本发明实施例 1提供了一种联系人的处理方法, 请参见图 3, 该方法具体 包括:
步骤 101、设置联系人的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果 之间的对应关系; 区别属性即为了使得联系人最终有区别地显示在触摸屏中 所依据的具体属性, 例如该区别属性可以是联系人的分组属性, 该分组属性 为用户为联系人设置的所属联系人群组的信息; 也可以是联系人的联系属性, 该联系属性为在一预定时间内移动终端用户与所述联系人进行通讯的次数; 还可以是联系人的位置属性, 该位置属性包括联系人的地理位置信息。 联系 人的图标是指显示在触摸屏中的联系人所显示出来的图标, 在本发明实施例 中, 联系人的图标具体可以为联系人气泡的形态。 联系人气泡是本发明实施 例中联系人的图标在移动终端触摸屏上所显示出来的一种显示效果, 当然可 以理解的是, 在另外的实施例中, 联系人的图标也可以为联系人方块的形态 等, 当然也可以是其他可显示的形态。
步骤 102、 读取联系人; 在移动终端本地的存储器中或者网络侧的服务器 中读取联系人。
步骤 103、从本地或网络侧获取联系人的区别属性; 读取联系人之后可以 获得该联系人的具体的一些信息, 其中就包括联系人的区别属性。

上述联系人的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对 应关系具体为不同数值的区别属性的联系人与图标的显示效果之间的对应关 系。 例如, 具体可以为的的联系人的联系属性的不同数值与联系人气泡的显 示效果之间的对应关系, 也可以是联系人的分组属性的不同数值与联系人气 泡的显示效果之间的对应关系, 也可以是联系人的位置属性的不同数值与联 系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系, 等等。 上述区别显示是指根据上述 对应关系, 对不同数值的区别属性的联系人进行不同的显示效果上的显示。
上述方案不同于现有技术中联系人的显示方式(联系人列表), 本方案更 直观地使联系人显示在触摸屏上, 提高了具有触摸屏的移动终端的人机交互 的能力, 同时也提高了用户的使用体验。 下面从具体的实施例来详细描述本 发明实施例 1中的具体技术方案。 实施例 2
如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例中移动终端联系人应用程序界面的显示效 果图实例之一。 在该图中, 联系人的图标设置为类圓形气泡的形态, 所有联 系人都以类圓形的气泡显示在触摸屏上, 我们称之为联系人气泡。 联系人气 泡内显示的为联系人的头像, 当然气泡内显示的也可以是该联系人的一些具 体联系信息例如姓名、 手机号码等, 也可以是联系人头像与具体的联系信息 一起显示在气泡内 (即图片与文字显示)。 可以理解的是, 在其他实施例中联 系人的图标也可以是其他形态, 例如五角星形、 正方形、 多面体的联系人的 图标等等, 在本实施例中对联系人的显示方式不做限制。 上述方案不同于现 有技术中联系人的显示方式(联系人列表), 本方案更直观地使联系人显示在 触摸屏上, 提高了具有触摸屏的移动终端的人机交互的能力。
在图 4 中, 不同的联系人可以为不同的联系人气泡显示形式。 例如, 移 动终端用户对联系人设置了不同数值的分组属性, 例如联系人 A的分组属性 的数值为家人, 联系人 B的分组属性的数值为朋友等。 不同的联系人分组显 示气泡不同。 例如, 联系人 A是家人分组, 联系人 B是朋友分组, 则联系人 A的气泡显示得比联系人 B更大, 或者颜色更明亮, 或者显示在触摸屏中的 位置更显眼, 或者联系人 A气泡显示是动态显示而联系人 B为非动态显示, 等等。 当然, 用于区别属于家人分组的联系人 A与属于朋友分组的联系人 B 的其他显示方式也包括在本实施例中。 如图 5所示, 本发明实施例的具体技 术实现方案如下:
步骤 201、预先设置联系人的分组属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示 效果之间的对应关系。 分组属性包括为联系人设置的所述联系人的群组信息, 例如分组属性可以为家人、 朋友、 同事等。 该显示策略具体是根据联系人的 不同数值的分组属性来对联系人的图标进行区别显示。 例如, 显示策略可以 确定分组属性为家人的联系人, 联系人气泡显示得比其他分组属性(朋友、 同事等) 更大, 或者显示策略可以确定分组属性为家人的联系人, 联系人气 泡显示得比其他分组属性。 当然, 可以理解的是在本发明实施例中显示策略 包括但不限于上述形式。
步骤 202、 读取联系人;
步骤 203、 从本地或网络侧获取联系人的分组属性; 当移动终端 (例如手 机)接收到用户的联系人应用程序界面显示指令时, 手机对联系人的分组属 性进行确认。 联系人应用程序界面是指联系人应用程序接收用户的打开程序 指令后, 显示在手机触摸屏幕上的界面。 例如在手机厂商诺基亚的手机中, 联系人应用程序被命名为名片夹、 联系人、 通讯录等。 当用户打开该应用程 序后即可看到联系人应用程序界面, 如图 1 为现有技术移动终端中普通的联 系人应用程序界面, 图 4为本发明实施例中的联系人应用程序界面。
