在上述技术方案中,优选地,当用户选中所述联系人,或打开所述联系人的详情界面时,如果所述联系人已与所述照片进行了关联,所述协同操作模块则提供用户查看与所述联系人关联的所有照片的入口。在该技术方案中,入口可以设置为相册列表中的选项或联系人详情界面中的选项,本领域的技术人员应当理解,入口的实现方式并不限于上述两种。通过该技术方案,用户通过联系人快速查看对应的所有照片,有效地简化了用户的操作。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,每个联系人关联至少一张照片,每张照片关联至少一个联系人。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,每个联系人和每张照片均存储于用户的移动设备中,所述每张照片由所述用户通过使用所述移动设备拍照或从计算机或移动存储装置获得,所述移动设备包括手机、 PDA 、平板电脑。本领域技术人员应当理解,所述移动设备包括但不限于手机、 PDA 、平板电脑。
本发明还提供一种移动通信终端,包括:上述的协同操作装置。
通过上述技术方案,可以实现一种用于联系人和照片的协同操作方法、装置及移动通信终端,能够通过匹配联系人与照片的人像特征来建立联系人与照片的关联,并实现互相关联的联系人和照片的协同操作,使得用户可通过照片与对应的联系人通讯,通过联系人直接查看该联系人对应的所有照片,有效地简化用户的操作。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图 1 是根据本发明的一个实施例的协同操作方法的流程图。
如图 1 所示,本发明提供了一种用于联系人和照片的协同操作方法,包括:步骤 102 ,获取所述照片的人像特征;步骤 104 ,将所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征进行比较;步骤 106 ,当所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征匹配时,将所述联系人和所述照片进行关联;步骤 108 ,建立所述互相关联的联系人与照片的协同操作。在该技术方案中,通过将对应的联系人与照片关联,基于建立的关联,实现联系人与照片的协同操作,可使用户的操作简便。
在上述技术方案中,在所述步骤 102 中,通过人脸识别技术获取所述联系人的人像特征与所述照片的人像特征。
在上述技术方案中,在所述步骤 102 中,预先获取并保存所述联系人的人像特征,以用于与所述照片的特征进行比较。在该技术方案中,获取联系人及照片的人像特征的工作,可在用户使用的终端上直接进行,也可在服务器上完成并将联系人及照片的人像特征发送至终端。
在上述技术方案中,在所述步骤 108 之前,还可以包括:用户手动实现任一联系人与任一照片的关联。通过该技术方案,用户可在联系人无对应头像或联系人的人像特征与对应照片的人像特征不匹配时,手动实现关联,并实现互相关联的联系人与照片的协同操作。
在上述技术方案中,所述步骤 108 具体为:用户选中所述照片时,如果所述照片已与所述联系人进行了关联,则提供协同操作菜单,所述用户通过所述协同操作菜单提供的选项与所述照片关联的联系人进行通讯;或者,用户选中已与所述联系人进行关联的照片时,则提供协同操作菜单,以供所述用户通过所述协同操作菜单提供的选项与所述照片关联的联系人进行通讯。在上述技术方案中,可以对与联系人关联的照片进行标记,使得用户可以轻易将其识别,并执行其对应的协同操作菜单的选项来与该照片关联的联系人进行通讯。。通过该技术方案,用户通过照片直接与对应联系人通讯,有效地简化了用户操作。
在上述技术方案中,所述步骤 108 具体为:用户选中所述联系人,或打开所述联系人的详情界面时,如果所述联系人已与所述照片进行了关联,则提供用户查看与所述联系人关联的所有照片的入口。在该技术方案中,入口可以设置为相册列表中的选项或联系人详情界面中的选项,本领域的技术人员应当理解,入口的实现方式并不限于上述两种。通过该技术方案,用户通过联系人快速查看对应的所有照片,有效地简化了用户的操作。

