本发明涉及一种动态平衡垫及其制造方法,特别是指具有硬质接触层、软质中间层及软质底层的平衡垫及其制造方法。
背景技术
平衡垫普遍为一种具有中空气室的垫体,使用者在不同方向对平衡垫施力,而压缩气室内的空气,使空气产生流动而平衡垫产生左右摇摆等倾斜,兼具有趣味性及作为练习平衡的用途。
其中在幼儿教育中,开发大脑前庭系统可以提高幼儿的生活及学习能力,而左右摇摆、旋转及跳跃是促进前庭发展的重要动作,所以平衡垫常常用作学龄前的幼童练习平衡的教材;更进一步,对平衡感失调的患者,医师亦多建议患者可以利用平衡垫作为练习平衡的复健,促进感觉统合的疗效。
其中市面上常见的平衡垫如图10所示,由一体成型的中空PVC(聚氯乙烯)软垫A制成,再请参阅图11所示,当使用者踩踏在该PVC软垫A上时,由于PVC为软质弹性材料,所以当该PVC软垫A内的空气受挤压流动,除了造成该PVC软垫A产生倾斜,同时该PVC软垫A亦会受挤压变形,而在该PVC软垫A因为压力变形时,容易造成人体受力不对称,造成跌倒受伤,所以软质的接触面并不适合初学者或平衡感差的使用者在初始练习时使用。
另外,则有三层结构的平衡垫如图12所示,包含有一接触层B、一中间层C及一包覆层D相互接合,该包覆层D以一接着剂E黏结在该接触层B周缘,而由于接着剂E是一种化学溶剂,会持续挥发有毒物质至空气中,除了污染空气的环保因素外,对幼儿也可能造成不良影响,并且接着剂E会随着时间而劣化,或因使用而容易造成包覆层D与接触层B脱落,其品质有待考验。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种相对安全的平衡垫供初学者或平衡感差的使用者在初始练习时使用,以及提供不使用接着剂黏贴方式结合各层结构的动态平衡垫。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种动态平衡垫,其中,包括:
一硬质接触层,包含有多个透空部,并该硬质接触层的周缘环设有一弯折状的凸缘;
一软质中间层,结合该硬质接触层,并该软质中间层区隔出多个分别凸出于前述硬质接触层透空部的凸出部,以及多个相对该凸出部的肋条,该些肋条则包含有多个凸起及多个凹陷;及
一软质底层,结合前述硬质接触层及软质中间层,该软质底层包覆前述硬质接触层的凸缘,以及密合前述肋条的凸起及凹陷,并该软质底层呈中空而包含有一气室。
进一步,该软质底层包含有一向该气室凹入的凹槽,并该凹槽对应于该硬质接触层。
进一步,该硬质接触层为聚丙烯层。
进一步,该软质中间层及软质底层为具弹性的热塑性橡胶层。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种动态平衡垫的制造方法,其具体包括如下步骤:
A.成型一硬质接触层,并在该硬质接触层上预留多个透空部,以及在该硬质接触层周缘成型一弯折状的凸缘;
B.再成型一软质中间层结合该硬质接触层,其中在该软质中间层的相对侧分别成型为多个凸出部及多个肋条,使该些凸出部分别凸出于该硬质接触层的透空部,以及在该些肋条上成型多个凸起及多个凹陷;及
C.成型一具有一中空气室的软质底层结合在该硬质接触层及软质中间层,并使该软质底层包覆前述硬质接触层的凸缘,以及使该软质底层嵌入该软质中间层的凸起及凹陷。
进一步,在步骤C中,更在该软质底层上成型至少一向该气室凹入并对应该硬质接触层的凹槽。
进一步,以一次射出成型方式制作步骤A的硬质接触层。
进一步,以射出成型方式制作步骤B的软质中间层,并同时在模内结合该硬质接触层。
进一步,以吹气包覆成型方式制作步骤C的软质底层,并同时在模内结合上述硬质接触层及软质中间层,并在吹气包覆成型过程形成一气孔并以一塞块密合该气孔。
采用上述结构后,本发明提供平衡垫的构造及制造所述平衡垫的方法,其至少具有如下有益效果:
一、利用硬质接触层不会变形的优点,配合软质中间层优异的摩擦止滑作用,并将受力变形的软质底层作为最下层,使用者容易达成平衡,较适合初学者或平衡感差的使用者初始练习之用。
二、软质底层设置凹槽,在使用时,会因为压缩使空气排出,形成类似真空的吸附作用,不会因为横向受力,使平衡垫位移,造成使用者跌倒受伤,使用上较安全。
三、本发明提供各层的制造方式可以快速方便制作所述的动态平衡垫,软质底层在制作过程并包覆或嵌入硬质接触层的凸缘及软质中间层的凸起及凹陷,而提供强而有力的结合而不至于脱落;且因可以不使用接着剂,符合环保需求,不会在空气中挥发接着剂的有毒气体,而为一符合国际环保要求且为一良好品质的成品。