由上述技术方案可知, 第一基站控制设备确定同一个基站控制设备群 组中的第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由该第一基站控制设备进行控 制, 从而激活备份在上述第一基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息, 并 向核心网节点发送携带上述小区的标识信息的上行信令消息, 使得在上述 核心网节点根据上述上行信令消息建立上述第一基站控制设备与上述小区 的对应关系后, 上述第一基站控制设备能够代替上述第二基站控制设备对 上述小区进行控制, 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通信业务。 这样, 就能 够解决基站控制设备群组内由于小区归属的变更核心网不可知而导致的该 小区下的用户设备的通信业务无法正常进行的问题, 从而保证了基站控制 设备群组内小区下的用户设备的通信业务的正常进行。 附图说明

假设基站控制设备 A、 基站控制设备 B和基站控制设备 C三个基站控 制设备组成一个基站控制设备群组, 每个基站控制设备上的数据 (基站控 制设备管辖下的小区的配置信息, 具体可以包括基站信息和小区信息) 划 分为 2份, 以基站为单位, 将每个基站对应的小区分别备份在群组内其他 基站控制设备上, 如图 3A所示。 当基站控制设备 B和基站控制设备 C确 定群组内的基站控制设备 A管辖下的小区 (即小区的配置信息备份在自己 上的小区) 需要由自己进行控制之后, 激活备份在自己上的上述小区的配 置信息, 如图 3B所示。 当基站控制设备 A发生故障或者基站控制设备 A 与核心网节点之间的通信链路中断时, 由于基站控制设备 A已经无法向其 管辖下的小区内的用户设备提供通信业务, 因此, 基站控制设备 B可以激 活其上备份的基站控制设备 A上一部分小区的配置信息, 由基站控制设备 B对这一部分小区进行控制, 类似地, 基站控制设备 C可以激活其上备份 的基站控制设备 A上另一部分小区的配置信息, 由基站控制设备 C对这另 一部分小区进行控制。
需要说明的是: 本实施例中的基站是一个物理节点, 而基站对应的小 区则是逻辑上的概念, 一个基站可以对应一个或多个小区。
步骤 203、 上述第一基站控制设备向核心网节点发送上行信令消息, 上述上行信令消息中携带上述小区的标识信息;
其中, 上述上行信令消息可以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间现有的 协议消息, 即可以包括但不限于 GSM 网络中的呼叫管理服务请求(Call Management Service Request, CM Service Request )消息、 位置更新请 求(LOCATION UPDATING REQUEST )消息等现有的消息; 或者上述上 行信令消息还可以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间新扩展的协议消息, 例 如: WCDMA网络中的小区归属变更通知消息, 本实施例对此不进行限制。
具体地, 本步骤中, 第一基站控制设备具体可以利用包含上述小区的 标识信息的上行信令消息, 主动向核心网节点发送上述小区的标识信息, 或者, 还可以获取到来自小区内的用户设备的呼叫请求消息之后, 再利用 包含上述小区的标识信息的上行信令消息, 向核心网节点发送上述小区的 标识信息。
步骤 204、 在上述核心网节点根据上述上行信令消息建立上述第一基 站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系后, 上述第一基站控制设备代替上述第 二基站控制设备对上述小区进行控制, 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通信 业务。
本实施例中, 通过第一基站控制设备确定同一个基站控制器群组中的 第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由该第一基站控制设备进行控制, 从 而激活备份在上述第一基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息, 并向核心 网节点发送携带上述小区的标识信息的上行信令消息, 使得在上述核心网 节点根据上述上行信令消息建立上述第一基站控制设备与上述小区的对应 关系后, 上述第一基站控制设备能够代替上述第二基站控制设备对上述小 区进行控制, 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通信业务, 能够解决基站控制 设备群组内由于小区归属的变更核心网不可知而导致的该小区下的用户设 备的通信业务无法正常进行的问题, 从而保证了基站控制设备群组内小区 下的用户设备的通信业务的正常进行。
另外, 本实施例的基于基站控制设备群组的通信方法无需改变第一基 站控制设备与核心网节点之间的 A接口信令消息,仅采用原有的信令消息, 向核心网节点发送上述小区的标识信息, 以使核心网节点能够建立第一基 站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 对现有的组网没有影响, 能够保证网 络的兼容性。
值得说明的是, 本实施例的基于基站控制设备群组的通信方法可以适 用于多种移动通信网络, 例如: 全球移动通信系统 (Global System for Mobile communication ,筒称 GSM )网络、码分多址( Code Division Multiple Access, 筒称 CDMA ) 网络、 宽带码分多址 (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 筒称 WCDMA ) 网络。
相应地, 其中的核心网节点可以为移动交换中心 ( mobile switching center, 筒称 MSC ), 还可以为媒体网关( Media Gateway, 筒称 MGW )。
