Description

减少移动支付交易干扰的方法、 装置及移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端支付交易技术领域, 尤其涉及一种减少移动支付 交易干扰的方法、 装置及移动终端。 背景技术
随着移动终端 (例如手机等) 的快速普及, 无线网络支持的上下行数 据速率不断提高, 新的应用尤其是数据业务方面的应用不断涌现, 移动终 端成为人们身边不可缺少的信息终端。 越来越多的人用移动终端代替手表、
MP3、 数码相机, 近来还实现使用移动终端代替银行卡、 公交卡等, 进行 手机支付交易。
2006年 6月, 诺基亚和中国移动、 飞利浦、 易通卡公司在厦门启动了 中国首个 NFC ( Near Field Communication, 近距离无线通讯 )手机支付试 验。 用户使用内嵌 NFC模块的手机, 可在厦门市任何一个易通卡覆盖的营 业网点 (例如公交汽车、 轮渡、 电影院、 快餐店等)进行手机支付。
在不久的将来, 通过手机和 NFC技术的结合, 用户仅仅通过手机就可 以实现以下应用: 用手机代替各种门票; 在学校全面代替现有学生证和学 生卡; 在加油站、 超市、 银行任何有 POS ( Point Of Sale, 销售终端)机的 地方支付款项并用手机收取电子发票等。
但目前的 NFC技术并不是很成熟, 例如, NFC模块在支付过程中容易 受到干扰, 通信不正常, 以致存在着刷卡失败, 支付不成功的问题。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种减少移动支付交易干扰的方法、 装置 和移动终端, 旨在减少移动支付交易过程受到的干扰, 提高支付交易的成 功率。
本发明提供一种减少移动支付交易干扰的方法, 包括以下步骤: 判断支付交易是否已启动;
当支付交易已启动时, 检测移动终端中的射频模块是否处于发射状态; 若移动终端中的射频模块处于发射状态, 则调用无线管理器将射频模 块关闭;
设置用户识别模块(SIM )卡访问的互斥变量, 仅允许近距离无线通讯 ( NFC )模块访问 SIM卡。
优选地, 所述判断支付交易是否已启动包括:
判断移动终端中用以支付交易的按键是否被长时间按下, 若是, 则表 示支付开始; 否则, 表示支付交易没有启动。

本发明所提供的减少移动支付交易干扰的方法、 装置或移动终端, 通 过在移动终端设置一个用于支付交易的专用按键, 刷卡支付的时候按下这 个按键, 移动终端检测到这个按键后, 首先停止射频模块的工作, 让其处 于发射关闭状态, 消除移动终端射频对 NFC天线的干扰; 其次禁止移动终 端访问 SIM卡, 移动终端模块对 SIM卡的所有操作将被拒绝, 保证 NFC 模块读 SIM卡时不会被打断, 从而可以在刷卡的时候消除掉移动终端射频 和移动终端读写 SIM卡对 NFC模块造成的干扰, 提高刷卡成功率。 附图说明

本发明中, 移动终端可以是手机等具有移动支付功能的终端。 以下将 以手机为例, 详细说明本发明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅 用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
图 1为 NFC手机的结构示意图, NFC手机包括基带芯片、 键盘、 射频 模块、 LCD ( Liquid Crystal Display, 液晶显示器)显示模块等通信模块, 其中基带芯片控制着 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module, 用户识别模块)卡; NFC手机还包括 NFC模块, 该 NFC模块包括 NFC控制芯片和天线等。 此 外, NFC手机还包括无线管理器等。 无线管理器可对射频模块执行操作。 NFC控制芯片也可控制 SIM卡。 NFC手机的 SIM卡是一张特殊的卡, 具 有普通 SIM卡及近距离无线通讯的功能,其被 NFC控制芯片和基带芯片控 制。

本发明的发明人认识到移动支付交易中刷卡失败的现象, 可能由以下 原因造成:
1.手机射频对 NFC天线的干扰, 导致刷卡机无法检测到 NFC手机, 或 在支付过程中出错。 NFC天线的信号比较弱, 刷卡的时候需要贴得很近, 而手机的射频信号相对 NFC来说是比较强的, 对 NFC模块的干扰比较大。
2. NFC卡与 SIM卡集成在一起,使用中会出现手机和 NFC模块同时操 作 SIM卡的情况, 由于 NFC模块协议的关系, NFC模块在读写 SIM卡的 过程中不能被打断, 否则会出现通信失败不能恢复。 在刷卡过程中, 很可 能会出现来电话或短信等情况, 这时手机中的一些模块等会对 SIM卡进行 读写, 打断 NFC模块。 基于上述刷卡失败原因, 提出本发明的技术方案。
图 3 示出了本发明的一个实施方式中减少移动支付交易干扰的方法流 程, 该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 S10, 判断支付交易是否已启动, 如果是, 执行步骤 S20; 否则, 结束流程, 不执行任何操作。
在本发明的实施例中, 可预先在移动终端中设置一个专门用于支付交 易的按键, 这个按键可以是手机上的键盘, 触摸屏或其它 GPIO ( General Purpose Input/Output, 通用输入 /输出)等, 检测的方法有多种如长按、 多 次按下等, 可通过按键的状态来表示支付交易的开始和结束。
步骤 S20, 当支付交易已启动时,检测移动终端中的射频模块是否处于 发射状态; 例如, 可通过基带芯片检测射频模块是否处于发射状态。 如果 检测射频模块处于发射状态, 则执行步骤 S30; 否则, 执行步骤 S40。

