The first packing 107 is provided on the outer periphery of the filter texture 104. The second packing 108 is provided at the rear part of the dust box cover 106. The dust box cover 106 has a filter 105 that collects fine dust.
Then, the airtightness between the dust collection container body 102 and the filter texture 104 is maintained by bringing the dust collection container body 102 of the dust collection container 101 into contact with the first packing 107 with the lid 103 closed. is doing. In addition, the filter texture 104 of the lid 103 of the dust collection container 101 is brought into contact with the second packing 108 to maintain the airtightness between the filter texture 104 and the dust box cover 106. Thereby, the opening part of the rear part of the dust container main body 102 is obstruct | occluded, and the airtightness of the dust container 101 is maintained.
However, in order to maintain the airtightness of the dust collection container 101, the dust collection container 101 of the conventional vacuum cleaner has two first packing 107 and second packing 108 provided on the outer periphery of the filter texture 104. Packing is necessary. Therefore, there is a problem that the number of parts of the dust collection container 101 increases and the production cost of the dust collection container 101 increases.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outline of the cleaner body 1 mainly comprises a main body lower case 8 constituting the lower surface of the cleaner body 1 and an upper surface of the cleaner body 1, and a dust collection chamber 20 (FIG. 3). And a main body upper case 9 having a main body lid portion 10 that covers the upper surface of the main body in a freely openable and closable manner.
On the front side of the main body lid portion 10, a handle portion 10 a that opens and closes the main body lid portion 10 is provided.
The traveling wheels 11 of the cleaner main body 1 are rotatably attached to both side surfaces on the rear side of the main body lower case 8. A main body handle 13 that is held when the cleaner body 1 is carried is fixed to the upper case 9, and a winding button 14 is provided on the main body handle 13. A cord reel (not shown) having a power cord 12 connected to a power source is built in the rear portion of the cleaner body 1. Then, the cord reel winds the power cord 12 by operating the winding button 14.
Hereinafter, the internal configuration of the cleaner body 1 of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the main body of the cleaner provided with the dust collecting container in the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, an electric blower chamber 16 containing an electric blower 15 that generates suction air is provided at the rear of the cleaner body 1. The exhaust air of the electric blower 15 is exhausted from the exhaust port 1 b of the electric blower 15 through the electric blower chamber 16 to the outside of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 through the exhaust port 1 b at the rear of the cleaner main body 1. The electric blower 15 is fixed in the electric blower chamber 16 by a first motor support 17 provided at the front and a second motor support 18 provided at the rear, which are held by the main body lower case 8 and the main body upper case 9. Has been.
In addition, a dust collection chamber 20 is provided at the front of the cleaner body 1 to detachably store a dust collection container 19 that collects dust sucked by the suction air of the electric blower 15.
The dust collection chamber 20 and the electric blower chamber 16 are separated by a partition wall 1c provided in the main body lower case 8. At this time, the partition wall 1c is provided with a communication port (not shown) that allows the dust collection chamber 20 and the electric blower chamber 16 to communicate with each other. In addition, a packing 21 is provided on the outer periphery of a vent (not shown) provided in the partition wall 1c to maintain the airtightness between the rear portion of the dust collecting container 19 and the partition wall 1c. Thus, a ventilation passage 1 d for suction air that is discharged from the dust collection container 19 and reaches the electric blower chamber 16 is formed separately from the dust collection chamber 20.
Also, a dust collection amount display device 22 for notifying the user of the disposal time of the dust in the dust collection container 19 is attached to the inside of the main body lid portion 10 with, for example, a screw. The dust collection amount display device 22 is formed of a transparent material such as plastic, for example, and includes a pointer cylinder 25 having a pointer cylinder body 23 and a pointer valve 24, a pointer 26, and a pointer spring 27. The pointer cylinder body 23 has a communication port 23a that communicates with the dust collection chamber 20 at one end, and a pointer valve 24 is provided at the other end. In the pointer cylinder main body 23, a pointer 26 that is displaced by a differential pressure between the negative pressure generated by the suction of the electric blower 15 and the atmospheric pressure, and a pointer spring 27 that urges the pointer 26 toward the atmospheric pressure side of the pointer cylinder 25. And are provided. The pointer valve 24 is formed with a communication passage 24 a that communicates the ventilation path 1 d and the inside of the pointer cylinder body 23.