如图 2 所示,本发明还提供一种用于联系人和照片的协同操作装置 200 ,包括:特征获取模块 202 ,获取所述照片的人像特征;特征比较模块 204 ,将所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征进行比较;自动关联模块 206 ,当所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征匹配时,将联系人和照片进行关联;协同操作模块 208 ,建立互相关联的联系人与照片的协同操作。在该技术方案中,通过将对应的联系人与照片关联,基于建立的关联,实现联系人与照片的协同操作,可使用户的操作简便。
在上述技术方案中,所述特征获取模块 202 通过人脸识别技术获取所述联系人的人像特征与所述照片的人像特征。
在上述技术方案中,还包括:特征保存模块 210 ,用于保存通过所述特征获取模块预先获取的所述联系人的人像特征,以用于与所述照片的人像特征进行比较。本领域的技术人员应当理解,特征保存模块 210 不存在时,本发明的技术方案仍然完整。
在上述技术方案中,还包括:手动关联模块 212 ,用于供用户手动实现任一联系人和任一照片的关联。通过该技术方案,用户可在联系人无对应头像或联系人的人像特征与对应照片的人像特征不匹配时,手动实现关联,并实现互相关联的联系人与照片的协同操作。本领域的技术人员应当理解,手动关联模块 212 不存在时,本发明的技术方案仍然完整。
在上述技术方案中,当用户选中所述照片时,如果所述照片已与所述联系人进行了关联,所述协同操作模块 208 则提供协同操作菜单,所述用户通过所述协同操作菜单提供的选项与所述指定照片关联的联系人进行通讯;或者,用户选中已与所述联系人进行关联的照片时,所述协同操作模块则提供协同操作单,以供所述用户通过所述协同操作菜单提供的选项与所述照片关联的联系人进行通讯。在上述技术方案中,可以对与联系人关联的照片进行标记,使得用户可以轻易将其识别,并执行其对应的协同操作菜单的选项来与该照片关联的联系人进行通讯。通过该技术方案,用户通过照片直接与对应联系人通讯,有效地简化了用户操作。

以下根据图 3 至图 9 详细说明本发明的一个实施例。
图 3 是根据本发明的一个实施例的移动通信终端的使用流程图。
本实施例中的移动通信终端为手机,该手机中具有图 2 的实施例中的协同操作装置。
如图 3 所示,协同操作装置的工作过程如下:
步骤 302 :用户为手机中的联系人添加头像时,特征获取模块通过人像识别技术获得联系人的人像特征。联系人为用户手机的通讯录中的联系人信息。具体可通过图像摄取、人脸定位、图像预处理、以及人像识别(身份确认或者身份查找),以获得联系人的人像特征。
步骤 304 :特征保存模块将所有联系人的人像特征保存到手机。其中,协同操作装置可以在手机中设置一个人脸数据库,以专门存储联系人的人像特征。
步骤 306 :在用户通过拍照或者与电脑同步获得照片时,特征获取模块同样利用人像识别技术对照片进行分析,以获得照片的人像特征。
步骤 308 :特征比较模块将获得的照片的人像特征与人脸数据库内的人像特征进行匹配,在相似度达到预设值时,可得出与照片相关的联系人的身份。
步骤 310 :判断是否成功匹配,如果判断结果为是,则进入步骤 310 ,如果判断结果为否,则进入步骤 314 。
步骤 312 :自动关联模块在匹配工作完成后,将匹配的照片与联系人相关联。
步骤 314 :匹配不成功时,手动关联模块供用户手动实现联系人与照片的关联。手动关联模块所提供的功能,也适用于关联没有设置头像的联系人与其对应的照片。
至此,协同操作装置已将用户的手机内的照片与联系人信息的关联工作完成。由于协同装置中的特征获取模块、特征保存模块、特征比较模块、自动关联模块都是自动完成工作,所以该协同操作装置既可以使联系人与照片的关联工作变得快速有效,又不影响用户对手机的使用。另外,协同操作装置为用户提供了手动关联模块,以使得用户可根据自己需要进行手动操作,例如,将无头像的联系人与照片关联。
步骤 316 :基于已建立的关联,协同操作模块为用户提供互相关联的联系人与照片的协同操作。
在关联工作完成之后,协同操作装置同时为用户提供了协同操作模块,以使得用户可以基于已完成的联系人与照片的关联更方便地操作手机,例如:如图 4 所示的用户的手机的相册的屏幕截图。照片与联系人关联成功后在相册内查看照片时,照片上会显示联系人姓名。如图 5 所示,用户点击联系人姓名弹出协同菜单,可与联系人联系,联系方式包括拨打电话、发送信息和发送邮件。如图 6 所示,当有多个联系人时可选择点击单个联系人的姓名,以与联系人进行联系。本实施例中,用户的选择点击操作以手形图标进行标识。
