随着移动通信技术的快速发展, 手机的功能越来越丰富, 多媒体应用, 尤其是流媒体业务, 已经成为了用户最关注的移动通信应用。 流媒体业务是 把数据(通常是音频和视频)从服务端实时传送到客户端 (如手机终端) , 客户端收到数据后, 对其进行译码及播放。 不过流媒体数据需要釆用流式传输, 受网络状况的影响较大, 不同的网 络条件对流媒体传输的要求不同; 同样的网络条件下, 也会因为存在多个访 问网络的应用程序而使得流媒体所能使用的带宽不同。 且因天气、 地理、 以 及网络负载的原因使得网络的传输信号时强时弱, 造成网络无法负载高码率 数据的正常传输, 服务质量会被大大破坏, 如出现音频和视频不同步、 播放 不流畅、 画面马赛克、 以及实时收看节目时断时续等各种异常状况, 从而不 能满足用户的收看要求。同时移动流媒体业务通常按包月计费或按流量计费, 普通用户难以承担其昂贵的资费。 此外, 除了移动终端从远端的多媒体服务器下载播放视频的应用, 还可 由移动终端上传视频到多媒体服务器进行视频网络共享, 同样的, 由于视频 文件通常较大, 若利用移动终端的无线移动通讯连接上传视频到多媒体服务 器, 则会存在传输速度慢, 费用高等弊端。
发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种移动终端及多媒体远程交互 的方法及系统, 用于解决移动终端与多媒体服务器连接进行流媒体播放及视 频上传时存在的网速慢、 效果差及费用高等问题。 为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种移动终端多媒体远程交互的系统, 该系统包括移动终端和计算实体, 其中: 移动终端设置为: 与计算实体建立无线连接, 经计算实体与多媒体服务 器进行多媒体交互; 计算实体设置为: 与移动终端建立无线连接, 在移动终端与多媒体服务 器之间转发交互信令及多媒体数据。 其中, 所述移动终端是设置为按如下方式经计算实体与多媒体服务器进 行多媒体交互: 移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器请求流媒体播放,和 /或移动终端经 计算实体向多媒体服务器发送移动终端存储的媒体文件。 其中, 所述移动终端是设置为通过如下方式经计算实体向多媒体服务器 请求流媒体播放: 移动终端向与之建立无线连接的计算实体发送请求播放的流媒体链接以 使计算实体根据该流媒体链接向对应的多媒体服务器请求流媒体数据, 接收 计算是同通过无线连接传输给该移动终端的流媒体数据, 以及移动终端对流 媒体数据进行解码播放。 其中, 所述无线连接是近距离无线连接,所述近距离无线连接包括: 蓝牙方式、 或 WIFI方式、 或 ZigBee方式。 其中, 所述移动终端与计算实体建立无线连接时, 是以远程登录方式利用无线 连接登录到所述计算实体。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提出了一种移动终端多媒体远程交互的方 法, 该方法包括: 移动终端与计算实体建立无线连接, 经计算实体与多媒体服务器进行多 媒体交互, 所述多媒体交互包括: 信令交互及多媒体数据交互。 其中, 所述多媒体数据交互包括: 移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器 请求流媒体播放,和 /或移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器发送移动终端存 储的媒体文件。 其中, 所述移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器请求流媒体播放包括: 移动终端向与之建立无线连接的计算实体发送请求播放的流媒体链接, 计算实体根据该流媒体链接向对应的多媒体服务器请求流媒体数据, 将所接 收的流媒体数据通过无线连接传输给移动终端, 移动终端对流媒体数据进行 解码播放。 其中, 所述无线连接是近距离无线连接, 所述近距离无线连接包括: 蓝 牙方式、 或 WIFI方式、 或 ZigBee方式。 其中, 所述移动终端与计算实体建立无线连接时, 是以远程登录方式利 用无线连接登录到所述计算实体。