本发明克服了现有的移动终端电子支付缺乏灵活性及安全性存在漏洞的 别人盗用电子支付, 增强电子支付应用的安全性; 在需要使用时, 再重新开 启电子支付应用, 使用户更加方便灵活地使用电子支付功能。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明的核心思想是: 在移动终端上提供关闭和开启智能卡上的电子支 付应用的设置; 当用户需要关闭或开启电子支付应用时, 在移动终端上进行 相应的设置或选择。
具体来说, 移动终端提供电子支付应用关闭和开启的设置菜单, 用户通 过该设置菜单选择关闭或开启智能卡上的电子支付应用, 由智能卡完成相应 操作, 或者由移动终端调用智能卡提供的接口来完成相应操作。 在执行相应 操作之前, 需要用户输入正确的 PIN码或口令, 智能卡在检查电子支付的当 前工作状态后, 根据用户确认, 完成相应操作。 设置菜单中也可以显示当前 电子支付应用是处于关闭或者开启状态。
其中, 实现设置菜单的方式包括: ( 1 )在智能卡内实现设置菜单:
通过 STK ( SIM Tool Kit, 用户识别模块工具箱)菜单或者智能卡图形界 面或者 JSR177客户端界面实现该设置菜单;在移动终端上选择该设置菜单中 关闭或开启电子支付应用时, 智能卡响应相应的操作。
STK是在移动终端使用的 SIM卡中开发的应用菜单, STK可以理解为一 组开发增值业务的命令, 一种小型编程语言, 它允许基于智能卡的用户身份 识别模块(SIM卡)运行自己的应用软件。
智能卡图形界面^^于 SCWS ( Smart Card Web Sever, 智能卡网络服务 器 )技术, 利用移动终端的浏览器和标准的 BIP ( Bearer Independent Protocol, 承载无关协议) Sever协议实现, 通过多媒体界面展示智能卡中的应用。
JSR-177是一种基于移动终端和智能卡通信通道之上的 Java编程接口, 可以让移动终端 Java应用访问运行在智能卡上的数据或者应用,包括访问加 密功能。 JSR-177也被称为安全和信任服务 API ( SATSA, Security and Trust Services API ) , 它使得智能卡可以充当移动终端 Java应用的"安全组件", 使 移动终端应用可以执行定制操作、 用户身份识别以及调用定制的应用, 让应 用提供商可以充分发挥智能卡的作用。
( 2 )在移动终端上实现设置菜单:
智能卡提供有关接口给移动终端, 移动终端响应用户的操作, 并调用智 能卡提供的接口完成电子支付应用的关闭或开启功能。
为了保证电子支付功能的安全性, 在进行电子支付应用的关闭或开启设 置之前, 智能卡提示用户输入智能卡 PIN码( Personal Identification Number, 个人识别码)或其他已预置的口令, 验证输入的是正确的 PIN码或口令后才 可以进行设置, 否则结束操作。
为防止用户误操作, 在进行电子支付应用的关闭或开启设置之前, 可以 提示用户确认是否要进行此项操作, 以及检查电子支付的当前工作状态, 尤 其是需要执行应用关闭时,以避免当前正在进行的电子支付业务的数据丟失。 如果当前正在进行电子支付交易, 可保存当前工作或者等待当前工作完成或 者强制关闭, 这可以根据实际情况和用户的确认进行选择; 如果当前没有正 在进行的交易, 则可以在用户确认后直接关闭。
当电子支付应用设置为关闭后, 智能卡接收到非接触读卡器发出的命令 时, 将拒绝与非接触阅读器进行电子支付交易的交互, 这样, 从根本上关闭 了电子支付应用, 即使把此智能卡插到其他支持移动终端中, 也不能进行电 子支付交易。
当用户需要重新开启电子支付应用时, 再通过上述操作进行开启。
另外, 在关闭或开启了电子支付应用后, 智能卡中保存当前电子支付应 用是处于关闭还是开启状态, 设置菜单界面上也同步显示此状态。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图 1所示, 为在智能卡内实现设置菜单时的电子支付应用的关闭 /开启 流程, 包括如下步骤和特征:
S101 , 在智能卡内实现设置菜单, 用户选择关闭或开启电子支付应用; 其中, 实现设置菜单的方式可包括, 移动终端通过 STK菜单或者智能卡 图形界面或者 JSR177客户端界面设置菜单;
S102, 智能卡验证关闭或开启电子支付应用请求, 提示用户输入 PIN码 或预置的口令;
5103 , 验证用户输入的 PIN码或口令是否正确, 若正确, 则进入 S 104, 否则, 结束操作, 不执行请求;
5104, 智能卡提示用户确认, 并判断应用的当前工作状态, 尤其是执行 关闭操作时, 需检查当前是否有正在进行的电子交易, 如果有, 可保存当前 工作或者等待当前工作完成或者强制关闭, 这可以根据实际情况和用户的确 认进行选择来完成操作; 如果当前没有正在进行的交易, 则可以在用户确认 后直接关闭;
