一种电热鞋底
技术领域
本实用新型涉及鞋类技术领域,特别涉及一种电热鞋底。
背景技术
普通鞋底的主要是靠棉、毛、绒等结构组合为一体,有一定的保暖效果,但是其自身不能主动产生热量,需要将其放到鞋子内,借助鞋子密封性来保暖,但是当外界环境温度与体温相差悬殊时,脚就会逐渐感觉到冷甚至会冻僵。寒从脚下起,当脚被冻僵后人体另外部位的温度也会跟着下降,长时间就会有生命危险。为了避免该情况,人们只能穿普通保暖鞋,但有些人脚容易生汗,长时间穿会使保暖鞋被汗湿,一段保暖鞋被汗湿就起不到很好的保暖作用,另外,保暖鞋也不方便人体的活动,故仍然难以起到御寒保暖的效果。
针对上述问题,现有技术中有通过将电能转变为热能后,补充到鞋底内,为鞋底提供热能,同时也对某些被汗湿的鞋底起到烘干作用。如专利号为CN201085130Y的中国专利所公开的一种电热鞋底,它包括一普通鞋底,所述普通鞋底的夹层之间设有一电阻丝,电阻丝连接导线,导线连接连接电源插头和电源开关。该类电热鞋底虽然有一点的保暖效果,但是其缺陷在于不能对人体脚部的重要部位的特殊需要,如脚心、前脚掌、脚趾等穴位较多且与脏器直接相通的部位,需要补充的热量往往高于人体脚部的其它部位,使用时若发热量小,则上述部位不能有效得到热量补充,若发热量大则一方面浪费能源,另一方面会使人体产生燥热感,也造成脚底生汗,进而影响人体健康。另外,该类电热鞋底是通过电池供电,当电池的电能消耗后,要么需要更换电池,要么需要充电,这样会使用不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种既具有良好的全面取暖作用,又能兼顾人体脚部重要部位特殊保暖要求,而且还能自生提供电源的电热鞋底。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术方案。
一种电热鞋底,它包括鞋底主体,所述鞋底主体内设置有发热层和按压发电装置,所述发热层布设有发热元件,所述发热层与按压发电装置连接,所述发热层设置有密集区域,所述密集区域的发热元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域的发热元件分布密度,所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚部穴位的位置。
所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚心、前脚掌和脚趾位置。
所述按压发电装置包括踩压机构,踩压机构一端连接一传动轮,传动轮连接微型发电机,该微型发电机的输出端与发热层连接。
所述微型发电机与发热层之间设有电能储备装置,该电能储备装置分别与微型发电机和发热层连接。
所述踩压机构的一端通过一连接轴与鞋底主体摆动连接,所述连接轴套设有一弹簧,踩压机构的另一端设有弧形齿条,该弧形齿条与传动轮连接。
所述传动轮包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,第一齿轮和第二齿轮同轴且固定连接,第一齿轮与所述踩压机构的弧形齿条啮合,第二齿轮与微型发电机连接。
所述微型发电机包括与所述传动轮的第二齿轮啮合的第三齿轮,该第三齿轮固定连接一棘轮,棘轮上端设有旋转盘,该旋转盘内设有发电元件,其中,所述棘轮两侧设有棘爪,旋转盘内壁设有多个与棘爪配合传动的多个棘爪卡位。
所述电能储备装置连接有一控制开关,该控制开关设于鞋底主体外端。
所述控制开关包括打开挡、温度调节挡和关闭档。
所述鞋底主体设置有容置所述按压发电装置、电能储备装置以及电热层的容置腔。

实施例一,见图1、图2所示,它包括鞋底主体1,所述鞋底主体1内设置有发热层2和按压发电装置3,所述发热层2布设有发热元件,所述发热层2与按压发电装置3连接,所述发热层2设置有密集区域21,所述密集区域21的发热元件分布密度高于发热层2其它区域的发热元件分布密度,所述密集区域21设置在发热层2对应人体脚部穴位的位置。
本实施例所述发热层2通过按压发电装置3提供的电源通电发热,补充维持人体脚部温度所需的热量,同时,所述密集区域21由于发热元件分布密度高于发热层2其它区域,产生的热量更集中,可以有效补充人体脚部穴位且与人体脏器直接相通的部位所需的热量。本实用新型既具有良好的全面取暖作用,又能兼顾人体脚部重要部位特殊保暖要求,对产生的热量分配合理,适用范围广,还能自生提供电源。
其中,所述发热元件可以为电热丝,将所述电热丝盘绕夹固于两层耐热绝缘布之间,或固定敷设于一基布上,从而构成所述发热层2,电热丝在除所述密集区域21之外的其它区域均匀盘绕布设,而在密集区域21内密集盘绕布设,使电热丝在密集区域21内的布设密度高于其它区域。所述发热元件也可以为电热片或其它片状电发热体,将电热片间隔夹固于两耐热绝缘层之间,或固定敷设于一基层上,从而构成所述发热层2,各电热片通过电源导线串接或并接,电热片在除所述密集区域21之外的其它区域内均匀间隔布设,而在所述密集区域21内密集布设,使电热片在密集区域21内的布设密度高于其它区域。所述电热丝或片状的电热片均为应用于电热鞋底的常用发热元件,只要能达到通电产生热量的目的即可。
其中,所述密集区域21设置在发热层2对应人体脚心、前脚掌和脚趾位置等穴位较多的位置,因为脚部的很多穴位是与人体的各个脏器相通的,也就是说对人体脚部保暖也可对相应的人体脏器起到保健作用。具体地,可以根据人体体制、生活环境或性别层次的使用群体设置所述密集区域21的位置。例如,对于一些使用者需要对脑部和五官处有更高的保暖要求,可在发热层2对应脚趾的体表穴位处设置所述密集区域21;而对于使用者需要对肩部、心脏、肺部、肝、胆、脾、胰、胃等处有更高的保暖要求,可在发热层2对应前脚掌的体表穴位处设置所述密集区域21。同理,也可根据需要在脚心等位置设置密集区域21,以集中对这些部位供热,提高热量分配的合理性,从而对脚部穴位与身体相通的部位达到保健的效果。
