当共享者不需要进行与会议无关的其它操作时,共享者可以取消共享静止 操作。 具体的, 本发明实施例的方法还可以进一步包括: 接收取消共享静止指 令; 在接收到取消共享静止指令后, 实时获取共享区域中的内容, 并以实时获 取的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端。 为了节约存储空间,在接收到取消 共享静止指令后, 还可以进一步删除接收到共享静止指令时所存储的内容。 本发明实施例的方案可以在共享者客户端实现,也可以在会议服务器端实 现,下面分别对在共享者客户端实现和在会议服务器端实现的方案进行进一步 说明。
图 2为本发明桌面共享处理方法的另一个实施例的流程图,在本实施例中, 以桌面共享处理设备为共享者客户端为例,详细介绍本实施例的技术方案,如 图 2所示, 本实施例的方法包括:
步骤 201、 共享者客户端接收共享者输入的共享静止指令。
具体的,共享者客户端可以为用户提供用户操作接口,通过用户操作接口 完成与用户的交互操作。 本发明实施例中,共享者客户端可以通过用户操作接 口接收共享者输入的共享静止指令。其中, 用户操作接口可以通过按钮等形式 展现给用户。
步骤 202、共享者客户端根据共享静止指令, 获取当前共享区域中的内容, 并存储该内容。
具体的,在会议共享过程中,共享者客户端会实时获取共享区域中的内容 以共享给其它客户端。其中, 实时获取在具体实现时可以是每隔预定时间间隔 就获取, 或者每当共享区域中的内容发生变化时获取。
当共享者客户端接收到共享静止指令后,则停止实时获取共享区域中的内 容的操作,仅获取当前共享区域中的内容, 并将当前共享区域中的内容进行存 储。在后续共享过程中以存储的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端(具体过 程参考步骤 203 ) 。 其中, 这里的当前是指共享者客户端接收到共享静止指令 的时刻。
步骤 203、 在需要发送共享内容时, 共享者客户端将存储的内容发送给会 议服务器, 通过该会议服务器将存储的内容分发给其他客户端。
具体的,共享者客户端在需要发送共享内容时, 不再实时获取共享区域中 的内容, 而是将存储的内容发送给会议服务器 (即将存储的内容作为共享内 容) , 会议服务器将从共享者客户端接收到的内容分发给其他与会者客户端。 其中, 图 2所示的共享内容发送机制为每隔预定时间间隔发送, 即共享者客户 在本实施例中,当共享者需要在共享者客户端上执行一些其他的操作而不 打断与会者观看内容时, 可以发送共享静止指令, 共享者客户端根据接收的共 享静止指令, 获取当前共享区域中的内容, 并存储该内容之后, 停止获取共享 区域中的内容。 在需要发送共享内容时, 将存储的内容作为共享内容, 发送给 会议服务器, 会议服务器接收该共享内容后, 分发该共享内容给其他客户端, 从而减少了其它与会议无关的操作对会议共享的影响。
举例来说, 在会议过程中, 当共享者客户端通过整个界面来显示会议内容 时,如果共享者需要通过共享者客户端发送一个紧急邮件时, 为了避免打开邮 箱而将会议内容覆盖,从而造成其他与会者无法看见共享内容而影响会议进展 的问题,共享者客户端通过用户操作接口接收共享者输入的共享静止指令, 并 根据该共享静止指令,获取当前整个界面显示的会议内容,并存储该会议内容, 并以该会议内容作为共享内容, 以预定时间间隔发送给会议服务器,再通过会 议服务器将该共享内容分发给其他客户端,从而实现了在会议的过程中, 共享 者可以处理其他工作, 而不会打断其他与会者观看会议内容。
进一步的, 当共享者无需进行与会议无关的其它操作时, 可以取消共享静 止指令, 因此, 图 2所示实施例还可以进一步包括:
步骤 204、 共享者客户端接收取消共享静止指令;
同样的,共享者客户端也可以通过向用户提供用户操作接口来接收取消共 享静止指令, 具体实现与接收共享静止指令类似, 这里不再赘述。
步骤 205、 共享者客户端在接收到取消共享静止指令后, 实时获取共享区 域中的内容, 并以实时获取的内容作为共享内容提供给其他客户端。
当共享者客户端在接收到取消共享静止指令后,停止共享静止功能, 即在 后续共享过程中, 共享者客户端实时获取共享区域中的内容, 并将实时获取的 内容发送给会议服务器(即将实时获取的内容作为共享内容), 由会议服务器 提供给其他与会者客户端。 其中, 这里的实时可以是每隔预定时间间隔, 也可 以是共享区域内内容发生变化时,可以由会议系统的共享机制决定, 由于实时 共享的过程是现有技术, 这里不再赘述。
举例来说, 当共享者发送完一个紧急邮件后,返回整个界面显示会议内容 后, 共享者客户端可以通过用户操作接口接收共享者输入的取消共享静止指 令, 则共享客户端在接收到取消共享静止指令后, 实时获取共享区域中的会议 内容, 并将该实时获取的会议内容作为共享内容发送给会议服务器,再由会议 服务器将接收到的共享内容分发给其他客户端。
