随着无线技术的发展, 通过无线上网的用户越来越多, 怎样合理的对无 线网络用户收费, 是现有技术中要解决的问题。 现有网络中对用户的计费类 型分为预付费及后付费, 计费方式分为时长计费、 流量计费以及时长 +流量计 费。
其中, 在预付费的模式下, 对无线网络用户按时长进行收费的方法是: 当移动终端的网络账户处于激活状态后, 网关记录移动终端的上网时间, 在 用户退出账户激活状态时, 将移动终端的上网时长告知计费装置, 使计费装 置统计使用费用。
在对现有技术进行分析后, 发明人发现现有技术至少具有如下缺点: 在 预付费的模式下, 按时长进行收费时, 网关在帐户被激活后开始统计, 直到 移动终端退出激活状态才向计费装置发出计费通知, 在此段时间计费装置的 收费标准一直是移动终端用户所占用的网络资源处于激活状态的收费标准, 但是在网关统计的过程中, 移动终端所占用的网络资源实际可能是处于空闲 的状态, 如果将这段空闲时间仍按原有的收费标准进行计费, 显然对网络用 户是不公平的。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种计费方法、 装置、 网关和系统。 所述技术方案 如下:

本发明实施例提供的技术方案的有益效果是:在按时长预付费的模式下, 计费装置根据获取到的移动终端所占用网络资源的实际使用状态, 调整收费 标准, 并根据时长进行收费, 切实从用户的利益出发, 更好的维护了用户的 利益。 参见图 2, 本实施例提供了一种计费方法, 包括:
步骤 201 : 网关接收移动终端发起的激活请求。
其中, 移动终端发起激活请求后, 移动终端的网络账户被激活, 移动终 端所占用的网络资源处于激活状态, 此时网关记录移动终端的上网时间, 此 处属于现有技术, 本实施例在此不再详述。
步骤 202: 当网关获取到移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的消 息后, 向计费装置发送 online access request消息。
本实施例中,以 Wimax网络中预付费用户进入空闲 /退出状态为例进行说 明。 参见图 3 , 具体 Enter IDLE Mode步骤( 1-7 ) 的消息流程:
( 1 )基站发送 IM Entry MS State Change Request消息给网关, 用户请求 进入 IDLE状态。
( 2 ) 网关收到消息后, 判断是否允许用户进入 IDLE状态。

本实施例中, 计费装置接收到 online access request消息, 从该消息中菝 知移动终端所占用网络资源的状态信息, 如空闲状态或是激活状态。 其中, 如果消息中携带的 Update-Reason是移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状 态的信息, 则降低收费标准, 将收费标准调整为空闲状态时的收费标准; 如 果消息中携带的 Update-Reason是移动终端所占用的网络资源退出空闲状态 的信息, 即进入激活状态, 则提高收费标准, 将收费标准调整为激活状态时 的收费标准。
本实施例中, 在计费装置根据接收到的空闲状态信息调整收费标准后, 回复网关 online access accept消息,告知网关已进行了配额转换。其中具体消 息流程参见图 3中 EnterlDLE Mode下的消息流程(9 ): 计费装置收到 online access request信息后 , 给网关回复 online access accept。
本实施例中, 在移动终端占用的网络资源退出空闲状态时, 计费装置将 计费标准恢复为激活时的收费标准后, 也要向网关回复 online access accept 消息, 告知网关已进行了配额转换, 具体参见如图 3 中 Exit IDLE Mode下的 消息流程( 8' ): 计费装置收到 online access request信息后,给网关回复 online access accept。
其中, 步骤 202-203 为计费中心获取移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态 信息, 根据获取到的移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息调整收费标准, 并根据调整后的收费标准进行收费, 具体的: 计费装置可以根据调整后的收 费标准进行配额转换给网关下发相应的配额信息,实现按照用户状态预付费。
本实施例的有益效果是: 在网关获知移动终端进入或退出空闲状态后, 给计费装置发送状态通知, 使计费装置能通过用户对网络的实际使用情况调 整计费标准, 切实从用户的利益出发, 更好的维护了用户的利益。 参见图 4,本发明实施例提供了一种计费装置, 包括: 第一获取模块 301 , 计费模块 302。

