因此, 有必要提出一种智能地处理来电的方法, 以解决上述问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动通讯终端的来电处理方法, 用 户可以预先设定好来电保护优先条件, 只有满足来电保护优先条件的电话才能 接通, 其他电话则自动拒接。

本发明提供过一种手机来电处理方法, 该手机来电处理方法为首先用户设 定需要保护的主叫电话号码和保护时间区间, 即, 设定电话呼入的优先保护条 件, 在保护时间区间内, 只对保护的主叫电话号码进行来电呼叫和接听。 具体 的, 当有电话呼入的时候, 检测该呼入电话的号码及呼入时间段, 如果呼入电 话号码与受保护的主叫电话号码一致, 则接通该来电; 如果呼入电话号码与受 保护的主叫电话号码不一致, 则判断该呼入电话的呼入时间是否处于保护时间 区间内, 如果不属于保护时间区间内, 则接通该呼入电话, 如果该呼入电话属 于保护时间区间内, 则手机自动拒接该呼入电话, 并发送拒接提示信息, 其中 拒接提示信息一部分发送给呼入电话, 以通知呼叫方, 一部分发给本机, 提醒 本机用户有未接电话, 本机用户可根据提示釆取相应的措施, 如使用另外的电 话呼叫该呼入电话。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。

步骤 S10, 启动手机;
此步骤中, 除了必要的开起手机电源之外, 还包括一些保证手机正常工作 的必要软、 硬件的启动, 根据手机的不同, 必要的启动条件可能不同, 在此不 做具体的限定。
步骤 S11 , 设定保护号码 A及保护时间区间 [B,C];
在此步骤中, 根据用户的使用要求, 在手机的控制单元中设定优先保护条 件, 包括需要保护的号码 A及保护时间区间 [B,C]。
具体而言, 在本发明中, 号码 A为一种保护号码条件的统称, 不仅限于设 定为一个特定号码, 也可以是多个号码或某一特定的号码群组, 还可以是满足 用户设定的满足一定规则的号码, 或者是上述多种号码的组合。
在本实施方式中,号码 A优选为在时间段 [B,C]内的最优先接听的来电号码 , 其中 B, C值是分别为本机用户为该电话号码预设的时间起始值和结束值。也就 是在时间段 [B,C]内, 只有使用号码 A的呼入电话能够接入本机, 其他号码在不 能够接入本机。 而在时间段 [B,C]之外的呼入电话, 则不受该优先保护条件的限 制, 均能接入本机。

在此步骤中, 手机接收到电话呼入信息, 触发优先保护条件的实施。
步骤 S14, 提取来电号码 N;
在此步骤中, 由于电话呼入触发了优先保护条件实施, 本机自动提取并识 别来电号码 N, 用于后续有限保护的判断。
步骤 S15, 与保护号码 A比较;
本机提取来电号码 N后, 与保护号码 A做比较, 根据比较判断结果实施相 应的通讯操作。
如果该来电号码 N满足保护号码 A, 则直接转入步骤 S18, 接通电话, 直
至步骤 S19用户通话以及步骤 S110结束通话。其中步骤 S19用户通话以及步骤 S110结束通话的步骤已为本技术领域一般技术人员通晓之技术,在此不再赘述。
值得注意的是, 步骤 S18接通电话, 可以是本机发出来电提示信息后, 由 用户手动接通, 也可以由用户预先设定为手机来电自动接听, 在此不受限制。
如果该来电号码 N不满足保护号码 A, 则进行步骤 S16。
在步骤 S16中, 本机提取来电号码 N的来电时间 T, 然后进行步骤 S 17。 步骤 S17 , 与保护时间区间 [B,C]比较;
在此步骤中, 本机将呼入电话的来电时间 T与保护时间区间 [B,C]比较, 如 果来电时间 T不在保护时间区间 [B,C]之内, 则转入步骤 S18, 接通电话, 直至 步骤 S110结束通话。
如果来电时间 T在保护时间区间 [B,C]之内, 则进行步骤 S 171。
步骤 171 , 拒接电话;
由于之前的步骤 S15判断该来电号码既不满足保护号码 A又属于保护时间 区间 [B,C]内, 此电话将有可能影响到保护号码 A的呼入, 则本机自动拒接该呼 入电话 N。 然后进行步骤 172。
步骤 172, 提醒用户信息;
由于在步骤 171中本机自动自动拒接来电号码 N, 在步骤 S172中本机自动 发送一拒接信息 (如拒接短信)给呼叫方。 拒接信息可以由生产商或用户自行 设定, 拒接内容可以包括拒接原因, 如呼叫号码正忙、 信号不良无法接通等, 也可以设定其他礼貌性的拒接理由, 短信内容不做具体限定, 能够起到告知呼 叫方拒接电话的通知即可。 同时, 在本机上提示用户有拒接来电信息。 例如可 以通过提示音或在手机显示屏上显示文字或图标的方式提醒用户有一未接电 话, 并可根据未接原因设定不同的提示信息。 提示信息可包括拒接来电的来电 时间、 来电姓名、 拒接原因等, 当然还可以釆用其他的提醒方式和提醒内容, 在此不再——列举。 这样虽然本机拒接了来电号码 N, 但是又提醒了用户来电 信息, 方便用户获知来电信息, 并可根据实际情况釆取相应的应对措施, 如用
户在获知拒接来电信息后, 可以使用其他电话呼叫来电号码 N, 以避免引起误 会或错过重要来电事件。
然后返回步骤 S12待机状态, 等待下一次电话呼入。
值得注意的是, 还可以将呼叫方称为来电方、 主叫方等, 本机称为接收方、 被叫方等, 特作说明, 以免引起误解和歧义。
本发明手机来电处理方法不仅适用于当前 2G、 3G手机, 也适用于其他类 型的移动通讯工具。