5105 , 操作完成后, 智能卡保存电子支付应用当前是处于关闭还是开启 状态, 设置菜单界面上也同步显示此状态。
如图 2所示, 为在移动终端界面上实现设置菜单时的电子支付应用的关 闭 /开启流程, 包括以下步骤和特征: 5201, 通过移动终端提供的界面上的菜单, 选择关闭或开启电子支付应 用;
5202, 智能卡接收来自移动终端的、 预定格式的关闭 /开启电子支付的请 求命令;
S203 , 智能卡验证关闭或开启电子支付应用请求, 提示用户输入 PIN码 或预置的口令;
5204, 验证用户输入的 PIN码或口令是否正确, 若正确, 则进入 S205, 否则, 结束操作, 不执行请求;
5205 , 移动终端提示用户确认其确实要进行此操作后, 调用智能卡提供 的有关接口函数响应请求, 所述智能卡提供的有关接口函数用于完成关闭或 开启电子支付应用, 在关闭电子支付应用之前, 智能卡判断应用的当前工作 状态, 检查当前是否有正在进行的电子交易, 如果有, 可保存当前工作或者 等待当前工作完成或者强制关闭, 这可以根据实际情况和用户的选择来完成 操作; 如果当前没有正在进行的交易, 则可以直接关闭;
S206, 操作完成后, 智能卡保存电子支付应用当前是处于关闭还是开启 状态, 移动终端的界面上也同步显示此状态。
当电子支付应用设置为关闭后, 智能卡接收到非接触读卡器发出的命令 时, 将拒绝与非接触阅读器进行电子支付交易的交互。
当用户需要重新开启电子支付应用时, 再通过上述操作进行开启。
另外, 本发明还提供了实现电子支付应用关闭和开启的装置。
当在智能卡内实现设置菜单时, 本发明提供的装置包括移动终端和智能 卡, 其中:
所述移动终端包括设置界面模块, 其提供给用户, 用于选择智能卡上的 设置菜单; 也用于显示电子支付应用的当前状态;
所述智能卡中包括设置菜单模块、 验证模块、 电子支付应用工作状态处 理模块及关闭 /开启电子支付模块;
其中,设置菜单模块用于通过 STK菜单或者智能卡图形界面或者 JSR177 客户端界面实现该设置菜单; 在移动终端上选择该设置菜单中关闭或开启电 子支付应用时, 智能卡响应相应的操作;
验证模块用于验证关闭或开启电子支付应用请求; 提示用户输入 PIN码 或预置的口令; 验证用户输入的 PIN码或口令是否正确;
电子支付应用工作状态处理模块用于判断应用的当前工作状态, 当需要 处理关闭命令时, 需检查当前是否有正在进行的电子交易, 如果有, 则根据 实际情况和用户的确认进行选择来完成操作, 可以保存当前工作或者等待当 前工作完成或者直接调用 "关闭 /开启电子支付模块" ; 如果当前没有正在进 行的交易, 则可以在用户确认后直接调用 "关闭 /开启电子支付模块" ; 以及 关闭 /开启电子支付模块, 用于根据验证过的用户请求, 对智能卡中的电 子支付应用进行对应的关闭 /开启操作。
另外, 当在移动终端上实现设置菜单时, 本发明提供的装置包括移动终 端和智能卡, 此时:
所述移动终端包括设置菜单模块和调用智能卡接口函数模块。
其中, 设置菜单模块提供给用户, 用于选择关闭 /开启智能卡中的电子支 付应用; 也用于显示电子支付应用的当前状态; 以及
调用智能卡接口函数模块用于调用智能卡提供的有关接口函数, 这些接 口函数用于关闭 /开启电子支付应用;
所述智能卡中包括命令接收模块、 验证模块和接口函数处理模块; 其中, 命令接收模块用于接收来自移动终端的、 预定格式的关闭 /开启电 子支付的请求命令;
验证模块用于验证关闭或开启电子支付应用请求; 提示用户输入 PIN码 或预置的口令; 验证用户输入的 PIN码或口令是否正确; 以及
接口函数处理模块用于判断应用的当前工作状态, 然后根据验证后的命 令执行电子支付应用的关闭 /开启。 当需要处理关闭命令时, 需检查当前是否 有正在进行的电子交易, 如果有, 则根据实际情况和用户的确认进行选择来 完成操作, 可以保存当前工作或者等待当前工作完成或者强制关闭电子支付 应用; 如果当前没有正在进行的交易, 则可以在用户确认后直接关闭电子支 付应用。 在本发明中, 用户可以根据个人实际需要和实际使用情况, 关闭电子支 付应用, 例如, 当用户感觉暂时不需要进行电子支付交易时、 或者用户要把 手机临时借给其他人之前, 进行电子支付应用的关闭, 那么, 即使被盗用, 也不会损失电子支付账户中的财产和信息安全。当用户需要使用电子支付时, 再开启此应用, 增强了移动终端电子支付应用的安全性和灵活性。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明克服了现有的移动终端电子支付缺乏灵活性及安全性存在漏洞的 别人盗用电子支付, 增强电子支付应用的安全性; 在需要使用时, 再重新开 启电子支付应用, 使用户更加方便灵活地使用电子支付功能。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种电子支付应用关闭和开启的方法, 包括: 在移动终端上提供关闭和开启智能卡上的电子支付应用的设置; 当用户 需要关闭或开启电子支付应用时, 在所述移动终端上进行相应的设置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
