Abstract

L'invention concerne un filtre à carburant (1) pour le filtrage de carburant, en particulier d'un carburant diesel, comprenant : un élément filtre (2) pour le filtrage de particules présentes dans le carburant; un élément coalescent (3) pour la coalescence de l'eau se trouvant dans le carburant; ainsi qu'un boîtier (4) en particulier en forme de pot comportant un espace intérieur (5). Une chambre de récupération d'eau (7) servant à recueillir l'eau séparée du carburant est formée dans la zone de fond (6) de l'espace intérieur (5) traversé par le carburant, et des moyens (8) pour absorber l'eau séparée sont prévus dans la zone de fond (6). Grâce au filtre à carburant (1) selon l'invention, on peut obtenir d'une manière particulièrement simple un meilleur degré de séparation de l'eau présente dans le carburant.