相应地, 其中的基站可以为 GSM网络或 CDMA网络中的基站收发信 机( Base Transceiver Station , 筒称 BTS ), 还可以为 WCDMA网络中的 节点 B ( NodeB ); 其中的第一基站控制设备或第二基站控制设备可以为 GSM网络或 CDMA网络中的基站控制器( Base Station Controller, 筒称 BSC ), 还可以为 WCDMA 网络中的无线网络控制器 ( Radio Network Controller, 筒称 RNC )。
图 4为本发明实施例二提供的另一种基于基站控制设备群组的通信方 法的流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的基于基站控制设备群组的通信 方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 401、 核心网节点获取第一基站控制设备发送的上行信令消息; 其中, 上述上行信令消息在上述第一基站控制设备确定第二基站控制 设备管辖下的小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制、 激活备份在上 述第一基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息之后, 由上述第一基站控制 设备发送, 其中, 上述上行信令消息中携带上述小区的标识信息, 上述第 一基站控制设备和上述第二基站控制设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组; 本步骤中, 第一基站控制设备可以通过握手机制, 确定第二基站控制 设备管辖下的小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制。 具体地, 在上 述核心网节点正常工作的情况下, 上述第一基站控制设备可以向上述第二 基站控制设备发送握手消息, 判断是否能收到上述第二基站控制设备返回 的应答消息, 如果不能收到上述第二基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则上 述第一基站控制设备确定上述第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由上述 第一基站控制设备进行控制。
具体地, 第一基站控制设备可以直接向第二基站控制设备发送握手消 息, 如果不能收到上述第二基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则说明上述第 二基站控制设备发生故障, 从而可以确定上述第二基站控制设备管辖下的 小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制; 或者第一基站控制设备还可 以通过核心网节点向第二基站控制设备发送握手消息, 如果不能收到上述 第二基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则说明上述第二基站控制设备不可用
(可能包括两种原因: 一种为上述第二基站控制设备发生故障, 另一种为 上述第二基站控制设备与上述核心网节点之间的通信链路中断), 从而可以 确定上述第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进 行控制。
本步骤中, 第一基站控制设备还可以根据获取的来自第二基站控制设 备管辖下的基站的通知消息, 确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的基站对应的 小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制。 具体地, 在上述核心网节点 正常工作的情况下, 上述第二基站控制设备管辖下的基站可以向上述第二 基站控制设备发送握手消息, 判断是否能收到上述第二基站控制设备返回 的应答消息, 如果不能收到上述第二基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则上 述基站向上述第一基站控制设备发送通知消息, 该通知消息用于通知上述 基站对应的小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制。
具体地, 第二基站控制设备上其管辖下的小区的配置信息可以根据基 站控制设备群组的备份策略, 预先备份在第一基站控制设备上, 当确定到 第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制 时, 就可以激活备份在上述第一基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息, 并向核心网节点发送携带上述小区的标识信息的上行信令消息。 其中, 上 述备份策略的详细描述可以参见上述本发明实施例一中的相关描述。
其中, 上述上行信令消息可以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间现有的 协议消息, 即可以包括但不限于 GSM 网络中的呼叫管理服务请求(Call Management Service Request, CM Service Request )消息、 位置更新请 求(LOCATION UPDATING REQUEST )消息等现有的消息; 或者上述上 行信令消息还可以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间新扩展的协议消息, 例 如: WCDMA网络中的小区归属变更通知消息, 本实施例对此不进行限制。
具体地, 本步骤中, 第一基站控制设备具体可以利用包含上述小区的 标识信息的上行信令消息, 主动向核心网节点发送上述小区的标识信息, 或者还可以获取到来自小区内的用户设备的呼叫请求消息之后, 再利用包 含上述小区的标识信息的上行信令消息, 向核心网节点发送上述小区的标 识信息。