步骤 204、根据所述对应关系和分组属性, 确定联系人的图标的显示效果; 上述已经确定了联系人的分组属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之 间的对应关系, 还有联系人的分组属性, 即可以确定联系人的图标的显示效 果。
步骤 205、 根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
例如, 移动终端用户对联系人设置了不同数值的分组属性, 例如联系人 A 的分组属性的数值为家人, 联系人 B的分组属性的数值为朋友等。 不同的联 系人分组显示气泡不同。 例如, 联系人 A是家人分组, 联系人 B是朋友分组, 则联系人 A的气泡显示得比联系人 B更大, 或者颜色更明亮, 或者显示在触 摸屏中的位置更显眼, 或者联系人 A气泡显示是动态显示而联系人 B为非动 态显示, 等等。 当然, 用于区别属于家人分组的联系人 A与属于朋友分组的 联系人 B的其他显示方式也包括在本实施例中。

在本发明实施例中, 可以根据联系人的联系属性不同, 联系人气泡的显 示效果也不同。 联系属性具体是指在一预定时间内, 移动终端用户与联系人 进行通讯(包括拨打电话、 发短消息、 邮件等) 的次数。 例如, 用户与联系 人 A的联系属性为 10次, 与联系人 B的联系属性为 7次, 与联系人 C的联 系属性为 5次, 则三个联系人气泡的显示效果可以为联系人气泡显示的大小, 根据以上联系属性的统计, 联系人气泡的显示大小, 从大到小依次为: 联系 人八、 联系人 B、 联系人 C; 或者联系人气泡显示亮度从高到低依次为: 联系 人入、联系人 B、联系人 C; 或者联系人气泡的动态显示效果从强烈到微弱依 次为: 联系人 A、 联系人 B、 联系人 C; 或者联系人 A在触摸屏中处于最显 眼的位置, 联系人 B次之, 联系人 C处于最不显眼的位置, 等等表现形式。 可以理解的是在本发明实施例中, 对不同联系属性的联系人采用不同的表现 形式包括但不限于上述方案。 根据联系人的联系属性不同, 联系人气泡的显 示效果不同的技术方案, 如图 6所示, 其具体的技术实现方案如下:
步骤 301、 预先设置联系人的联系属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示 效果之间的对应关系;
步骤 302、 读取联系人;
步骤 303、 从本地或网络侧获取联系人的联系属性。 联系属性具体是指在 一预定时间内, 移动终端用户与联系人进行通讯(包括拨打电话、 发短消息、 邮件等) 的次数。 当获取到用户触发与联系人进行通讯的指令(如呼叫指令、 发送短消息指令等), 或联系人主动与用户通讯时获取用户的应答指令, 计数 器在该联系人的联系属性记录中加 1。 计数器累计用户与联系人通讯的次数。
步骤 304、根据所述对应关系和联系属性, 确定联系人的图标的显示效果; 步骤 305、 根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
例如联系属性最高的联系人, 联系人气泡显示得最大或者动态效果最明显 或者气泡显示最明亮; 联系属性较高的联系人, 联系人气泡显示得比较大或 者动态效果比较明显或者气泡显示比较明亮; 联系属性最低的联系人, 联系 人气泡显示得最小或者没有动态效果或者气泡显示最暗。 区别显示是指对不 同数值的联系属性的联系人在图标的显示效果上进行不同的显示。 例如, 如 图 4所示, 用户与联系人 A的联系属性为 10次, 与联系人 B的联系属性为 7 次, 与联系人 C的联系属性为 5次, 则三个联系人的表现形式可以为联系人 气泡显示的大小, 根据以上联系属性的统计, 联系人气泡的显示大小, 从大 到小依次为: 联系人 A、 联系人 B、 联系人 C; 或者联系人气泡显示亮度从高 到低依次为: 联系人 A、 联系人 B、 联系人 C; 或者联系人气泡的动态显示效 果从强烈到微弱依次为: 联系人 A、 联系人 B、 联系人 C; 或者联系人 A在 触摸屏中处于最显眼的位置,联系人 B次之,联系人 C处于最不显眼的位置, 等等表现形式。 上述方案不同于现有技术中联系人的显示方式(联系人列表), 本方案更 直观地使联系人显示在触摸屏上, 提高了具有触摸屏的移动终端的人机交互 的能力, 同时也提高了用户的使用体验。 实施例 4
在本发明实施例中, 可以根据联系人与用户地理位置的远近, 联系人气 泡的显示效果不同。 例如, 在所有联系人中, 联系人 A所处的地理位置与用 户的地理位置最近, 则联系人 A的联系人气泡显示得最大或者最清晰, 联系 人 B所处的地理位置与用户的地理位置最远, 则该联系人 B在屏幕上的联系 人气泡显示得就最小或者最模糊等等方案。 如图 7所示, 上述技术方案具体 实现如下:
步骤 401、 设置联系人的位置属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果 之间的对应关系;
步骤 402、 读取联系人;