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1及图5所示,本发明的动态平衡垫包括有一硬质接触层1、一软质中间层2及一软质底层3依序成型结合而成,而该硬质接触层1为P.P层,即聚丙烯层,该软质中间层2及软质底层3为具弹性的热塑性橡胶层,其中:该硬质接触层1包含有多个透空部11,并该硬质接触层1的周缘环设有一弯折状的凸缘12,请参阅图2及图7;该软质中间层2结合该硬质接触层1,并该软质中间层2区隔出多个凸出部21分别凸出于前述硬质接触层1的透空部11,以及多个相对该凸出部21的肋条22,该些肋条22则包含有多个凸起221及多个凹陷222(请参阅图3,为该些肋条22的凸起221及凹陷222的示意图);该软质底层3结合前述硬质接触层1及软质中间层2,并包覆前述硬质接触层1的凸缘12(请参阅图7),以及密合前述肋条22的凸起221及凹陷222(请参阅图5及图6),通过该软质底层3包覆在该凸缘12,而具有黏合扣紧的作用,同时利用该肋条22的凸起221及凹陷222的嵌设作用,可以提供强而有力的结合,确保前述三层结构确实稳固结合,所以不用额外再以接着剂接合,不会在空气中挥发接着剂的有毒气体,符合环保需求,并该软质底层3呈中空而包含有一气室31,再如后述制造方法的制作过程会在该气室31形成一气孔32,故以一塞块4塞入并密合该气孔32,另外,在本实施例该软质底层3更包含有一向该气室31凹入的凹槽33,并该凹槽33对应于该硬质接触层1(请参阅图4,为该凹槽33的示意图)。
请参阅图8所示,为使用者练习平衡的示意图,其中要说明的是:
该硬质接触层1受压后,其本身不会产生形变的作用,同时该软质中间层2的凸出部21摩擦阻力很大,会抵销使用者和该硬质接触层1之间滑移的剪力,让使用者容易达成平衡,并且对于平衡感失调的患者作练习平衡的复健时,该等凸出部21更具有按摩刺激穴道的作用,提高复健的感觉统合效果,而使用者下压的正向作用力,则会压缩该软质底层3,使该软质底层3变形,通过该软质底层3的气室32,则可以利用空气的压缩、流动,提供足够的缓冲阻力,而在该软质底层3压缩变形的同时,该软质底层3的凹槽33会受挤压而将空气排出,产生类似真空的吸附作用,不会因为横向受力,使本发明的平衡垫位移,造成使用者跌倒受伤,使用上较为安全,另外,本发明将受力变形的软质底层3作为最下层,使用者容易达成平衡,较适合初学者或平衡感差的使用者初始练习用。
再请参阅图9所示,本发明动态平衡垫的制造方法包括下述步骤:
A.利用一次射出成型方式成型前述硬质接触层1;
B.再以射出成型方式成型前述软质中间层2并同时在模内结合该硬质接触层1;
C.再以吹气包覆成型方式成型前述软质底层3并同时在模内结合该硬质接触层1及软质中间层2,并在吹气包覆成型过程形成一气孔32并以一塞块4密合该气孔32。
利用上述方法即可以快速而方便制作本发明的动态平衡垫,并且在步骤C利用吹气包覆成型结合该软质底层3、硬质接触层1及软质中间层2,而不使用接着剂,不会有后续接着剂劣化导致软质底层3脱落之缺失,品质较佳。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (9)

1、一种动态平衡垫,其特征在于,包括:
一硬质接触层,包含有多个透空部,并该硬质接触层的周缘环设有一弯折状的凸缘;
一软质中间层,结合该硬质接触层,并该软质中间层区隔出多个分别凸出于前述硬质接触层透空部的凸出部,以及多个相对该凸出部的肋条,该些肋条则包含有多个凸起及多个凹陷;及
一软质底层,结合前述硬质接触层及软质中间层,该软质底层包覆前述硬质接触层的凸缘,以及密合前述肋条的凸起及凹陷,并该软质底层呈中空而包含有一气室。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种动态平衡垫,其特征在于,该软质底层包含有一向该气室凹入的凹槽,并该凹槽对应于该硬质接触层。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种动态平衡垫,其特征在于,该硬质接触层为聚丙烯层。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种动态平衡垫,其特征在于,该软质中间层及软质底层为具弹性的热塑性橡胶层。
5、一种动态平衡垫的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A.成型一硬质接触层,并在该硬质接触层上预留多个透空部,以及在该硬质接触层周缘成型一弯折状的凸缘;
B.再成型一软质中间层结合该硬质接触层,其中在该软质中间层的相对侧分别成型为多个凸出部及多个肋条,使该些凸出部分别凸出于该硬质接触层的透空部,以及在该些肋条上成型多个凸起及多个凹陷;及
C.成型一具有一中空气室的软质底层结合在该硬质接触层及软质中间层,并使该软质底层包覆前述硬质接触层的凸缘,以及使该软质底层嵌入该软质中间层的凸起及凹陷。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种动态平衡垫的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤C中,更在该软质底层上成型至少一向该气室凹入并对应该硬质接触层的凹槽。
7、如权利要求5所述的一种动态平衡垫的制造方法,其特征在于,以一次射出成型方式制作步骤A的硬质接触层。
8、如权利要求5所述的一种动态平衡垫的制造方法,其特征在于,以射出成型方式制作步骤B的软质中间层,并同时在模内结合该硬质接触层。
9、如权利要求5所述的一种动态平衡垫的制造方法,其特征在于,以吹气包覆成型方式制作步骤C的软质底层,并同时在模内结合上述硬质接触层及软质中间层,并在吹气包覆成型过程形成一气孔并以一塞块密合该气孔。