Further, a window portion 28 for visually recognizing the operation of the pointer 26 when the cleaner 100 is operated is provided on the upper portion of the pointer cylinder main body 23. The main body lid portion 10 of the main body upper case 9 is provided with a window hole portion 29 at a position corresponding to the window portion 28 of the pointer 26 so that the user can visually recognize the operation of the pointer 26. .
Here, a notification method of the dust collection amount display device 22 for notifying the user of the timing for discarding the dust in the dust collection container 19 will be described below with reference to FIG.
First, when the operation of the electric blower 15 is started, suction wind is generated by the electric blower 15. Thereby, atmospheric pressure is applied to the communication port 23 a side of the dust collection amount display device 22, and negative pressure is applied to the pointer valve 24 side of the dust collection amount display device 22. At this time, when the amount of dust accumulated in the dust collection container 19 increases to a certain level or more, the negative pressure applied to the pointer valve 24 side of the dust collection amount display device 22 and the communication port 23a of the dust collection amount display device 22 are displayed. The differential pressure from the atmospheric pressure applied to the side becomes larger than the urging force of the pointer spring 27. Then, the pointer 26 moves to the pointer valve 24 side and stops at the position of the window portion 28. Thus, the dust collection amount display device 22 notifies the user of the timing for discarding the dust in the dust collection container 19.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the dust collecting container 19 of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the dust collection container according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the dust collecting container according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the dust collection container in the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part showing another form of the dust collecting container according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the lid and filter part of the dust collecting container in the first embodiment of the present invention.
4 and 5, the dust collection container 19 includes a dust collection container body 30 having an inlet 30a and an opening 30b, a lid 31 that covers the opening 30b so as to be opened and closed, and a lid 31. And a filter part 32 provided.
A cleaning brush 44 having a brush body 50 is detachably attached to the side surface of the dust collecting container body 30. The cleaning brush 44 uses the brush body 50 to remove dust attached to the primary filter portion 35 and the secondary filter portion 36.
Further, the first bearing portion 33 provided at the rear portion of the lower surface of the dust container main body 30 supports the first shaft portion 34 provided at the lower surface of the lid 31 so as to be rotatable. Thereby, the cover body 31 is rotatably attached to the dust container main body 30.
In the front part of the dust collecting container body 30, an inlet 30a through which dust flows is provided in communication with the suction port 1a of the cleaner body 1 shown in FIG.
In the rear part of the dust container main body 30 (downstream of the dust container main body 30), an opening 30b covered with an openable / closable lid 31 is provided. On the upstream side of the lid body 31 (on the dust collection container body 30 side of the lid body 31), a filter unit 32 that collects dust attached to the lid body 31 with a fixing member such as a screw is disposed. .
The filter unit 32 includes a primary filter unit 35 that collects coarse dust and a secondary filter unit 36 that collects fine dust. The secondary filter portion 36 is disposed on the downstream side of the primary filter portion 35, that is, on the lid body 31 side of the primary filter portion 35.
And the primary filter part 35 is arrange | positioned so that the outer periphery of the secondary filter part 36 may be covered. Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the primary filter portion 35 is composed of, for example, a primary filter 37 formed in a mesh shape or a porous shape, and a primary filter frame body 38 that holds the primary filter 37. Yes.
Further, the secondary filter unit 36 includes, for example, a pleated secondary filter 39 and a secondary filter frame body 40 that holds the secondary filter 39.
This can sufficiently prevent clogging of the secondary filter portion 36 due to coarse dust. As a result, more dust can be reliably collected by the filter unit 32 and the dust collection performance of the dust collection container 19 can be improved.
As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, for example, a sealing member 41 formed of a rod-like soft material having a square cross-sectional shape is provided on the lid 31 and is provided between the lid 31 and the filter portion 32, that is, the lid. 31 and the secondary filter frame 40 of the secondary filter section 36. At this time, the seal member 41 is sealed in contact with at least the filter portion 32 and the dust collection container body 30, and the airtightness between the lid body 31 and the filter section 32 and the dust collection container body 30 and the lid body are sealed. The airtightness between 31 is maintained. As the soft material, for example, rubber or elastomer is preferable. However, any material can be used as long as the contact rib 42 and the tight rib 43 are hard enough to bite into the seal member 41 and the airtightness of the dust collecting container 19 can be maintained. There is no particular limitation.
As described above, the airtightness of the dust collecting container 19 can be reliably maintained only by the seal member 41 disposed between the lid 31 and the filter portion 32, and the number of parts of the dust collecting container 19 can be reduced. Can do. As a result, the production cost of the dust collecting container 19 can be reduced.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the secondary filter frame body 40 at a position where it comes into contact with the seal member 41 of the secondary filter portion 36 is provided with a contact rib 42 protruding toward the seal member 41 side. Yes.