步骤 403、 从本地或网络侧获取联系人的位置属性; 所述位置属性为联系 人的地理位置信息。 该步骤即为获取移动终端用户的地理位置信息, 以及该 移动终端中各联系人的地理位置信息。 在本技术领域中, 地理位置信息是指 根据全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, GPS )或其他地理位置业务所 提供的地理数据, 表明移动终端当前所处的物理位置。 例如在本发明实施例 中, 移动终端可以是具有 GPS收发模块的手机, 那么手机可以根据 GPS系统 提供的地理数据, 得到其自身的地理位置信息。 在该手机中存储有联系人, 手机发送查询联系人的地理位置信息的请求消息给网络侧地理位置服务器, 网络侧地理位置服务器收到该请求消息后, 获取在该服务器上注册的联系人 的地理位置信息, 并反馈给该手机。 在另外的一些实施例中, 也可以通过第 三方位置服务软件, 联系人主动实时地将自己的地理位置信息共享给自己的 联系人、 好友, 这样, 所有联系人或者好友之间就共享了每个人的地理位置 信息。 例如登录到 Google地图服务的移动终端用户即可以将自己的地理位置 步骤 404、 获取各联系人与移动终端用户之间的距离。 可以通过计算联系 人的地理位置信息与移动终端用户的地理位置信息的相对直线距离, 来作为 获取各个联系人与移动终端用户之间的距离。 例如, 手机获取了联系人 A的 地理位置信息, 也获取了手机用户的地理位置信息 (也即该手机的地理位置 信息), 则该相对直线距离可以通过简单的计算得到, 并可以以此相对直线距 离作为联系人与移动终端用户之间的距离。
步骤 405、 根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
例如,在所有联系人中,联系人 A所处的地理位置与用户的地理位置最近, 则联系人 A的联系人气泡显示得最大或者最清晰, 联系人 B所处的地理位置 与用户的地理位置最远, 则该联系人 B在屏幕上的联系人气泡显示得就最小 或者最模糊。 当然, 在本实施例中, 对联系人进行区别显示的方式包括但不 限于上述几种方式。
进一步地, 由于移动终端可以实时获取通讯录中各联系人的地理位置信 息, 因此, 上述技术方案在执行的时候, 联系人应用程序界面中显示的联系 人气泡可以进行动态的更新、 调整, 给移动终端用户更直观的感受度, 同时 用户也可以第一时间知道联系人、 好友在地理位置上距离自己的远近。 例如, 当移动终端再次获取各联系人与移动终端用户之间的距离时, 可能相比前一 次获取的数据会不同。 这样, 再次根据获取的距离及预设的显示策略对各联 系人进行区别显示时, 联系人应用程序界面显示的联系人显示的画面就与上 次显示的不同。 因此, 手机用户每次打开联系人应用程序界面后, 显示界面 的联系人显示方式都可以不同, 从而达到了对联系人应用程序界面进行动态 更新的效果, 给用户一种更直观的感受。 实施例 5
在本发明实施例中, 可以根据联系人的地理位置信息的不同, 联系人气 泡的显示效果不同。 例如联系人 A的地理位置信息为上海, 联系人 B的地理 位置信息为深圳, 联系人 C的地理位置信息为北京, 联系人 D的地理位置信 息为西安。 那么, 在联系人应用程序界面显示时, 显示的背景为中国地图, 联系人气泡在触摸屏上的显示位置与地图中所标记的地理位置相一致。 除此 之外, 还可以根据各个联系人与手机用户地理位置的距离远近来更进一步地 区别显示联系人。 如图 8所示, 上述技术方案具体实现如下:
步骤 501、将地图模块与联系人应用程序绑定。 地图模块是可以标记地理 位置的位置服务模块。 地图模块中标记地理位置后会生成地图位置信息。 地 图位置信息具体可以为北京、 上海、 深圳等等城市的名称信息, 也可以是省 级单位的名称信息, 例如湖北、 广东、 广西等。 该地图模块可以是硬件设备, 也可以通过纯软件来实现地图的相关标记功能, 例如地图 widget, 该地图 widget可以为可视化的中国地图或者全球地图。 绑定后, 当移动终端接收到 用户打开联系人应用程序界面的指令, 打开联系人应用程序界面, 地图模块 应用程序界面将相应地显示在该程序界面中, 可以作为背景程序显示在联系 人应用程序界面中。
步骤 502、获取该移动终端中各联系人的地理位置信息。地理位置信息是 指根据全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, GPS )或其他地理位置业务 所提供的地理数据, 表明移动终端当前所处的物理位置。 例如在本发明实施 例中, 移动终端可以是具有 GPS收发模块的手机, 那么手机可以根据 GPS系 统提供的地理数据, 得到其自身的地理位置信息。 在该手机中存储有联系人, 手机发送查询联系人的地理位置信息的请求消息给网络侧地理位置服务器, 网络侧地理位置服务器收到该请求消息后, 获取在该服务器上注册的联系人 的地理位置信息, 并反馈给该手机。 在另外的一些实施例中, 也可以通过第 三方位置服务软件, 联系人主动实时地将自己的地理位置信息共享给自己的 联系人、 好友, 这样, 所有联系人或者好友之间就共享了每个人的地理位置 信息。 例如登录到 Google地图服务的移动终端用户即可以将自己的地理位置 信息分享给自己的联系人或者好友。
步骤 503、根据地图模块中的地图和获取的联系人的地理位置信息, 在联 系人应用程序界面上区别显示联系人。 例如, 获取到的联系人 A的地理位置 信息是深圳市, 则在联系人应用程序界面中绑定的地图模块的地图位置信息 中标记该联系人, 不同地理位置信息的联系人显示在联系人应用程序界面的 不同位置, 使得联系人的位置与地图模块中的地图位置信息一致。 如图 9所 示, 为本发明实施例中方法流程的联系人处理的一个显示效果图。
