蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置 本申请要求于 2010 年 12 月 16 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201020662400.6、 发明名称为"蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置"的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及一种蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置,特别是指一种室内使用的、 可调节室内空气中的氧气含量且兼具照明和观赏、 装璜等美化环境作用的 微型植物水培装置, 属于农业机械领域的无土植物栽培设施。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐步提高及对食物需求的改变, 健康、 绿色、 环 保、 便捷的生活方式越来越受重视, 卫生、 营养、 健康的食物愈来愈受到 人们的喜爱, 其中绿色无公害、 新鲜洁净的蔬菜产品对人们的现代生活尤 为重要。 而如何快捷的生产这种蔬菜成为人们关注的重要话题。
在居住环境周围种植花草树木不仅具有美化环境的功效, 而且具有调 节空气中氧气含量的效果, 但是随着社会的发展, 人口过度集中于城市, 使得城市里有限的土地上产生拥挤现象, 居住于城市的人们因土地限制, 所能拥有的空间日益稀少, 因此在室内放置几盆室内植物成为城市中人们 布置环境及改善室内空气品质的主要方式。 为了在室内光线较暗的地方实 现无土栽培, 需要开发一种既能提供照明, 又能满足绿色蔬菜和植物生长 的光源, 还能美化环境的微型室内植物水培装置。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 精巧美观, 便捷 实用, 操作方便。 既可以作为家庭生活的照明工具, 又可作为绿色装饰品、 空气净化器、天然氧吧,还可很好的满足人们日常生活对蔬菜产品的需要。 本发明将植物生理学、 无土栽培技术、 物理调控生长与防病技术结合在一 起设计出一个具有多功能的室内植物栽培装置。在室内不需要阳光和土壤, 就可以实现蔬菜和植物的栽培。
为实现本发明的目的, 采取以下技术方案:
一种蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 由上半部和下半部构成, 上半部和下 半部之间通过支杆连接;上半部中安装 LED灯,下半部包括水培槽、水箱、 供液管和水泵, 水培槽放置在水箱中, 水培槽与水箱之间留有空隙, 水泵 放置于水箱中, 通过供液管给水培槽供液。
优选地, 所述的水培槽上设有定植板, 定植板上设置定植孔, 定植孔 中放置定植杯。
优选地, 所述定植板上还设有加液孔。
优选地, 所述定植孔之间的间距相等, 所述的定植孔的数量为 6个。 优选地, 所述定植孔的直径为 1.5-3.5cm。
优选地, 所述上半部和下半部均为半个蛋壳形状, 边缘为相互对应的 锯齿状。
优选地, 所述上半部的顶部设有散热孔。
优选地, 所述支杆为中空的金属杆, 其长度为 10-50cm。
本发明的优点:
1、 本发明为吊灯和花盆集于一身的水培植物、 蔬菜栽培装置, 可摆放 室内任何光线较弱的地方(如餐厅、 客厅、 办公室、 棋牌室等区域), 起到 装饰照明的同时,也可美化环境,减少空气中的 C02含量及其他有害气体, 一定时间后又可得到安全、 绿色、 洁净、 可以只食用的新鲜蔬菜。 本装置 整合了半导体发光、 植物补光、 植物水培以及植物营养等技术, 光明和绿 色兼得。把 LED灯与水培装置结合起来既可以提高光合作用效率又可以净 化空气。 本装置属于都市农业领域, 发展潜力巨大。
2、 本发明的水培装置精巧美观, 便捷实用, 操作、 清洁方便。 本装置 可作为家庭生活的绿色装饰品、 空气净化器、 天然氧吧等, 成为现代家庭 舒适便捷生活的必备品, 实现低碳、 智能、 环保、 健康的生活。
下面通过附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明, 但并不意味着 对本发明保护范围的限制。 附图说明

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 为本发明蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置的结构示意图; 其中,
1为上半部, 2为下半部, 3为支杆, 4为定植板, 5为定植杯, 6为加液孔。
