Abstract

Cette invention concerne un nouveau procédé pour dégrader une biomasse ou une biomasse prétraitée en sucres faisant appel à une enzyme comprenant un polypeptide ayant a) une séquence polypeptidique telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des SEQ ID Nos : 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, 48, 51, 54, 57, 60, 63, 66 et 69; b) un polypeptide qui présente une homologie d'au moins 80 %, de préférence, d'au moins 85 %, plus préférablement, d'au moins 90 %, mieux encore, d'au moins 95, 96, 97, 98 ou 99 % avec l'une quelconque des SEQ ID Nos : 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, 48, 51, 54, 57, 60, 63, 66 et 69; c) une séquence polypeptidique codée par une séquence d'acides nucléiques telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des SEQ ID Nos : 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 64, 65, 67 et 68, ou des acides nucléiques présentant une homologie d'au moins 80 %, de préférence, d'au moins 85 %, plus préférablement, d'au moins 90 %, mieux encore, d'au moins 95, 96, 97, 98 ou 99 % avec l'une quelconque des SEQ ID Nos : 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 64, 65, 67 et 68; d) une séquence polypeptidique codée par une séquence d'acides nucléiques s'hybridant dans des conditions stringentes au polynucléotide tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des SEQ ID Nos : 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 64, 65, 67 et 68; ou e) une séquence polypeptidique codée par une séquence d'acides nucléiques s'hybridant dans des conditions stringentes au complément antisens d'un polynucléotide tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des SEQ ID Nos : 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 64, 65, 67 et 68.
