Description
非特許文献1に開示されているように、MTC-IWFは、SDT及びMTCデバイストリガのためのCDRを生成することができる。本実施の形態は、MTC-IWFによるCDRの生成及び送信に関する解決策を紹介する。図1にアーキテクチャを示す。
MTC-IWF 40とオンライン課金のためのOCF 31との間には、リファレンスポイントRoiがある。MTC-IWF 40とオフライン課金のためのCDF 32との間には、リファレンスポイントRfiがある。CDRを送信するために、MTC-IWF 40は、OCF 31又はCDF 32のアドレスが設定されている。これは、オンライン課金であるかオフライン課金であるかをMTC-IWF 40が区別できるように、オペレータによって決定され得る。
MTC-IWF 40において課金するための事前設定ルールを提案する。SDTメッセージ又はMTCデバイストリガメッセージを受信すると、MTC-IWF 40は、適切にCDRを生成するために、そのメッセージがSD(Small Data)又はデバイストリガを運ぶかどうか、及びペイロードサイズを検証する。
UEからのアップリンクSD(MO-SD)、ダウンリンクSD(MT-SD)、及びMTCデバイストリガ(TRIGGER)、の3種類のイベントを作ることを提案する。
VPLMN(Visited PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network))にMTC-IWFがある場合、VPLMNにおけるMTC-IWF(V-MTC-IWF)は、MTCデバイストリガ、MO及びMT SDTのカウントを記録し、CDRを生成して送信するように構成されてもよい。メカニズムはローミングしないケースと同様である。
CDRの伝送のために、MTC-IWFとOCF/CDFとの間の新たなインタフェース(Roi及びRfi)が定義される。
MTC-IWFは、OCF又はCDFのアドレスが設定される。
カウンタは、MTC-IWFにおいて、MO及びMT SDT、又はMTCデバイストリガの伝送課金のために定義及び設定される。
MTC-IWFは、課金のための情報を記録する。
MTC-IWFは、CDR生成のために、どのCDRを生成するかを決定するためのイベントトリガが設定される。
MO SDT課金のためのMO-SD-CDR、MT SDT課金のためのMT-SD-CDR、及びMTCデバイストリガ伝送課金のためのTRIGGER-CDR、という新たなCDRが定義される。
MTC-IWFは、CDRにおいて可能であれば、CDRタイプ、カウンタ、UE識別子、及び加入者IDを、新たに定義したインタフェースを介して、オンライン及びオフラインの別々の課金のためにOCF又はCDFへ伝送する。

Claims (4)
- UE(User Equipment)と、第1のネットワークノードとを含むモバイル通信システムに用いるVPLMN(Visited PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network))内の第2のネットワークノードであって、
ローミングの場合に、前記第1のネットワークノードから、課金をするか否かに関するインジケータを含むメッセージを受信する受信部と、
前記メッセージを前記UEに対して送信する送信部と、
前記インジケータに基づいて、前記VPLMN内の第2のネットワークノードのアドレスをフィールドに含むCDR(Charging Data Record)を発生する制御部と、
を有する第2のネットワークノード。 - UE(User Equipment)と、第1のネットワークノードとを含むモバイル通信システムに用いるVPLMN(Visited PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network))内の第2のネットワークノードの通信方法であって、
ローミングの場合に、前記第1のネットワークノードから、課金をするか否かに関するインジケータを含むメッセージを受信するステップと、
前記メッセージを前記UEに対して送信するステップと、
前記インジケータに基づいて、前記VPLMN内の第2のネットワークノードのアドレスをフィールドに含むCDR(Charging Data Record)を発生するステップと、
を有する、第2のネットワークノードの通信方法。 - 前記CDRは、CGF(Charging Gateway Function)に転送される、請求項1記載の第2のネットワークノード。
- 前記CDRは、Record Typeをフィールドに含む、