上述实施方式中, 判断支付交易是否已启动的操作包括: 判断移动终 端中用以支付交易的按键是否被长时间按下; 若是, 则表示支付开始; 否 则, 表示支付交易没有启动。 例如, 可检测按键是否按下, 如果按下, 则 等待 3秒按键消抖, 如果按键 3秒后还按下, 则表示支付开始。 此外, 当 支付交易启动时, 还可判断支付交易是否已结束; 当交易结束时, 则恢复 射频模块的发射功能, 清除 SIM卡的互斥变量, 允许其它模块对 SIM卡的 访问。 例如, 判断支付交易是否已结束的操作可包括: 在支付交易开始过 程中, 对按键进行检测, 并等待支付交易结束, 如果检测到按键松开, 表 示支付交易结束。
参照图 4, 本发明提供一种减少移动支付交易干扰的装置, 其包括: 判断模块 10, 用于判断支付交易是否已启动。 在本发明的实施例中, 可预先在移动终端中设置一个专门用于支付交易的按键, 这个按键可以是 手机上的键盘, 触摸屏或其它 GPIO等, 检测的方法有多种如长按、 多次按 下等, 判断模块 10可通过检测按键的状态来获取支付交易的开始和结束。 射频检测模块 20, 用于当支付交易已启动时, 检测移动终端中的射频 模块是否处于发射状态。
射频管理模块 30, 用于在移动终端中的射频模块处于发射状态时, 调 用无线管理器将射频模块关闭。 例如, 当支付交易已启动时, 射频管理模 块 30读取射频模块状态, 如果射频处于发射状态, 则手机通过无线管理器 禁止其射频模块向外发送信号。 在这种状态下射频模块无发送信号, 减少 了射频模块对 NFC天线造成的干扰。
互斥变量设置模块 40, 用于设置 SIM卡访问的互斥变量, 仅允许近距 离无线通讯 NFC模块访问 SIM卡。 NFC模块对 SIM卡具有最高优先级访 问权限, 并且具有互斥性, 禁止手机中的模块访问 SIM卡。 这种状态下读 取手机 SIM卡中联系人方式,短消息等操作都是不允许的, 保证了 NFC模 块在操作 SIM卡的时候不被打断, 这种方法可以通过互斥变量设置模块 40 设置 SIM卡的互斥变量来实现。

上述实施方式中, 判断模块 10可包括按键检测子块 11 , 用于判断移动 终端中用以支付交易的按键是否被长时间按下; 若是, 则表示支付开始。 例如: 按键检测子块 11可检测按键是否按下, 如果按下, 则等待 3秒按键 消抖, 如果按键 3 秒后还按下, 则表示支付开始; 否则, 表示支付交易没 有启动。 此外, 当支付交易启动时, 按键检测子块 11还可判断支付交易是 否已结束。 互斥变量设置模块 40还用于: 当交易结束时, 恢复射频模块的 发射功能, 清除 SIM卡的互斥变量, 允许其它模块对 SIM卡的访问。 判断 支付交易是否已结束可通过按键检测子块 11实现, 例如, 在支付交易开始 过程中, 对按键进行检测, 并等待支付交易结束, 如果检测到按键松开, 表示支付交易结束。
本发明提供一种移动终端。 参照图 4, 该移动终端包括上述 NFC模块、 SIM 卡、 基带芯片及射频模块, 其中, 还包括上述减少移动支付交易干扰 的装置。 该减少移动支付交易干扰的装置设有:
判断模块 10, 用于判断支付交易是否已启动。 在本发明的实施例中, 可预先在移动终端中设置一个专门用于支付交易的按键, 这个按键可以是 手机上的键盘, 触摸屏或其它 GPIO等, 检测的方法有多种如长按、 多次按 下等, 判断模块 10可通过检测按键的状态来获取支付交易的开始和结束。
射频检测模块 20, 用于当支付交易已启动时, 检测移动终端中的射频 模块是否处于发射状态。
射频管理模块 30, 用于在移动终端中的射频模块处于发射状态时, 调 用无线管理器将射频模块关闭。 例如, 当支付交易已启动时, 射频管理模 块 30读取射频模块状态, 如果射频处于发射状态, 则手机通过无线管理器 禁止其射频模块向外发送信号。 在这种状态下射频模块无发送信号, 减少 了射频模块对 NFC天线造成的干扰。