Thereby, compared with the case where the contact rib 42 is not provided in the filter part 32, the dust collection container main body 30 and the filter part 32 can be sealed more reliably by biting the contact rib 42 into the seal member 41. . As a result, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the dust from leaking between the filter portion 32 and the seal member 41 and to improve the reliability of the dust collecting container 19.
Also, the dust collecting container main body 30 at a position in contact with the seal member 41 is provided with a tight rib 43 protruding toward the lid 31 side. The tight rib 43 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the dust collecting container main body 30 with respect to the contact rib 42.
At this time, when suction air is generated by the electric blower 15 in a state where the dust collection container 19 is attached to the cleaner body 1, the inside of the dust collection container 19 becomes negative pressure due to the suction air generated by the electric blower 15. The dust container main body 30 moves to the lid body 31 side. For this reason, the tight rib 43 provided in the dust container main body 30 moves to the seal member 41 side, and the tight rib 43 and the seal member 41 are pressed against each other (see arrow A in FIG. 6). The area in which the tight rib 43 of the dust collecting container body 30 in the state where the vacuum cleaner 100 is operating bites into the seal member 41 is the tight rib 43 of the dust collecting container body 30 in the state where the vacuum cleaner 100 is not operating. It becomes larger than the area which bites into 41.
Thereby, in a state where the opening 30b provided in the rear portion of the dust collection container main body 30 is closed by the lid 31, the tight rib 43 is bitten into the seal member 41, and the dust collection container main body 30 and the seal member 41 are Improve adhesion. As a result, it is possible to sufficiently prevent dust from leaking between the dust container main body 30 and the seal member 41 and further improve the reliability of the dust container 19.
Note that the abutment ribs 42 provided on the filter portion 32 and the tight ribs 43 of the dust collecting container body 30 do not necessarily have to bite into the seal member 41, and may only abut. In this case, if the contact area between the contact rib 42 and the tight rib 43 and the seal member 41 is made larger than usual, the same effect as described above can be obtained.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, when the operation of the vacuum cleaner 100 is not started and the cover 31 is in contact with the seal member 41, the dust container main body 30 and the cover 31 are interposed. May be configured such that a gap T is formed. The gap T may be about 0.1 to 1 mm, for example, and is particularly preferably about 0.2 to 0.5 mm, but is not particularly limited.
Thus, when the dust collecting container 19 is attached to the cleaner body 1 and the operation of the vacuum cleaner 100 is started, the amount of pressure contact between the dust collecting container body 30 and the seal member 41 is increased. Adhesion with the seal member 41 can be improved. As a result, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the dust from leaking between the dust container main body 30 and the lid 31, and to reliably maintain the airtightness between the dust container main body 30 and the seal member 41. And the reliability of the dust collecting container 19 can be improved.
The operation and action of the vacuum cleaner 100 having the dust collecting container 19 configured as described above will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1, 3, and 5.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the operation of the vacuum cleaner 100 is started, suction air is generated by the electric blower 15. Dust on the surface to be cleaned such as the floor is sucked into the cleaner main body 1 through the suction tool 2, the extension pipe 3, the hose 4, and the suction port 1a by the suction air. The dust sucked into the cleaner body 1 flows into the dust collecting container 19 from the inlet 30a of the dust collecting container 19 as shown in FIG. When the inflowing dust passes through the filter unit 32, first, coarse dust of dust is collected by the primary filter unit 35, and fine dust of dust is collected by the secondary filter unit 36. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, only the air of the suction air in which the dust is collected flows into the electric blower 15 through the ventilation path 1 d provided at the rear portion of the dust collection container 19. The air that has flowed into the electric blower 15 is discharged from the discharge port 15 a of the electric blower 15 into the electric blower chamber 16. The discharged air is discharged to the outside of the cleaner body 1 through an exhaust port 1b provided at the rear portion of the cleaner body 1. Thereby, the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned.
When the amount of dust accumulated in the dust collection container 19 increases and exceeds a certain amount, the dust collection time display device 22 notifies the dust disposal timing of the dust collection container 19 by the following method.
That is, as described above, the pressure between the negative pressure applied to the pointer valve 24 side of the dust collection amount display device 22 provided in the main body lid 10 and the atmospheric pressure applied to the communication port 23a side of the dust collection amount display device 22. The difference becomes larger than the urging force of the pointer spring 27. Therefore, the notification is made when the pointer 26 of the dust collection amount display device 22 moves toward the pointer valve 24 and stops at the position of the window portion 28.
