如图 1、 2所示, 一种袋装水自动导入控制器件, 分别安装于机盖 (4) 的两侧及机体 ( 12)两侧 的中心位置上, 随着盖子的启闭和水量的变化, 袋装水自动导入控制器都会作相应的反应。

[0030] 如图 3所示, 是本发明所述的水包装载时的工位一。 当打开盖子时, 导入篮(13)会自动 跃升, 并被锁定于装水状态的工位三; 其动作程序为: 开启机盖 (4), 安装于(01)位上的锁匙
( 5), 随机盖(4)的开启而同步上升, 这时, 锁匙 ( 5)的斜面, 作用于锁舌(7), 锁舌(7)因 受锁匙(5)斜面的挤压, 作后退的运动, 因锁匙(5)后退而縮进, 原受阻于锁舌(7)下的、 处 于限位状态的导入篮(13), 因锁舌(7)的缩进, 而解除了限制, 并在总成弹簧(16)的作用下, 突然跃升至装水位; 然而, 当锁匙(5)完全退出时, 锁舌(7)因解除了锁匙(5)的挤压, 锁舌 (7)在锁舌簧(9) 的作用下, 重新复位, 锁舌(7) 的前端重新伸出锁壳体 (8) 并插入跃升后 的导入篮 (13) 的导入篮锁舌孔(6) 中, 导入篮(13)被锁定于工位一。
[0031] 如图 5所示, 是本发明所述的水包负荷处于 1/3时的工位二。 当水包负荷处于 1/3时, 在取 液总成弹簧(16)弹力作用下, 导入篮(13)开始徐徐上升, 当上升至锁舌(7) 凸出的前端时, 上升受阻, 即行停止, 这时水包底恰好与在取液总成(03) 中的取水头(14) 的取液孔相齐平, 以利饮水的完全输出, 此为工位二。
[0032] 如图 4所示, 是本发明的水包瞬间精准到位时的工位三。 当机盖 (4)落卜时, 锁匙(5) 瞬间插入锁舌(7) 巾, 在锁匙(5)斜面的作用下, 锁舌(7) 因受锁匙 (5)斜面的挤压, 作后 退的运动而縮进, 原锁定于的锁舌(7)上的装有水包的满荷状态的导入篮(13), 因水包自重力 的重力作用, 瞬间跌落, 被伺服于取液总成 (03)中的取水头 (14)精准刺入, 满荷状态的导入篮 ( 13) 处于机体的最低位, 完成简单且可靠的上水操作, 此为工位三。

1.一种袋装水自动导入控制器, 包括: 上盖安装部(01 )、 机体安装部 (02)、 取液总成(03)、 儿 锁钮(1 )、儿锁簧(2)、儿锁杆(3)、机盖 (4)、锁匙(5)、儿童锁舌孔(6' )、导入篮锁舌孔(6)、 锁舌(7)、锁壳体(8)、锁舌簧(9)、方导柱(10)、控制锁安装位(11 )、机体(12)、导入篮(13)、 取液头(14)、 弹簧罩(15)、 总成弹簧 (16)、 弹簧座 (17)及环形限位器 (18); 其特征在于- 所述的机盖 (4)与机体(12)采用铰链结合; 所述的机盖 (4)两侧的中心,是上盖安装部(01 ); 所述的安装部 (01 )上, 安装有儿童锁的儿锁钮(1 )、 儿锁簧(2)、 儿锁杆(3)、 锁匙(5)及儿 童锁舌孔 (6' ); 所述的上盖安装部 (01 )上, 还安装有锁匙(5), 所述的锁匙 (5), 呈 "刀形" 结构, 锁匙(5) 的 "刀柄"部, 插入机盖安装位(01 )专设的位置上, 锁匙(5)的 "刀刃"部, 呈 45° 的斜角, 以利锁匙(5)驱动锁舌(7)的进退: 所述的机体(12)两侧的中心位上, 设有 导入篮(13)的方导柱(10), 方导柱(10)呈中空方形, 所述的中空方形的上方孔, 即是控制锁 安装位(11 ), 控制锁安装位(U )上, 安装有控制器的锁舌 (7)、 锁壳体 (8)及锁舌簧 (9): 方导柱(10) 的两侧还设有与导入篮 (13)上互相配合的二条凸棱; 所述的导入篮(13)两侧的中 心, 设有与方导柱(10)配套的耳轨, 耳轨的上方设有导入篮锁舌孔(6), 锁舌(7)可进入锁舌 孔(6) 中; 所述的导入篮(13)可被锁定并悬挂在锁舌(7) K: 所述的耳轨的两内侧卜., 还设 有与方导柱 (10)上二条凸棱能互相配偶的, 以规矩导入篮(13)顺着方导柱(10)作垂直运动 的短棱; 所述的导入篮(13)的底部中心设有圆孔, 取液头(14)能伸入其中; 所述的机体(12) 底部的中心, 安装有取液总成 (03), 所述的取液总成(03), 由取水头 (14)、 弹簧罩(15)、 弹 簧座 ( 17) 及总成弹簧(16)组成; 所述的伺服式取水头(14)資于取液总成(03) 的中心; 所 述的弹簧罩(15)呈 Π状结构, 弹簧罩(15)的下方设有限升环环形限位器 (18); 所述的弹簧罩
( 15) 下边, 设有总成弹簧(16), 弹簧罩(15), 置于弹簧座(17)之中。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的袋装水自动导入控制器, 其特征在于, 所述的机体安装部 (02)上, 安装 有- 锁舌(7)、 锁壳体(8)及锁舌簧(9); 所述的锁舌(7), 呈中空的、 方块状的 " 4 "结构, 锁匙(5) 能插入其巾; 所述的锁舌 (7) 的后方, 设有锁舌簧(9), 所述的锁舌簧(9), 固定在 锁壳体(8) 内侧专设的锁舌簧(9)的固定柱上; 所述的锁舌(7), 在锁舌簧(9)的作用下, 在 锁壳体(8) 中能作前进和后退的活动: 所述的锁壳体 (8) 的上面及前侧面设有缺口, 锁匙(5) 能从上面的缺口插入, 锁舌(7) 能从前侧面的缺口处伸出: 锁壳体(8)上面不开缺口的部分, 还设有儿锁杆(3) 的插入孔; 所述的锁舌(7)及锁舌簧(9)安装在锁壳体 (8) 中; 所述的锁 壳体(8), 胶接安装于机体安装部 (02)的控制锁安装位 (II ) 中。
3.根据权利要求 1和 2所述的袋装水自动导入控制器,其特征在于,所述的儿童锁, 由儿锁钮(1)、 儿锁簧(2)及儿锁杆(3)组成, 其特征在于: 所述的儿锁杆(3)呈"圆棒"状, "圆棒 "的上端设 有与儿锁钮 U )相销接的销子孔, "圆棒 "的下方设有儿锁簧(2)的挡环, 形成儿锁簧(2)的着 力点, 儿锁簧(2) 的另一个着力点设于带有儿锁杆(3) 穿透孔的机盖 (4) 下, 儿锁杆(3) 的 上部穿透机盖 (4)上的预设孔, 被儿锁钮 (1)所销定; 所述的儿锁钮 (1)呈" r "状, 设有长短 边, 以控制儿锁杆 (3) 的升降。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的袋装水自动导入控制器, 其特征在于, 所述的弹簧罩(15), 呈" Π"状结 构, 弹簧罩(15)的中心, 留有取水头(14)伸入的圆柱孔, 弹簧罩(15)的下方, 设有限定" Π" 状弹簧罩(15)上升高度的环形限位器(18); 所述的总成弹簧(16), 位于弹簧罩(15)的卜 -方, 总成弹簧 ( 16)的动作弹力, 设定为 8公斤; 所述的弹簧座(17)的巾心, 还设有与取水头(14) 相连接的进液管, 形成饮机的进水通道,进水通道的側旁, 设有排水管口, 以便排除机体的枳水。