其中,所述按压发电装置3包括踩压机构,所述鞋底主体1设有固定块,所述踩压机构的一端通过一连接轴与鞋底主体1的固定块摆动连接,所述连接轴套设有一弹簧,踩压机构的另一端设有弧形齿条,该弧形齿条与传动轮32连接,所述传动轮32包括第一齿轮321和第一齿轮322,第一齿轮321和第一齿轮322同轴且固定连接,即同步旋转,第一齿轮321与所述踩压机构的弧形齿条啮合,第一齿轮322与微型发电机33连接。该微型发电机33的输出端与发热层2连接。
进一步地,所述微型发电机33包括与所述传动轮32的第一齿轮322啮合的第一齿轮323,该第一齿轮323固定连接一棘轮331,棘轮331上端设有旋转盘332,该旋转盘332内设有发电元件311,其中,所述棘轮331两侧设有棘爪333,该棘爪333只能照一个方向转动,另一方向被棘轮331挡柱,旋转盘332内壁设有多个与棘爪333配合传动的多个棘爪卡位334。
人行走中,脚踩压下踩压机构,带动第一齿轮321转动,而第一齿轮321转动的同时第一齿轮322与之同步转动,第一齿轮322转动也带动第一齿轮323转动,而该第一齿轮323固定连接一棘轮331,棘轮331上端设有旋转盘332,该旋转盘332内设有发电元件311,所以第一齿轮323转动的同时棘轮331与之同步转动,其中,所述棘轮331两侧设有棘爪333,旋转盘332内壁设有多个与棘爪333配合传动的多个棘爪卡位334,在棘轮331转动的同时,棘爪333转动到被棘轮331挡柱的方向,转动卡入到两个棘爪卡位334之间,驱动旋转盘332转动,由于旋转盘332内设有发电元件311,旋转盘332转动时,就会产生电能,即可为发热层2供电,该供电电压不超过36V;当人行走中, 抬起脚迈向下一步时,脚部就会松开踩压装置31,而踩压装置31在弹簧了的作用下,会向远离鞋底本体的方向摆动,同时也会带动第一齿轮321、第一齿轮322、第一齿轮323以及棘轮331反向转动,其中,在棘轮331方向转动时,棘爪333转动到不被棘轮331挡柱的方向,不卡入到两个棘爪卡位334之间,与旋转盘332不接触,此时,旋转盘332与发电元件311固定不转,不产生电能,如此循环。
实施例二,见图3所示,与实施例不同的是,本实施例所述微型发电机33与发热层2之间设有电能储备装置4,电能储备装置4分别与微型发电机33和发热层2连接,该电能储备装置4是将微型发电机33输出的电存储起来,当人不行走即不踩压踩压装置31时,微型发电机33就不会发电,而此时脚部有需要供应热能保暖,所以需要将在行走运动中微型发电机33发出的电能,多余的存储起来,以备后用。
其中,所述电能储备装置4连接有一控制开关5,该控制开关5设于鞋底主体1外端,所述控制开关5包括打开挡、温度调节挡和关闭档,当人行走或需要使用电能时,将所述控制开关5打开,既可对发热层2提供电能,又能将微型发电机33产生的多余电能存储起来,当人体脚部感觉到温度过高或过低使,可以调节温度调节挡,使人体脚部得到最舒适的温度,当不使用本实用新型时,可以按下关闭档,使电能存储装置停止输出电能,这样可以避免电能浪费。
其中,所述鞋底主体1设置有容置所述按压发电装置3、电能储备装置4以及电热层的容置腔,可以方便以上装置的整体拆换。另外,也可将按压发电装置3、电能储备装置4以及电热层分别分为三个容置腔,方便单个装置的拆换。
本实施例其余部分与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。

1.一种电热鞋底,它包括鞋底主体,所述鞋底主体内设置有发热层,所述发热层布设有发热元件,其特征在于:所述鞋底主体内设置有按压发电装置,所述发热层与按压发电装置连接,所述发热层设置有密集区域,所述密集区域的发热元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域的发热元件分布密度,所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚部穴位的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述密集区域设置在发热层对应人体脚心、前脚掌和脚趾位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述按压发电装置包括踩压机构,踩压机构一端连接一传动轮,传动轮连接微型发电机,该微型发电机的输出端与发热层连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述微型发电机与发热层之间设有电能储备装置,该电能储备装置分别与微型发电机和发热层连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述踩压机构的一端通过一连接轴与鞋底主体摆动连接,所述连接轴套设有一弹簧,踩压机构的另一端设有弧形齿条,该弧形齿条与传动轮连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述传动轮包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,第一齿轮和第二齿轮同轴且固定连接,第一齿轮与所述踩压机构的弧形齿条啮合,第二齿轮与微型发电机连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述微型发电机包括与所述传动轮的第二齿轮啮合的第三齿轮,该第三齿轮固定连接一棘轮,棘轮上端设有旋转盘,该旋转盘内设有发电元件,其中,所述棘轮两侧设有棘爪,旋转盘内壁设有多个与棘爪配合传动的多个棘爪卡位。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述电能储备装置连接有一控制开关,该控制开关设于鞋底主体外端。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述控制开关包括打开挡、温度调节挡和关闭档。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种电热鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底主体设置有容置所述按压发电装置、电能储备装置以及电热层的容置腔。