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提出了一种移动终端, 该移动终端包括: 控制模块、 无线模块、 以及多媒体模块, 其中: 无线模块设置为: 与计算实体建立无线连接, 接收计算实体反馈的流媒 体数据; 控制模块设置为: 在需要选择流媒体播放时, 开启无线模块, 搜索与无 线模块具有相同无线连接方式的计算实体并与之建立无线连接, 将待播放的 流媒体链接发送给计算实体; 控制多媒体模块对无线模块从计算实体接收的 流媒体数据进行播放; 多媒体模块设置为:对无线模块从计算实体接收的流媒体数据进行播放。 该移动终端还包括: 媒体存储模块, 其中: 无线模块还设置为: 向计算实体发送媒体数据; 控制模块还设置为: 在需要上传移动终端存储的多媒体文件至多媒体服 务器时, 开启无线模块, 搜索与无线模块具有相同无线连接方式的计算实体 并与之建立无线连接, 将多媒体服务器链接发送给计算实体; 控制无线模块 将从媒体存储模块获取的多媒体文件向计算实体发送; 媒体存储模块设置为: 存储多媒体文件。
本发明的技术方案中, 移动终端可不利用自身的移动网络通信能力, 而 是釆用近距离无线方式借助计算实体的网络资源能力, 方便的从多媒体服务 器(例如流媒体服务器)端经计算实体获取视频流媒体数据, 并进行流畅无 停顿的播放。 本发明通过移动终端借用或租用附近计算实体的网络能力, 保 证终端能够在较差移动无线网络情况下进行流畅播放视频流媒体, 克服了较 差移动网络情况下移动终端播放流媒体时容易出现时断时续、不断进行緩冲、 出现马赛克和视频语音不同步的弊端。 同时, 本发明的流媒体的远程播放方 案简单高效, 在资费上比利用无线移动通信网络播放流媒体要便宜, 也克服 了资费较高的弊端。

本发明的较佳实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发 明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 针对背景技术中提及的移动终端利用无线移动网络与多媒体服务器交互 时存在的网络不稳定, 速度慢, 以及费用高等弊端, 本发明实施例的技术方 案中, 移动终端釆用无线连接方式接入邻近计算实体, 借用或租用邻近计算 实体的网络资源, 来播放视频流媒体或者上传视频文件。 移动终端通过与附近计算实体的协商, 获得其网络资源使用的许可, 发 送具体的流媒体链接地址和终端支持能力到计算实体请求其代为链接, 计算 实体链接成功后将获得的流媒体视频数据传输给移动终端进行播放, 最终终 端能够借助计算实体的网络资源, 进行流畅地播放视频流媒体。 如图 1所示,本发明实施例的用于实现移动终端多媒体远程交互的系统, 包括移动终端和计算实体, 其中: 移动终端设置为: 与计算实体建立无线连接, 经计算实体与多媒体服务 器进行多媒体交互; 计算实体设置为: 与移动终端建立无线连接, 在移动终端与多媒体服务 器之间转发交互信令及多媒体数据。 所述的多媒体数据交互包括移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器请求流 媒体播放, 和 /或移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器发送本地多媒体文件。 所述无线连接是近距离无线连接, 无线连接方式包括: 蓝牙、 WIFI、 ZigBee 等方式。 所述计算实体包括台式电脑、 笔记本电脑、 具备个人电脑 ( Personal Computer, PC )功能的移动终端。 移动终端与计算实体建立连接时, 首先, 移动终端选择近距离无线连接 方式(比如蓝牙、 WIFI等), 利用近距离无线连接方式搜索附近区域是否有 可用的计算实体, 即搜索与移动终端釆用相同近距离无线连接方式且提供接 入服务的计算实体; 计算实体开启近距离无线连接(比如蓝牙、 WIFI等) , 用于向移动终端提供接入服务; 然后, 移动终端搜索到计算实体, 并获取后 者的网络资源性能, 向计算实体发送接入请求和远程网络资源借用或租用的 请求; 之后, 开启了近距离无线连接的计算实体收到接入请求后, 根据自身 运行情况, 决定是否借用或出租其网络资源能力: 如果该计算实体是商业计算实体提供者, 则告知移动终端租用费用; 如果该计算实体是自由计算实体提供者, 则向移动终端索取密码; 最后, 移动终端接受费用并向商业计算实体提供者确认后, 或者向自由 计算实体提供者提供密码后, 移动终端以远程登陆的方式接入计算实体, 双 方近距离无线连接建立。 