Abstract

무선 에너지 수신 장치 및 이를 포함하는 휴대용 전자 장치가 개시된다. 상기 무선 에너지 수신 장치는 전파 정류기를 포함하는 무선 에너지 수신 장치에 있어서, 상기 전파 정류기는, 중앙 부위가 접지와 연결되는 링 형상의 방사체를 구비하며, 상기 방사체를 통해 수신하는 입력 신호의 극성에 따라 서로 다른 방향으로 전류를 유도하는 안테나와, 상기 안테나의 일 단에 연결되며, 상기 안테나에 의해 유도되는 제1 극성의 전류를 정류하는 제1 다이오드, 및 상기 안테나의 타 단에 연결되며, 상기 안테나에 의해 유도되는 제2 극성의 전류를 정류하는 제2 다이오드를 포함한다. 상기 무선 에너지 수신 장치는 기존의 변압기를 제거하고 변압기의 기능을 링 안테나가 대신하므로, 변압기의 저항 성분에 의한 전력 손실을 없앨 수 있어 전력 효율을 높일 수 있고, 휴대용 전자 장치의 소형화가 가능하다.
