Abstract

본 발명은 다공질 부재를 이용한 발포 성형 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 용융 수지와 발포제를 균일하게 혼합하고, 성형하기 전에 혼합된 용융상태 혼합물에서 부분적으로 발포가 일어나는 것을 방지할 수 있는 발포 성형 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 발포 성형장치는, 노즐과, 상기 노즐의 상류 측에 설치된 오픈 셀(open cell) 구조의 기공을 갖는 다공질 부재와, 상기 다공질 부재에 용융 수지를 공급하기 위한 용융 수지 공급유닛과, 상기 다공질 부재에 발포제를 공급하기 위한 발포제 공급유닛을 포함하고, 상기 용융 수지 공급유닛과 상기 발포제 공급유닛은 동시에 용융 수지와 발포제를 다공질 부재에 공급하여, 용융 수지와 발포제가 다공질 부재를 동시에 흘러서 통과하면서 혼합되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 다공질 부재는 발포제가 혼합된 용융상태 수지를 배출하기 위한 노즐의 내부에 설치하거나, 발포제가 혼합된 용융상태 수지를 배출하기 위한 노즐의 상류 측 전방에 설치할 수 있다.