在移动终端与计算实体建立连接后, 移动终端一方面可以向计算实体发 送请求播放的媒体链接, 计算实体向媒体链接对应的多媒体服务器请求流媒 体数据, 将接收的流媒体数据转发给移动终端, 移动终端对接收的流媒体数 据进行播放; 另一方面, 移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器请求上传媒体文件, 协 商后, 可以选择本地多媒体文件发送给计算实体, 计算实体将本地多媒体文 件转发至多媒体服务器, 完成上传。 本发明实施例的用于实现移动终端多媒体远程交互的方法包括: 移动终端与计算实体建立无线连接, 经计算实体与多媒体服务器进行多 媒体交互, 所述多媒体交互包括: 交互信令及多媒体数据交互。 所述的多媒体数据交互包括: 移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器请求 流媒体播放, 和 /或移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器发送本地媒体文件。 在移动终端经计算实体向多媒体服务器请求播放流媒体时, 所述的多媒 体服务器是流媒体服务器。
优选实施例 1: 移动终端远程播放流媒体 如图 2所示,本发明实施例的用于实现移动终端流媒体远程播放的系统, 包括移动终端和计算实体两部分, 其中: 移动终端利用控制模块控制无线模块搜索可用计算实体并与其建立无线 通信连接, 建立无线通信连接后移动终端可以通过计算实体的网络进行流媒 体链接播放, 在流媒体的播放过程中, 多媒体模块从无线模块接收数据进行 播放, 移动终端仅相当于一个流媒体播放器, 所有的网络功能完成均由计算 实体来完成;
计算实体利用无线模块许可移动终端建立无线通信连接后, 计算实体通 过无线模块接收移动终端发送的网络命令并利用网络模块完成其所要实现的 与多媒体服务器之间的网络连接功能, 网络模块接收多媒体服务器经数据传 输模块传送过来的流媒体数据和控制命令,并利用无线模块回送给移动终端。 其中, 移动终端的具体描述可参见优选实施例 3。 如图 3所示, 本发明实施例的移动终端的流媒体远程播放方法的具体实 施步骤包括: 步骤 301 , 移动终端与邻近的计算实体建立无线连接; 其中, 所述无线连接是近距离无线连接, 近距离无线连接方式包括: 蓝 牙、 WIFI、 ZigBee等方式。 所述计算实体包括台式电脑、 笔记本电脑、 以及 具备 PC功能的移动终端; 建立连接时, 首先, 移动终端选择近距离无线连接方式 (比如蓝牙或
WIFI等) , 利用近距离无线连接方式搜索附近区域是否有可用的计算实体, 即搜索与移动终端釆用相同近距离无线连接方式且提供接入服务的计算实 体; 计算实体开启近距离无线连接(比如蓝牙、 WIFI等), 用于向移动终端 提供接入服务; 然后, 移动终端搜索到计算实体, 并获取后者的网络资源性 能, 向计算实体发送接入请求和远程网络资源借用或租用的请求; 之后, 开 启了无线连接功能的计算实体收到接入请求后, 根据自身运行情况, 决定是 否借用或出租其网络资源能力: 如果该计算实体是商业计算实体提供者, 则告知移动终端租用费用; 如果该计算实体是自由计算实体提供者, 则向移动终端索取密码; 最后, 移动终端接受费用并向商业计算实体提供者确认后, 或者向自由 计算实体提供者提供密码后, 移动终端以远程登陆的方式接入计算实体, 双 方近巨离无线通信连接建立。 步骤 302, 移动终端通过近距离无线通信连接向计算实体发送具体的流 媒体链接地址和终端的能力参数, 计算实体根据链接地址连接到流媒体服务 器并根据终端的能力参数与流媒体服务器进行握手交互建立链接; 步骤 303 , 计算实体与流媒体服务器链接成功后, 计算实体接收到流媒 体服务器发送过来的流媒体数据, 并将所接收的流媒体数据(比如视频的帧 数据流) , 实时回送给移动终端; 步骤 304, 移动终端接收到计算实体发送过来的流媒体数据并进行解码 播放。 