Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Kühlen eines rieselfähigen oder fließfähigen Produktes mit einem Behälter (1) zur Aufnahme und zum Fördern des rieselfähigen oder fließfähigen Produktes, einer Mehrzahl von Kühlzonen (13a, 13b, 13c) die entlang des Behälters (1) in Förderrichtung des rieselfähigen oder fließfähigen Produktes ausgebildet sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Kühlzonen (13a, 13b, 13c) so ausgestaltet, dass sie unabhängig voneinander mit einem jeweiligen Kühlmedium (15a, 15b, 15c) versorgt werden können. Die Vorrichtung umfasst des weiteren ein Steuermittel, um die Kühlleistung der einzelnen Kühlzonen (13a, 13b, 13c) unabhängig voneinander zu steuern.
