Abstract

본 발명은 스텐트와 같은 시술기구를 인체 내강에 설치하는 시술시 밀고 당기는 반복적인 동작을 탈피하여 회전을 통한 전,후진 작동으로 시술위치를 정밀하게 조절할 수 있는 카데터 작동 구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 회전을 위한 손잡이의 일측으로 형성되는 나사축을 파이프 형태의 몸체의 일 끝단을 통해 삽입하는 회전력부재를 형성하고, 일단에 암나선단이 형성되는 파이프 형태로 형성된 가동부재의 암나선단에 나사축을 나선체결하며, 상기 가동부재의 이동시 함께 이동하거나 잠김을 풀어 단독으로 가동부재의 길이 방향을 따라 이동하되, 가동부재나 몸체를 통과해 주사기의 주입이나 공기를 배출하는 주입구가 전방에 결합된 주입관이동부재을 구성하여, 상기 손잡이의 회전으로 나사축이 함께 회전하면, 상기 나사축에 암나선단이 나선 체결되어 가동부재가 주입관이동부재에 의해 회전하지 못하고 몸체의 길이방향을 따라 전,후방향으로 이동하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 시술도구의 시술을 위해 밀고, 당김을 반복적으로 시행하지 않고 간단히 회전을 통해 전, 후 이동이 가능하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