其中,移动终端把远程借用或租借来的计算实体虚拟成自己的网络能力, 移动终端所要完成的流媒体网络功能均需要由计算实体来完成, 移动终端在 远程流媒体播放过程中仅相当于一个播放器。 其中, 所述的移动终端调用计算实体的网络资源能力来发起流媒体链接 时, 移动终端需要把流媒体链接地址和自身终端的能力发给计算实体并由计 算实体发给流媒体服务器, 流媒体链接期间流媒体服务器回送的所有信息也 需要计算实体收到后传送给移动终端。 其中, 所述的移动终端接收到计算实体传输的流媒体数据并进行流媒体 播放过程中, 移动终端所进行的播放、 暂停、 以及快进快退等操作指令也需 要移动终端发送给计算实体再传输至服务器端, 播放过程期间计算实体不仅 需要实时输出流媒体数据, 而且也需要把服务器端发送过来的指令即时传送 给移动终端。 其中, 根据提供网络资源服务的动机, 计算实体可以包括: 自由网络服 务提供者和商用网络服务提供者。 前者不产生费用开销, 是个人电脑的临时 行为, 或者公司单位服务器的支援行为。 后者则类似网吧和提供 WIFI热点 接入的咖啡屋, 通过出租计算实体的能力来获取一定收益。 在实现上, 商业 计算实体提供者需额外维护一个接入控制任务, 用于验证控制移动终端的接 入和费用计算。
优选实施例 2: 移动终端远程上传媒体文件 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例的用于实现移动终端远程上传媒体文件的系 统包括移动终端和计算实体, 其中: 移动终端搜索可用计算实体并与其建立无线通信连接, 建立无线通信连 接后,移动终端的控制模块(即控制模块 1 )将媒体存储模块所存储的本地媒 体文件, 通过计算实体的网络将多媒体文件上传至远端多媒体服务器, 在上 传过程中, 移动终端仅相当于一个媒体存储器, 所有的网络功能完成均由计 算实体来完成;

优选实施例 3: 如图 2所示, 具体给出了播放流媒体时的一种移动终端, 该移动终端包 括: 控制模块、 无线模块、 以及多媒体模块, 其中: 无线模块设置为: 与计算实体建立无线连接, 接收计算实体反馈的流媒 体数据; 控制模块设置为: 在需要选择流媒体播放时, 开启无线模块, 并搜索与 无线模块具有相同无线连接方式的计算实体并与之建立无线连接, 将待播放 的流媒体链接发送给计算实体; 控制多媒体模块对无线模块从计算实体接收 的流媒体数据进行播放;

优选实施例 4: 如图 2所示, 具体给出了上传多媒体文件的一种移动终端, 该移动终端 包括: 控制模块、 无线模块、 以及媒体存储模块, 其中: 无线模块设置为: 与计算实体建立无线连接,向计算实体发送媒体数据; 控制模块设置为: 在需要上传本地多媒体文件至多媒体服务器时, 开启 无线模块搜索与无线模块具有相同无线连接方式的计算实体并与之建立无线 连接, 将多媒体服务器链接发送给计算实体; 控制无线模块将从媒体存储模 块获取的多媒体文件向计算实体发送;
媒体存储模块设置为: 存储多媒体文件。
应用实例: 如图 5所示,应用场景为用户在办公室环境下通过手机观看流媒体视频。 移动终端为手机。 首先, 用户选择蓝牙无线连接方式与邻近的笔记本电脑建立连接, 该笔 记本电脑开启了蓝牙无线连接方式; 手机启动借用邻近计算实体播放流媒体 的任务, 远程登陆到笔记本电脑, 笔记本电脑开放相关权限给登陆进来的手 机用户。
手机用户在手机上选定某个流媒体播放, 手机将所选定的流媒体链接地 址和自身终端的能力参数通过蓝牙推送给笔记本电脑。 笔记本电脑根据手机提供的流媒体链接地址和能力参数同流媒体服务器 建立连接, 并将从流媒体服务器得到的流媒体帧数据回送给手机。 手机进行流媒体数据緩冲接收后, 进行播放。 在图 5所示的应用场景下, 手机用户还可在手机与笔记本电脑建立连接 后, 将本地视频文件通过笔记本电脑发送给远端的多媒体服务器, 实现手机 视频共享。 本发明实施例提出的一种移动终端的多媒体远程交互方法及系统, 巧妙 借用了邻近计算实体的网络资源能力, 实现了视频流媒体在终端上的简单高 效播放, 极大的增强了用户的流媒体播放体验。 随着流媒体技术的不断深入 和普及, 本发明未来的应用前景将十分广阔。 以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权利要求 范围之内。
