普通鞋底的主要是靠棉、 毛、 绒等结构组合为一体, 有一定的 保暧效果, 但是其自身不能主动产生热量, 需要将其放到鞋子内, 借助鞋子密封性来保暧, 但是当外界环境温度与体温相差悬殊时, 脚就会逐渐感觉到冷甚至会冻僵。 寒从脚下起, 当脚被冻僵后人体 另外部位的温度也会跟着下降, 长时间就会有生命危险。 为了避免 该情况, 人们只能穿普通保暧鞋, 但有些人脚容易生汗, 长时间穿 会使保暧鞋被汗湿, 一段保暧鞋被汗湿就起不到很好的保暧作用, 另外, 保暧鞋也不方便人体的活动, 故仍然难以起到御寒保暧的效 果。
针对上述问题, 现有技术中有通过将电能转变为热能后, 补充 到鞋底内, 为鞋底提供热能, 同时也对某些被汗湿的鞋底起到烘干 作用。 如专利号为 CN201085130Y的中国专利所公开的一种电热鞋 底, 它包括一普通鞋底, 所述普通鞋底的夹层之间设有一电阻丝, 电阻丝连接导线, 导线连接连接电源插头和电源开关。 该类电热鞋 底虽然有一点的保暧效果, 但是其缺陷在于不能对人体脚部的重要 部位的特殊需要, 如脚心、 前脚掌、 脚趾等穴位较多且与脏器直接 相通的部位, 需要补充的热量往往高于人体脚部的其它部位, 使用 时若发热量小, 则上述部位不能有效得到热量补充, 若发热量大则 一方面浪费能源, 另一方面会使人体产生燥热感, 也造成脚底生汗, 进而影响人体健康。 另外, 该类电热鞋底是通过电池供电, 当电池 的电能消耗后, 要么需要更换电池, 要么需要充电, 这样会使用不 便。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种既具有 良好的全面取暧作用, 又能兼顾人体脚部重要部位特殊保暧要求, 而且还能自生提供电源的电热鞋底。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采用下述技术方案。
一种电热鞋底, 它包括鞋底主体, 所述鞋底主体内设置有发热 层和按压发电装置, 所述发热层布设有发热元件, 所述发热层与按 压发电装置连接, 所述发热层设置有密集区域, 所述密集区域的发 热元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域的发热元件分布密度, 所述密 集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚部穴位的位置。
所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚心、前脚掌和脚趾位置。 所述按压发电装置包括踩压机构,踩压机构一端连接一传动轮, 传动轮连接微型发电机, 该微型发电机的输出端与发热层连接。
所述微型发电机与发热层之间设有电能储备装置, 该电能储备 装置分别与微型发电机和发热层连接。
所述踩压机构的一端通过一连接轴与鞋底主体摆动连接, 所述 连接轴套设有一弹簧, 踩压机构的另一端设有弧形齿条, 该弧形齿 条与传动轮连接。
所述传动轮包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮, 第一齿轮和第二齿轮同 轴且固定连接, 第一齿轮与所述踩压机构的弧形齿条啮合, 第二齿 轮与微型发电机连接。
所述微型发电机包括与所述传动轮的第二齿轮啮合的第三齿 轮, 该第三齿轮固定连接一棘轮, 棘轮上端设有旋转盘, 该旋转盘 内设有发电元件, 其中, 所述棘轮两侧设有棘爪, 旋转盘内壁设有 多个与棘爪配合传动的多个棘爪卡位。
所述电能储备装置连接有一控制开关, 该控制开关设于鞋底主 体夕卜端。
所述控制开关包括打开挡、 温度调节挡和关闭档。
所述鞋底主体设置有容置所述按压发电装置、 电能储备装置以 及电热层的容置腔。
本实用新型有益效果为: 它包括鞋底主体, 所述鞋底主体内设 置有发热层和按压发电装置, 所述发热层布设有发热元件, 所述发 热层与按压发电装置连接, 所述发热层设置有密集区域, 所述密集 区域的发热元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域的发热元件分布密 度, 所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚部穴位的位置; 使用过 程中, 人行走时踩踏按压发电装置, 将动能转换为电能, 使发热层 通电发热, 补充维持人体脚部温度所需的热量, 同时, 所述密集区 域由于发热元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域,产生的热量更集中, 可以有效补充人体脚部穴位且与人体脏器直接相通的部位所需的热 量。 本实用新型既具有良好的全面取暧作用, 又能兼顾人体脚部重 要部位特殊保暧要求, 对产生的热量分配合理, 适用范围广, 还能 自生提供电源。 附图说明:

