Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hydrozyklon zur Reinigung einer FaserstoffSuspension (1) mit einer Kammer (2) kreisförmigen Querschnitts, in die an einem Ende ein Einlauf (3) sowie ein Leichtteil -Auslauf (4) und am gegenüberliegenden Ende ein Schwerteil -Abscheider mündet. Dabei soll die Betriebsdauer des Hydrozyklon mit möglichst geringem Aufwand dadurch verlängert werden, dass die Innenoberfläche der Kammer zumindest teilweise von einer weichen KunststoffSchicht (6) gebildet wird, die sich an einem oder mehreren ausserhalb liegenden, formstabilisierenden Tragelementen (7, 8) abstützt und/oder in welche ein oder mehrere formstabilisierende Tragelemente (9, 10) eingebettet sind.