步骤 402、 上述核心网节点根据上述上行信令消息, 建立上述第一基 站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系。
其中, 该对应关系在上述第一基站控制设备代替上述第二基站控制设 备对上述小区进行控制、 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通信业务的过程中 被使用。
具体地, 上述核心网节点根据上述上行信令消息, 建立上述第一基站 控制设备与上述小区的对应关系之后, 可以根据该对应关系对上述小区内 的用户设备通过上述第一基站控制设备发起的上行消息进行验证, 如果上 述上行消息中携带的小区标识与发送该上行消息的第一基站控制设备的对 应关系与该核心网节点建立的对应关系一致, 才能够对该上行消息进行处 理, 从而可以继续进行后续的流程; 或者, 还可以根据该对应关系对上述 小区内的用户设备进行寻呼, 具体可以根据要寻呼的用户设备所属的小区 的标识信息和该对应关系, 确定与上述小区的标识信息对应的第一基站控 制设备, 从而可以通过该第一基站控制设备寻呼上述用户设备。
本实施例中, 在第一基站控制设备确定同一个基站控制器群组中的第 二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由该第一基站控制设备进行控制, 从而 激活备份在上述第一基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息之后, 通过核 心网节点获取来自上述第一基站控制设备的携带上述小区的标识信息的上 行信令消息, 使得上述核心网节点能够根据上述上行信令消息建立上述第 一基站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 从而使上述第一基站控制设备能 够代替上述第二基站控制设备对上述小区进行控制、 为上述小区内的用户 设备提供通信业务, 能够解决基站控制设备群组内由于小区归属的变更核 心网不可知而导致的该小区下的用户设备的通信业务无法正常进行的问 题, 从而保证了基站控制设备群组内小区下的用户设备的通信业务的正常 进行。
另外, 本实施例的基于基站控制设备群组的通信方法无需改变第一基 站控制设备与核心网节点之间的 A接口信令消息,仅采用原有的信令消息, 向核心网节点发送上述小区的标识信息, 以使核心网节点能够建立第一基 站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 对现有的组网没有影响, 能够保证网 络的兼容性。
为使得本发明实施例提供的方法更加清楚,下面将以 GSM网络作为举 例。 图 5为本发明实施例三提供的基于基站控制设备群组的通信处理方法 的流程示意图, 本实施例中, 一个 MSC下连接有三个 BSC, 即 BSC A、 BSC B和 BSC C, 该三个组成一个 BSC群组。 BSC A控制 BTS 1 (小区 1 )和 BTS 2 (小区 2 ) , BSC B控制 BTS 3 (小区 3 )和 BTS 4 (小区 4 ) , BSC C控制 BTS 5 (小区 5 )和 BTS 6 (小区 6 ) 。 上述三个 BSC可以组 成一个 BSC群组( BSC容灾备份群组), 将该 BSC群组内每个 BSC上配 置的小区的配置信息划分成两份, 分别备份在群组内其他两个 BSC上, 即 BSC A上备份有小区 3的配置信息和小区 5的配置信息, BSC B上备份有 小区 1的配置信息和小区 6的配置信息, BSC C上备份有小区 2的配置信 息和小区 4的配置信息。 如图 5所示, 本实施例的基于基站控制设备群组 的通信处理方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 501、 BSC B确定 BSC A下管辖的小区 1 由 BSC B进行控制, 激活所备份的小区 1 的配置信息,以及 BSC C确定 BSC A下管辖的小区 2 由 BSC C进行控制, 激活所备份的小区 2的配置信息;
其中, BSC B确定 BSC A下管辖的小区 1 由 BSC B进行控制, 以及 BSC C确定 BSC A下管辖的小区 2由 BSC C进行控制的详细说明可以参 见上述本发明实施例一或本发明实施例二中的相关内容, 此处不再赘述。
至此, BSC A管辖下的小区 1和小区 2的归属发生变更, 即由 BSC B 对小区 1进行控制, 由 BSC C对小区 2进行控制。
步骤 502、 BSC B获取来自小区 1 内的 UE的呼叫请求消息, 上述呼 叫请求消息中包含小区 1的标识信息;
步骤 503、 BSC B向 MSC发送呼叫管理服务请求消息,上述呼叫管理 服务请求消息中包含上述小区 1的标识信息;
步骤 504、 MSC根据获取的小区 1 的标识信息, 建立 BSC B的标识 信息与小区 1 的标识信息的对应关系, 并后续与 BSC B进行交互, 为小区 1 内的 UE提供通信业务;
至此, MSC获知了小区 1与 BSC B的归属关系, 使得 BSC B能够代 替 BSC A对小区 1进行控制, 通过 MSC为小区 1 内的 UE提供通信业务 (包括后续的呼叫流程, 以及寻呼小区 1 内的 UE的流程等通信业务), 例 如: 当 MSC需要寻呼小区 1下的 UE时, 可以根据小区 1 的标识信息和上 述对应关系, 确定与小区 1的标识信息对应的 BSC B的标识信息, 从而可 以通过 BSC B寻呼小区 1下的 UE。
步骤 505、 BSC C获取来自小区 2内的 UE的呼叫请求消息, 上述呼 叫请求消息中包含小区 2的标识信息; 步骤 506、 BSC C向 MSC发送呼叫管理服务请求消息, 上述呼叫管 理服务请求消息中包含上述小区 2的标识信息;
步骤 507、 MSC根据获取的小区 2的标识信息, 建立 BSC C的标识 信息与小区 2的标识信息的对应关系, 并后续与 BSC C进行交互, 为小区 2内的 UE提供通信业务。