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例一
见图 1、 图 2所示, 它包括鞋底主体 1, 所述鞋底主体 1内设置 有发热层 2和按压发电装置 3,所述发热层 2布设有发热元件,所述 发热层 2与按压发电装置 3连接,所述发热层 2设置有密集区域 21, 所述密集区域 21的发热元件分布密度高于发热层 2其它区域的发热 元件分布密度,所述密集区域 21设置在发热层 2对应人体脚部穴位 的位置。
本实施例所述发热层 2通过按压发电装置 3提供的电源通电发 热, 补充维持人体脚部温度所需的热量, 同时, 所述密集区域 21由 于发热元件分布密度高于发热层 2其它区域, 产生的热量更集中, 可以有效补充人体脚部穴位且与人体脏器直接相通的部位所需的热 量。 本实用新型既具有良好的全面取暧作用, 又能兼顾人体脚部重 要部位特殊保暧要求, 对产生的热量分配合理, 适用范围广, 还能 自生提供电源。
其中, 所述发热元件可以为电热丝, 将所述电热丝盘绕夹固于 两层耐热绝缘布之间, 或固定敷设于一基布上, 从而构成所述发热 层 2, 电热丝在除所述密集区域 21之外的其它区域均匀盘绕布设, 而在密集区域 21内密集盘绕布设, 使电热丝在密集区域 21内的布 设密度高于其它区域。 所述发热元件也可以为电热片或其它片状电 发热体, 将电热片间隔夹固于两耐热绝缘层之间, 或固定敷设于一 基层上,从而构成所述发热层 2,各电热片通过电源导线串接或并接, 电热片在除所述密集区域 21之外的其它区域内均匀间隔布设,而在 所述密集区域 21内密集布设, 使电热片在密集区域 21 内的布设密 度高于其它区域。 所述电热丝或片状的电热片均为应用于电热鞋底 的常用发热元件, 只要能达到通电产生热量的目的即可。
其中, 所述密集区域 21设置在发热层 2对应人体脚心、 前脚掌 和脚趾位置等穴位较多的位置, 因为脚部的很多穴位是与人体的各 个脏器相通的, 也就是说对人体脚部保暧也可对相应的人体脏器起 到保健作用。 具体地, 可以根据人体体制、 生活环境或性别层次的 使用群体设置所述密集区域 21的位置。例如, 对于一些使用者需要 对脑部和五官处有更高的保暧要求, 可在发热层 2对应脚趾的体表 穴位处设置所述密集区域 21 ; 而对于使用者需要对肩部、 心脏、 肺 部、 肝、 胆、 脾、 胰、 胃等处有更高的保暧要求, 可在发热层 2对 应前脚掌的体表穴位处设置所述密集区域 21。 同理, 也可根据需要 在脚心等位置设置密集区域 21, 以集中对这些部位供热, 提高热量 分配的合理性,从而对脚部穴位与身体相通的部位达到保健的效果。
其中, 所述按压发电装置 3包括踩压机构, 所述鞋底主体 1设 有固定块, 所述踩压机构的一端通过一连接轴与鞋底主体 1 的固定 块摆动连接, 所述连接轴套设有一弹簧, 踩压机构的另一端设有弧 形齿条, 该弧形齿条与传动轮 32连接, 所述传动轮 32包括第一齿 轮 321和第一齿轮 322,第一齿轮 321和第一齿轮 322同轴且固定连 接, 即同步旋转, 第一齿轮 321与所述踩压机构的弧形齿条啮合, 第一齿轮 322与微型发电机 33连接。 该微型发电机 33的输出端与 发热层 2连接。
进一步地, 所述微型发电机 33包括与所述传动轮 32的第一齿 轮 322啮合的第一齿轮 323, 该第一齿轮 323固定连接一棘轮 331, 棘轮 331上端设有旋转盘 332, 该旋转盘 332内设有发电元件 31 1, 其中,所述棘轮 331两侧设有棘爪 333,该棘爪 333只能照一个方向 转动, 另一方向被棘轮 331挡柱, 旋转盘 332内壁设有多个与棘爪 333配合传动的多个棘爪卡位 334。
人行走中, 脚踩压下踩压机构, 带动第一齿轮 321转动, 而第 一齿轮 321转动的同时第一齿轮 322与之同步转动, 第一齿轮 322 转动也带动第一齿轮 323转动, 而该第一齿轮 323固定连接一棘轮 331, 棘轮 331上端设有旋转盘 332, 该旋转盘 332内设有发电元件 311, 所以第一齿轮 323转动的同时棘轮 331与之同步转动, 其中, 所述棘轮 331两侧设有棘爪 333, 旋转盘 332内壁设有多个与棘爪 333配合传动的多个棘爪卡位 334,在棘轮 331转动的同时,棘爪 333 转动到被棘轮 331挡柱的方向,转动卡入到两个棘爪卡位 334之间, 驱动旋转盘 332转动, 由于旋转盘 332内设有发电元件 311,旋转盘 332转动时, 就会产生电能, 即可为发热层 2供电, 该供电电压不超 过 36V; 当人行走中, 抬起脚迈向下一步时, 脚部就会松开踩压装 置 31,而踩压装置 31在弹簧了的作用下,会向远离鞋底本体的方向 摆动, 同时也会带动第一齿轮 321、 第一齿轮 322、 第一齿轮 323以 及棘轮 331反向转动, 其中, 在棘轮 331方向转动时, 棘爪 333转 动到不被棘轮 331挡柱的方向, 不卡入到两个棘爪卡位 334之间, 与旋转盘 332不接触, 此时, 旋转盘 332与发电元件 31 1固定不转, 不产生电能, 如此循环。
