Abstract

La présente invention concerne un patch permettant de régénérer un tissu endommagé et conçu avec un support fibreux poreux tridimensionnel constitué d'un matériau polymère biodégradable, qui comporte des cellules ou un médicament (pour régénérer un tissu endommagé) gainés dans un support et qui est susceptible d'être fixé directement sur l'organe dans lequel le tissu endommagé est présent. Selon la présente invention, le patch permettant de régénérer un tissu endommagé est facile à manipuler et présente une faculté de survie élevée des cellules après transplantation, de façon à assurer l'efficacité de traitement d'un agent de traitement des cellules vers une région malade exigeant une transplantation cellulaire. Ainsi, lorsque le support poreux tridimensionnel d'un matériau polymère biodégradable, qui comporte des cellules ou un médicament (pour régénérer un tissu endommagé) gainés dans un support, est fixé directement à un organe dans lequel le tissu endommagé est présent, le taux de réussite de transfert cellulaire peut être augmenté et les cellules peuvent se déplacer vers les zones ischémiques pour augmenter la production capillaire du tissu endommagé et ainsi accélérer la régénération du tissu.