至此, MSC获知了小区 2与 BSC C的归属关系, 使得 BSC C能够代 替 BSC A对小区 2进行控制, 通过 MSC为小区 2内的 UE提供通信业务 (包括后续的呼叫流程, 以及寻呼小区 2内的 UE的流程等通信业务), 例 如: 当 MSC需要寻呼小区 2下的 UE时, 可以根据小区 2的标识信息和上 述对应关系, 确定与小区 2的标识信息对应的 BSC C的标识信息, 从而可 以通过 BSC C寻呼小区 2下的 UE。
上述步骤 502~504与步骤 505~507的执行没有固定的先后顺序,本实 施例对此不进行限制。
本实施例中, 当 BSC A与 MSC之间的通信中断时, 分别通过 BSC B 和 BSC C利用呼叫管理服务请求消息,向 MSC发送 BSC A管辖下的小区 1的标识信息和 BSC A管辖下的小区 2的标识信息, 从而使得 MSC能够 建立 BSC B与小区 1的对应关系、 以及 BSC C与小区 2的对应关系, 实 现了小区 1 内的 UE和小区 2内的 UE分别能够通过 BSC B和 BSC C与 MSC交互进行通信业务, 能够解决 BSC群组内由于小区归属的变更核心 网不可知而导致的该小区下的 UE的通信业务无法正常进行的问题,从而保 证了 BSC群组内小区下的 UE的通信业务的正常进行。
为使得本发明实施例提供的方法更加清楚, 下面将以 WCDMA网络作 为举例。图 6A为本发明实施例四提供的基于基站控制设备群组的通信处理 方法的流程示意图, 本实施例中, 一个 MSC下连接有三个 RNC, 即 RNC A、 RNC B和 RNC C, 该三个组成一个 RNC群组。 RNC A控制 NodeB I (小区 1 ) ^p NodeB 2(小区 2 ) , RNC B控制 NodeB 3 (小区 3 )和 NodeB 4 (小区 4 ) , RNC C控制 NodeB 5 (小区 5 )和 NodeB 6 (小区 6 ) 。 上 述三个 RNC可以组成一个 RNC群组( RNC容灾备份群组), 将该 RNC 群组内每个 RNC上配置的小区的配置信息划分成两份,分别备份在群组内 其他两个 RNC上, 即 RNC A上备份有小区 3的配置信息和小区 5的配置 信息, RNC B上备份有小区 1 的配置信息和小区 6的配置信息, RNC C 上备份有小区 2的配置信息和小区 4的配置信息。如图 6A所示,本实施例 的基于基站控制设备群组的通信处理方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 601、 RNC B确定 RNC A下管辖的小区 1 由 RNC B进行控制, 激活所备份的小区 1 的配置信息, 以及 RNC C确定 RNC A下管辖的小区 2由 RNC C进行控制, 激活所备份的小区 2的配置信息;
其中, RNC B确定 RNC A下管辖的小区 1 由 RNC B进行控制, 以及 RNC C确定 RNC A下管辖的小区 2由 RNC C进行控制的详细说明可以参 见上述本发明实施例一或本发明实施例二中的相关内容, 此处不再赘述。
至此, RNC A管辖下的小区 1和小区 2的归属发生变更, 即由 RNC B 对小区 1进行控制, 由 RNC C对小区 2进行控制。
步骤 602、 RNC B获取来自小区 1 内的 UE的呼叫请求消息, 上述呼 叫请求消息中包含小区 1的标识信息;
步骤 603、 RNC B向 MSC发送小区归属变更通知消息, 上述小区归 属变更通知消息中包含上述小区 1的标识信息;
步骤 604、 MSC根据获取的小区 1 的标识信息, 建立 RNC B的标识 信息与小区 1 的标识信息的对应关系, 并后续与 RNC B进行交互, 为小区 1 内的 UE提供通信业务;
至此, MSC获知了小区 1与 RNC B的归属关系, 使得 RNC B能够代 替 RNC A对小区 1进行控制, 通过 MSC为小区 1 内的 UE提供通信业务 (包括后续的呼叫流程, 以及寻呼小区 1 内的 UE的流程等通信业务), 例 如: 当 MSC需要寻呼小区 1下的 UE时, 可以根据小区 1 的标识信息和上 述对应关系, 确定与小区 1 的标识信息对应的 RNC B的标识信息, 从而可 以通过 RNC B寻呼小区 1下的 UE。
步骤 605、 RNC C获取来自小区 2内的 UE的呼叫请求消息, 上述呼 叫请求消息中包含小区 2的标识信息;
步骤 606、 RNC C向 MSC发送小区归属变更通知消息, 上述小区归 属变更通知消息中包含上述小区 2的标识信息;
步骤 607、 MSC根据获取的小区 2的标识信息, 建立 RNC C的标识 信息与小区 2的标识信息的对应关系, 并后续与 RNC C进行交互, 为小区 2内的 UE提供通信业务。
至此, MSC获知了小区 2与 RNC C的归属关系,使得 RNC C能够代 替 RNC A对小区 2进行控制, 通过 MSC为小区 2内的 UE提供通信业务 (包括后续的呼叫流程, 以及寻呼小区 2内的 UE的流程等通信业务), 例 如: 当 MSC需要寻呼小区 2下的 UE时, 可以根据小区 2的标识信息和上 述对应关系, 确定与小区 2的标识信息对应的 RNC C的标识信息, 从而可 以通过 RNC C寻呼小区 2下的 UE。
上述步骤 602~504与步骤 605~507的执行没有固定的先后顺序,本实 施例对此不进行限制。
本实施例中, 当 RNC A与 MSC之间的通信中断时, 分别通过 RNC B 和 RNC C利用呼叫管理服务请求消息, 向 MSC发送 RNC A管辖下的小 区 1的标识信息和 RNC A管辖下的小区 2的标识信息, 从而使得 MSC能 够建立 RNC B与小区 1 的对应关系、 以及 RNC C与小区 2的对应关系, 实现了小区 1 内的 UE和小区 2内的 UE分别能够通过 RNC B和 RNC C 与 MSC交互进行通信业务, 能够解决 RNC群组内由于小区归属的变更核 心网不可知而导致的该小区下的 UE的通信业务无法正常进行的问题,从而 保证了 RNC群组内小区下的 UE的通信业务的正常进行。
本实施例中, RNC群组内的 NodeB可以采用多归属方案, 即 NodeB 连接两个或两个以上的 RNC,这样即使 RNC群组内任意一个 RNC发生崩 溃性故障, 还可以使用其他的 RNC提供服务。
