Abstract

본 발명은 특정 파장대역의 광을 이용하여 줄기세포의 증식율과 수명을 늘리는 줄기세포 배양장치를 제공하는 것으로서 내부에 배양 대상 줄기세포를 담은 용기를 수용하고, 상부에 투명한 투명격벽을 포함하는 밀폐형 배양챔버, 배양챔버의 내부환경을 조절하는 가스조절수단 및 배양챔버 외부에 위치하며 투명격벽을 통해 배양챔버 내부로 광을 조사하기 위한 광원을 포함하여 구성된다.