At this time, the user visually observes the window portion 28 of the dust collection amount display device 22 from the window hole portion 29 of the main body lid portion 10 in the position of the pointer 26, and when it is below the needle 26, Judge that it is time to dispose of dust. Then, the user opens the main body lid portion 10 of the main body upper case 9 with the handle portion 10a, removes the dust collecting container 19 from the cleaner body 1, and discards the dust accumulated in the dust collecting container 19.
Here, when suction air is generated by the electric blower 15 in a state where the dust collection container 19 is attached to the cleaner body 1, the inside of the dust collection container 19 becomes negative pressure by the suction air generated by the electric blower 15. Become. For this reason, outside air is sucked into the inside of the dust collecting container 19 from the gap between the dust collecting container body 30 and the lid 31 and the gap between the lid 31 and the filter part 32. If outside air flows into the dust collecting container 19 from the gap between the dust collecting container body 30 and the lid 31 and the gap between the lid 31 and the filter portion 32, suction by the electric blower 15 by suction air is performed. Power is reduced. As a result, the vacuum cleaner 100 may not be able to efficiently suck the dust on the surface to be cleaned with the suction tool 2.
According to the present embodiment, the filter unit 32 and the dust container main body 30 are in contact with the seal member 41 provided between the lid 31 and the filter unit 32. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent outside air from flowing into the dust container 19 between the dust container main body 30 and the lid 31 and between the lid 31 and the filter portion 32. As a result, airtightness between the dust container main body 30 and the lid 31 and between the lid 31 and the filter portion 32 can be reliably maintained.
(Embodiment 2)
The dust container according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10.
FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part of the lid and the filter part of the dust collecting container in the second embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment is an embodiment in that a fitting concave portion 45 is provided in the primary filter portion 35 of the dust collecting container 19 and a fitting convex portion 46 that is fitted to the fitting concave portion 45 is provided in the secondary filter portion 36. Different from 1.
That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the fitting recess 45 is provided inside the primary filter frame 38 of the primary filter portion 35, and the position corresponding to the fitting recess 45 of the secondary filter frame 40 of the secondary filter portion 36. In addition, a fitting convex portion 46 is provided. And when the primary filter part 35 is attached to the secondary filter part 36, the fitting convex part 46 of the secondary filter part 36 fitted with the fitting recessed part 45 of the primary filter part 35 fits. As a result, the primary filter unit 35 is held by the secondary filter unit 36.
The operation of discarding the dust accumulated in the dust collecting container 19 configured as described above will be described below with reference to FIG.
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a dust disposal operation of the dust collecting container in the second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 10, when discarding the dust accumulated in the dust collecting container 19, first, the lid 31 provided rotatably on the dust collecting container 19 is rotated, and the rear part of the dust collecting container main body 30 is rotated. The opening 30b provided in is opened. Then, the dust collection container 19 is held so that the opening 30 b faces downward, and the dust accumulated in the dust collection container 19 is discharged from the opening 30 b to the outside of the dust collection container 19. At this time, when the dust collection container 19 is held such that the opening 30b of the dust collection container body 30 faces downward, the upstream side of the primary filter part 35 and the secondary filter part 36 is also held downward. Therefore, when the primary filter part 35 is not held by the secondary filter part 36, the primary filter part 35 may be detached from the secondary filter part 36 due to its own weight.
Accordingly, in the present embodiment, the fitting concave portion 45 provided in the primary filter frame body 38 is fitted into the fitting convex portion 46 provided in the secondary filter frame body 40 so that the primary filter portion 35 is made into the secondary filter. It is configured to be held by the part 36. Thereby, the primary filter part 35 can be reliably held by the secondary filter part 36 when the dust is thrown away, and the primary filter part 35 can be prevented from being detached from the secondary filter part 36. As a result, it is possible to improve the usability of the dust collection container 19 such as workability and operability when throwing away the garbage.
In the present embodiment, the configuration in which the fitting concave portion 45 is provided in the primary filter frame 38 and the fitting convex portion 46 is provided in the secondary filter frame 40 has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Any structure that can hold the primary filter unit 35 in the secondary filter unit 36 may be used. For example, the primary filter frame body 38 may be provided with a fitting convex portion, and the secondary filter frame body 40 may be provided with a fitting concave portion. Thereby, the same effect can be acquired.