在移动终端上提供关闭和开启智能卡上的电子支付应用的设置的所述步 骤包括: 所述移动终端提供电子支付功能关闭和开启的设置菜单, 所述设置 菜单在所述智能卡内实现; 以及在所述移动终端上选择所述设置菜单中关闭 或开启电子支付应用时, 所述智能卡响应相应的操作。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中:
通过用户识别模块工具箱 STK菜单或者智能卡图形界面或者 JSR177客 户端界面实现所述设置菜单。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
在移动终端上提供关闭和开启智能卡上的电子支付应用的设置的所述步 骤包括: 所述移动终端提供电子支付功能关闭和开启的设置菜单, 所述设置 菜单在所述移动终端上实现; 以及所述智能卡提供接口给所述移动终端, 所 述移动终端响应用户的操作, 并调用所述智能卡提供的接口完成电子支付应 用的关闭或开启。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
在进行电子支付应用的关闭或开启设置之前, 所述智能卡提示用户输入 智能卡个人识别码 PIN码或其他预置口令, 验证输入的是正确的 PIN码或口 令后才进行设置, 否则结束操作。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中:
在进行电子支付应用的关闭或开启设置之前, 所述智能卡提示用户进行 确认; 当需要关闭电子支付应用时, 在用户确认后, 还检查当前是否有正在 进行的电子交易, 如果有, 则保存当前工作或者等待当前工作完成或者强制 关闭; 如果当前没有正在进行的交易, 则在用户确认后直接关闭。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中:
在进行电子支付应用的关闭或开启设置之前, 所述移动终端提示用户进 行确认; 当需要关闭电子支付应用时, 在用户确认后, 智能卡检查当前是否 有正在进行的电子交易, 如果有, 则保存当前工作或者等待当前工作完成或 者强制关闭; 如果当前没有正在进行的交易, 则在用户确认后直接关闭。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
当电子支付应用设置为关闭后, 所述智能卡接收到非接触读卡器发出的 命令时, 拒绝与非接触阅读器进行电子支付交易的交互。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中:
在关闭或开启了电子支付应用后, 所述智能卡中保存当前电子支付应用 是处于关闭还是开启状态, 设置菜单界面上也同步显示此状态。
10、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中:
在关闭或开启了电子支付应用后, 所述智能卡中保存当前电子支付应用 是处于关闭还是开启状态, 所述移动终端的界面上也同步显示此状态。
11、 一种用于实现电子支付应用关闭和开启的装置, 所述装置包括移动 终端和智能卡, 其中: 所述移动终端设置成提供关闭和开启所述智能卡上的电子支付应用的设 置, 以及当用户需要关闭或开启电子支付应用时, 响应用户的操作而进行相 应的设置; 以及
所述智能卡设置成响应所述移动终端的设置而关闭或开启电子支付应 用。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中:
所述移动终端包括设置界面模块, 其中,
所述设置界面模块提供给用户, 设置成选择所述智能卡上的设置菜 单;
所述智能卡包括设置菜单模块及关闭 /开启电子支付模块, 其中,
所述设置菜单模块设置成实现所述设置菜单, 以及在用户在所述移 动终端上选择所述设置菜单中的关闭或开启电子支付应用时, 使所述关 闭 /开启电子支付模块响应相应的操作; 以及
所述关闭 /开启电子支付模块设置成对所述智能卡中的电子支付应 用进行关闭 /开启操作。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中:
