Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung elektrischer Zellen für elektrochemische Energiespeichervorrichtungen, wobei das Herstellungsverfahren die Schritte umfasst: (S1a) Zuführen eines Anodenbandes, (S1b) Zuführen eines Kathodenbandes (20), (S1c) Zuführen eines Separatorenbandes (30), bevorzugt zweier Separatorenbänder, (S3a) Ausstanzen eines Anodenelementes aus dem Anodenband, (S3b) Ausstanzen eines Kathodenelementes aus dem Kathodenband (20), (S5) Schneiden des Separatorenbandes (30), bevorzugt der zwei Separatorenbänder, in Separatorenelemente, (S6a) Aufbringen eines Anodenelementes auf ein erstes Separatorenelement zur Bildung eines Anoden-Separatoren-Elementes, (S6b) Aufbringen eines Kathodenelementes auf ein zweites Separatorenelement zur Bildung eines Kathoden-Separatoren-Elementes, und (S7) Stapeln einer Anodenzahl von Anoden-Separatoren-Elementen und einer Kathodenzahl von Kathoden-Separatoren-Elementen zu einem Anoden-Separatoren-Kathoden-Separatoren-Stapel.