本发明的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 由上半部 1和下半部 2构成, 上 半部 1和下半部 2之间通过支杆 3连接; 上半部 1中安装 LED灯, 下半部 2包括水培槽、 水箱、 供液管和水泵, 水箱即为下半部 2的外壳, 水箱中 存储营养液, 水培槽放置在水箱中, 水培槽与水箱之间留有空隙, 水泵放 置于水箱中, 通过供液管给水培槽供液, 水培槽中多余的液体通过水培槽 和水箱之间的空隙流回水箱中, 从而实现营养液的定时自动循环。
本装置的上半部 1和下半部 2均为半个蛋壳形状, 边缘为相互对应的 锯齿状。 水培槽上设有定植板 4, 定植板 4放置于水培槽上方, 定植板 4 上设置等间距的定植孔, 定植孔的数量为 6个, 定植孔的直径为 2.5cm。 每个定植孔中放置一个定植杯 5, 定植杯 5底部为网格结构, 植株定植其 上。 定植板 4上还设置加液孔 6, 用于补充营养液。 加液孔 6还可用作拿 起或放下定植板 4的提手。
LED灯位于水箱的上方, 两者之间通过支杆 3连接, 支杆 3为中空的 金属杆, 其长度为 30cm。 支杆 3为中空结构, 中间可容电源线通过, 将水 泵的电源线导出到上半部 1的顶部上方。
本装置上半部 1的顶部设有散热孔, 以利于 LED灯的散热。 LED灯 的电源线从本装置上半部 1的顶部引出。 LED灯为一种模拟植物光合作用 的 LED灯, 摆放在室内的任何地方, 只要插上电, 上面的 LED灯就发出 和阳光接近的光线, 下面的植物就可以像在阳光中一样正常光合作用, 可 以将只能在室外生长的植物移居室内,给房间里带来一抹生气盎然的绿色, 在提供照明的同时也美化了环境。
本发明的水培槽、 水箱、 定植板、 上下半部分的外壳和供液管等均采 用 PVC材料制成。 本装置的上半部的顶部可设置把手或支杆, 通过把手或 支杆将本装置悬挂于室内。
将本发明的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置的水箱中倒入营养液,接通电源, 使营养液流入水培槽, 营养液循环流通正常后, 定植植株, 可以种植蔬菜 或花草, 植株茎部用定植海绵固定在定植杯内, 放入定植孔中, 植株根部 正好浸泡于水培槽内的营养液中, 吸取养分。 可以按照需要定时或不定时 进行营养液循环, 如每天循环供液 2次, 每次 30分钟, 可满足栽培作物一 天的水肥需求。
本发明的水培装置分为水培槽与定植板两部分, 极大地方便了装置内 部环境监控及管道内部污垢清理。 定植板不仅可以避免杂物落入槽中, 而 且还可以遮光、 隔热、 保温, 使槽中营养液处于黑暗环境中, 且温度保持 相对稳定, 因此可以更好地保持植株根系及营养液温度环境, 更利于植物 的生长发育, 提高作物品质与产量。
本发明基于植物水培技术生长原理, 植物根系可以在密闭稳定的水培 环境中充分吸收营养, 植株可健康生长发育。 水培槽盛放有供植物根系吸 收、 植株生长发育的营养液, 为植物根系提供营养吸收、 正常生长的空间 环境。
本发明的 LED灯可以提供植物生长所需的光线,同时又可以作为吊灯 使用; 水培装置可以满足蔬菜和花草最适生长发育环境的要求, 综合上述 因素, 本水培装置不仅可以提供照明、 美化环境, 减少空气中的 C02含量 及其他有害气体。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 由上半部和下半部构 成, 上半部和下半部之间通过支杆连接; 上半部中安装 LED灯, 下半部包 括水培槽、 水箱、 供液管和水泵, 水培槽放置在水箱中, 水培槽与水箱之 间留有空隙, 水泵放置于水箱中, 通过供液管给水培槽供液。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述的水培槽上设有定植板, 定植板上设置定植孔, 定植孔中放置定植杯。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述定植板上还设有加液孔。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述定植孔之间的间距相等, 所述的定植孔的数量为 6个。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述定植孔的直径为 1.5-3.5cm。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述上半部和下半部均为半个蛋壳形状, 边缘为相互对应的锯齿状。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述上半部的顶部设有散热孔。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的蛋壳型家庭植物生长装置, 其特征在于: 所 述支杆为中空的金属杆, 其长度为 10-50cm。
