前状态且当前状态满足预定条件时， 获得的当前状态对应的状态描述信息； 获取模块 32 ,用于根据状态描述信息搜索当前状态对应的应用，并获得搜索结果； 发送模块 33 , 用于将搜索结果发送给终端， 以使终端向用户呈现搜索结果。 图 2和图 3是与前面方法对应的终端和应用商店， 终端和应用商店的工作过程以 及工作原理在方法部分已经进行了详细描述， 在此不再赘述， 参照方法中相应部分的 描述即可。
综上所述， 借助于本发明的上述技术方案， 由终端的操作系统自动捕获用户操作 场景和使用状态， 根据场景需求在应用商店的分类中自动推荐和当前使用场景相关的 应用作为解决方案， 以便用户直接获取该应用， 从而能让用户更迅速地对可能精确满 足自己需求的软件进行接入； 有助于用户对应用商店中的海量软件进行快速准确的搜 索， 避免相用户需要手动进行软件搜索， 搜索占用的时间较长， 且用户不能够获知搜 索的软件是否能够解决终端使用中出现的问题的缺陷。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已， 并不用以限制本发明， 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种终端的提示消息呈现方法， 包括：
监测所述终端的当前状态；
当所述当前状态满足预定条件时， 获得所述当前状态对应的状态描述信息； 获得应用集合的地址信息；
获得搜索结果，其中所述搜索结果是根据所述状态描述信息在所述地址信息对应 的应用集合中搜索所述当前状态对应的应用后产生的；
在所述终端中呈现关于所述搜索结果的提示消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法， 其中， 所述当前状态包括以下之一： 所述终端 的操作系统的当前运行状态、 所述终端中正在运行的应用的当前状态。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法， 其中， 所述当前状态满足预定条件是指以下之 一： 所述操作系统出现弹出提示消息的状态变化、 所述操作系统出现无提示消息的可 检测的状态变化、 所述终端的应用运行出现弹出提示消息的状态变化、 所述终端的应 用运行出现可检测的状态变化。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法， 其中， 所述应用集合的地址信息至少包括以下 之一： 指向所述终端的存储单元中的应用集合的地址、 指向与所述终端连接的服务器 中的应用集合的地址。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法， 其中， 所述指向与所述终端连接的服务器中的 所述应用集合的地址包括： 指向与所述终端连接的应用商店中的应用集合的地址。
6. 一种终端， 包括：
监测模块， 用于监测所述终端的当前状态；
第一获取模块， 用于当所述当前状态满足预定条件时， 获得所述当前状态对应的 状态描述信息；
第二获取模块， 用于获得应用集合的地址信息；
第三获取模块， 用于获得搜索结果， 其中所述搜索结果是根据所述状态描述信息 在所述地址信息对应的应用集合中搜索所述当前状态对应的应用后产生的；
提示模块， 用于在所述终端中呈现关于所述搜索结果的提示消息。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端， 其中， 所述当前状态包括以下之一： 所述终端 的操作系统的当前运行状态、 所述终端中正在运行的应用的当前状态。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端， 其中， 所述当前状态满足预定条件是指以下之 一： 所述操作系统出现弹出提示消息的状态变化、 所述操作系统出现无提示消息的可 检测的状态变化、 所述终端的应用运行出现弹出提示消息的状态变化、 所述终端的应 用运行出现可检测的状态变化。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端， 其中， 所述终端还包括：
存储模块， 用于存储应用集合。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的终端， 其中， 所述终端还包括：
搜索模块，用于根据所述状态描述信息在所述存储模块的应用集合中搜索所述当 前状态对应的应用， 确定所述搜索结果。
11. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端， 其中， 所述终端还包括：
通信模块， 用于向与所述终端连接的服务器发送状态描述信息， 并从服务器接收 搜索结果， 其中， 所述服务器中存储了应用集合， 所述服务器根据所述状态描述信息 在应用集合中搜索所述当前状态对应的应用， 确定所述搜索结果。
12. 一种服务器， 包括：
接收模块， 用于接收来自终端的状态描述信息， 其中， 所述状态描述信息为监测 终端的当前状态且所述当前状态满足预定条件时， 获得的所述当前状态对应的状态描 述信息；
获取模块， 用于根据所述状态描述信息搜索所述当前状态对应的应用， 并获得搜 索结果；
发送模块， 用于将所述搜索结果发送给所述终端， 以使所述终端呈现关于所述搜 索结果的提示消息。