本实施例还可以采用另外一种备份方案, 即采用负荷分担算法, 根据 RNC群组内的各 RNC的容量比例来均衡负载配置 NodeB的备用 RNC, 即主归属于同一个主用 RNC的 NodeB对应的备用 RNC不一定相同。如图 6B所示, NodeBI提供 2套 lub接口, 分别连接 2个 RNC。 这 2套 lub接 口的逻辑链路, 可以承载在独立的物理链路上, 也可以承载在同一物理链 路上。 使用独立的物理链路, 可以避免该段传输的单点故障, 提高了传输 可靠性; 如果物理上不能冗余, 可以将这些逻辑链路承载在同一物理链路 上, 在网络侧通过 ATM/IP层区分不同的逻辑链路, 进行交换, 将不同的逻 辑链路分开, 分别传送到不同的 RNC。
上述备份方案, 由于 RNC群组要求任意 RNC故障时, 其他 RNC都 可以代理其业务, 因此要求每个 RNC上配置群组内所有 RNC的小区的配 置信息 (例如: 小区参数、 其管辖下的 NodeB到本 RNC的传输链路、 其 管辖下的 NodeB的邻区配置参数)。对于双归属 NodeB在不同归属时使用 不同的小区 ID, 但配置邻区时仍使用主归属的小区 ID。
当 RNC群组内的 RNC故障时,还可以通过其管辖下的 NodeB检测到 主用 RNC故障, NodeB切换到备用 RNC上;或者 NodeB检测到备用 RNC 故障后, 通知主用 RNC, 由主用 RNC裁决切换从备用 RNC, NodeB采用 优先级轮检的方式选择新的备用 RNC , 采用 RNC N+M负荷分担的配置方 式时同理;也可以采用静态的备用 RNC配置的方案,此时仅支持单个 RNC 的容灾。
主用 RNC故障恢复后,其管辖下的 NodeB检测到主用 RNC故障恢复, 通知备用 RNC准备切回主用 RNC,此时不同备用 RNC之间根据一定的规 则, 如限定切换发起时间, 闭塞小区, 强制切换现有通话等, 将 NodeB重 新切换到主用 RNC上, 无损还原, 保证了均衡负载, 避免突发的流量导致 主用 RNC故障。 本实施例还可以对 NodeB的容灾切换进行一定的限制, 避免乒乓切换, 如增加惩^定时器等。
本实施例中, 通过增加核心网节点与 RNC之间的通信协议方案, 来通 知核心网节点 NodeB对应的小区的归属关系。 例如: 在主用 RNC故障后, 其管辖下的 NodeB对应的小区切换到备用 RNC上,在 NodeB重新开工后, 由备用 RNC向核心网节点发起归属变更通知流程。核心网节点收到小区归 属变更通知消息后, 更改自身记录的归属关系, 并可以进一步返回确认信 息。 核心网节点与 RNC群组内的所有 RNC全互连, 并采用进行可用性及 可接管性故障检测。
具体来说, 在主用 RNC故障后, RNC群组内的 RNC根据一定的规则 (如信令点排序、 目前接入的话务量、 负载等)计算出故障 RNC的信令点 的优先代理 RNC, 进行信令点迁移。
对一个双归属 NodeB,不管归属到哪个 RNC,还是位于同一个位置区, 因此, 对核心网节点寻呼没有任何影响。 对 NodeB下的 UE发起的呼叫, 都是 NodeB当前接入的 RNC发起初始直传, 也没有任何影响。
进一步地, 本实施例中, RNC群组还可以进一步增加 "NodeB归属记 录" 和 "信令通过 lur接口转移到备用 RNC处理机制", 当 NodeB和主用 RNC之间传输故障时, NodeB将切换到备用 RNC上, 这时备用 RNC将 通过 lur接口通知 RNC群组内各个 RNC该 NodeB的归属情况。 当主用 RNC接到来自核心网节点的信令时,可以通过 lur接口转移到备用 RNC进 行处理。
本实施例中, 一个 RNC 应该可以同时支持单归属 NodeB 和双归属 NodeB, 并支持单归属 NodeB和双归属 NodeB的配置维护, 包括 NodeB 的属性配置、 单归属 NodeB的传输配置、 双归属 NodeB的传输配置, 双 归属 NodeB对应的小区的小区配置、 单归属 NodeB对应的小区和单归属 NodeB对应的小区^; 4p区酉己置、 又归属 NodeB对应的小区和又归属 NodeB 对应的小区的邻区配置等。 在引入双归属 NodeB, 仍能提供方便便捷的配 置维护, 实现良好的可服务性, 并对现有 OM系统架构的影响尽量小。
此外, RNC群组可以支持使用人机命令修改当前 NodeB或其对应的 小区的主用 RNC, 或者还可以支持使用人机命令修改当前 NodeB或其对 应的小区的备用 RNC, 或者也可以支持使用人机命令使 RNC 群组内的 RNC与群组隔离, 并同时进行负载均衡调整, 便于进行检修和升级。
综上所述, 本实施例的备用 RNC采用增加该备用 RNC与核心网节点 之间的通信协议的方案提高了设备利用率和 lub接口的可靠性, 降低了成 本, 缩短了容灾切换中断业务时间, 满足运营商的高可靠性需求。
需要说明的是: 本发明实施例中, luPS接口可以采用与 luCS接口类 似的机制, 同样需要修改接口协议, 此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是: 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了筒单描述, 故将其都 表述为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受 所描述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明, 某些步骤可以采用其他顺序 或者同时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实 施例均属于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中, 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没 有详述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