如图 7 所示,为用户手机相册的联系人列表的屏幕截图。用户选择全部可查看相册的全部照片;用户选择联系人可进入与相册中照片有关联的联系人列表,该联系人列表中列出了不同联系人所关联照片的张数,比如,与联系人 Luna 相关联的照片共有 6 张 ( 包括单人照和合影 ) ,用户选择联系人 Luna ,则可进一步提供与联系人 Luna 关联的所有照片,以供用户查看,如图 9 所示。而如图 8 所示,用户在联系人详情界面选择查看与该联系人相关联的所有照片的入口'照片'选项时,同样也可查看所有与联系人 Luna 关联的照片,如图 9 所示。
根据本发明的技术方案,可以实现一种协同操作方法和装置及移动通信终端,从而实现以下技术效果:
1 .用户在浏览照片时看到对应的联系人的标签时,能帮助用户更清晰的回忆起拍照时的场景,唤起用户更多更美好的回忆;
2 .通过照片这个媒介给用户与联系人直接发起会话提供了一个共同话题;
3 .用户在浏览照片时,能够及时的与照片对应的联系人直接联系,满足用户心理需求;
4 .帮助用户建立和维护与联系人的亲密关系;
5 .用户在浏览通讯录时也能够留意到与该联系人相关的照片,增加用户的愉悦的体验感受;
6 .可以通过照片的图像信息记录用户与联系人的共同生活。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1 .一种用于联系人和照片的协同操作方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤 102 ,获取所述照片的人像特征;
步骤 104 ,将所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征进行比较;
步骤 106 ,当所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征匹配时,将所述联系人和所述照片进行互相关联;
步骤 108 ,建立所述互相关联的联系人与照片的协同操作。
2 .根据权利要求 1 所述的协同操作方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤 102 中,通过人脸识别技术获取所述联系人的人像特征与所述照片的人像特征。
3 .根据权利要求 1 所述的协同操作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 108 具体为:用户选中已与所述联系人进行关联的照片时,则提供协同操作菜单,以供所述用户通过所述协同操作菜单提供的选项与所述照片关联的联系人进行通讯。
4 .根据权利要求 1 所述的协同操作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 108 具体为:用户在选中所述联系人,或打开所述联系人的详情界面时,如果所述联系人已经与所述照片进行了关联,则提供用户查看与所述联系人关联的所有照片的入口。
5 .根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的协同操作方法,其特征在于,每个联系人关联至少一张照片,每张照片关联至少一个联系人。
6 .一种用于联系人和照片的协同操作装置,其特征在于,包括:
特征获取模块,获取所述照片的人像特征;
特征比较模块,将所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征进行比较;
自动关联模块,当所述照片的人像特征与预设的联系人的人像特征匹配时,将所述联系人和所述照片进行互相关联;
协同操作模块,建立所述互相关联的所述联系人与照片的协同操作。
7 .根据权利要求 6 所述的协同操作装置,其特征在于,还包括:
特征保存模块,用于保存通过所述特征获取模块预先获取的所述联系人的人像特征,以用于与所述照片的人像特征进行比较。
8 .根据权利要求 6 或 7 所述的协同操作装置,其特征在于,用户选中已与所述联系人进行关联的照片时,所述协同操作模块则提供协同操作单,以供所述用户通过所述协同操作菜单提供的选项与所述照片关联的联系人进行通讯。
9 .根据权利要求 6 或 7 所述的协同操作装置,其特征在于,当用户选中所述联系人,或打开所述联系人的详情界面时,如果所述联系人已与所述照片进行了关联,所述协同操作模块则提供用户查看与所述联系人关联的所有照片的入口。
10 .一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求 6 至 9 中任一项所述的协同操作装置。