参照图 5 ,为本发明一实施例中减少移动支付交易干扰的装置的工作流 程图。 该流程包括以下具体步骤:
步骤 S101 , 判断支付交易按键是否按下, 如果是, 执行步骤 S102; 否 则, 结束流程, 不执行任何操作。 步骤 S102, 当支付交易按键被按下时, 判断射频模块是否处于发射状 态, 如果是, 执行步骤 S103; 否则, 执行步骤 S104。
步骤 S103 , 调用无线管理器关闭射频模块。
步骤 S104,判断基带模块是否在访问 SIM卡,如果是,执行步骤 S105; 否则, 执行步骤 S 106。
步骤 S105, 停止基带模块的访问操作。
步骤 S106, 设置 SIM卡互斥操作。
步骤 S107, 禁止基带模块访问 SIM卡。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种减少移动支付交易干扰的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 判断支付交易是否已启动;
当支付交易已启动时, 检测移动终端中的射频模块是否处于发射状态; 若移动终端中的射频模块处于发射状态, 则调用无线管理器将射频模 块关闭;
设置用户识别模块(SIM )卡访问的互斥变量, 仅允许近距离无线通讯 ( NFC )模块访问 SIM卡。
2、 如权利要求 1所述减少移动支付交易干扰的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述判断支付交易是否已启动包括:
判断移动终端中用以支付交易的按键是否被长时间按下, 若是, 则表 示支付开始; 否则, 表示支付交易没有启动。
3、 如权利要求 2所述减少移动支付交易干扰的方法, 其特征在于, 在 支付交易已启动时, 该方法进一步包括:
判断支付交易是否已结束;
当交易结束时, 恢复射频模块的发射功能, 清除 SIM卡的互斥变量, 允许其它模块对 SIM卡的访问。
4、 如权利要求 3所述减少移动支付交易干扰的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述判断支付交易是否已结束包括:
在支付交易过程中对所述按键进行检测, 若检测到按键松开, 表示支 付交易结束。
5、 一种减少移动支付交易干扰的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断模块, 用于判断支付交易是否已启动;
射频检测模块, 用于当支付交易已启动时, 检测移动终端中的射频模 块是否处于发射状态; 射频管理模块, 用于在移动终端中的射频模块处于发射状态时, 调用 无线管理器将射频模块关闭;
互斥变量设置模块,用于设置用户识别模块 ( SIM )卡访问的互斥变量, 仅允许近距离无线通讯(NFC )模块访问 SIM卡。
6、 如权利要求 5所述减少移动支付交易干扰的装置, 其特征在于, 所 述判断模块包括:
按键检测子块, 用于判断移动终端中用以支付交易的按键是否被长时 间按下, 若是, 则表示支付开始; 否则, 表示支付交易没有启动。
7、 如权利要求 6所述减少移动支付交易干扰的装置, 其特征在于, 所 述判断模块还用于:
在支付交易已启动时, 判断支付交易是否已结束;
所述互斥变量设置模块还用于:
当交易结束时, 恢复射频模块的发射功能, 清除 SIM卡的互斥变量, 允许其它模块对 SIM卡的访问。
8、 如权利要求 7所述减少移动支付交易干扰的装置, 其特征在于, 所 述按键检测子块还用于:
在支付交易过程中对所述按键进行检测, 若检测到按键松开, 表示支 付交易结束。
9、 一种移动终端, 包括 NFC模块、 SIM卡、 基带芯片及射频模块, 其特征在于, 还包括减少移动支付交易干扰的装置, 该减少移动支付交易 干扰的装置设有:
判断模块, 用于判断支付交易是否已启动;
射频检测模块, 用于当支付交易已启动时, 检测移动终端中的射频模 块是否处于发射状态;
射频管理模块, 用于在移动终端中的射频模块处于发射状态时, 调用 无线管理器将射频模块关闭;
互斥变量设置模块,用于设置用户识别模块 ( SIM )卡访问的互斥变量, 仅允许近距离无线通讯(NFC )模块访问 SIM卡。
10、 如权利要求 9 所述移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括如权利要求 6 至 8中任一项所述的减少移动支付交易干扰的装置。