网关 501 , 用于获取移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息, 并将获取 到的移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息发送给计费装置; 信息, 根据移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息调整收费标准, 并按时收 费。
其中, 网关具体用于当获取到移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息后, 向计费装置发送 online-access-request消息 ,;
计费 中 心 502 具体用 于接收 online-access-request 消 息, 从 online-access-request 消息中, 获知移动终端所占用网络资源的状态信息, 状 态信息包括进入或退出空闲状态的信息。
进一步地, 本实施例中, 网关 501具体用于当获取到移动终端所占用的 网络资源进入空闲状态的消息, 向计费装置发送移动终端所占用的网络资源 进入空闲状态的消息;
计费装置 502具体用于当接收到网关发送的移动终端所占用的网络资源 进入空闲状态的消息后, 降低收费标准, 将收费标准调整为空闲状态的收费 标准。
进一步地, 本实施例中, 网关 501具体用于当获取到移动终端所占用的 网络资源退出空闲状态的信息时, 向计费装置发送移动终端所占用的网络资 源退出空闲状态的消息;
计费装置 502具体用于当接收到网关发送的移动终端所占用的网络资源 退出空闲状态的消息后, 使计费装置提高收费标准, 将收费标准调整为激活 状态的收费标准。
本实施例的有益效果是: 在按时长预付费的模式下, 计费装置根据获取 到的移动终端所占用网络资源的实际使用状态, 调整收费标准, 并根据时长 进行收费, 切实从用户的利益出发, 更好的维护了用户的利益。 本实施例提供的网关、 装置和系统, 具体可以, 与方法实施例属于同一 构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案的全部或部分可以通过程序指令相关 的硬件来完成, 所述程序可以存储在可读取的存储介质中, 该存储介质包括:
ROM, RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

1、 一种计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息;
根据获取到的所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息调整收费标 准, 并根据所述收费标准进行收费。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取移动终端所占用 的网络资源的状态信息, 包括:
接收 online-access-request消息 , 从所述 online-access-request消息中, 菝 知移动终端所占用网络资源的状态信息, 所述状态信息包括进入或退出空闲 状态的信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据获取到的所述移 动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息调整收费标准, 包括:
当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的信息时, 降低 收费标准, 将所述收费标准调整为空闲状态的收费标准。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据获取到的所述移 动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息调整收费标准, 包括:
当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源退出空闲状态的信息时, 提高 收费标准, 将所述收费标准调整为激活状态的收费标准。
5、 一种计费装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
获取模块, 用于获取移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息;
计费模块, 用于根据获取到的所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信 息调整收费标准, 并根据所述收费标准进行收费。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的装置,其特征在于, 所述获取模块, 具体用于: 接收 online-access-request消息 , 从所述 online-access-request消息中, 菝 知移动终端所占用网络资源的状态信息, 所述状态信息包括进入或退出空闲 状态的信息。
7、根据权利要求 5所述的装置,其特征在于, 所述计费模块, 具体用于: 当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的信息时, 降低 收费标准, 将所述收费标准调整为空闲状态的收费标准。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 计费模块, 具体用于: 当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源退出空闲状态的信息时, 提高 收费标准, 将所述收费标准调整为激活状态的收费标准。
9、 一种网关, 其特征在于, 所述网关包括:
获取模块, 用于获取移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息;
发送模块, 用于向计费装置发送所述获取到的移动终端所占用的网络资 源的状态信息, 使所述计费装置根据所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态 信息调整收费标准, 并根据所述收费标准进行收费。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的网关, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具体用 于:
当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息后, 向计费装置发 送 online-access-request消息 , 使所述计费装置从所述 online-access-request消 息中, 获知所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息, 所述状态信息包括 进入或退出空闲状态的信息。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的网关, 其特征在于, 当获取到所述移动终端 所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的信息时, 所述发送模块, 具体用于:
向计费装置发送所述移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的信息, 使所述计费装置降低收费标准,将所述收费标准调整为空闲状态的收费标准。
12、 根据权利要求 4所述的网关, 其特征在于, 当获取到所述移动终端 所占用的网络资源退出空闲状态的信息时, 所述发送模块, 具体用于: 向计费装置发送所述移动终端所占用的网络资源退出空闲状态的信息, 使所述计费装置提高收费标准,将所述收费标准调整为激活状态的收费标准。
13、 一种计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
网关, 用于获取移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息, 并将所述获取 到的移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息发送给计费装置;
计费装置, 用于获取所述网关发送的移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态 信息, 根据所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息调整收费标准, 并根 据所述收费标准进行收费。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述网关具体用于 当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源的状态信息后, 向计费装置发送 online-access-request消息;
所述计费中心具体用于接收 online-access-request 消息, 从所述 online-access-request消息中, 获知所述移动终端所占用网络资源的状态信息, 所述状态信息包括进入或退出空闲状态的信息。
15根据权利要求 13所述的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述网关具体用于 当获取到所述移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的消息, 向所述计费 装置发送所述移动终端所占用的网络资源进入空闲状态的消息;