In the present embodiment, the fitting concave portion 45 is a semicircular concave portion and the fitting convex portion 46 is a semicircular convex portion, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the cross-sectional shapes of the fitting concave portion 45 and the fitting convex portion 46 may be quadrangular or triangular, and are arbitrary as long as they can be fitted. Thereby, the same effect can be acquired.
In the present embodiment, the fitting recess 45 and the fitting protrusion 46 are described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a plurality of primary filter portions 35 and secondary filter portions 36 may be provided on the entire circumference, and the combination of the concave and convex portions is arbitrary in two or more pairs. Thereby, the primary filter part 35 is firmly held by the secondary filter part 36.
(Embodiment 3)
A dust container according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the dust collecting container according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention during cleaning. FIG. 12 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part at the time of cleaning the filter part of the dust collecting container in the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 13: is a perspective view at the time of the cleaning of the filter part of the dust collecting container in Embodiment 3 of this invention.
In the vacuum cleaner of the present embodiment, the primary filter frame 38 of the primary filter portion 35 of the dust collecting container 19 is rotatably attached to the secondary filter portion 36, and the contact protrusion 49 is provided on the primary filter frame 38. It differs from the electric vacuum cleaner of Embodiment 1 in the point provided.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the second bearing portion 47 provided in the secondary filter frame body 40 is rotatable to the second shaft support portion 48 provided in the primary filter frame body 38. It is supported. Thereby, the primary filter frame 38 is rotatably attached to the secondary filter portion 36.
Further, an abutting protrusion 49 is provided on the lower part on the upstream side of the primary filter part 35, that is, on the lower part on the dust collecting container 19 side of the primary filter part 35. When the primary filter portion 35 is rotated toward the dust container main body 30 (in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 11) with the lid 31 open, the contact protrusion 49 contacts the end 31a of the lid 31. Fixed in contact. That is, when the primary filter portion 35 is rotated in the direction of arrow B, a part of the lid body 31 is deformed, and the contact protrusion 49 slides into the end portion of the lid body 31, and the end portion 31a of the lid body 31 is moved. The primary filter portion 35 is held by the end 31 a of the lid 31 by the contact protrusion 49 of the primary filter portion 35 being deformed. When the primary filter 35 is returned to the original position (rotated in the direction opposite to the arrow B), the contact protrusion 49 deforms and pushes up the end 31a of the lid 31 to The contact projection 49 is released from the end 31a. And while the edge part 31a of the cover body 31 returns, the primary filter part 35 will return to the state which comprises the filter part 32 combined with the secondary filter part 36. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 11, a convex streak portion 50 may be provided on the upper portion of the primary filter portion 35. Thereby, the area which a user touches the primary filter part 35 to which dust adhered can be made small, and the usability of the dust collecting container 19 can be improved.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper part 35a of the primary filter part 35 may be formed so as to be inclined downward toward the upstream side. Specifically, the upper part 35a of the primary filter part 35 is inclined so that the opening part 30b side becomes a lower position from the seal member 41 side toward the opening part 30b side.
Thereby, when the user cleans the primary filter part 35, the dust adhering to the upper surface and the inner surface of the primary filter part 35 becomes easy to drop, and the primary filter part 35 can be easily cleaned. As a result, the usability of the dust collection container 19 can be improved.
The operation after discarding the dust accumulated in the dust collecting container 19 configured as described above will be described below with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 13, first, the user cleans the dust adhering to the primary filter 37 and the secondary filter 39 using the cleaning brush 44 shown in FIG. 4 arranged on the side surface of the dust collecting container body 30. To do. At this time, when cleaning the dust adhering to the secondary filter 39, the fitting of the primary filter part 35 and the secondary filter part 36 is released, and the primary filter part 35 is rotated via the second shaft support part 48. The primary filter part 35 and the secondary filter part 36 are opened by moving. Then, the contact protrusion 49 of the primary filter portion 35 is fixed in contact with the end 31a of the lid 31 to maintain the open state.
In the above embodiment, the filter unit 32 is attached to the lid 31 with, for example, a screw, but is not limited thereto. For example, a configuration in which the lid 31 is simply fitted into the filter portion 32 may be adopted. Thereby, since the filter part 32 and the cover body 31 can be isolate | separated easily, the cleaning in the filter part 32 can be performed easily.
The dust collection container of the present invention can be suitably applied to the fields and applications of household vacuum cleaners and industrial vacuum cleaners by using dust collection containers with reduced production costs.