进一步地, 在步骤 502 中, 也可以获取移动终端用户所在的地理位置信 息, 然后计算联系人与移动终端的距离。 根据各个联系人与移动终端用户的 距离远近, 联系人气泡进行区别显示。 例如, 在所有联系人中, 联系人 A所 处的地理位置与用户的地理位置最近, 则联系人 A的联系人气泡显示得最大 或者最清晰, 联系人 B所处的地理位置与用户的地理位置最远, 则该联系人 B 在屏幕上的联系人气泡显示得就最小或者最模糊等等。 然后再根据地图模 块中的地图位置信息和获取的联系人的地理位置信息, 在联系人应用程序界 面上区别显示联系人。 显示的方式如前文所述。
本发明实施例中的技术方案不同于现有技术中联系人的显示方式(联系 人列表), 本方案更直观地使联系人显示在触摸屏上, 提高了具有触摸屏的移 动终端的人机交互的能力, 同时也提高了用户的使用体验。 实施例 6
在本发明实施例中, 也可以对上述任意两种以上的联系人区别属性进行结 合, 以更有效地、 更直观地在联系人应用程序界面区别显示联系人。 例如, 当所述区别属性包括分组属性和联系属性时, 所述设置联系人的区别属性的 不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系包括: 设置联系人的分 组属性的数值与联系属性的数值之和, 与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对 应关系。
当所述区别属性包括分组属性和位置属性时, 所述设置联系人的区别属性 的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系包括: 设置联系人的 分组属性、 位置属性的数值之和与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系。 当所述区别属性包括联系属性和位置属性时, 所述设置联系人的区别属性 的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系包括: 设置联系人的 联系属性、 位置属性的数值之和与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系。
当所述区别属性包括分组属性、 联系属性和位置属性时, 所述设置联系人 的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系包括: 设 置联系人的分组属性、 联系属性、 位置属性的数值之和与联系人的图标的显 示效果之间的对应关系。
这样, 在区别显示联系人时就更有针对性, 区别显示出的联系人也更具 体。 例如, 将分组属性标记为家人的联系人 A显示得最清晰, 同时由于联系 人的地理位置与手机用户最近, 联系人 A的联系人气泡显示得最大。 因此, 按照上述显示策略, 联系人 A的联系人气泡最清晰、 最大。 实施例 7
上述实施例描述了联系人的处理方法。 下面从具体实施例描述在上述联系 人应用程序界面中如何对联系人进行一系列的操作 (例如拨打电话、 编辑联 系人的联系方式、 建立群组等), 以达到方便用户进行操作, 简化操作方式的 目的。
在现有技术中, 如图 10所示, 在具有触摸屏的手机上, 对联系人发起呼 叫的操作方式为: 根据姓名的首字母查找到相应的联系人, 在联系人界面, 点击呼叫按钮, 对该联系人发起呼叫。 现有的这种呼叫方式操作太过繁瑣, 导致操作时间太长, 十分不利于手机与用户之间的智能交互, 手机的交互能 力大大降低。
基于以上的联系人的处理方法, 如图 11所示, 本发明实施例提供一种联 系人的呼叫处理方法。
步骤 701、 设置联系人的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果 之间的对应关系;
步骤 702、 读取联系人; 步骤 703、 从本地或网络侧获取联系人的区别属性;
步骤 704、根据所述对应关系和区别属性, 确定联系人的图标的显示效果; 步骤 705、 根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
上述步骤中的具体技术方案在上述实施例中已经详细描述, 在此不再赘 述。
步骤 706、获取用户的联系人选定指令, 确定一个或多个选定的联系人气 泡; 该步骤中, 用户的操作是在联系人应用程序界面完成的。 在具有触摸屏 的手机、 平板电脑上, 用户的操作一般通过用户的手指完成。 现有技术中, 触摸屏由触摸检测部件和触摸屏控制器组成; 触摸检测部件安装在显示器屏 幕前面, 用于检测用户触摸位置, 接受后送触摸屏控制器; 而触摸屏控制器 的主要作用是从触摸点检测装置上接收触摸信息, 并将它转换成触点坐标, 再发送给中央处理器 (Central Processing Unit, CPU ), 它同时能接收 CPU发来 的命令并加以执行。
在二维显示界面的联系人应用程序界面中,触摸屏被划分成具有 X方向、
Y方向上的栅格。 触摸屏中的所有应用程序图标信息 (例如图标大小、 图标 的位置等)都可以通过 X、 Y 两个方向上的数值来表示。 联系人气泡的位置 也可以通过 X、 Y 两个方向上的数值来表示出来。 首先, 联系人气泡的面积 可以通过气泡边缘与栅格的交叉点计算得到, 然后把联系人气泡模拟成一个 正方形, 联系人气泡的面积也就是该正方形的面积, 根据正方形面积的计算, 获得联系人气泡的中心点的位置信息 (X1,Y1 ), 将该中心点的位置信息 ( ΧΙ,ΥΙ )作为该联系人气泡的位置信息, 其中 XI为中心点在 X方向上的数 值, Y1为中心点在 Υ方向上的数值。
在三维显示界面的联系人应用程序界面中, 触摸屏可以被划分成具有 X 方向、 Υ方向和 Ζ方向上的栅格。 触摸屏中的所有应用程序图标信息都可以 通过 X、 Υ、 Ζ三个方向上的数值来表示。 同样, 具有三维空间信息的联系人 气泡也可以用 (ΧΙ,ΥΙ,ΖΙ ) 的数值来表示为该联系人气泡的位置信息。 原理 同上, 在此不再赘述。 在另外的一些实施例中也可以通过其他方式得到联系人气泡在触摸屏中 的位置信息, 本发明实施例包括但不限于上述实现方式。
当用户的手指接触到屏幕时, 手机能够获取到用户的触摸点, 即用户的 具体操作的触摸点的位置信息 (X2,Y2 )。 手机确定该位置信息是否与某个联 系人气泡的位置信息相匹配。 匹配的目的在于判断用户是否为选定联系人的 操作。 匹配的方法具体可以是: 将联系人气泡的位置信息(ΧΙ,ΥΙ )与触摸点 的位置信息 (Χ2,Υ2 )进行距离计算。 如果计算的结果在预设的一个数值内, 则认为匹配成功, 则触发联系人选定指令。 如果匹配不成功, 则确认该触摸 点为无效触摸点, 不触发操作指令或者触发提示指令, 该提示指令用来提示 用户的该次触摸点为无效触摸点。 具体的提示指令通过触摸屏的提示界面显 示出来, 或者通过音频输出设备(例如扬声器)输出声音。
在联系人应用程序界面中, 当用户用手指接触到屏幕中的联系人时, 移 动终端通过触摸屏可以获取用户的操作指令, 例如可以获取用户的联系人打 开指令, 联系人选定指令。 在现有技术中, 用户快速地点击屏幕中联系人, 移动终端获取到的是用户的联系人打开指令, 移动终端获取该指令后, 给联 系人应用程序模块发送指令, 命令其打开联系人; 用户持续接触触摸屏中的 联系人, 移动终端可以判断其指令为联系人选定指令。
步骤 707、获取用户的操作轨迹。 该操作轨迹可以为联系人气泡的拖动轨 迹, 如图 8所示。
步骤 708、 根据所述操作轨迹移动所述选定的联系人气泡;
步骤 709、判断所述联系人气泡是否与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域;若是, 则执行步骤 710, 若否, 则执行步骤 711。 预设的呼叫区域为系统默认或者接 受用户的设置而划定的固定区域。 如图 12所示, 在触摸屏的右上角有一个区 域为呼叫区域, 该呼叫区域可以是固定设置在固定的位置上, 也可以表现出 浮动、 漂浮的状态。 根据预先的设置, 该呼叫区域在触摸屏中的面积为可知 的一固定值, 其边缘区域的位置信息也可以获得, 该区域内所有点的位置信 息也可以获取, 实际上这个呼叫区域的位置信息可以理解为该区域内所有点 的位置信息的集合。 在另外的一些实施例中, 根据呼叫区域的已知面积来获 取呼叫区域的中心点的位置信息 (X3,Y3), 可以将该中心点的位置信息作为呼 叫区域的位置信息。
判断联系人气泡是否与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域可以有多种方法: 方法一: 判断联系人气泡的边缘点的位置信息是否为该呼叫区域内的点 的位置信息。 边缘点即构成联系人气泡的外围形状的点, 由各个边缘点的集 合才形成了联系人气泡的类圓形形状, 进而构成整个联系人气泡的显示效果。 我们 支设其中任意一个边缘点 a的位置信息为(Xl,j l),呼叫区域的位置信息理 解为该区域内所有点的位置信息的集合 A, 设为 [U]。 这样, 如果移动终端 判断联系人气泡的边缘点的位置信息属于该呼叫区域内的点的位置信息, 即 (xl,yl) G [X,Y] , 也即联系人气泡的边缘点的位置信息为该呼叫区域内的点的位 置信息, 则联系人气泡与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域, 如图所示, 在触摸屏 中联系人气泡的边缘点 a也在呼叫区域内,即有重叠区域。如果 (xl,jl) [;r,r|, 即联系人气泡的任意一个边缘点的位置信息不在呼叫区域内, 则联系人气泡 与呼叫区域没有重叠区域。
方法二: 判断联系人气泡的位置信息(ΧΙ,ΥΙ)与该呼叫区域的位置信息
(Χ3,Υ3)的距离是否在一预定数值内。 假设该预定数值为 Q, 上述语意可以用 计算公式表达为判断 F(X, Y)

可以理解的是, 判断联系人气泡是否与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域的判 另外, 重叠区域可以是部分重叠区域, 也可以是全部重叠区域, 在此不做限 定。 如图 13所示, 该联系人气泡与呼叫区域有重叠区域。
步骤 710、 呼叫该联系人。 如图 14所示, 当移动终端判断联系人气泡与 预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域时, 触发呼叫指令, 根据现有技术中的呼叫流程, 呼叫该联系人气泡所表示的联系人。