图 7为本发明实施例五提供的备用基站控制设备的结构示意图,如图 7 所示, 本实施例的备用基站控制设备可以包括确定模块 71、 激活模块 72、 发送模块 73和控制模块 74。
其中,确定模块 71确定主用基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由上述备 用基站控制设备进行控制, 其中, 上述备用基站控制设备和主用基站控制 设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组,激活模块 72激活备份在上述备用基站 控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息,发送模块 73向核心网节点发送上行信 令消息, 上述上行信令消息中携带上述小区的标识信息, 控制模块 74在上 述核心网节点根据上述上行信令消息建立上述备用基站控制设备与上述小 区的对应关系后, 对上述小区进行控制, 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通 信业务。
具体地, 上述上行信令消息可以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间现有 的协议消息, 即可以包括但不限于呼叫管理服务请求( Call Management Service Request, CM Service Request )消息、位置更新请求( LOCATION UPDATING REQUEST ) 消息等现有的消息; 或者上述上行信令消息还可 以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间新扩展的协议消息, 例如: 小区归属变 更通知消息, 本实施例对此不进行限制。
上述本发明实施例一中第一基站控制设备、 上述本发明实施例三中 BSC B或 BSC C、上述本发明实施例四中 RNC B或 RNC C的功能均可以 由本发明实施例提供的备用基站控制设备实现。 值得说明的是, 这里所谓 的 "备用基站控制设备", 是相对某个小区或某个基站而言的, 对其他小区 或其他基站而言, 该设备可能作为主用基站控制设备。
进一步地, 本实施例中的确定模块 71具体可以用于:
在上述核心网节点正常工作的情况下, 向上述主用基站控制设备发送 握手消息, 判断是否能收到上述主用基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 如果 不能收到上述主用基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则确定上述主用基站控 制设备管辖下的小区需要由上述备用基站控制设备进行控制; 或者
根据获取来自上述主用基站控制设备管辖下的基站的通知消息, 该通 知消息用于通知上述基站对应的小区需要由上述备用基站控制设备进行控 制。 进一步地, 本实施例的备用基站控制设备还可以进一步包括获取模块 (图中未示出) , 可以用于获取来自上述小区内的用户设备的呼叫请求消 息, 上述呼叫请求消息中包含上述小区的标识信息。
本实施例中, 备用基站控制设备通过确定模块确定同一个基站控制器 群组中的主用基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由该备用基站控制设备进行 控制, 由激活模块激活备份在上述备用基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置 信息, 并由发送模块向核心网节点发送携带上述小区的标识信息的上行信 令消息, 使得控制模块在上述核心网节点根据上述上行信令消息建立上述 备用基站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系后, 能够代替上述主用基站控制 设备对上述小区进行控制, 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通信业务, 能够 解决基站控制设备群组内由于小区归属的变更核心网不可知而导致的该小 区下的用户设备的通信业务无法正常进行的问题, 从而保证了基站控制设 备群组内小区下的用户设备的通信业务的正常进行。 另外, 本实施例的备 用基站控制设备无需改变备用基站控制设备与核心网节点之间的 Α接口信 令消息, 仅采用原有的信令消息, 向核心网节点发送上述小区的标识信息, 以使核心网节点能够建立备用基站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 对现 有的组网没有影响, 能够保证网络的兼容性。
图 8为本发明实施例六提供的核心网节点的结构示意图,如图 8所示, 本实施例的核心网节点可以包括接收模块 81和建立模块 82。
其中, 接收模块 81获取第一基站控制设备发送的上行信令消息, 上述 上行信令消息在上述第一基站控制设备确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的小 区需要由上述第一基站控制设备进行控制、 激活备份在上述第一基站控制 设备中的上述小区的配置信息之后, 由上述第一基站控制设备发送, 其中, 上述上行信令消息中携带上述小区的标识信息, 上述第一基站控制设备和 上述第二基站控制设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组,建立模块 82根据上 述上行信令消息, 建立上述第一基站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 该 对应关系在上述第一基站控制设备代替上述第二基站控制设备对上述小区 进行控制、 为上述小区内的用户设备提供通信业务的过程中被使用。
具体地, 上述上行信令消息可以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间现有 的协议消息, 即可以包括但不限于呼叫管理服务请求( Call Management Service Request, CM Service Request )消息、位置更新请求( LOCATION UPDATING REQUEST ) 消息等现有的消息; 或者上述上行信令消息还可 以是接入网设备与核心网节点之间新扩展的协议消息, 例如: 小区归属变 更通知消息, 本实施例对此不进行限制。
