配合したリナロール中のL体の比率が67%~100%の試験例3~8において、塗布直後の香気の評価で、従来技術のL体の比率が50%の試験例1よりも有意に高い評価が得られた。特に、リナロールのL体の比率を75%以上にすることにより、3.0以上の高い平均評価点が得られ、自然な富貴蘭の香りをより忠実に再現した香料組成物を調製できることが示された。さらには、L体の比率が90%以上になると塗布2時間後の評価点も有意に高く、保香性にも優れていることが示された。

- L体の比率が67%以上であるリナロールを含有する、富貴蘭様香料組成物。 A rich orchid-like fragrance composition containing linalool having an L-form ratio of 67% or more.
- チグリン酸シス-3-ヘキセニル、ジャスミンラクトンおよびインドールを含有する請求項1記載の富貴蘭様香料組成物。 The rich orchid-like fragrance composition according to claim 1, comprising cis-3-hexenyl tiglate, jasmine lactone and indole.