步骤 711、 终止处理。 当移动终端判断联系人气泡与预设的呼叫区域没有 重叠区域时, 不对该联系人进行处理。
在本实施例中, 可以将呼叫区域看成是另一个联系人气泡, 该联系人气 泡在触摸屏中的位置可以是固定的也可以是动态的。 因此, 在本实施例中的 "判断联系人气泡是否与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域",即为判断用户选定的联 系人气泡是否与另一个联系人气泡有重叠区域。 另外, 由于存在两个联系人 气泡: 选定的联系人气泡 A, 另一个联系人气泡 B, 在本方案中, 联系人气泡 A为移动终端的用户本身, 也即为该移动终端用户创建一个联系人气泡 A, 以便于后续操作。 联系人气泡 B为该移动终端的联系人, 这样, 当联系人气 泡 A与联系人气泡 B存在有重叠区域时, 触发呼叫指令, 移动终端对联系人 B进行呼叫流程; 或者, 在本方案中, 联系人气泡 B为移动终端的用户本身, 联系人气泡 A为该移动终端的联系人, 这样, 当联系人气泡 A与联系人气泡 B存在有重叠区域时, 触发呼叫指令, 移动终端对联系人 A进行呼叫流程。 总之, 在联系人应用程序界面, 当用户拖动具有联系人气泡的移动终端用户, 并与其他联系人气泡有重叠区域, 或者当用户拖动其他联系人气泡, 并与具 有联系人气泡的移动终端用户有重叠区域时, 即建立呼叫流程。 针对该方案 的具体技术实现方案, 与上述实施例中的方法相同, 在此不再赘述。
另外在本发明实施例中, 如果在步骤 706 中, 用户选定的联系人气泡是 多个, 例如通过三个手指与触摸屏接触而选定三个联系人, 将三个联系人拖 动到呼叫区域也可以建立呼叫流程, 在这种情况下便形成多方通话的方式。
在上述发明实施例中, 如步骤 710, 也可以是执行发送短信、 发送邮件等 操作指令。
本发明实施例通过简单的手指滑动操作即完成对联系人的呼叫处理, 节 省了用户进行呼叫操作的时间, 极大地提高了移动终端的智能交互能力, 也 提高了用户的使用体验。 实施例 8
现有技术中, 对联系人进行分组的方式为: 方式 1、 获取用户建立一个群 组的指令, 在新建的群组界面中获取用户添加联系人的指令, 将至少一个联 系人添加到该群组中; 或者方式 2, 获取选定至少一个联系人的操作指令, 将 选定的联系人添加进新建的群组。 现有技术中的这种建立联系人群组的方式 操作步骤太繁瑣, 导致操作时间太长, 十分不利于手机与用户之间的智能交 互。 因此, 本发明实施例提供一种在联系人应用程序界面进行分组的方法, 该方法大大简化了建立联系人群组的操作方式。 如图 15所示, 该方法具体包 括:
步骤 801、 设置联系人的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果 之间的对应关系;
步骤 802、 读取联系人;
步骤 803、 从本地或网络侧获取联系人的区别属性;
步骤 804、根据所述对应关系和区别属性, 确定联系人的图标的显示效果; 步骤 805、 根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
上述步骤中的具体技术方案在上述实施例中已经详细描述, 在此不再赘 述。
步骤 806、获取在联系人应用程序界面中多个触摸点的位置信息及联系人 气泡的位置信息, 判断是否为选定联系人操作。 若为选定联系人操作, 则执 行步骤 808, 若不是则执行步骤 807。
在现有技术中, 多点触摸技术可以实现在触摸屏中感应多个触摸点的位 置信息, 在此不再赘述。 在本步骤中, 判断是否为选定联系人操作具体地可 以为: 将该多个触摸点的位置信息与联系人气泡的位置信息相匹配。 将联系 人气泡的位置信息(Χι, ) , (x2 , y2 ) . . . (x n , yn ) 与触摸点的位置信息 (X1, ^) , (X2, 72) ... ( m, 7J ^f一一距离计算(需要进一步补充), 如果计算的结 果在预设的一个数值内, 则认为匹配成功, 则触发联系人选定指令。 如果匹 配不成功, 则确认该触摸点为无效触摸点, 不触发操作指令或者触发提示指 令, 该提示指令用来提示用户的该次触摸点为无效触摸点。 具体的提示指令 通过触摸屏的提示界面显示出来, 或者通过音频输出设备(例如扬声器)输 出声音。
步骤 807、 终止处理。
步骤 808、获取选定的联系人气泡的操作轨迹, 判断所选定的联系人气泡 之间是否有重叠区域, 若有重叠区域则执行步骤 805, 若没有重叠区域则执行 步骤 806。 本步骤中的判断所选定的联系人气泡是否有重叠区域的方法, 可以 采用上述实施例中的判断方法, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 809、 执行操作指令, 按照现有流程建立联系人群组。
步骤 810、 终止处理。 示, 用户打开联系人应用程序界面后, 通过 3个手指的触摸而选定 3个联系 人气泡(分别表示为联系人 A、 B、 C ), 三个手指合拢以使得 3个联系人在触 摸屏中接触到一起, 移动终端弹出对话框: "是否将联系人 A、 B、 C建立群 组? "。 然后用户根据自己的意愿选择是或者否。
本发明实施例解决了现有技术中建立联系人群组的方式操作步骤太繁 瑣, 导致操作时间太长的技术问题, 大大简化了建立联系人群组的操作方式, 提高了移动终端与用户之间的智能交互能力, 同时也提高了用户的操作体验。 实施例 9