上述本发明实施例二中核心网节点、上述本发明实施例三中 MSC的功 能均可以由本发明实施例提供的核心网节点实现。
本实施例中, 在第一基站控制设备确定同一个基站控制器群组中的第 二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由该第一基站控制设备进行控制, 从而 激活备份在上述第一基站控制设备中的上述小区的配置信息之后, 核心网 节点通过接收模块获取来自上述第一基站控制设备的携带上述小区的标识 信息的上行信令消息, 使得建立模块能够根据上述上行信令消息建立上述 第一基站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 从而可以使得上述第一基站控 制设备能够代替上述第二基站控制设备对上述小区进行控制, 为上述小区 内的用户设备提供通信业务, 能够解决基站控制设备群组内由于小区归属 的变更核心网不可知而导致的该小区下的用户设备的通信业务无法正常进 行的问题, 从而保证了基站控制设备群组内小区下的用户设备的通信业务 的正常进行。 另外, 本实施例的基于基站控制设备群组的通信方法无需改 变第一基站控制设备与核心网节点之间的 A接口信令消息, 仅采用原有的 信令消息, 向核心网节点发送上述小区的标识信息, 以使核心网节点能够 建立第一基站控制设备与上述小区的对应关系, 对现有的组网没有影响, 能够保证网络的兼容性。
本发明实施例还可以提供一种基于基站控制设备群组的通信系统, 可 以包括上述本发明实施例四提供的备用基站控制设备和上述本发明实施例 五提供的核心网节点。 可以理解的是, 该系统中还可以包括作为主用基站 控制设备的设备, 以及还可以包括用户设备。 用户设备还可以具体包括主 叫用户设备和被叫用户设备。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: R〇M、 RAM , 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序 代码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修 改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不 使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种基于基站控制设备群组的通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一基站控制设备确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由所述第 一基站控制设备进行控制, 其中, 所述第一基站控制设备和所述第二基站 控制设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组;
所述第一基站控制设备激活备份在所述第一基站控制设备中的所述小 区的配置信息;
所述第一基站控制设备向核心网节点发送上行信令消息, 所述上行信 令消息中携带所述小区的标识信息;
在所述核心网节点根据所述上行信令消息建立所述第一基站控制设备 与所述小区的对应关系后, 所述第一基站控制设备代替所述第二基站控制 设备对所述小区进行控制, 为所述小区内的用户设备提供通信业务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一基站控制设备 确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由所述第一基站控制设备进行控 制包括:
在所述核心网节点正常工作的情况下, 所述第一基站控制设备向所述 第二基站控制设备发送握手消息, 判断是否能收到所述第二基站控制设备 返回的应答消息;
如果不能收到所述第二基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则所述第一基 站控制设备确定所述第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由所述第一基站 控制设备进行控制。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一基站控制设备 确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由所述第一基站控制设备进行控 制包括:
在所述核心网节点正常工作的情况下, 所述第二基站控制设备管辖下 的基站向所述第二基站控制设备发送握手消息, 判断是否能收到所述第二 基站控制设备返回的应答消息;
如果不能收到所述第二基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则所述基站向 所述第一基站控制设备发送通知消息, 该通知消息用于通知所述基站对应 的小区需要由所述第一基站控制设备进行控制。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 上行信令消息为呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息, 所述第一基 站控制设备向核心网节点发送上行信令消息包括: 所述第一基站控制设备 向核心网节点发送呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息; 或者
所述上行信令消息为小区归属变更通知消息, 所述第一基站控制设备 向核心网节点发送上行信令消息包括: 所述第一基站控制设备向核心网节 点发送小区归属变更通知消息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一基站控制设备 向核心网节点发送上行信令消息之前还包括:
所述第一基站控制设备获取来自所述小区内的用户设备的呼叫请求消 息, 所述呼叫请求消息中包含所述小区的标识信息。
6、 一种基于基站控制设备群组的通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 核心网节点获取第一基站控制设备发送的上行信令消息, 所述上行信 令消息在所述第一基站控制设备确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要 由所述第一基站控制设备进行控制、 激活备份在所述第一基站控制设备中 的所述小区的配置信息之后, 由所述第一基站控制设备发送, 其中, 所述 上行信令消息中携带所述小区的标识信息, 所述第一基站控制设备和所述 第二基站控制设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组;
所述核心网节点根据所述上行信令消息, 建立所述第一基站控制设备 与所述小区的对应关系, 所述对应关系在所述第一基站控制设备代替所述 第二基站控制设备对所述小区进行控制、 为所述小区内的用户设备提供通 信业务的过程中被使用。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述上行信令消息为呼 叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息, 所述核心网节点获取来自所述 第一基站控制设备的上行信令消息包括: 所述核心网节点获取来自所述第 一基站控制设备的呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息; 或者
所述上行信令消息为小区归属变更通知消息, 所述核心网节点获取来 自所述第一基站控制设备的上行信令消息包括: 所述核心网节点获取来自 所述第一基站控制设备的小区归属变更通知消息。
8、 一种备用基站控制设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定主用基站控制设备管辖下的小区需要由所述备用 基站控制设备进行控制, 其中, 所述备用基站控制设备和所述主用基站控 制设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组;
激活模块, 用于激活备份在所述备用基站控制设备中的所述小区的配 置信息;
发送模块, 用于向核心网节点发送上行信令消息, 所述上行信令消息 中携带所述小区的标识信息;
控制模块, 用于在所述核心网节点根据所述上行信令消息建立所述备 用基站控制设备与所述小区的对应关系后, 对所述小区进行控制, 为所述 小区内的用户设备提供通信业务。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的备用基站控制设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定 模块具体用于:
在所述核心网节点正常工作的情况下, 向所述主用基站控制设备发送 握手消息, 判断是否能收到所述主用基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 如果 不能收到所述主用基站控制设备返回的应答消息, 则确定所述主用基站控 制设备管辖下的小区需要由所述备用基站控制设备进行控制; 或者
根据获取来自所述主用基站控制设备管辖下的基站的通知消息, 该通 知消息用于通知所述基站对应的小区需要由所述备用基站控制设备进行控 制。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的备用基站控制设备, 其特征在于, 所 述上行信令消息为呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息, 所述发送 模块用于向核心网节点发送呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息; 或者
所述上行信令消息为小区归属变更通知消息, 所述发送模块用于向核 心网节点发送小区归属变更通知消息。
1 1、 根据权利要求 10所述的备用基站控制设备, 其特征在于, 所述备 用基站控制设备还包括获取模块, 用于获取来自所述小区内的用户设备的 呼叫请求消息, 所述呼叫请求消息中包含所述小区的标识信息。
12、 一种核心网节点, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于获取第一基站控制设备发送的上行信令消息, 所述上 行信令消息在所述第一基站控制设备确定第二基站控制设备管辖下的小区 需要由所述第一基站控制设备进行控制、 激活备份在所述第一基站控制设 备中的所述小区的配置信息之后, 由所述第一基站控制设备发送, 其中, 所述上行信令消息中携带所述小区的标识信息, 所述第一基站控制设备和 所述第二基站控制设备属于同一个基站控制设备群组;
建立模块, 用于根据所述上行信令消息, 建立所述第一基站控制设备 与所述小区的对应关系, 所述对应关系在所述第一基站控制设备代替所述 第二基站控制设备对所述小区进行控制、 为所述小区内的用户设备提供通 信业务的过程中被使用。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的核心网节点, 其特征在于, 所述上行信令 消息为呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息, 所述接收模块用于获 取所述第一基站控制设备的呼叫管理服务请求消息或位置更新请求消息; 或者
所述上行信令消息为小区归属变更通知消息, 所述接收模块用于获取 来自所述第一基站控制设备的小区归属变更通知消息。
14、 一种基于基站控制设备群组的通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括权利 要求 8~1 1任一权利要求所述的备用基站控制设备和权利要求 12或 13所 述的核心网节点。
