具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步地说明。附图给出的实施例并不能 涵盖本发明的全部精神。
参见附图 1 ,图中的球拍网弦调整定位器包括按纵横排列或纵横间隔排 列的若干调整定位柱 1 ,每个调整定位柱 1的至少一个正立面投影面的最大宽 度与球拍正常网孔宽度尺寸相对应, 调整定位柱 1 通过所述最大宽度两端的 面或点对称压挤横向给力并与相邻两边的定位柱对称压挤横向使相邻网弦之 间距离恢复到正常; 当这种作用在一根弦线上直线多点对称给力时, 就能调 整偏移的弦线被直线定位, 当调整多根弦线时, 则使多根弦线直线定位和间 隔定位; 每两列调整定位柱的列间距离或同一行两调整定位柱最大宽度之间 的距离与球拍网弦的直径对应。 它不仅能恢复偏移了的网线, 而且提高了适 应性。
与附图 1不同的是图 2-5 中的球拍网弦调整定位器包括按纵横间隔排 列的若干调整定位柱 1 , 间隔排列须满足: 间隔为一条直线, 直线两边的定位 柱至少两点或三点对称, 以使其中的网弦获得左右的向中推力。 它有利于在 不影响效果的前提下, 减少部分定位柱, 从而减少重量和减少制造成本。
上述按纵横排列或纵横间隔排列的若干调整定位柱 1安装在基座 2上, 或与基座加工为一体。 安装方法包括粘接、 螺纹或铆钉连接等, 连接时还可 以加尺寸相等或不相等的垫, 还可以加筋杆。 整体加工时, 还可以设置筋板 以减轻重量。
参见附图 11、 12: 每个调整定位柱 1下部的两个高度上具有两个呈 90。 排列的通孔分别为横向穿孔和纵向穿孔; 若干个调整定位柱的横向穿孔通过 横向轴串成一列, 若干列调整定位柱通过若干通过纵向穿孔及纵向轴串成调 整定位柱矩阵, 调整定位柱之间的间隔由增加穿孔垫片或垫块实现。 所述调 整定位柱的矩阵安装在基座上。 这种方法更有利于标准化批量生产。
基座和调整定位柱由塑料或铝合金材料通过模具压铸做成的; 或由具有 一定硬度和韧性的轻质材料或轻质复合材料制造。 有利于扩大生产规模、 降 低原材料消耗和降低生产成本。
图中的调整定位柱 1 为梯形柱, 所述梯形柱横向正立面投影为梯形, 纵 向正立面投影为梯形或矩形, 横截面从顶端至底端由小渐大为圓形、 椭圓形、 矩形、 三角形或八边形; 梯形柱顶部为圓头或平头, 顶边尺寸较小, 柱腰是 两面对称或四面对称的光滑平顺的曲线或直线的斜楔坡面, 且均倒斜角或圓 角; 底边宽度小于、 等于或约大于网孔宽度; 梯形柱高 5 ~ 40 毫米, 单面斜 楔坡度 45 ~ 87°。 调整定位柱釆用梯形柱形状能得到较好的调整和定位效果。
基座是扁的方形、 长方形、 圓形、 椭圓形或八边形; 基座的底面是平面、 曲面或圓弧面 (参见附图 9 )。 基座的形状能满足不同风格和功能的需要。
在基座的底面和至少一个侧面安装或 /和成型调整定位柱 1. 1 , 安装或成 型在基座侧面的调整定位柱 1. 1 为至少一个或至少一行。 在特殊情况下, 当 网弦发生大的偏移时, 用它可以将其拨回。
参见附图 7、 8 : 基座由主基座 2和辅助基座 8构成, 安装或成型在辅助 基座上的调整定位柱 1 为两个; 在本实施例中, 辅助基座在主基座的一端与 其铰接, 通过一端装有顶簧的锁定杆 7 上的两个侧杆与辅助基座上的不同角 度的定位孔的结合, 实现辅助基座与主基座在同一平面上或在不同的平面上。 当将锁定杆 7向下按时, 锁定杆 7上的两个侧杆脱离辅助基座上的定位孔。 辅助基座专门针对周边更宽更不规则的网孔, 这是特别的而又快捷和十分好 用的方法。
参见附图 9、 10。基座 1侧面安装的调整定位柱 1. 2为可收进和伸出的结 构。 收缩后便于携带。 顶杆 9为反 Z字形, 杆的一端由顶簧支撑露在基座外, 杆中点在孔室中与基座铰接, 另一端在顶簧的作用下顶在位于孔中的调整定 位柱 1. 2的定位孔中, 向下按顶杆 9露在基座外的一端, 其另一端则脱离调 整定位柱 1. 2的定位孔。
基座上设有适合于手握住推拉用力的把手, 把手为与基座固定的把手, 或为收折式把手、 卡接式把手; 或基座的两侧设置抓手的能推拉用力的防滑 槽。 附图 1 3给出的可拆卸的把手 3. 1 , 它由两片下端带卡边的片材通过上端 铰接构成, 而基座上对应具有卡槽能与把手 3. 1 下端卡边结合。 矩形把手能 够合理的使用力量, 使定位器产生更好的效果。
参见附图 14 , 一种球拍箱包, 包括能装进球拍头部的上盖 12和下盖 11 构成的箱包壳体, 其中: 所述下盖在安放球拍的区域内, 按纵横排列或纵横 间隔排列安装有若干与球拍网孔对应的调整定位柱 1 ;上盖设置有能与球拍网 线框 14的内边沿对应的压环 1 0 , 当球拍放入箱包内时, 通过上盖的压环下压 网弦 13 , 让调整定位柱进入对应的网孔中, 而使网孔得到调整和定位。
所述调整定位柱 1安装或成型在基座 2上, 所述基座的周边具有对应球 拍内框边沿的坡面, 坡面使球拍居中固定。
进一步, 所述上盖 12和下盖 11通过拉链、 铰链或锁扣连接。