更进一步的, 为了减少共享者客户端的负荷, 该方法还可以包括: 共享者 客户端根据接收到的取消共享静止指令删除存储的内容。
图 3为本发明桌面共享处理方法的又一个实施例的流程图,在本实施例中, 以桌面共享处理设备为会议服务器为例,详细介绍本实施例的技术方案, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的方法包括:
步骤 301、 共享者客户端接收共享者输入的共享静止指令。
具体的,共享者客户端可以为用户提供用户操作接口,通过用户操作接口 完成与用户的交互操作。 本发明实施例中,共享者客户端可以通过用户操作接 口接收共享者输入的共享静止指令。其中, 用户操作接口可以通过按钮等形式 展现给用户。
步骤 302、 会议服务器接收共享者客户端发送的共享静止指令, 该共享静 止指令中携带共享者客户端当前共享区域中的内容。
具体的,共享者客户端在接收到用户输入的共享静止指令后, 获取当前共 享区域中的内容,并将该内容携带在共享静止指令中发送给会议服务器。其中, 共享者客户端在向会议服务器发送共享静止指令时,可以将其封装为会议服务 器支持的协议消息。
步骤 303、 会议服务器根据共享静止指令, 获取共享静止指令中携带共享 者客户端当前共享区域中的内容, 并存储该内容。
具体的,在会议共享过程中,会议服务器会等待接收共享者客户端发送的 共享内容, 并将接收到的共享内容分发各其它与会者客户端。
当会议服务器接收到共享静止指令后,则存储共享静止指令中携带的共享 者客户端当前共享区域中的内容。在后续共享过程中以存储的内容作为共享内 容提供给其它客户端 (具体过程参考步骤 304 ) 。 其中, 这里的当前是指共享 者客户端接收到共享静止指令的时刻。
进一步的,会议服务器在存储共享者客户端发来的内容时, 可以为该内容 设置共享静止标识,在后续共享过程中,会议服务器可以通过检测该共享静止 标识来确定共享方式(如, 共享实时内容或共享存储内容) 。
步骤 304、 在需要发送共享内容时, 会议服务器将存储的内容作为共享内 容发送给其他与会者客户端。
具体的, 当需要发送共享内容时, 会议服务器检测共享静止标识, 当检测 到共享静止标识时, 则不再等待接收共享者客户端发送的共享内容, 而是根据 检测到的共享静止标识, 将存储的内容发送给其它与会者客户端(即将存储的 内容作为共享内容) 。 其中, 图 3所示的共享内容发送机制为每隔预定时间间 隔发送, 即会议服务器在后续共享过程中,将存储的内容以预定时间间隔发送 给其它与会者客户端。
在本实施例中,在会议共享的过程中, 共享者客户端在其界面上可以实时 显示会议共享内容。具体的, 该共享内容可以显示在共享者客户端的整个界面 上、还可以显示在共享者客户端的界面上的指定应用窗口中,或者还可以显示 在共享者客户端的界面上的预先划定一块区域中。共享者客户端可以每隔预定 时间, 采集共享者客户端的界面上所显示的共享内容, 并将该共享内容通过服 务器发送给其他与会者所在的共享者客户端。其中, 共享者客户端可以具体为 一个硬件终端, 例如: 计算机或者会议终端; 共享者客户端还可以具体为一个 软件终端, 例如安装在计算机上的一个会议客户端。
当共享者需要在共享者客户端上执行一些其他的操作时而不打断与会者 观看共享内容时,共享者可以通过用户操作接口接收共享者输入的共享静止指 令,共享者将获取的当前会议共享区域中的内容携带在该共享静止指令中,发 送给会议服务器, 会议服务器接收该共享指令, 获取当前共享区域中的内容, 并存储该内容, 另外, 在存储该内容时, 会议服务器为该内容设置共享静止标 识, 该共享静止标识与该内容向对应,从而使得会议服务器在检测到共享静止 标识时, 不再等待共享客户端发送的内容, 而是将存储的内容作为共享内容, 并将共享内容以预定时间间隔发送给其他客户端,从而减少了其它与会议无关 的操作对会议共享的影响。
需要说明的是, 当共享者客户端接收到共享静止指令后, 在获取当前会议 共享区域中的内容之后, 停止实时获取共享区域中的内容。
在本实施例中,会议服务器通过接收共享客户端发送的共享静止指令, 获 取该共享静止指令中的当前共享区域中的内容, 并存储该内容, 同时, 在存储 该内容时, 为该内容设置共享静止标识, 再检测该共享静止标识时, 根据检测 到的共享静止标识, 将该存储内容作为共享内容分发给其他客户端。
进一步的, 当共享者无需进行与会议无关的其它操作时, 可以取消共享静 止指令, 因此, 图 3所示实施例还可以包括:
步骤 305、 会议服务器接收取消共享静止指令;
