Abstract
Le procédé d'utilisation du potentiel énergétique d'un courant de liquide visant à produire de l'énergie électrique consiste à stocker préalablement le courant à une hauteur suffisante pour obtenir la pression requise afin d'activer un groupe hydraulique et pour acheminer ensuite le courant le long d'une conduite jusqu'aux groupes hydrauliques. L'élévation jusqu'à la hauteur de chute du courant stocké s'effectue selon la loi des vases communicants sans dépense d'énergie additionnelle.