定位器设置在箱包内, 便于携带和使用。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征是: 包括按纵横排列或纵横间隔排 列的若干调整定位柱(1 ), 每个调整定位柱(1 ) 的至少一个正立面投影面的 最大宽度与球拍正常网孔宽度尺寸相对应, 调整定位柱(1 )通过所述最大宽 度两端的面或点对称压挤横向给力并与相邻两边的定位柱对称压挤横向使相 邻网弦之间距离恢复到正常; 每两列调整定位柱的列间距离或同一行两调整 定位柱最大宽度之间的距离与球拍网弦的直径对应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 所述按纵 横排列或纵横间隔排列的若干调整定位柱(1 )安装在基座上, 或与基座加工 为一体。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征是: 每个调整定 位柱( 1 )下部的两个高度上具有两个呈 90。 排列的通孔分别为横向穿孔和纵 向穿孔; 若干个调整定位柱的横向穿孔通过横向轴串成一列, 若干列调整定 位柱通过若干通过纵向穿孔及纵向轴串成调整定位柱矩阵, 调整定位柱之间 的间隔由增加穿孔垫片或垫块实现。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 所述调整 定位柱的矩阵安装在基座上。
5、 根据权利要求 2-4之一所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 基 座和调整定位柱由塑料或铝合金材料通过模具压铸做成的; 或由具有一定硬 度和韧性的轻质材料或轻质复合材料制造。
6、 根据权利要求 1、 3之一所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 所述调整定位柱( 1 )为梯形柱, 所述梯形柱横向正立面投影为梯形, 纵向正 立面投影为梯形或矩形, 横截面从顶端至底端由小渐大为圓形、 椭圓形、 矩 形、 三角形或八边形; 梯形柱顶部为圓头或平头, 顶边尺寸较小, 柱腰是两 面对称或四面对称的光滑平顺的曲线或直线的斜楔坡面, 且均倒斜角或圓角; 底边宽度小于、 等于或约大于网孔宽度; 梯形柱高 5 ~ 40 毫米, 单面斜楔坡 度 45 ~ 87°。
7、 根据权利要求 2或 4之一所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 基座是扁的方形、 长方形、 圓形、 椭圓形或八边形; 基座的底面是平面、 曲 面或圓弧面。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 在基座的 底面和至少一个侧面安装或 /和成型调整定位柱(1 ), 安装或成型在基座侧面 的调整定位柱(1 ) 为至少一个或至少一行。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 基座由主 基座和辅助基座构成, 安装或成型在辅助基座上的调整定位柱(1 )为至少一 个或至少一行; 主基座和辅助基座呈一定夹角固定或成型为一体, 或辅助基 座在主基座的一端与其铰接, 通过旋转锁定机构选择辅助基座与主基座在同 一平面上或在不同的平面上。
10、 根据权利要求 8 所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 基座侧 面安装调整定位柱(1 )为可收进和伸出的结构。
11、 根据权利要求 2或 4之一所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 基座上设有适合于手握住推拉用力的把手, 把手为与基座固定的把手, 或为 收折式把手、 卡接式把手; 或基座的两侧设置抓手的能推拉用力的防滑槽。
12、 根据权利要求 8 所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 所述基 座上设有适合于手握住推拉用力的把手, 把手为与基座固定的把手, 或为收 折式把手、 卡接式把手; 或基座的两侧设置抓手的能推拉用力的防滑槽。
1 3、 根据权利要求 9 所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 所述主 基座上设有适合于手握住推拉用力的把手, 把手为与基座固定的把手, 或为 收折式把手、 卡接式把手; 或基座的两侧设置抓手的能推拉用力的防滑槽。
14、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的球拍网弦调整定位器, 其特征在于: 纵 横间隔排列的若干调整定位柱( 1 ) 的间隔排列须满足: 间隔为一条直线, 直 线两边的定位柱至少两点或三点对称 , 以使其中的网弦获得左右的向中推力。
15、 一种球拍箱包, 包括能装进球拍头部的上盖和下盖构成的箱包壳体, 其特征在于: 所述下盖在安放球拍的区域内, 按纵横排列或纵横间隔排列安 装有若干与球拍网孔对应的调整定位柱(1 ); 上盖设置有能与球拍网线框的 内边沿对应的压环, 当球拍放入箱包内时, 通过上盖的压环下压网弦, 让调 整定位柱进入对应的网孔中, 而使网孔得到调整和定位。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的球拍箱包,其特征在于:所述调整定位柱( 1 ) 安装或成型 在基座上, 所述基座的周边具有对应球拍内框边沿的坡面, 坡面 使球拍居中固定。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的球拍箱包, 其特征在于: 所述上盖和下盖通 过拉链、 铰链或锁扣连接。