本发明实施例还提供了一种在联系人应用程序界面建立联系人群组的另 一种方法, 如图 17所示, 该方法具体包括:
步骤 901、 设置联系人的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果 之间的对应关系; 步骤 902、 读取联系人;
步骤 903、 从本地或网络侧获取联系人的区别属性;
步骤 904、根据所述对应关系和区别属性, 确定联系人的图标的显示效果; 步骤 905、 根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
上述步骤中的具体技术方案在上述实施例中已经详细描述, 在此不再赘 述。
步骤 906、 获取用户在触摸屏中的手势信息, 并判断该手势信息是否为建 立联系人群组的操作指令, 若是则执行步骤 907, 若否则执行步骤 910。 所述 手势信息具体为用户在触摸屏中划定的某个区域的信息, 例如用户的手势信 息显示为一封闭区域, 为一个封闭的圓圈、 矩形等, 移动终端可以获取该手 势信息的位置信息, 获取该位置信息的具体计算方法可以参考上述实施例中 的方法, 在此不再赘述。
移动终端内预先存储了特定的手势信息与建立联系人群组的操作指令之 间的对应关系。 因此, 当用户的手势信息符合该对应关系时, 移动终端即获 取到建立联系人群组的操作指令。
步骤 907、获取用户选定联系人的操作指令及用户的操作轨迹。在上述实 施例中已经详述如何获取用户选定联系人的操作指令及获取用户的操作轨迹 的具体实现方案, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 908、判断选定的联系人气泡的位置信息是否位于手势信息所划定的 区域内, 若是则执行步骤 909, 若不是则执行步骤 910。 判断选定的联系人气 泡的位置信息是否位于手势信息所划定的区域内的方法与上述实施例的具体 方法相同, 在此不再赘述。

下面, 从用户操作的角度描述建立一个登山群组, 来说明本发明实施例 中的具体方案。 例如, 移动终端用户打开本发明实施例中的联系人应用程序 界面,想要建立一个名称为 "登山部落"的联系人群组。用户首先在触摸屏中划 出一个圓形区域, 移动终端识别出该手势信息为建立联系人群组的手势信息, 在触摸屏中提示需要用户输入联系人群组的名称。 用户可以在输入联系人群 组名称 "登山部落"之后,用手指触摸触摸屏中的联系人气泡来选定联系人并将 该联系人气泡拖动到圓形区域内, 这样便完成了将一个联系人添加进入联系 人群组 "登山部落"的操作。如果用户还想继续添加其他联系人到该联系人群组 中, 则可以再次选定其他联系人气泡并拖动至圓形区域内, 便将另一个联系 人添加到该群组中。 当然, 也可以同时选定多个联系人气泡, 同时将该多个 联系人气泡拖到圓形气泡中, 完成一次添加多个联系人到群组中的操作。 如 图 18所示, 为本发明实施例的一个用户操作的显示效果图。
可以理解的是, 用户也可以不输入联系人群组名称而直接选定联系人气 泡并拖动到圓形区域内。 如果用户预先为每个联系人设置了联系人属性, 则 可以由移动终端根据该属性来生成群组名称。 联系人属性是用户自己设置的 一些联系人标签, 用户输入的各种非空值的字符可以作为联系人属性。 例如 用户在创建联系人气泡的时候, 已经为该联系人添加了联系人属性为同事, 或者 Facebook, 则在按照本发明实施例建立联系人群组时, 移动终端根据拖 动到圓形区域的所有联系人的共同具有的联系人属性或者分组属性, 自动生 成具有该共同联系人属性的群组名称。例如,用户拖动到圓形区域的联系人入、 B、 C均具有联系人属性家人, 则自动将该联系人群组定义为"家人"; 用户拖 动到圓形区域的联系人八、 B、 C均具有联系人属性 Facebook, 则自动将该联 系人群组定义为" Facebook"。在另外的一些实施例中,如果用户拖动到圓形区 域的联系人 A、 B、 C均具有联系人属性家人, 联系人 D、 E均具有联系人属 性 Facebook, 则移动终端可以将该五个联系人自动分成两个联系人群组, 一 个群组名称为: "家人", 包含以下联系人: A、 B、 C, 另一个群组名称为 "Facebook", 包括以下联系人: D、 E。
本发明实施例提供的建立联系人群组的方法, 操作简单, 极大地提高了 移动终端与用户之间的智能交互能力, 缩短了操作时间, 也提高了用户的使 用体验。 实施例 10

可以理解的是, 上述方法实施例中的描述也同样适用在本移动终端实施 例中。 另外, 在本装置实施例中, 联系人处理装置可以集成在移动终端的中 央处理器中, 成为中央处理器的一部分。
上述实施例中的移动终端可以是具有触摸屏的手机、平板电脑、 PDA (个 人数字助理)、 家庭信息机 ( Home information Display, HID ), 移动互联网设 备( Mobile Internet Device, HID )等终端设备。 可以理解的是, 如果移动终端 的触摸屏尺寸越大, 触摸屏材质越好, 处理器性能越好, 上述实施例中的联 系人应用程序界面中区别显示联系人的显示效果就越佳。 在本发明实施例中 推荐具有 3.5英寸以上的触摸屏的手机, 当然, 目前平板电脑也可以达到同样 的效果。

