但是该LED照明装置仅具有照明的功能,如果在一些特殊场所需要求一些特殊的功能时,如发射警示或是求救信号时,单纯的闪烁已无法达到该功能需求,如何令该LED照明装置更直接的实现求救信号显示或具有影像形成的趣味性便是本发明需要解决的问题,以提高该LED照明装置的功能性,本案便由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其不仅具有快速变换照明角度及亮度,同时可以实现投影警示或投影趣味的多种功能的切换。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,包括本体、电源装置、LED发光组件及一凸透镜;电源装置置于本体中,LED发光组件设在本体的前端,LED发光组件通过电路板与电源装置形成电源联接,凸透镜是设在该LED发光组件前方的光轴上,二者可产生相对的前后移动,并且该LED发光组件相对该凸透镜的距离变化是凸透镜的零至两倍焦距;其中在LED发光组件与凸透镜之间设有一透光的图文薄膜或薄片,凸透镜相对该图文薄膜或薄片可前后移动。

另外本发明提供更大范围的移动距离,因为图文薄膜或薄片4设置在LED发光组件3的前方,当发光能量较强时,我们需要考虑图文薄膜或薄片4可能烧焦,LED发光组件3与图文薄膜或薄片4可能有凸透镜5一倍焦距,这样需要通过调节凸透镜5与图文薄膜或薄片4焦距S2将图文薄膜或薄片4的图文投影在前方,且图文薄膜或薄片4设置更接近凸透镜5,这样凸透镜5的移动距离就需要非常大,图文可以是3D视觉投影,把图文膜做成丰富的图片,通过持续的移动透镜,把图文膜上的图片透过连续(无段)的移动,出现生动的图片变化,增加趣味性并有广告效应,亦或形成'SOS'字样以实现求救信号的作用。
请参阅图3,本发明实施例二,主要同实施例一,增加一个图文薄膜或薄片4的固定结构,该固定结构为一固定环41,其为一个环状固定圈,配有螺纹或卡钩,使薄膜或薄片4可以夹在41与本体1之间,随时按需要更换图文内容,这样可以直接把照片等图文片用在本装置上,可以是名人图、卡通图、节庆日标志等图片。
请参阅图4,本发明的实施例三,图文薄膜或薄片4可以用不同内容ILOVEYOU、HEART、STOP、NOSMOKING,TOILET、MAN、WOMAN等等进行切换,类似这些文字内容的图文薄膜或薄片4固定在一个可以旋转的支架12上,通过旋转图文薄膜或薄片4的支架12,改变投影内容,连续的移动滑套2上的透镜5与本体1之间距离,可以让图片大小变化,可以是投影内容的变化,内容的变化例如可以由MAN变为WOMAN,再变TOILET,按照设计者或用户的需要制定不同图文内容及投影次序。
请参阅图5,本发明的实施例四,在本装置的尾部或中部等不同的位置设置不同的固定结构,使得本装置可以安装在不同场合使用,可以是通过软管10悬挂固定,或装在万向支架固定,可以作为轨道灯等使用。
请参阅图6、7,本发明的实施例五,本装置设置在象鼻灯内使用,主要包括一象鼻灯本体13、滑套2、固定筒1,LED发光组件3、一图文薄膜或薄片4、一凸透镜5,该象鼻灯本体13之内部设有一电源装置,该滑套2在固定筒1上,可前后自由滑动,滑套2上设置一阻尼圈6,使该滑套2透过与阻尼圈6的磨擦力来定位,该滑套2后端大于固定筒1之前端内径,使该滑套2抵靠固定筒1,不会滑落。
请参阅图8,本发明的实施例六,为了完成更加复杂的系统的组合,可以做成多头装置,每单个装置可以指向不同位置,可以做不同组合,可以不同投影(不同图片)和不同照明要求(光斑大小和远近照明不同),完成多角度多方向的移焦定焦投影系统.
请参阅图9,本发明的实施例七,所述的固定装置是在实施例一的滑套上增加一螺丝孔(图中无标示),一固定螺丝14,固定装置滑套上增加了螺丝14;当滑套移动到特定位置时,锁紧滑套上的螺丝,滑套与本体之间无法移动,锁定在特定的光束角度,照射特定的范围。
请参阅图10,本发明的实施例八,所述的固定装置是将实施例一的滑套做成两部分,滑套2一端有一螺纹16,并有3个槽15,开槽部分有楔型结构,一固定套17,固定套17上的螺纹.当滑套移动到特定位置时,锁紧固定套17,滑套2的槽口收紧,楔型结构抓住本体1,滑套与本体之间无法移动,锁定在特定的光束角度.照射特定的范围。
综上所述,本发明通过在LED发光组件3与凸透镜5之间设置图文薄膜或薄片4,且该凸透镜5焦距可以相对LED光源3移动,该凸透镜3焦距也可以相对图文薄膜或薄片4移动,且该凸透镜3的焦距可以由LED成像移动到对图文薄膜或薄片4的成像;该凸透镜5焦距也可以由LED光源切换到图文薄膜或薄片,并该凸透镜5的焦距可以由LED成像切换到对图文薄膜或薄片4的成像,该图文薄膜或薄片4相对该凸透镜5的距离变化为该凸透镜5的零到两倍焦距内清晰成像处。
由此可见,本发明揭示的LED快速变集照明装置,其在实现照明需求的同时,又切换至投射影像的功能,本发明使焦距可在最大范围持续移动的移焦定焦照明功能和持续移动的移焦定焦投影功能产品的结合,且相对习知的投影装置具有突破性的改变,因习知的投影装置,包括外壳、电池、按钮和发光管,所述电池、按钮和发光管构成回路且依次设置在外壳内的后部,按钮设在外壳的侧壁上;此外还包括安装筒、投影镜片和具有图文的薄膜,所述安装筒活动连接在外壳的前端,投影镜片固定在安装筒的前部;所述具有图文的薄膜设置在发光管和投影镜片之间。该投影装置功能单一,最多只能作为辅助照明使用,且投影的功能单一,缺少丰富变化。

Claims (9)

1、一种LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,包括本体、电源装置、LED发光组件及一凸透镜;电源装置置于本体中,LED发光组件设在本体的前端,LED发光组件通过电路板与电源装置形成电源联接,凸透镜是设在该LED发光组件前方的光轴上,二者可产生相对的前后移动,并且该LED发光组件相对该凸透镜的距离变化是凸透镜的零至两倍焦距;其特征在于:在LED发光组件与凸透镜之间设有一透光的图文薄膜或薄片,凸透镜相对该图文薄膜或薄片可前后移动。
2、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:图文薄膜或薄片相对该凸透镜的距离变化为该凸透镜的零到两倍焦距内清晰成像处。
3、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:图文薄膜或薄片在LED与凸透镜之间移动。
4、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:图文薄膜或薄片为连续切换的不同图文薄膜或薄片.
5、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:图文薄膜或薄片的图文为3D视觉图文。
6、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:本体上还设有一滑套,可前后自由滑动,凸透镜是设置在滑套上。
7、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:本体与滑套之间还设有一阻尼圈。
8、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:本体通过软管或万向接头支架连接在其它物体上。
9、如权利要求1所述的LED移焦定焦投影照明装置,其特征在于:本体设有快速螺纹,使该滑套螺接在该本体上。
