Abstract

An adhesive delivering head for a binding machine for binding blocks (B) of sheet elements (F), comprises a main frame (2) with a seat (3) for guiding a block (B) to be bound at its back (D), a substantially transverse slot (8) formed in a portion (9) of the seat (3) for distribution of a fluid or semi-fluid adhesive on the back (D) of the block to be bound; means (12) for controlled feeding of a predetermined amount of adhesive into the slot (8), which comprise a plurality of feeding elements (13) in fluid communication with the slot (8) and evenly distributed therealong for spreading the adhesive in said distribution portion (9) in a substantially uniform manner