判断所述触摸点的位置信息是否落入所述联系人气泡内,若是则选定触摸 点落入的联系人气泡, 并获取选定的联系人气泡的操作轨迹;
判断所选定的联系人气泡之间是否有重叠区域,若有则执行建立联系人群 组的操作指令。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述处理方法还包括: 获取用户在触摸屏中的手势信息,并判断所述手势信息是否为建立联系人 群组的操作指令;
若是, 则获取用户选定联系人的操作指令;
获取用户的操作轨迹;
判断选定的联系人气泡的位置信息是否位于手势信息所划定的区域内,若 是则将所述联系人气泡所表示的联系人添加进入联系人群组。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的处理方法, 其特征在于, 判断所述手势信息是 否为建立联系人群组的操作指令包括:
预先存储手势信息与建立联系人群组操作指令之间的对应关系; 根据所获取的手势信息及所述对应关系,确定是否为建立联系人群组的操 作。
17、 一种移动终端, 包括射频收发天线、 通信模块和中央处理单元, 其特 征在于,所述移动终端还包括联系人处理装置,所述联系人处理装置具体包括: 存储模块, 用于存储联系人;
设置模块,用于设置联系人的区别属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示 效果之间的对应关系;
区别属性模块, 用于获取联系人的区别属性;
确定模块, 用于根据所述对应关系, 确定联系人的图标的显示效果; 显示模块, 用于根据确定的显示效果对联系人进行区别显示。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述区别属性包括分 组属性, 所述分组属性是用户为联系人设置的所属联系人群组的信息; 所述区 别属性模块具体用于获取联系人的分组属性;所述设置模块具体用于设置联系 人的分组属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的对应关系。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述区别属性包括联 系属性,所述联系属性为在一预定时间内移动终端用户与所述联系人进行通讯 的次数; 所述区别属性模块具体用于获取联系人的联系属性; 所述设置模块具 体用于设置联系人的联系属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的 对应关系不同。
20、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述区别属性包括位 置属性, 所述区别属性模块具体用于获取联系人的位置属性; 所述设置模块具 体用于设置联系人的位置属性的不同数值与联系人的图标的显示效果之间的 对应关系。
21、 如权利要求 17至 20任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述联系 人处理装置还包括:
第一获取模块, 用于获取用户对所述存储模块中的联系人的操作轨迹; 第一判断模块, 用于判断所述联系人是否与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区域; 呼叫模块,用于当判断模块判断出所述联系人与预设的呼叫区域有重叠区 域时对所述联系人的进行呼叫。
22、 如权利要求 17至 20任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述联系 人处理装置还包括:
第二获取模块, 用于获取选定联系人的操作指令, 并获取选定的联系人的 操作轨迹;
第二判断模块, 用于判断所选定的联系人之间是否有重叠区域; 群组模块,用于当第二判断模块判断出所选定的联系人之间有重叠区域时 执行建立联系人群组。
23、 如权利要求 17至 20任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述联系 人处理装置还包括:
第三获取模块, 用于获取用户在触摸屏中的手势信息;
第三判断模块, 用于判断所述手势信息是否为建立联系人群组的操作指 令;
第三获取模块还用于当所述第三判断模块判断出所述手势信息为建立联 系人群组的操作指令时获取用户选定联系人的操作指令;
第三判断模块还用于判断选定的联系人的位置信息是否位于手势信息所 划定的区域内;
群组模块,当所述第三判断模块判断出选定的联系人的位置信息是位于手 势信息所划定的区域内则将所述联系人添加进入联系人群组。
24、 如权利要求 17至 20任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动 终端为手机; 所述手机还包括: 射频电路、 麦克风、 扬声器、 电源;
所述射频电路, 用于建立手机与无线网络的通信, 实现手机与无线网络的 数据接收和发送;
所述麦克风, 用于采集声音并将采集的声音转化为声音数据, 以便所述手 机通过所述射频电路向无线网络发送所述声音数据;
所述扬声器,用于将所述手机通过所述射频电路从无线网络接收的声音数 据, 还原为声音并向用户播放该声音;
所述电源, 用于为所述手机的各个电路或器件供电。
