    A transmission unit that transmits the control information selected by the control information selection unit to the second electronic device;
    The second electronic device is
    A storage unit for storing a moving image indicating a user of the first electronic device;
    A display unit for displaying the moving image stored in the storage unit;
    A receiving unit for receiving the control information transmitted from the first electronic device;
    And a control unit that controls movement of the moving image displayed on the display unit in accordance with the control information received by the receiving unit.
  2.  請求項1に記載の通信システムにおいて、
     前記指示は、前記動画像における動きを利用して、前記第1の電子機器のユーザの心理状態を前記第2の電子機器のユーザに伝えるための指示であって、
     前記第2の電子機器の前記制御部は、前記受信部が、前記第1の電子機器のユーザの心理状態を伝えるための前記指示に応じた前記制御情報を受信した場合、前記第1の電子機器のユーザの当該心理状態を表現するように、前記動画像における動きを制御する通信システム。

    を備える電子機器。

     前記受信部によって受信された前記制御情報に従って、前記他の電子機器のユーザの心理状態を表現するように、前記動画像における動きを制御する制御部と
    を備える電子機器。