类似的,会议服务器还可以从共享者客户端接收取消共享静止指令,其中, 共享者客户端发送的取消共享静止指令可以是根据用户的操作进行的,具体实 现过程与接收共享静止指令类似, 这里不再赘述。
步骤 306、会议服务器在接收到取消共享静止指令后,删除共享静止标识, 并实时获取共享者客户端发送的内容,再以实时获取的内容作为共享内容提供 给其他与会者客户端。
其中, 这里的实时可以是每隔预定时间间隔,也可以是共享者客户端发送 共享内容时, 可以由会议系统的共享机制决定, 由于实时共享的过程是现有技 术, 这里不再赘述。
在本实施例中,当共享者执行完其他处理后,返回共享区域显示的内容后, 共享者客户端可以通过用户操作接口接收共享者输入的取消共享静止指令,则 共享客户端在接收到取消共享静止指令后, 实时获取共享区域中的会议内容, 并将该实时获取的会议内容作为共享内容和取消共享静止指令发送给会议服 务器, 再由会议服务器根据该取消共享静止指令, 删除共享静止标识, 则会议 服务器在没有检测到共享静止标识时, 将接收到的共享内容分发给其他客户 端。
更进一步的, 在本发明的又一个实施例中, 为了减少会议服务器的负荷, 该方法还可以包括: 根据接收到的取消共享静止指令, 删除存储的内容。
图 4为本发明桌面共享处理设备的一个实施例的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的桌面共享处理设备包括: 接收模块 11、 获取模块 12、 存储模块 13 和处理模块 14。 其中, 接收模块 11用于接收共享静止指令; 获取模块 12用于根 据共享静止指令, 获取当前共享区域中的内容; 存储模块 13用于存储获取模块 12获取的内容;处理模块 14用于将存储模块 13存储的内容作为共享内容提供给 其它客户端。
本实施例的桌面共享处理设备可以用于执行图 1所示方法实施例的技术方 案, 其实现原理类似, 此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中, 通过接收共享静止指令, 并根据共享静止指令, 获取当前 共享区域中的内容, 并存储该内容, 最后以存储的内容作为共享内容提供给其 他客户端,实现了在会议共享过程中,共享者能够持续提供共享内容给与会者, 而不受其它与会议无关的操作的影响。
当共享者不需要进行与会议无关的其它操作时,共享者可以进一步取消共 享静止操作。 具体的, 接收模块 11还可以用于接收取消共享静止指令; 获取模 块 12还用于在接收模块 11接收到取消共享静止指令后,实时获取共享区域中的 内容; 处理模块 14还用于在接收模块 11接收到取消共享静止指令后, 以获取模 块 12实时获取的内容作为共享内容提供给其他客户端。
另外, 为了节约存储空间,存储模块 13还可以用于在接收模块 11接收到取 消共享静止指令后, 删除存储的内容。
其中, 本发明实施例中的桌面共享处理设备可以是共享者客户端,也可以 是会议服务器,下面分别对在共享者客户端实现和在会议服务器端实现的方案 进行进一步说明。
在桌面共享处理设备为共享者客户端的实施例中, 在图 4所示实施例的基 础上, 接收模块 11具体可以用于通过操作接口接收共享者输入的共享静止指 令;处理模块 14具体可以用于将存储模块 13存储的内容以预定时间间隔发送给 会议服务器, 通过会议服务器将存储的内容分发给其它客户端。
本实施例的桌面共享处理设备可以用于执行图 2所示方法实施例的技术方 案, 其实现原理类似, 此处不再赘述。
上述桌面共享处理设备的各模块可以在共享者客户端所在终端的处理器 中运行。
图 5为本发明桌面共享处理设备的又一个实施例的结构示意图, 在本实施 例中, 该桌面共享处理设备为会议服务器, 如图 5所示, 本实施例在图 4所示实 施例的基础上,接收模块 11具体用于从共享者客户端接收共享静止指令, 该共 享静止指令中携带共享者客户端当前共享区域中的内容。 另外, 该桌面共享处理设备还可以包括: 标识模块 15, 用于为存储模块 13 存储的内容设置共享静止标识, 处理模块 14具体用于检测共享静止标识,根据 检测到的共享静止标识将存储模块 13存储的内容以预定时间间隔发送给其他 客户端。
本实施例的桌面共享处理设备可以用于执行图 3所示方法实施例的技术方 案, 其实现原理类似, 此处不再赘述。
上述桌面共享处理设备的各模块可以在会议服务器的处理器中运行。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可 以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储 介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限 制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员 应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其 中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的 本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收共享静止指令;