实施例二
见图 3所示, 与实施例不同的是, 本实施例所述微型发电机 33 与发热层 2之间设有电能储备装置 4,电能储备装置 4分别与微型发 电机 33和发热层 2连接, 该电能储备装置 4是将微型发电机 33输 出的电存储起来, 当人不行走即不踩压踩压装置 31时, 微型发电机 33就不会发电, 而此时脚部有需要供应热能保暧, 所以需要将在行 走运动中微型发电机 33发出的电能, 多余的存储起来, 以备后用。
其中, 所述电能储备装置 4连接有一控制开关 5, 该控制开关 5 设于鞋底主体 1外端, 所述控制开关 5包括打开挡、 温度调节挡和 关闭档, 当人行走或需要使用电能时, 将所述控制开关 5打开, 既 可对发热层 2提供电能,又能将微型发电机 33产生的多余电能存储 起来, 当人体脚部感觉到温度过高或过低使, 可以调节温度调节挡, 使人体脚部得到最舒适的温度, 当不使用本实用新型时, 可以按下 关闭档, 使电能存储装置停止输出电能, 这样可以避免电能浪费。
其中,所述鞋底主体 1设置有容置所述按压发电装置 3、电能储 备装置 4 以及电热层的容置腔, 可以方便以上装置的整体拆换。 另 外,也可将按压发电装置 3、电能储备装置 4以及电热层分别分为三 个容置腔, 方便单个装置的拆换。 本实施例其余部分与实施例一相同, 这里不再赘述。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施方式, 故凡依本实用新型 专利申请范围所述的构造、 特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰, 均 包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种电热鞋底, 它包括鞋底主体, 所述鞋底主体内设置有发 热层, 所述发热层布设有发热元件, 其特征在于: 所述鞋底主体内 设置有按压发电装置, 所述发热层与按压发电装置连接, 所述发热 层设置有密集区域, 所述密集区域的发热元件分布密度高于发热层 其它区域的发热元件分布密度, 所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人 体脚部穴位的位置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述密 集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚心、 前脚掌和脚趾位置。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述按 压发电装置包括踩压机构, 踩压机构一端连接一传动轮, 传动轮连 接微型发电机, 该微型发电机的输出端与发热层连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述微 型发电机与发热层之间设有电能储备装置, 该电能储备装置分别与 微型发电机和发热层连接。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述踩 压机构的一端通过一连接轴与鞋底主体摆动连接, 所述连接轴套设 有一弹簧, 踩压机构的另一端设有弧形齿条, 该弧形齿条与传动轮 连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述传 动轮包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮, 第一齿轮和第二齿轮同轴且固定连 接, 第一齿轮与所述踩压机构的弧形齿条啮合, 第二齿轮与微型发 电机连接。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述微 型发电机包括与所述传动轮的第二齿轮啮合的第三齿轮, 该第三齿 轮固定连接一棘轮, 棘轮上端设有旋转盘, 该旋转盘内设有发电元 件, 其中, 所述棘轮两侧设有棘爪, 旋转盘内壁设有多个与棘爪配 合传动的多个棘爪卡位。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述电 能储备装置连接有一控制开关, 该控制开关设于鞋底主体外端。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述控 制开关包括打开挡、 温度调节挡和关闭档。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的一种电热鞋底, 其特征在于: 所述 鞋底主体设置有容置所述按压发电装置、 电能储备装置以及电热层 的容置腔。