根据所述共享静止指令, 获取当前共享区域中的内容, 并存储所述内容, 以存储的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收取消共享静止指令;
在接收到所述取消共享静止指令后, 实时获取共享区域中的内容, 并以实 时获取的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 根据接收到的所述取消共享静止指令删除所述存储的内容。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述接收共享静止指令包括:
共享者客户端通过用户操作接口接收共享者输入的共享静止指令。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述以存储的 内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端包括: 器将所述共享内容分发给其它客户端。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述接收共享静止指令包括:
会议服务器接收共享者客户端发送的共享静止指令,所述共享静止指令中 携带所述共享者客户端当前共享区域中的内容。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的桌面共享处理方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在存储所述内容时, 为所述内容设置共享静止标识;
所述以存储的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端具体包括:
检测所述共享静止标识,根据检测到的共享静止标识将所述存储的内容作 为共享内容, 并将所述共享内容以预定时间间隔发送给其它客户端。
8、 一种桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收共享静止指令; 获取模块, 用于根据所述共享静止指令, 获取当前共享区域中的内容; 存储模块, 用于存储所述获取模块获取的内容;
处理模块,用于将所述存储模块存储的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户 端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块 还用于接收取消共享静止指令;
所述获取模块还用于在所述接收模块接收到所述取消共享静止指令后,实 时获取共享区域中的内容;
所述处理模块还用于在所述接收模块接收到所述取消共享静止指令后,以 所述获取模块实时获取的内容作为共享内容提供给其它客户端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 所述存储模 块还用于在所述接收模块接收到所述取消共享静止指令后删除所述存储的内 容。
11、 根据权利要求 8至 10任一项所述的桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块具体用于通过用户操作接口接收共享者输入的共享静止指令。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理模 块具体用于将所述存储模块存储的内容以预定时间间隔发送给会议服务器,通 过所述会议服务器将所述存储的内容分发给其它客户端。
13、 根据权利要求 8至 10任一项所述的桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块具体用于从共享者客户端接收所述共享静止指令,所述共享静止 指令中携带所述共享者客户端当前共享区域中的内容。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的桌面共享处理设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 标识模块, 用于为所述存储模块存储的内容设置共享静止标识; 所述处理模块具体用于检测所述共享静止标识,根据检测到的共享静止标 识将所述存储模块存储的内容以预定时间间隔发送给其它客户端。
